Description

【0001】

[0004]
As shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the folding table 01 includes a pair of left and right bases B having a pair of left and right brackets 03 facing the front and rear directions provided on both sides of the lower surface of the top plate 02 and a pivot axis 05 facing each left and right direction. By being pivotally attached to the upper end of the pedestal column 04 standing upright, the top plate 02 is folded in the horizontal use position (FIG. 9) where it lies down near the upper ends of both the pedestal columns 04 and the front column 04 stands up. It can rotate between positions (FIG. 10).
[0005]
Specifically, the top plate 02 is engaged with a shaft hole (not shown) through which the pivot 05 is inserted and two locking pins 08 and 09 facing the left and right directions with respect to the bracket 03 on the inner side surfaces of the upper ends of both leg posts 04. A support piece (not shown) having two locking grooves (not shown) that can be held in the horizontal use position and the standing position at the front and rear is provided, and the upper end of this support piece and the operation lever 013 can be operated. The locking pin moving member 015 that engages and disengages the locking pins 08 and 09 and the both locking grooves is housed between the opposing side plates of one bracket 03 that is substantially in a downward U-shape. .
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the engaging / disengaging operation between the locking pins 08 and 09 and the both locking grooves by the operation lever 013 is performed by a simple operation of only one rotation, but the operation is simple. The operation lever 013 hits an object or a knee easily to cause an erroneous operation, and there is a risk of dropping when an object is placed on the top board 02.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of such a situation, and eliminates an erroneous operation at the time of release operation by the operation lever when rotating the top plate held at both the use position and the standing position, thereby improving safety. An object of the present invention is to provide a safe operation device for a folding table that can be realized.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, the folding table safe operation device according to the present invention is such that the top plate rotates between a substantially horizontal use position and a substantially vertical retracted position with respect to the leg support, and the both The position is maintained by the engaging means, and the engaging means is released by a one-way movement of the operating lever provided on the top plate. The folding table is a safe operating device, and the operating lever is provided on the top plate. It is composed of a sliding case body that can slide on the fixed case body, and a safety lever is attached to the sliding case body and has an elastic locking claw that can be detached from the fixed case. The lever is prevented from moving in one direction to keep the engaging means unreleasable, and the movement of the safety lever in the other direction causes the elastic locking claw to be detached from the fixed case and the one of the operating levers. Direction It is characterized in that the dynamic is released.
According to this feature, the movement direction of the safety lever and the operation direction of the operation lever are opposite to each other, and the operation lever cannot be operated unless the safety lever is moved. Can be reliably maintained. Further, the safety operation device can be assembled in two case bodies and attached compactly to the top plate.
[0009]
In the folding table safe operation device of the present invention, it is preferable that the operation lever is always elastically biased in the other direction.
In this way, even if the safety lever is operated, it is safe because the operating lever is held at a position where the engaging means can be reliably maintained by the elastic force unless the operating lever is operated.
[0010]
In the folding table safe operation device according to the present invention, the operation lever is provided at the front center of the top plate so as to be movable in the front-rear direction, and the engagement means are provided on both the left and right sides of the top plate. The lever and the engaging means are preferably mechanically connected.
In this way, the left and right actuating members 20 can be operated at the same time with one hand by operating the operating lever arranged at one place, which not only improves the operability but also when the top plate becomes free. Since the top plate can be supported by the other hand, safety is improved.
[0011]
In the folding table safety operation device according to the present invention, the engagement means is slidable in a frame pivotally attached to a support installed on the leg column, and is slid by the operation lever. It is composed of an operating member provided on the top plate side and an engaging portion formed on the support that prevents rotation of the operating member, and the blocking of the operating member is released by sliding of the operating member. It is preferable.
In this way, the posture of the folding table can be easily changed only by the sliding operation of the operating member by the operation lever.
[0013]

It is a perspective view which shows a state.
[0029]
First, as shown in FIG. 4, the operating device 15 operates to release the engagement state between the locking shaft 26 and the engagement groove 34 and to release the engagement state between the locking shaft 30 and the engagement groove 35. An operation lever 36 connected to the member 20 via wires W1 and W2, a fixing member 38 which is fixed to the center of the back surface in front of the top plate 2 and engages and holds the operation lever 36 so as to be movable in the front-rear direction, and a fixing member 38 And a safety lever 40 that is elastically engaged with the pair of locking claws 42a and 42b and is released from the engagement by pushing backward.
[0030]
Specifically, the operation lever 36 is integrally formed of a synthetic resin material, and a grip portion 36a (see FIG. 6) is provided in the lower surface so as to be slidably engaged with a fixing member 38 configured as a fixed case body. It consists of a sliding case body.
[0031]
The safety lever 40 is disposed inside the sliding case body of the operation lever 36 and the fixed case body of the fixing member 38, and the release operation button 44 of the head is inserted through the insertion hole 36 b formed in front of the sliding case body 36. It is inserted and protrudes from both case bodies to the outside. The safety lever 40 includes a pair of elastic locking claws 40a and 40b that can be elastically deformed in the left-right width direction, a guide hole 45 that is formed through the center of the release operation button 44 in the operation direction, and the pair of elastic locks. The latching holes 48a and 48b are provided at the ends of elastic bands 46a and 46b that extend from the claws 40a and 40b along both sides of the release operation button 44 and are bent outward. In this manner, the safety lever 40 is sandwiched between the case bodies 36 and 38 to construct the compact operating device 15 as a whole.
[0032]
More specifically, the operation lever 36 includes a pair of locking bosses 50a and 50b for locking both the locking holes 48a and 48b at the ends of the elastic bands 46a and 46b, and inside the locking bosses 50a and 50b. A pair of bosses 52a and 52b that are provided in a projecting manner and restrict deformation in the width direction of the bent portions of the elastic bands 46a and 46b, and a guide piece that fits into the guide hole 45 and guides the safety lever 40 in the operation direction. 54, mounting bosses 55a and 55b that protrude from both sides of the guide piece 54 in the operation direction and lock the other end locking pieces W1b and W2b of the wires W1 and W2, and a pair of guides that are slidably connected to the fixing member 38. It consists of rails 56a and 56b.
[0033]
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 5, the fixing member 38 is a pair of locking claws 42a and 42b formed on the bottom surface of the square base plate 58 and the pair of side plates 60a and 60b connected to the locking claws 42a and 42b. The regulation shaft 66 is composed of a pair of guide grooves 62a and 62b for slidingly guiding the guide rails 56a and 56b, and a frame member 64 disposed between the side plates 60a and 60b. By inserting the insertion hole 65 of the frame member 64 and screwing the threaded portion 66a at the tip of the frame member 64 to the operation lever 36, the operation lever 36 is always spring-biased rearward.
[0034]
Next, a procedure for assembling the operating device 15 configured as described above will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0035]
First, the guide piece 54 of the sliding case body 36 is inserted into the guide hole 45 of the safety lever 40, and the bent portions of the elastic bands 46a and 46b are engaged inside the pair of bosses 52a and 52b, so By inserting the locking holes 48a and 48b into the pair of locking bosses 50a and 50, the release operation button 44 is inserted through the insertion hole 36b and protrudes to the outside.
[0036]
Next, the locking members W1b and W2b at the other ends of the wires W1 and W2 are mounted on the mounting bosses 55a and 55b, and the guide rails 56a and 56b are inserted into the guide grooves 62a and 62b of the fixing member 38, thereby fixing the member. An operation lever 36 is attached to 38 so as to cover its lower surface, and in this state, the fixing member 38 is fixed to the center of the back surface in front of the top plate 2.
[0037]
As shown in FIG. 6, when the release operation is performed by the attached operation device 15 in this manner, the release operation button 44 is pressed by the thumb of the human hand H while another finger is put on the grip portion 36 a on the lower surface of the case body. By engaging and pulling out the operation lever 36 toward the front, the engaging means in front of the actuating member 20 (engagement between the locking shaft 26 and the engaging groove 34) or the rear engaging means (with the locking shaft 30). (Engagement with the engagement groove 35) can be released.
[0038]
The releasing operation procedure by the operating device 15 will be described with reference to FIGS. 7A to 7C and FIGS. 8A to 8C.
[0039]
FIGS. 7A to 7C are operation explanatory diagrams from the initial position until the engagement release operation is performed together with the pressing operation of the safety lever, and FIGS. 8A to 8C are from the engagement release operation. It is operation explanatory drawing until it returns to an initial position.
[0040]
First, the operating device 15 shown in FIG. 7A shows a state in an initial position. In this state, the top 2 is in a horizontal use position as shown in FIG. It is in the state which exists in the vertical retraction position shown to (b).
[0041]
At this time, the release operation button 44 of the safety lever 40 is inserted through the insertion hole 36b formed in the case of the operation lever 36 by the spring force of the elastic locking claws 40a and 40b engaged with the pair of locking claws 42a and 42b. At the same time, the sliding case body of the operation lever 36 is applied to the urging force of the compression coil spring 68 mounted on the regulating shaft 66 and the actuating member 20 urged rearward by the tension spring 24. The two wires W1 and W2 connected to each other are urged rearward by the cooperative action.
[0042]
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 7B, when the release operation button 44 of the safety lever 40 is pressed rearward, between the claws of both elastic locking claws 40a and 40b are elastically deformed inward and face each other. The engagement between the claws is released by contracting and deforming from the interval between the two locking claws 42a and 42b.
[0043]
Next, as shown in FIG. 7C, with the release operation button 44 pressed, the sliding case body of the operation lever 36 is pulled out to the front side, so that the mounting bosses 55a and 55b of the operation lever 36 are moved to the mounting bosses 55a and 55b. The actuating member 20 can be moved forward against the tension spring 24 via the wires W1 and W2 with which the locking pieces W1b and W2b are locked.
[0044]
Thereby, when the top plate 2 is in the horizontal position, both ends of the locking shaft 26 on the front side of the actuating member 20 are a pair of engagement members 5a and 5b forward bifurcated support portions 6b provided at the upper ends of the leg posts 4a and 4b. Detach from the mating groove 34.
[0045]
When the top plate 2 is in a vertical state, both ends of the locking shaft 30 on the rear side of the operating member 20 are provided at the upper ends of the leg posts 4a and 4b. It disengages from the pair of engaging grooves 35 bent on the lower side provided on the side facing surface. Therefore, the top plate 2 in a free state can be rotated in a horizontal state around the pivot 28 from a vertical position.
[0046]
Next, as shown in FIG. 8A, when the finger is removed from the release operation button 44 and the pressing operation is released, the elastic locking claws 40a and 40b are returned to their original positions by the elastic force of the elastic bands 46a and 46b. As shown in FIG. 8B, the sliding case body of the operating lever 36 is restored, and both wires connected to the compression coil spring 68 of the regulating shaft 66 and the operating member 20 biased by the tension spring 24 are used. It moves backward by the cooperative action with W1 and W2.
[0047]
Further, as shown in FIG. 8 (c), when the operation lever 36 moves backward, both elastic locking claws 40a, 40b move backward along the slopes facing the locking claws 42a, 42b. When it is elastically deformed inside and gets over, it returns to the initial position shown in FIG. 7A, and a series of release operations are completed.
[0048]
Therefore, according to the operating device for the folding table configured as described above, the operation lever 36 for releasing the top plate 2 maintained at the substantially horizontal use position and the substantially vertical retracted position where the front is positioned upward. The release operation of the safety lever is configured to be enabled by the release operation of the release operation button 44 of the safety lever, and the movement direction of the release operation button 44 and the release direction of the operation lever 36 are opposite to each other. There is no erroneous operation during the release operation by the operation lever 36, and safety can be achieved.
[0049]
Further, when the top plate 2 is in both the horizontal and vertical positions, the pair of wires W1 and W2 connected to the operating member 20 are coupled to a single operation lever 36 to operate the operation device 15 with one hand. Thus, the left and right actuating members 20 can be operated at the same time, and not only the operability is improved, but also the top plate 2 can be supported by the other hand when the top plate 2 is in a free state. Will improve.
[0050]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention has the following effects.
[0051]
(A) According to the invention of claim 1, since the moving direction of the safety lever and the operating direction of the operating lever are opposite to each other, and the operating lever cannot be operated unless the safety lever is moved, there is no erroneous operation. The engagement state of the engagement means can be reliably maintained. Further, the safety operation device can be assembled in two case bodies and attached compactly to the top plate.
[0052]
(B) According to the invention of claim 2, even if the safety lever is operated, the operating lever is held at a position where the engaging means can be reliably maintained by the elastic force unless the operating lever is operated. So it is safe.
[0053]
