Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
According to the present invention, the top plate rotates between a substantially horizontal use position and a substantially vertical retracted position with respect to the leg struts that are separated from each other to the left and right, and the both positions are maintained by the engaging means, and The present invention relates to a folding table in which engagement means can be released by an operation member provided on the top plate.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As this type of folding table, the applicant of the present application has made it possible to conceal the top plate rotation locking portion from the outside, avoid the danger of fingers being pinched, and improve the safety. Already developed folding table.
[0003]
FIG. 8A is a side view of the above folding table showing a state in which the top plate is held in a horizontal position, and FIG. 8B is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA in FIG.
[0004]
As shown in FIG. 8A, the folding table 01 includes a pair of left and right pedestal columns having a pair of left and right brackets 03 facing the front and rear directions provided on both sides of the lower surface of the top plate 02 and a pivot shaft 05 facing the left and right directions. By pivotally attaching the top plate 02 to the upper end portion, the top plate 02 is rotated between a horizontal use position where the top plate 02 lies near the upper ends of both leg posts 04 and a folding position where the front side of the leg posts 04 stands upward. It can move.
[0005]
Specifically, the top plate 02 is horizontally engaged by engaging with the shaft hole 07 through which the pivot 05 is inserted and the two locking pins 08 and 09 provided in the bracket 03 facing the left and right directions on the inner side surfaces of the upper ends of both leg posts 04. A plate-like support piece 012 having two engaging grooves 010a and 010b which can be held at the use position and the standing position is provided at the front and back, and the upper end of the support piece 012 and the operation lever 013 are operated. As shown in FIG. 8 (b), the locking pin moving member 015 that engages and disengages the locking pins 08 and 09 and the both engaging grooves 010a and 010b in association with each other is formed in a substantially downward U-shape. The bracket 03 is accommodated between the opposite side plates 03a and 03b.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the engaging grooves 010a and 010b of the folding table 01 configured as described above have a structure formed by cutting out a part of the outer periphery of the plate-like support piece 012. Although it is housed between 03b, when the top plate 02 is positioned in the vertical state, one of the engagement grooves 010b is exposed, and the other engagement groove 010a is located between the side plates 03a and 03b. However, since there is a risk of pinching fingers or the like during operation of the operation lever 013 or during maintenance, the applicant has further researched, and as a result, the engaging groove for positioning the top board 02 in the horizontal or vertical state is recessed. The folding table operating device of the present invention has been developed by paying attention to the fact that the safety can be improved by arranging in a place.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of such a situation, and an object of the present invention is to provide a folding table capable of ensuring safety when the top plate is positioned in a vertical position or during a rotation operation. It is what.

[0029]
Next, the engaging means for positioning the top plate 2 in the horizontal or vertical position will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0030]
FIG. 4 is a partial perspective view showing a state in which the left and right vertical frames are horizontally supported by the support members at the upper end portions of both leg columns, and FIG. 5 is a state in which the left and right vertical frames are vertically supported by the support members at the upper end portions of both leg columns. FIG. 6 is a partial perspective view of the support device at the upper end portion of the leg column viewed from an oblique front side, and FIG. 7 is a partial perspective view of the support device at the upper end portion of the leg column viewed from an oblique rear side. is there.
[0031]
First, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the support members 5a and 5b at the upper ends of the leg posts 4a and 4b are formed of a pair of left and right support plates 6a and 6b that protrude upward in the front and rear directions, and the upper and front and rear directions are A recess is formed so that the left and right frames 8a, 8b can be pivoted when opened.
[0032]
A pair of left and right support plates 6a and 6b is curved, and a receiving member 40 having a buffer function integrally formed with synthetic resin or the like is detachably mounted on the upper surface. This receiving member 40 has a pair of left and right support pieces 42a, 42b in which a through-hole 33 is formed in the width direction on one end side, and a protruding portion bent downward by a predetermined arc in front of the other end side. 40b is formed, and the lower surface between the support pieces 42a and 42b and the projecting portion 40b are connected by a curved band 40d curved downward.
[0033]
Further, in the receiving member 40, the horizontal surface formed on the upper surface of the protruding portion 40b on the front side communicated with the curved band 40d is configured as the first contact portion 40a, and the rear side communicating with the curved band is directed downward. The bent protruding portion is configured as the second contact portion 40c.
[0034]
In the state where the receiving member 40 is mounted, as shown in FIG. 6, the outer surface of the projecting portion 40b formed by bending the front of the first contact portion 40a formed on the front side of the support plate 6a, 6b. It is configured as an abutting portion that slightly protrudes forward from the tip.
[0035]
A pair of horizontal engaging grooves 34 that open toward the front are formed on the opposing surfaces of the pair of left and right support plates 6a and 6b that sandwich the first contact portion 40a. Further, as shown in FIG. 7, when the receiving member 40 is mounted, the opposing surfaces of the pair of left and right support plates 6a and 6b sandwiching the second contact portion 40c are bent forward and downward. A pair of inverted L-shaped engagement grooves 35 are formed.
[0036]
Since the engagement groove 34 is a groove that opens forward, the engagement groove 34 has a shape that is easy to fit when the top plate is placed in a horizontal state and is difficult to come off after being fitted once, while the inverted L-shaped groove 35 is a stand-up top. It can restrain that the board 2 moves to a horizontal state.
[0037]
The pivot 28 inserted through the through-holes 32 of the pair of left and right support plates 6a and 6b mounts the left and right vertical frames 8a and 8b and the receiving member 40 so as to be pivotable, and the vertical frames 8a and 8b serve as support tools. As shown in FIG. 4, when both the locking shafts 26 project from both side surfaces in front of the vertical frames 8 a and 8 b are engaged with the engaging groove 34 by the urging force of the spring 24, It is in the state engaged via 20.
[0038]
Further, as shown in FIG. 5, when the vertical frames 8a and 8b are supported on the support members 5a and 5b and are in a vertical state, the lower surfaces of the vertical frames 8a and 8b are provided below the rear end of the receiving member 40. It will be in the state contact | abutted to the protrusion part 40c.
[0039]
Next, the operation of positioning the top plate of the folding table configured as described above at a horizontal or vertical position will be described.
[0040]
First, as shown in FIG. 1A, when the top plate 2 in the horizontal state is stored, the operation device 15 is operated in order to rotate the front F to a substantially vertical retracted position located above. .
[0041]
Therefore, by pulling the operating member 36 that can be operated by pressing the safety lever 44 of the operating device 15 in FIG. 2 to the front, the pair of wires W1 and W2 are pulled, and both the operating members 20 are pulled by the tension spring 24. It moves forward against the urging force.
[0042]
By this movement of the actuating members 20, both ends of the locking shafts 26 in front of the actuating members 20 are disengaged from the engaging grooves 34 formed in the support plates 6a and 6b, the top plate 2 is released from the locked state, and the pivot 28 The front end F can be artificially rotated upward from the horizontal state.
[0043]
As a result, as shown in FIG. 5, when the left frame 8a is rotated to the vertical state, the frame 8a comes into contact with the second contact portion 40c on the outer surface of the receiving member 40 and the impact is alleviated. .
[0044]
When the top plate 2 is in a substantially vertical state, as shown in FIG. 3B, both ends of the locking shaft 30 on the rear side of both operating members 20 are engaged with a pair of inverted L-shaped engaging grooves 35 to pull the top plate 2. The state is maintained by the urging force of the spring 24, and the operation device 15 is maintained in the initial state by the operation member 36 being locked.
[0045]
When the folding table 1 positioned in the vertical state is stored in a stacked manner in the front-rear direction, the top surface of the top plate 2 comes into contact with the protruding portion 40b of the receiving member 40 of the adjacent folding table 1. It is possible to prevent the occurrence of impact and scratches at the time.
[0046]
Next, when the top plate 2 is to be used again, the operation member 36 that can be operated by pressing the safety lever 44 of the operation device 15 is pulled forward, thereby pulling the pair of wires W1 and W2 together. Thus, both actuating members 20 move forward against the urging force of the tension spring 24.
[0047]
As a result, the top plate 2 in the free state can be tilted forward by placing a hand on the upper end portion in the vertical state and artificially rotated to the horizontal state. When the top plate 2 is rotated to the horizontal state around the pivot 28, the lower surface of the vertical frame 8a contacts the first contact portion 40a of the receiving member 40 on the support 5a as shown in FIG. Thus, the impact at the time of contact is alleviated.
[0048]
Thus, when the top plate 2 is rotated to the horizontal state, both ends of the locking shaft 26 protruding from the both side surfaces in front of the vertical frames 8a and 8b are guided by the support plates 6a and 6b, and the tension springs 24 are attached. The state is maintained by engaging with the engaging groove 34 by the force, and at the same time, the operating member 36 is locked and the operating device 15 is maintained in the initial state.
[0049]
Therefore, according to the folding table 1 configured as described above, the support members 5a and 5b having recesses that open upward and in the front-rear direction are provided at the upper ends of the both leg supports 4a and 4b, respectively, A bracket 28 for concealing and storing the positioning portion of the top plate as in the prior art is provided by disposing the pivot 28 and the engaging means for pivotally attaching the left and right frames 8a and 8b provided on the left and right lower surfaces of the top plate 2, respectively. Not only can it be simplified, but also safety can be improved.
[0050]
In addition, the engagement groove 34 is formed on the front inner surface of the support plates 6a and 6b that form the recesses, and the engagement groove 35 is formed on the rear inner surface of the support plates 6a and 6b that form the recesses, and the front of the locking shaft 26 and the rear of the locking shaft 30, the right and left frame 8a, configured to both ends from both sides front and rear of 8b is projected, both locking shaft 26 or 30 at the time of engagement Since both ends thereof are accommodated in the engaging groove 34 or the engaging groove 35, not only there is no risk that a finger or the like is inadvertently caught during the engagement, but also the appearance is improved.
[0051]
