Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a container for a volatile material including a fragrance, a deodorant, and other volatile components, and particularly to a container capable of adjusting the size of the volatile window for releasing the components.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, the container disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-291553 is a lid member in which a container body having a peripheral wall with a wide upper surface and a drooping cylinder from the peripheral edge of an inverted dish-like top plate that is gently bent upwardly at the upper end of the peripheral wall. The top plate is divided into a fixed portion near the outer periphery of the top plate and a movable portion near the inner periphery by dividing the volatilization passage also as a volatilization path, and the movable portion is separated from the center plate for pressing down. Through a thin hinge, the swing plate protrudes in the front-rear and left-right directions and has a substantially cross shape, and the projecting direction intermediate portions on both sides of each swing plate and the corresponding portion of the fixed portion are connected via a connecting piece. When the center plate is pushed down, the movable part inside the connecting piece is turned downward, and the movable part outside the connecting piece is turned upward, and the connecting piece is formed. Large volatilization openings open from the above notches on the entire circumference of the movable part except the location, and each swing plate The depression of the end portion, the movable portion of the connecting piece and out is configured to close the above volatilization port elastically restored.
[0003]
[Problem to be Solved by the Invention]
However, the container has the following problems.
(1) The container has a structure in which a top plate that bends upward is divided into a cruciform movable part and a fixed part around it by piercing it, and these parts are connected by a connecting piece. Is easily cut by elastic fatigue due to the reversal of the movable part.
(2) The top plate can only select two large opening states and small opening states by elastic reversal and restoration of the movable part to the downward bending state. Accordingly, the opening amount cannot be further adjusted.
(3) Since the movable part has a gap formed between the outer edge of the movable part and the inner edge of the fixed part as a volatilization opening at the time of large opening in the downward bent state, for example, the volatilization opening provided on the top plate is simply a lid. Only a small opening amount can be obtained as compared with a structure that can be opened and closed by, for example.
(4) Since the movable part only inverts between the shallow upper bent state and the shallow lower bent state inside the cut, the shape does not change so much. There is a possibility that the agent is wasted, and the design change is poor.
[0004]
In order to eliminate these inconveniences, the present invention provides a mounting hole in the central portion of the shallow plate-shaped top plate that the cover member that covers the upper surface of the can-like body, and one or more in the top plate portion excluding the central portion. Each of the volatilization windows is drilled, and the bar portion suspended from the lower surface of the curved cover plate that shields at least a part of the opening area of these volatilization windows is locked in the mounting hole so that it cannot be pulled upward, and It is an object of the present invention to provide a volatile material storage container in which a top plate is provided so that it can be elastically reversed into an inverted dish by providing a thin hinge around the outer periphery of the plate.
[0005]

A cover member in which the lower end portion of the support cylinder 13 is fitted, and the mounting hole 15 is formed in the central portion of the top plate 12, and the single or plural volatilization windows 16 are formed in the top plate portion excluding the central portion. 11 and
Curved along the top surface of the top plate 12 to shield at least a part of the opening area of each volatilization window 16, and the bar portion 23 suspended from the bottom surface of the inner plate portion 22 is moved upward into the mounting hole 15. A curved lid plate 21 that is locked so that it cannot be pulled out, and
The top plate 12 is provided with a thin hinge 14 on its outer periphery so that it can be elastically reversed to an inverted dish shape.
[0006]
The second means has the first means, and in a state where the top plate 12 is inverted, the bent lid plate 21 is bent upward and outward from the rod portion hanging portion, It is configured such that it can be elastically reversed into a shape bent downward and outward along the top plate 12.
[0007]
The third means includes the first means or the second means, and the curved cover plate 21 is formed in a dish shape that can be in close contact with the top surface of the top plate 12, and the bent cover plate rod A knob 24 for pulling operation is erected from the upper surface of the part hanging portion.
[0008]

[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
First, a first embodiment of the present invention shown in FIGS. 1 to 5 will be described.
[0011]
Reference numeral 1 denotes a can-like body that closes the upper and lower surfaces of the cylindrical body 2 with a top wall 3 and a bottom wall 4, respectively. In the present specification, the can-like body is not limited to a metal can, and includes a container formed of another material having a similar shape, for example, a synthetic resin. Although not shown in particular, a separation line is provided around the outer periphery of the top wall 3 and a pull ring is provided on the top surface of the top wall inside the line, and the top wall is pulled as shown in FIG. 2 by pulling the pull ring. The part may be removable.
[0012]
Reference numeral 11 denotes a cover member, in which a lower end portion of a support cylinder 13 suspended from the periphery of the top plate 12 is detachably fitted to an upper end portion of the outer surface of the can body body portion 2.
[0013]
As shown in FIG. 2, the top plate 12 is formed as an elastic plate portion having a shallow dish shape, and in a preferred example shown in a round shape bulging downward, and the plate portion is formed with the thin hinge 14 as a fulcrum in FIG. In this way, it can be elastically reversed and restored to an inverted dish shape. At the center of the top plate, there are a plurality of mounting holes 15 having a shape corresponding to the cross section of the rod portion described later, in front and rear and left and right portions of the top plate excluding the center portion, spaced apart at equal intervals in the circumferential direction. In the illustrated example, four volatilization windows 16 are formed, respectively. In a more preferred example of illustration, each volatilization window is formed in a substantially triangular shape with both circumferential edges intersecting each upper end, and the top plate portion between the volatilization windows is a plate spring that enables the elastic reversal. 17 ... These leaf springs extend from the mounting hole 15 in the radial direction. Further, a plurality of horizontal grids 18 for reinforcing and preventing the stored items from jumping out are installed between the side edges of the respective volatilization windows.
[0014]
The support cylinder 13 is provided in such a length that the center part of the lower surface of the shallow plate-shaped top plate 12 does not contact the upper surface of the can-like body top wall 3.
[0015]
Reference numeral 21 denotes a bent lid plate that is bent along the upper surface of the top plate 12. In the present embodiment, the curved lid plate is formed in a dish shape in close contact with the top surface of the top plate 12, so that the openings of the plurality of volatilization windows 16 can be completely shielded, and The bar portion 23 suspended from the lower surface of the inner plate portion 22 which is the center of the dish is locked into the mounting hole 15 of the top plate so that it cannot be pulled out upward. In the present embodiment, the rod portion 23 may have a polygonal cylindrical shape or other appropriate shape in addition to the illustrated cylindrical shape. Further, a picking piece 24 for lifting operation is erected from the upper surface of the inner plate portion 22 where the bar portion is installed.
[0016]
The bent lid plate 21 has such a rigidity that the plate shape can be maintained when the top plate 12 is inverted into an inverted dish shape as shown in FIG. 4, thereby opening the volatilization window 16 during the inversion. It is possible to do that. However, the bent lid plate 21 is not limited to a plate that is not deformed from the dish shape. For example, the bent lid plate 21 is picked and fixed from the state of FIG. 4 and the outer peripheral portion of the bent lid plate 21 is pushed down. In this case, there is included one having elasticity enough to reverse the inverted dish shape as shown in FIG. In this specification, the shape of FIGS. 1 and 2 in which the top plate 12 and the bent lid plate 21 are bent downward is a typical form of the container of the present invention. However, the bent lid plate 21 is made of an elastic material. When formed, it should be understood that the shape of FIG. 5 in which the top plate 12 and the bent lid plate 21 protrude upward is also a form of a container having the same structure.
[0017]
In the above configuration, first, after removing the cover member 11 from the can 1 and removing the inner portion of the top wall from the state of FIG. 1, when the cover member is remounted as shown in FIG. The foldable cover plate 21 completely shields each volatilization window 16 of the top plate 12, so that the volatile component in the body 2 does not leak to the outside.
[0018]
When the knob 24 is pulled up from the state shown in FIG. 2, the top plate 12 is turned upside down as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, but the bent lid 21 is lifted up while maintaining the plate shape. Therefore, the upper surface of the top plate 12 and the lower surface of the bent lid plate 21 are separated from each other. As a result, each volatilization window 16 is fully opened, and the volatile component in the body part 2 diffuses to the outside.
[0019]
When the knob 24 is pushed down from FIG. 4, the bent cover plate 21 is inverted into a dish shape and returns to the state of FIG.
[0020]
Next, a second embodiment shown in FIGS. 6 to 8 will be described.
[0021]
In the configuration of the first embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7 or FIG. 6, a plurality of ventilation holes 26 are formed in the bent lid plate portion that is in contact with the plate spring 17 of the top plate 12. In addition, as shown in FIG. 8, a part of the opening area of each volatilization window 16 and the opening surface of the vent hole 26 can be overlapped by the rotation of the bent cover plate 21 around the rod part 23. Is. Each of these vent holes desirably has a smaller opening area than each of the volatilization windows 16.
[0022]
According to the above configuration, in the state of FIG. 7, the air holes 26 are closed by the upper surfaces of the plate springs 17 of the top plate 12, and the volatilization windows 16 are closed by the lower surface of the bent lid plate 21. The volatile components in the container are prevented from evaporating to the outside. Next, when the knob 24 is picked and rotated by a required amount, the volatile component in the container is released to the outside through the overlapping range of the volatilization window 16 and the vent hole 26.
[0023]
As shown in FIG. 6, when the top plate 12 is elastically inverted to the inverted dish shape, the volatilization windows 16 are fully opened as in the first embodiment.
[0024]
Next, a third embodiment shown in FIGS. 9 to 13 will be described.
[0025]
This form changes the structure of the curved cover board of 1st Embodiment. Hereinafter, about the same structure as 1st Embodiment, description is abbreviate | omitted by attaching | subjecting the same code | symbol.
[0026]
In this embodiment, the curved cover plate 21 has a shape in which a plurality of shielding pieces 25 for shielding the volatile window, which are bent from the inner plate portion 22 along the inner surface of the top plate 12, project radially. In this embodiment, each shielding piece 25 is formed in a size that can completely close the volatilization windows 16 shown in FIG. 11, for example. In addition, the curved cover plate 21 shown in the figure protrudes radially from the petal-shaped shielding pieces 25 ... from the inner plate portion 22, but the shape and number of the shielding pieces are the shape and number of the volatilization window. Can be changed as appropriate. In addition, each shielding piece 25 of the curved cover plate can be elastically reversed from the upward and outward bent state shown in FIG. 12 to the downward and outward bent state similar to that shown in FIG. 5 of the first embodiment. It may be formed.
[0027]
Further, the curved lid plate 21 holds the cylindrical rod portion 23 suspended from the lower surface of the inner plate portion 22 in a circular mounting hole 15 so that it cannot be pulled out upward and can be rotated. Each lower surface of the plate portion 22 and the shielding piece 25 is slidable with respect to the upper surface of the top plate 12, and each sliding window 25 is displaced by moving each shielding piece 25 with respect to the volatilization window 16 as shown in FIG. The opening area can be adjusted. Further, it is preferable that a knob 24 for pulling and rotating operations is raised from the upper surface of the inner plate portion 22.
[0028]
Further, in the illustrated example, each of the volatilization windows 16 is formed in the same shape and size, and the shielding pieces 25 are formed in the corresponding same shape and size, and each of the shielding pieces is formed by each shielding piece. The volatilization window is formed to be completely shieldable.
[0029]
According to the above configuration, the shielding piece 25 completely shields all the volatilization windows 16 in a state where the central portion of the top wall 3 of the can-like body 1 is removed as shown in FIG.
[0030]
When the knob piece 24 is pulled up from this fully closed state, the top plate 12 is elastically inverted upward in a reverse dish shape, but the bent cover plate 21 has each shielding piece 25 warped outward and upward as shown in FIG. In order to maintain the shape, each volatilization window 16 is fully opened. When the knob 24 is pushed down from the fully open state, the top 12 is elastically restored to the inverted dish shape and returns to the state shown in FIG.
[0031]
Further, when the knob 24 is picked and rotated from the state of FIG. 10, each shielding piece 25 is displaced with respect to the volatilization window 16, and these volatilization windows are partially opened as shown in FIG. The amount can be chosen at will. When the knob piece 24 is further rotated to move the shielding piece 25 to the volatilization window closing position, the state returns to the state shown in FIG.
[0032]
Next, a fourth embodiment shown in FIGS. 14 to 18 will be described.
[0033]
In this embodiment, each shielding piece 25 referred to in the second embodiment is provided so as to shield only a part of the opening area of the volatilization window 16. In the example shown in FIG. 14, the width of the shielding piece 25 (width in the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction) is made smaller than the width of each volatilization window 16, so that the volatilization window is formed on both sides of the shielding piece 25. Both sides in the circumferential direction are formed to be openable. Since other configurations are substantially the same as those of the second embodiment, the description thereof is omitted by attaching the same reference numerals.
[0034]
In the above configuration, in the state of FIG. 14, the volatilization window 16 is in a half-open state, and a small amount of volatile components are released into the air. When the knob 24 is picked and lifted from this state, the top plate 12 is inverted into the inverted dish shape, and the volatilization window 16 is fully opened. When the knob 24 is further pushed down, the top 12 is restored to the dish shape and the state returns to the state shown in FIG.
[0035]
Next, when the knob piece 24 is turned from the state shown in FIG. 14, the bent lid plate 21 is rotated, and each shielding piece 25 of the lid plate overlaps the top plate portion on the side of the volatilization window as shown in FIG. The opening area of the window 16 increases. Next, when the knob 24 is turned in the opposite direction, the state shown in FIG. 14 is restored.
[0036]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention is configured as described above. According to the invention of claim 1, the following effects can be obtained.
○ Since the container of the present application can select the fully open state, the half open state, or the fully closed state of the volatilization window 16 by elastic reversal and restoration of the shallow plate-shaped top plate 12, the amount of the volatile component released can be adjusted.
○ Since the curved cover plate 21 is provided along the top surface of the top plate 12 and the cover plate opens and closes the volatilization window 16 by elastic reversal and restoration of the top plate, the top plate excluding the plate spring 17 for elastic reversal The volatilization window 16 can be formed in all of the portions, and a large-scale volatilization window is easily provided.
○ The bent lid plate 21 is attached in the mounting hole 15 drilled in the central portion of the top plate 12 by locking the rod portion 23 hanging from the lower surface center of the bent lid plate 21 so that it cannot be pulled out. As in the case of the configuration in which the swing plate is connected to the fixed portion of the lid plate via the connecting piece as in the conventional example described above, the connecting portion is not easily cut by elastic fatigue or the like.
○ The curved cover plate 21 has a remarkable appearance, for example, from a state bent along the top surface of the top plate 12 as shown in FIG. 2 to a state bent further upward from the upper end of the top plate inverted upward as shown in FIG. Therefore, it is possible to avoid the inconvenience that the consumer misunderstands both of these states.
[0037]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, unlike the top plate 12, the curved cover plate 21 is formed so as to be elastically reversible, so that the top plate 12 and the curved cover plate 21 protrude upward as shown in FIG. Since the container of the present application can be manufactured as a shape, variations in the shape of the container can be increased. For example, a pattern is provided on the upper surface of the bent cover plate 21 or the bent cover plate is designed like a petal. When the shape is excellent, the bent cover plate can be made more conspicuous when viewed from the side of the container.
[0038]
According to the invention of claim 3, since the bent lid plate 21 has a dish shape that can be in close contact with the top surface of the top plate 12, the volatilization window 16 is fully opened and fully restored by elastic reversal and restoration of the top plate 12. The closed state can be selected. For example, when the container is not used for a long time, the fully closed state can be selected to prevent volatilization and reduction of the contents of the container.
[0039]
According to the invention of claim 4, the bent lid plate 21 has a dish shape corresponding to the top plate 12, and the vent holes 26 are formed in the lid plate portion that is in contact with the plate spring 17 portion of the top plate. Therefore, by rotating the bent lid plate 21 so that a part of the opening area of the volatilization window 12 overlaps with the air hole 26, the volatilization window can be easily made into a small opening state.
[0040]
According to invention of Claim 5, there exists the following effect.
The bent lid plate 21 is drilled in the top plate 12 by a plurality of shielding pieces 25 projecting radially from the inner plate portion 21 pivotally attached by the rod portion 23 into the mounting hole 15 at the center of the top plate 12. Since the volatilized windows 16 can be opened and closed, the opening amount of each window can be adjusted between fully open and fully closed.
○ Since the plurality of shielding pieces 25 have a structure in which the plurality of shielding pieces 25 protrude radially from the inner plate portion 21 as described above, the shape of these shielding pieces is associated with, for example, petals and young buds. In particular, when the top plate 12 is turned upward, a plurality of shielding pieces 25 project upward from the inside of the support tube 13 hanging down from the periphery of the top plate 12 so that the petals bloom. It can also be given to consumers.
