Claims (2)
- 基材上に酸素ラジカル含有カルシウムアルミネート膜を形成してなる積層体の製造方法であって、前記基材が酸化スカンジウムで安定化した酸化ジルコニウム又は酸化サマリウム若しくは酸化ガドリニウムを添加した酸化セリウムの何れかの焼結体であり、前記酸化ジルコニウムのかさ密度は5.5〜5.9g/cm 3 であり、前記酸化セリウムのかさ密度は6.8〜7.0g/cm 3 であり、しかも前記酸素ラジカル含有カルシウムアルミネート膜が酸素ラジカル含有カルシウムアルミネート粉末を用いて溶射して成ることを特徴とする積層体の製造方法。
- 700℃における酸素イオン伝導度が、5×10−2S・cm−1以上であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の酸素ラジカル含有カルシウムアルミネート膜の積層体の製造方法。
