この公報には景品球タンクの底面の開口に傾動可能な傾動板を設け、この傾動板の傾動作用により作動する球検出スイッチを傾動板の裏側に配設したパチンコ機用景品球タンクが開示されている。

本発明はパチンコ機において、球補給部での球切れの発生を重複して的確に検出して検出ミスを防止することを第1の課題とするものである。
また、本発明は、パチンコ機において、球補給部での球切れの発生を電気的に的確に検出してパチンコ球の補給と球切れ表示とを行い得ることを第2の課題とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1の装置は、前枠部の前側下部に、遊技用のパチンコ球を受入れる上皿とこの上皿からのパチンコ球を1個ずつ球発射起点に送込む球送り機構とを備えた前板が組付けられる一方、前枠部の裏面に固定されて遊技盤を嵌め込み得るベース枠の裏側に、補給用のパチンコ球を貯留する球タンクと、この球タンクの球出口の下方に取着されて前記球タンクの球出口から落下したパチンコ球を受入れて下流の賞品球払い出し制御ユニット側へ2列にして誘導する球レールとを装着した裏枠が回動可能に組付けられたパチンコ機において、

【作用】
請求項1に記載のパチンコ機における球切れ検出装置によれば、裏側に貯留されているパチンコ球が漸減する状況のもとで、球タンク内の貯留球が無くなって球レールの上流端部内の貯留球が減少すると、まず、第1球切れ作動片が、球受部で受ける球圧(球重量)から解放されて2個の球切れ検出スイッチにおける上向きの付勢力により上傾変化されて球切れ状態とされるとともに、これに追従して係動片が引上げられて2個の球切れ検出スイッチの触動片をともに解放する。これにより各球切れ検出スイッチは、個々の触動片が付勢力により上傾復帰されることにより「球切れ検出状態」として検出信号を発生する。そしてこの各検出信号が、スイッチ基板とコネクタそして中継基板を介して、賞品球切れ表示ランプに対する点灯用信号、遊技場の管理装置に対する球切れ信号として出力されることに伴い、表示ランプが点灯表示され、また管理装置の制御による球補給作動が適時開始されて供給された新たなパチンコ球が球タンク内に投入(補充)される。
次いで、前記球レールの上流端部内の球無し(球切れ)に続いて球レールの上流部内の貯留球が減少(一般的には、球補給作動の一時的な遅れに起因する球タンクへの球投入不足と賞品球払い出しとによる減少)すると、前記第1球切れ作動片の下流部に位置する第2球切れ作動片が、球受部で受ける球圧(球重量)から解放されて上向きの付勢力により上傾変化されて球切れ状態とされる。これに追従して伝動機構が球切れ状態に連動されることにより、球送り機構におけるシャッタが球受口に対する閉鎖状態(球通し不能状態)に拘束保持される。これにより、遊技用パチンコ球の球発射起点への送込み(球送り)が停止されて打球発射が暫時不能停止される。

【発明の効果】
請求項1に記載のパチンコ機の球切れ検出装置によれば、球タンク下方の球レール内の貯留パチンコ球が減少した場合には、第1球切れ作動片が球圧から解放されて球切れ状態に変位されることに従い、係動片が上動して2個の球切れ検出スイッチの触動片をともに解放する。これにより各球切れ検出スイッチは、「球切れ検出状態」として検出信号を発生し、この各検出信号が、スイッチ基板およびコネクタを介して賞品球切れ表示ランプの点灯用信号、遊技場の管理装置の球切れ信号として入力される。これに伴い、表示ランプが点灯表示されて「球切れ状態」を報知することができ、また管理装置の制御による球補給作動が適時開始されて球タンクに新たなパチンコ球を補給することができる。
