Description

【0001】

The horizontal airtight materials 42 and 43 are attached to the indoor side edges (airtight material mounting grooves) of the guide grooves 20 and 21, and the hanging pieces 17 and 18 are in contact with the horizontal airtight materials 42 and 43 from the outdoor side. ing.
[0022]
One end of each of the first horizontal airtight material 42 and the second horizontal airtight material 43 is cut at the position of the summons 6c and 8c of the shoji 3 and 4 in the closed position, and the first guide of the lower frame 2b. It is arranged at the upper part of the second rising wall 29 and the summit lower water blocking block 44 made of soft resin, which is arranged at the substantially central part in the longitudinal direction (position of the summon bowl) in the first groove part 26 including the groove 20. Further, the lower frame windshield member 56 is connected to a resin-made summing airtight piece 45 (summing the summing lower groove) provided at the end of the summing rod 6c of the inner shoji 3. The summoning lower water blocking block 44 divides the left and right sides of the first guide groove 20 into an indoor space and an outdoor space. The summoning lower water blocking block 44 has an upper water blocking portion 44 a that is attached to the airtight material mounting groove and disposed in the first guide groove 20 in the same manner as the first horizontal airtight material 42.
[0023]
The first horizontal airtight member 42 is attached to the inner side cover member 37a which is the fixed side, and the second horizontal airtight member 43 is attached to the outer cover side intermediate cover member 38b which is the fixed side. As a result, even if the inner shroud side intermediate cover material 38a, the inner shroud side outdoor cover material 39a, the outer shroud side indoor cover member 37b and the outer shroud side outdoor cover member 39b are removed, the side airtight members 42 and 43 are cut in the middle. And the joints between the longitudinal airtight members 46 and 49 are not broken, and the airtightness and durability can be improved.
[0024]
The lower end portion of the summing airtight piece 45 is formed in a shape corresponding to the upper surface 12 of the lower frame 2 b, and is suspended in the first guide groove 20 in the same manner as the drooping piece 17 and comes into contact with the summoning lower portion water stop block 44. The right vertical frame 2b when viewed from the indoor side is provided with a fin 60 located on the indoor side of the door tip portion of the inner shuffle 3 at the time of closing. A vertical airtight material 46 is provided for sealing between the two. The left vertical frame 2c is provided with a fin 61 located on the indoor side of the door tip portion of the external shoji 4 when closed, and the fin 61 is sealed between the door tip portion (door tip rod) 8d of the external door 4. A vertical airtight material 49 is provided. The fins 60 and 61 are formed with mounting grooves for mounting the vertical airtight members 46 and 49.
[0025]
Since the second horizontal airtight material 43 and the vertical airtight material 49 on the side of the shoji are on substantially the same vertical plane, the end of the second horizontal airtight material 43 and the lower end of the vertical airtight material 49 are connected (connected). (That is, the lateral airtight line and the longitudinal airtight line on the side of the external obstacle are continuous), whereas the first horizontal airtight material 42 and the longitudinal airtight material 46 on the internal obstacle side are on different vertical planes. Therefore, the end portion of the first horizontal airtight material 42 and the lower end portion of the vertical airtight material 46 are separated from each other in the indoor / outdoor direction (that is, the lateral airtight line and the vertical airtight line on the side of the inner limb are not continuous). Therefore, in order to make the lateral airtight line and the longitudinal airtight line on the inner hand side continuous, as shown in FIG. 4, FIG. 11 (a), and FIGS. 1. A bottom frame rising airtight portion 47 made of, for example, soft rubber is provided to connect the horizontal airtight material 42 and the vertical airtight material 46 directly or indirectly. The lower frame rising airtight portion 47 has a main body portion 47a that is in contact with an end portion of the inner shroud side indoor cover member 37a and closes the indoor groove portion 31, and an end portion in a lower groove of the inner shroud side indoor cover member 37a. And a rising portion 47c rising from the upper surface 12 of the lower frame 2b. The lower frame rising airtight portion 47 is attached by fastening the fitting insertion portion 47b to the inner side cover member 37a with the screw 63. The inner end surface of the rising portion 47c of the lower frame rising hermetic portion 47 and the outer end surface of the lower door portion lower airtight portion 62 face each other, and the outer end surface of the lower airtight portion 62 of the door tip portion when the inner shoji 3 is closed. Is in contact with the inner end face of the rising portion 47c of the lower frame rising airtight portion 47 so as to seal between the two.
[0028]
The door part lower airtight part 62 is provided as a hanging part projecting downward from the lower part of the door rod 6d of the inner shoji 3. A portion of the door-end portion lower airtight portion 62 that comes into contact with at least the rising portion 47c is made of a cushion material such as a sponge, and a slight lap is taken between the door-end portion lower airtight portion 62 and the rising portion 47c. The sponge is crushed to ensure airtightness. Moreover, it is preferable that a draining portion 64 made of, for example, soft rubber or the like that protrudes downward on the door-end side of the door-end portion lower airtight portion 62 is provided at the lower portion of the door-end heel of the inner shoji 3. In the illustrated example of FIG. 13, the lower end portion of the draining portion 64 is in contact with the upper surface of the rising portion 47 c, but the lower end portion of the draining portion 64 is separated from the upper surface of the rising portion 47 c depending on the height adjustment of the inner shoji 3.
[0029]
The lower frame rising hermetic portion 47 and one end (inner side end surface) of the rising portion 47c are always in contact with (adhering to) the vertical frame lower airtight member 48, and other than the lower frame rising airtight portion 47 and its rising portion 47c. The end (outside end face) is connected as an airtight line by contacting (intimately contacting) the inner side face of the outside lower hanging piece 17 of the inner shoji 3 when closed. Further, the door-end lower-hermetic portion 62 is provided with a substantially full length in the width direction (indoor / outdoor direction) of the lower surface of the door-end rod so that one end thereof is in contact with the inner side surface of the hanging piece 17. The door tip lower airtight portion 62 and the hanging piece 17 of the door tip flange portion may be integrally formed as a door tip flange lower piece attached to the lower end of the door tip flange 6d.
[0030]
Since airtightness inside and outside of the room is ensured in this way, the temperature difference between the room and the outside becomes large in winter and the like, and condensation water may be generated on the indoor surface of the shoji 3 and 4. Condensed water generated on the inside falls from the indoor side lower part (lower edge part) 50 of the inner shoji 3 to the upper surface 12 of the lower frame 2b. In order to prevent the condensed water falling on the upper surface 12 of the lower frame 2b from flowing into the room, in other words, in order to drain the condensed water outside the room while maintaining the airtightness inside and outside the room, the lower frame 2b A shallow water receiving groove 51 for receiving condensed water falling from the indoor lower part (lower edge part) 50 of the inner shoji 3 is provided on the upper surface 12 of the inner frame 3 over the entire length in the longitudinal direction of the lower frame 2b. A drain valve 52 is provided for draining water from the receiving groove 51 to the space 33 in the lower frame 2b that communicates with the outside of the room, and the condensed water is drained from the indoor side to the outside through the drain valve 52. It has become. A lower part (also referred to as a hanging piece) 50 on the indoor side of the shoji 3 is directly above the water receiving groove 51.
[0031]

In the present embodiment, a drain hole 54 is provided in a portion of the water receiving groove 51 that is hidden by the stopper 53 for the shingles, and a drain valve 52 is attached to the partition wall 25 of the indoor side groove portion 31 below the water receiving groove 51. Yes. The lower part (lower edge part) 50 on the indoor side of the inner shuffle 3 is provided over substantially the entire length of the inner shunt 3 along the longitudinal direction of the lower collar 6b (in the case of a longitudinal collar, the longitudinal collar 6c, 6d Including the lower end on the indoor side). It is preferable that the indoor side lower part (lower edge part) 50 of the inner impeller 3 is close to the water receiving groove 51 in that the design can be improved by concealing the door wheel 10.
[0032]
The drain valve 52 is attached to an opening 55 provided in the partition wall 25 of the lower frame 2b as shown in FIGS. 9A and 9B, for example, and is attached to the main body 52a so as to be openable and closable. It is mainly comprised from the valve body 52b. Normally, as shown in FIG. 9 (a), condensed water is drained from a gap 52c in which the valve body 52b is opened downward. However, as shown in FIG. 9 (b), the valve body is caused by wind pressure from the outdoor side. 52b closes upward to prevent back flow of water.
[0033]
On the other hand, as shown by the broken line in FIG. 8, the end portion of the first rising wall 28 is notched and the first groove portion 26 and the indoor side groove portion 31 communicate with each other, so Condensed water flowing from the indoor surface through the hanging piece 18 to the upper surface 12 of the lower frame 2b and flowing into the first groove portion 26 from the first guide groove 20 passes through the drain valve 52 of the indoor groove portion 31 from the first groove portion 26. Thus, the water is drained to the outside through the drain valve 52.
[0034]
According to the sash 1 having the above-described configuration, the frame 2 including the upper and lower frames 2a and 2b and the left and right vertical frames 2c and 2d, and the inner and outer shojis 3 and 4 provided in the frame 2 so as to be openable and closable. The lower frame 2a is formed to have a substantially flat upper surface, and hanging pieces 17 and 18 are provided on the lower outer side of the inner sward 3 and the lower side of the inner side of the outer sward 4, respectively. Guide grooves 20, 21 for guiding the pieces 17, 18 are provided, and horizontal airtight materials 42, 43 are provided in each guide groove 20, 21 to seal between the hanging pieces 17, 18 of the shoji 3, 4 in the closed position. In addition, the vertical frames 2c and 2d are provided with vertical airtight materials 46 and 49 for sealing between the doors of the respective shojis 3 and 4, and the end portion of the lower frame 2b is provided with a lateral airtight material 42 for internal shingles. And a lower frame rising airtight portion 47 that connects the vertical airtight material 46 and the lower frame rising airtight portion at the lower part of the door tip portion of the inner shoji 3. 47 is provided with a lower airtight portion 62 that contacts the lower frame rising airtight portion 47 and seals the lower frame rising airtight portion 47. Even if the airtight line is separated from the airtight line, the horizontal airtight line and the vertical airtight line can be easily and reliably continued, and the airtightness can be improved. In other words, it is possible to stabilize the water tightness of the lower part of the door tip of the inner shoji 3.
[0035]
Further, the upper surface of the lower frame 2b is constituted by the indoor side cover material 37, the intermediate cover material 38, and the outdoor side cover material 39, and the first side airtight material 42 corresponding to the hanging piece 17 of the inner shoji 3 on the indoor side cover material 37. The intermediate cover member 38 is provided with a second laterally airtight member 43 corresponding to the hanging piece 18 of the outer shoji 4, the inner cover member 37 a is fixed to the inner cover member side, and the intermediate cover member 38 a and the outdoor cover member 39 a are fixed. The outer cover side is fixed to 38b and the indoor cover member 37b and the outdoor cover member 39b are removable, so that the cover material on the upper surface of the lower frame is not impaired. 38a, 39a, 38b, 37b can be removed and the lower frame 2b can be easily cleaned. In this case, since the intermediate cover member 38a and the outdoor cover member 39a on the inner shoji side are fastened together with a common fixture, for example, the screw 41, the detaching operation can be easily performed in a short time, and the workability can be improved.
[0036]
A shallow water receiving groove 51 for receiving condensed water falling from the lower part 50 on the indoor side of the inner shoji 3 is provided on the upper surface 12 of the lower frame 2b, and a space portion 33 in the lower frame 2b communicating with the outdoor from the water receiving groove 51. A drainage valve 52 is provided for draining water, and the dew condensation water is drained from the indoor side to the outdoor side through the drainage valve 52, so that it falls from the indoor side lower part 50 of the shoji 3 to the upper surface 12 of the lower frame 2b. It is possible to prevent the condensed water from flowing into the room and getting wet in the room. Further, since the drainage portion (including the drainage hole 54) such as the drainage valve 52 is hidden by the stopper 53 for the inner cot, and the drainage valve 52 and the drainage hole 54 that are the drainage portion are not exposed, the design can be improved. The drain valve 52 can prevent the wind from entering the room from the outside or the backflow of water from the outside, and can prevent the condensed water inside the room while keeping the air-tightness (including water-tightness) inside and outside the room. It can drain smoothly. Moreover, since the water receiving groove 51 provided on the indoor upper surface of the lower frame 2b is shallow, it can be easily cleaned and has a good appearance (design).
[0037]
Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the drawings, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments (examples), and various design changes can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention. Etc. are possible. For example, in the above-described embodiment, an example in which a hanging piece is provided in the lower part on the indoor side of the shoji is shown, but a hanging piece may be provided in the lower part on the outer side of the shoji.
[0038]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the frame includes the upper and lower frames and the left and right vertical frames, and the inner and outer shojis provided in the frame so as to be openable and closable, and the upper surface of the lower frame is substantially omitted. It is formed on a flat surface, and a hanging piece is provided on the lower outdoor side of the inner shoji and the lower indoor side or lower outer side of the shoji, and a guide groove for guiding each hanging piece is provided on the upper surface of the lower frame, and each guide groove is closed. A horizontal airtight material that seals between the hanging pieces of each shoji at the position is provided, and a vertical airtight material that seals between the door tips of each shoji is provided in the vertical frame, and at the end of the lower frame A lower frame rising airtight portion for connecting a lateral airtight material and a vertical airtight material for inner impellers is provided, and a lower frame rising airtight portion is in contact with the lower frame rising airtight portion at a lower part of the door tip portion of the inner impeller. Because the door part lower airtight part that seals the gap is provided, the horizontal airtight line and the vertical airtight line on the side of the shoji can be made continuous Improvement of air-tightness can be achieved.
