Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a speaker used for various audio equipment.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Recent speakers are required to be capable of reproducing heavy bass as the size and performance of the speaker increases and the high-quality sources become popular. In order to enable reproduction of heavy bass with a small aperture, it is necessary to increase the flexibility of the support system and greatly vibrate the diaphragm of the speaker.
[0003]
Here, a conventional speaker will be described with reference to FIG. 5, FIG. 6, and FIG.
[0004]
FIG. 5 shows a half sectional view of a conventional speaker, FIG. 6 shows a detailed view of the vicinity of the terminal mounting plate which is the main part, and FIG. 7 shows a part of the tinsel wire which is the main part. It is the perspective view which decomposed | disassembled.
[0005]
According to the figure, 1 is a diaphragm having a substantially inverted frustoconical cross section, 2 is an edge fixed to the outer periphery of the diaphragm 1, and the outer periphery of the edge 2 is fixedly held to the frame 3. . A cylindrical voice coil bobbin 4 is inserted and fixed to the diaphragm 1, and a cylindrical voice coil 5 wound around the lower end of the voice coil bobbin 4 is formed. The cylindrical voice coil 5 and a magnetic circuit 7 having an annular magnetic gap 6 into which the cylindrical voice coil 5 portion is inserted form a drive system. The magnetic circuit 7 includes a top plate, a yoke, and a ring-shaped magnet sandwiched between these members.
[0006]
Reference numeral 8 denotes a damper. The inner peripheral portion suspends and supports the voice coil 5 portion so as to vibrate without contacting the magnetic gap 6, and the outer peripheral portion is bonded and fixed to the frame 3. A dust cap 9 is bonded and fixed to the diaphragm 1.
[0007]
Next, the vicinity of the terminal mounting plate serving as a relay point between the speaker and the external audio signal source will be described with reference to FIGS. Reference numeral 10 denotes a terminal mounting plate fixed to the frame 3 with a rivet 11, and a pair of electrical input terminals 12 and a caulking and connecting portion 13 (not visible with solder) are caulked to a substrate 14 made of vulcanized fiber. . One end of the tinsel wire 15 is connected and fixed to the end of the voice coil 5 by the wall on the voice coil bobbin 4 side, and the other end is secured to the length and vibration margin between the two fixed ends of the tinsel wire 15 and attached to the terminal. It is inserted into the hole of the connecting portion 13 of the plate 10 and fixed with solder 16.
[0008]
Next, the details of the tinsel wire 15 will be described with reference to FIG.
[0009]
The tinsel wire 15 is a soft copper wire or copper alloy wire equivalent to about 0.1 mm around a central yarn (hereinafter referred to as a core yarn 17) formed by spinning cotton or an aramid short fiber excellent in heat resistance. The flat copper foil wire 18 is braided by using a plurality of strands 19 formed by winding a side surface of the core yarn 17 at an angle.
[0010]
The operation of the speaker having the above configuration will be described below.
[0011]
When a signal from an external audio signal line is applied to the pair of electrical input terminals 12 of the terminal mounting plate 10, a signal flows through the voice coil 5 in the magnetic gap 6 to generate a driving force according to Fleming's left-hand rule, thereby generating a voice coil bobbin. The piston 4 moves, and the diaphragm 1 joined to the voice coil bobbin 4 vibrates to emit sound waves.
[0012]
Here, although the vibration amplitude is small when the frequency of the applied signal is high, the vibration amplitude increases in inverse proportion to the square of the frequency when a low frequency is applied. At this time, the tinsel wire 15 supplies electric input to the voice coil 5 while vibrating in accordance with the movement of the diaphragm 1.
[0013]
The vibration state of the tinsel wire 15 at the time of large amplitude is such that the voice coil fixed side of the tinsel wire 15 vibrates back and forth, while the tinsel wire 15 wired in an arc shape moves in the system direction due to primary natural resonance. 2nd arc, with two-dimensional natural resonance, and the central tinsel wire 15 and the bikini strands 15 on both sides vibrate in opposite phases. To do. When the vibration is large and the length of the tinsel wire 15 is not enough, the tinsel wire 15 is bent with an extremely small curvature at the soldering fixed end.
[0014]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since the above-mentioned speaker is fixed to the hole of the connecting portion 13 by soldering, the solder 16 penetrates into the tinsel wire 15 in the vicinity thereof, and the fixing portion for each strand 19 of the tinsel wire 15 is dispersed. The movement of the tinsel wire 15 at the time of amplitude is not sufficiently long, so that bending with a small curvature occurs in a portion close to the solder fixing portion with respect to intensive repeated bending. Since the tinsel wire 15 braided in a pipe shape is bent like a concave pipe, there is a problem that the tinsel wire 15 is disconnected.
[0015]
Further, when the tinsel wire 15 is lengthened to have a margin for the amplitude, or when the flexural rigidity of the tinsel wire 15 is small, the natural resonance of the tinsel wire 15 moves to a low frequency, and the vibration system itself Due to the large vibration amplitude region, there is a problem that the tinsel wire 15 comes into contact with the diaphragm 1 or the other tinsel wire 15 to cause abnormal sound or short circuit.
[0016]
It is an object of the present invention to provide a loudspeaker that eliminates the above-described conventional drawbacks, suppresses the influence of solder penetration, prevents deformation, and does not cause disconnection.
[0017]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, a speaker according to the present invention includes a terminal portion to which at least an input line for an electric audio signal is connected and a fixed portion to which one end of a tinsel wire is connected to the other end of the voice coil. And a speaker body with the metal terminal provided with a substantially conical hole in which the tinsel wire is inserted and the voice coil side is widened apart from the fixing portion. The terminal mounting plate is attached to the metal wire, and the fixed portion of the metal terminal of the tinsel wire and the substantially conical hole which is the bent support portion of the tinsel wire are separated, so that the bent portion of the tinsel wire is The influence of penetration of the solder used for fixing the tinsel wire to the fixing portion is suppressed, and the deformation of the tinsel wire is suppressed by a conical hole, so that the reliability against disconnection can be improved.
Furthermore, in the present invention, by applying or injecting a viscoelastic body into the substantially conical hole, it is possible to prevent disconnection due to friction between the strands constituting the tinsel wire due to the amplitude when the speaker is driven. is there.
[0018]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

A conductive metal integrally formed with at least one tinsel wire deformation preventing portion 119c having a convex cross section that is opened in an eight-shape so as to spread toward a vibration system component such as a voice coil 5 that restricts It is a terminal part. The terminal portion 119 is crimped to the substrate 121 made of vulcanized fiber through the crimping piece 120. One end of the tinsel wire 122 is fixed to the end of the voice coil 5 by the side wall of the voice coil bobbin 4, and the other end secures a length and a vibration margin between the two fixed ends of the tinsel wire 122 to prevent the deformation of the tinsel wire. The terminal mounting plate 116 is crimped and fixed to a crimping part 119b having a U-shaped cross section through the part 119c.
[0030]
Based on FIG. 3, the main part of the tinsel wire will be described.
[0031]
The tinsel wire 122 of the present invention has elasticity, and a core member 123 is wound with at least one copper foil wire 125 around a plurality of ultrafine copper wires 124 so that a substantially circular cross section can be maintained when bent. It consists of a line 126. The core material 123 is braided with strands 129 formed by winding at least one copper foil wire 128 around a core yarn 127 composed of a twisted cotton yarn, an aramid fiber yarn or an aramid single yarn. It constitutes the Kinshi line.
[0032]
As the central member 123, an ultrafine copper wire, a polyurethane copper wire having a resin film applied to the surface of the ultrafine copper wire, or a stranded wire of the copper wire or a copper foil wire around one or more of the copper wires. Needless to say, a central material composed of the bare wires may be adopted. As described above, since the copper wire or the copper foil wire is used for at least a part of the central member 123, the rigidity of the central member 123 is improved.
[0033]
Further, a central material composed of aramid fiber twisted yarn or aramid single yarn may be adopted as the central material 123. In this case, the weight of the tinsel wire 122 can be reduced, and the natural resonance frequency of the tinsel wire 122 can be set. The vibration amplitude can be reduced by moving to a high region to suppress the bending of the tinsel wire 122 and the contact with adjacent parts, thereby suppressing the generation of abnormal noise.
[0034]
The operation of the speaker having the above configuration will be described below.
[0035]
When a signal is applied to the pair of electric input terminals 119a of the terminal mounting plate 116, a signal flows through the voice coil 5 in the magnetic gap 6, a driving force is generated according to Fleming's left-hand rule, and the voice coil bobbin 4 moves in a piston motion. The diaphragm 1 joined to the voice coil bobbin 4 vibrates and emits sound waves, which is the same as the conventional example.
[0036]
Here, although the vibration amplitude is small when the frequency of the applied signal is high, the vibration amplitude increases in inverse proportion to the square of the frequency when a low frequency is applied.
[0037]
However, since the cross section of the tinsel wire 122 is maintained in a substantially circular shape as described above even if the center member 123 is bent, the wire 129 braided around the pipe does not buckle, so that disconnection can be prevented. At the same time, the resistance of the tinsel wire 122 is reduced. Furthermore, since the natural resonance frequency moves to a higher frequency due to the moderate bending rigidity improvement of the tinsel wire 122 itself by the center member 123, the natural resonance does not occur in a large vibration amplitude region. Further, by performing the tinsel wire wiring method in which the crimping portion 119b and the tinsel wire support portion are separated, the influence due to the penetration of the solder can be avoided, and the disconnection of the tinsel wire 122 can be prevented.
[0038]
Further, by providing a guide for restricting the deformed shape of the tinsel wire 122 in the bending support portion and the tinsel wire deformation preventing portion 119c, the tinsel wire 122 is deformed along the tinsel wire deformation preventing portion 119c as shown in FIG. Therefore, it is possible to prevent deterioration of the flexibility, and to be able to freely change the pulling direction of the tinsel wire 122 by bending between the tinsel wire fixing piece 119b and the tinsel wire shape deformation preventing portion 119c, and a low-cost terminal mounting plate 116. Can be realized.
[0039]
Furthermore, the strand 129 can be fixed by applying and injecting a viscoelastic body (not shown) into the tinsel wire deformation preventing portion 119c, and the strand 129 of the tinsel wire 122 can be prevented from being displaced or broken due to friction. It is.
[0040]
As described above, the speaker of the present invention has a high degree of freedom in design and can provide a speaker that can cope with a high input resistance with high reliability regarding disconnection because the terminal mounting plate 116 capable of large amplitude is used. is there.
[0041]
(Embodiment 2)
Another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. In addition, the same part as Embodiment 1 attaches | subjects the same number, and abbreviate | omits description and demonstrates.
[0042]
4A is a plan sectional view of a terminal mounting plate portion of a speaker, which is a main part of another embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 4B is a sectional side view of the same.
[0043]
According to the figure, the difference from the first embodiment is the configuration of the terminal mounting plate, and its main part will be described. Reference numeral 130 denotes a terminal made of a conductive metal integrally including an electric input terminal 130a to the speaker and a fixing portion 130b for fixing the tinsel wire 122 guided from the vibration system relay portion such as the diaphragm 1 and the voice coil 4. Part. Reference numeral 131 denotes a mounting hole that is attached to the frame 3 with rivets. Reference numeral 132 denotes a frame serving as a mounting plate made of an electrically insulating resin or fiber, which has at least one substantially conical hole 133 that is opened on the vibration system component side and into which the tinsel wire 122 is inserted and guided. A terminal mounting plate in which the fixing portion 130b of the tinsel wire 122 of the terminal portion 130 is separated from the substantially conical hole 133 of the frame body 132. The cross section of the substantially conical hole 133 has an arcuate cross section that protrudes toward the vibrating component.
[0044]
The speaker having the above configuration avoids the influence of the penetration of solder into the bent portion by separating the fixed portion 130b which is an electrical connection portion of the tinsel wire 122 and the substantially conical hole 133 which becomes the bent support portion. Further, by restricting the deformation shape of the tinsel wire 122 in the substantially conical hole 133 serving as the bending support portion, it is possible to prevent the deterioration of the flexibility, and the terminal portion 130 is bonded and formed to the resin-molded frame 132. As a result, the dimensional accuracy and the mounting strength are improved, and a highly reliable speaker can be provided.
[0045]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the speaker according to the present invention is provided with a substantially conical hole serving as a bent support portion of the tinsel wire and a tinsel wire deformation preventing portion, so that penetration of solder used for fixing the tinsel wire to the fixing portion is achieved. It is possible to suppress the influence, further suppress the deformation of the tinsel wire, and improve the reliability against disconnection.
