本発明は、開口部装置に係り、特に下枠の上面がバリアフリーの略平坦面に形成されていると共に召し合せ框下部の止水構造を改良した開口部装置に関する。

開口部装置としては、例えば特許文献1に記載されているように、建築物の屋外開口部に設けられる上下枠及び左右の縦枠からなる枠と、該枠内の前記下枠上に戸車を介して左右方向にスライド開閉可能に設けられた引違い障子とを備え、前記下枠の上面を略平坦面に形成し、内外の障子の室内側下部に垂下片を設け、前記下枠の上面に前記垂下片を案内する案内溝を設けたバリアフリー構造の下枠フラットサッシ(下枠上面に突出したレールが無いのでノンレールサッシともいう)が知られている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、前記サッシの場合、内障子の室内側下部に垂下片が設けられている構造上、下枠上面の内障子用戸車走行ラインを召し合せ部下部の気密ラインが横切る構造となるため、召し合せ部下部の気密構造(水密構造を含む)が複雑になる。特に、内障子の召し合せ框の下部には下枠のフラット面に弾性材を介して当接する召し合せ止水ブロックが設けられ、その弾性材が障子開閉時に常に下枠のフラット面と擦れているため、弾性材の磨耗による耐久性の低下や気密性(止水性を含む)の低下を招くだけでなく、障子の開閉が重くなり開閉操作性の低下を招き易い。

本発明は、前記事情を考慮してなされたもので、気密性、耐久性及び開閉操作性の向上が図れる開口部装置を提供することを目的とする。

本発明のうち、請求項1の発明は、上下枠及び左右の縦枠からなる枠と、該枠内に引違いに開閉可能に設けられた内外の障子とを備え、前記下枠の上面を略平坦面に形成し、内障子の室外側下部と外障子の室内側下部に垂下片を設け、下枠の上面に各垂下片を案内する案内溝を形成し、各案内溝に各垂下片と対応する横気密材を設け、障子閉鎖時の内障子の召し合せ框下方における室内側案内溝内と室内外両案内溝間とに、室内側案内溝内を室外側と室内側とに仕切る止水ブロックと、内障子の垂下片と外障子の垂下片との間を塞ぐ風止部材とを設け、前記止水ブロックが案内溝内に嵌合される本体部と、内障子の垂下片の下端面に弾性で接する複数枚のヒレ状の第1気密片を有する気密片部との2部材で構成され、前記本体部の上部には上記横気密材と連続して該横気密材と同様の作用をする上部気密部が一体的に設けられ、前記本体部には前記気密片部の下部に形成した係合部を一側方から係合する係合溝が形成されていることを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に、本発明の実施の形態を添付図面に基いて詳述する。図1は本発明の実施の形態の開口部装置を概略的に示す室内側正面図、図2は図1の横断面図、図3は図1の縦断面図、図4は下枠の平面図である。図5は下枠の拡大横断面図、図6は気密構造を説明するための概略的斜視図、図7は下枠上面に設けられた下枠立上り気密部を示す斜視図、図8は内障子の戸先部下部の気密構造を示す斜視図、図9は召内框下部の風止部材による気密構造を説明するための概略的斜視図、図10は召内框下部の止水ブロックによる気密構造を説明するための概略的斜視図である。

サッシ1の室内側と室外側を気密に遮断するために、また、下枠上面が平坦面であるがゆえに浸入しやすい雨水の浸入を防止するために、枠2と閉鎖時の障子3,4により両者の間に連続した気密ライン(止水ラインともいう)を如何に形成するかが重要となる。本実施例では、前記下枠2bにおける閉鎖状態の障子3,4の各垂下片17,18と案内溝20,21の室内側縁部との間に軟質樹脂製の横気密材(第1横気密材と第2横気密材)42,43が設けられている。前記横気密材42,43は各案内溝20,21の室内側縁部(気密材取付溝42a,43a)に取付けられ、各横気密材42,43に対して各垂下片17,18が室外側から接している。

垂下片17,18は各障子の下部に長手方向全長に設けられている。具体的には、各障子の縦框の下端部には、例えば内障子の場合、図8ないし図16に示すような振れ止め部材44,45が取付けられ、振れ止め部材44,45には内障子の下框6bに設けられた垂下片17と連続する垂下片部17aが形成されている。なお、図8の振れ止め部材44は内障子3の戸先框6dの下端部に取付けられ、図16の振れ止め部材45は内障子3の召し合せ框(召内框)6cの下端部に取付けられている。

前記第1横気密材42と第2横気密材43のそれぞれの一端部は、閉鎖位置の障子3,4の召し合せ框6c、8cの位置で切断されており、その切断箇所で第1横気密材と第2横気密材をつないで気密ラインを連続させるために、図4、図5、図9〜図13に示すように障子閉鎖時の内障子の召し合せ框(召内框ともいう)下方における室内側案内溝20内(具体的には第1案内溝20を含む第1溝部26、以下同様)と室内外両案内溝20,21間とに、室内側案内溝内を室外側と室内側とに仕切る例えば軟質樹脂製の止水ブロック60と、内障子3の垂下片17と外障子4の垂下片18との間を塞ぐ例えば軟質樹脂製の風止部材70とが設けられている。

止水ブロック60は、第1溝部26に嵌合される本体部60aを有し、この本体部60aの上部には前記第1気密材42と連続して第1気密材42と同様の作用をする上部気密部60bが一体的に設けられている。この上部気密部60bの正面部(室外面)が内障子3の垂下片17(垂下片部17aを含む、以下同様。)の室内面に接して垂下片17との間を封止するようになっている。封止性能を上げるために、上部気密部60bの正面部には正面略田状に仕切られた複数の凹部61が設けられている。前記上部気密部60bの背面部を第1案内溝20の室内側縁部に取付けるために、背面部には気密材取付溝42aに係合される横断面略T字状の係合部62が形成されている。上部気密片部60bの正面部一側には、召内框下部振れ止め部材45の垂下片部17aの円滑な移動を保証するためにテーパー63が設けられていることが好ましい。

前記止水ブロック60は、内障子3の垂下片17の下端面に弾性で接する複数枚(例えば4枚)のヒレ状の第1気密片64を有している。これら第1気密片64は第1案内溝20の長手方向に直交するようにして上向きに上向きに突出(起立)して配置されると共に、第1案内溝20の長手方向に適宜間隔で配置される。前記止水ブロック60は、第1気密片64の独立した動きを確保するために図15にも示すように前記第1気密片64を有する気密片部65と、該気密片部65を取付ける本体部6aとの2部材で構成されている。本体部60aに対する気密片部65の取付け(組立作業)を容易にするために、本体部60aには気密片部65の下部に形成した係合部66を一側方から係合させる係合溝67が形成されていると共に、係合部66の底面に突設した抜け止め用突起部68が係合する係合孔69が設けられている。抜け止め用突起部68の端部には係合孔69に係合し易く且つ抜け難いようにテーパー68aが設けられていることが好ましい。

一方、前記風止部材70は、図5、図9〜図14にも示すように中間カバー材38の第2立上り壁29上に取付けられている。立上り壁29は排水孔35の位置で切断されており、その切断された縦上り壁29の端部に気密材取付溝43aを利用して取付けられている。風止部材70は、第2気密材43の端部と連続する本体部70aを有し、この本体部70aの裏面部に気密材取付溝43aに係合する横断面略T字状の係合部71が形成されている。風止部材70の本体部70aは、第2案内溝21の室内側溝壁から第2立上り壁29の上部までの所定高さ及び前記止水ブロック60と略同じ長さを有している。この本体部70aの正面部(室外面)が外障子4の垂下片18(振れ止め部材の垂下片部を含む、以下同様。)の室内面に接して垂下片18との間を封止するようになっている。封止性能を上げるために、本体部70aの正面部には正面略田状に仕切られた複数の凹部72が設けられている。

前記風止部材70は、内障子3の召し合せ框6cの下部室外面に設けられた気密ピース80の下面に弾性で接する複数枚例えば6枚のヒレ状の第2気密片73を有している。これら第2気密片73は第2立上り壁29ないし本体部70aの長手方向に直交するようにして上向きに突出(起立)して配置されると共に、本体部70aの長手方向に適宜間隔で配置される。第2気密片73は図9に示すように閉鎖時の内障子3の召し合せ框下部室外面の気密ピース80が風止部材70の上方に位置したときに弾性で湾曲しながら気密ピース80の下端面に接し、内外障子3,4の召し合せ框下部垂下片部17a(外障子側垂下片部は図示省略)間の隙間における風止部材70の本体部70aと気密ピース80の下端面との間を封止し、弾性で湾曲するように柔軟性を有していることにより摩擦抵抗及び磨耗を低減している。

前記気密ピース80は、図17に示すように形成された発泡樹脂(スポンジ)からなり、内障子3の召し合せ框6cの下部室外面に両面粘着テープ等で貼り付け固定されている。この気密ピース80の室外面が障子閉鎖時の外障子4の召し合せ框(召外框)8cの室内面に接し、気密ピース80が内障子3の召し合せ框6cの室外面に設けられた召し合せ気密材85と接していることにより、前記止水ブロック60及び風止部材70と共に第1気密材42と第2気密材43による横気密ラインをつないでいると共に、この横気密ラインと召し合せ気密材85による縦気密ラインをつないでいる。

また、前記風止部材70は、障子閉鎖時に前記内障子3の垂下片17(具体的には召内框下部振れ止め部材45の垂下片部17a)の室外面に弾性で接するヒレ状の第3気密片74を有している。具体的には、封止部材70の本体部70aにおける6枚の第2気密片73のうちの端部側の2枚の第2気密片73を有する部分が第2立上り壁29の切断部よりも突出しており、その突出部分75の室内面に2枚の第3気密片74が前記2枚の各第2気密片73とつながった状態で設けられている。第3気密片74は閉鎖時の内障子3の召し合せ框下部振れ止め部材45の垂下片部17aの室外面に弾性で接するように室内側に突出して設けられている。

この場合、第3気密片74に柔軟性をもたせるべくその突出長さを長くするために、本体部70aの突出部分75の室内面には凹部76が形成されている。前記召内框下部振れ止め部材45の垂下片部17aの室外面は図18に示すように下框6bの垂下片17の室外面よりも室外側若干例えば1〜2mm程度突出して形成されており、内障子3の閉鎖時には(a)に示すように第3気密片74が垂下片部17aの室外面に弾性で湾曲した状態で接し、内障子3の開放時には(c)に示すように第3気密片74の先端部が下框6bの垂下片1の室外面から離れ、開閉操作時の抵抗にならないようになっている。

また、前記第3気密片74は、その長さを長くしたことにより、(b)に示すようにたとえ内障子3が風圧で室内側に移動したとしても第3気密片74の先端部が振れ止め部材45の垂下片部17aの室外面から離れることがなく、気密性の向上が図れている。前記止水ブロック60における4枚の第1気密片64のうちの端部側の1枚の第1気密片64aは、前記2枚の第3気密片74間の凹部76の底部に接するように室外側に延出されており、止水ブロック60と風止部材70との間に隙間が発生しないようにしている。

外障子側の第2横気密材43と縦気密材49とは略同じ垂直面上にあるため、第2横気密材43の端部と縦気密材49の下端部とが連結(接続)されている(すなわち、外障子側の横気密ラインと縦気密ラインとは連続している)のに対し、内障子側の第1横気密材42と縦気密材46とは異なる垂直面上にあるため、第1横気密材42の端部と縦気密材46の下端部とは室内外方向に離れている(すなわち、内障子側の横気密ラインと縦気密ラインとは連続していない)。そこで、内障子側の横気密ラインと縦気密ラインとを連続させるために、図4、図7ないし図8に示すように、前記下枠2bには内障子用の第1横気密材42と縦気密材46とを直接または間接的に連結する例えば軟質ゴム製の下枠立上り気密部47が設けられると共に、前記内障子3の戸先部下部には閉鎖時に前記下枠立上り気密部47に当接して下枠立上り気密部47との間を封止する戸先部下部気密部62が設けられている。
