本発明は容器の蓋に関し、詳しくは、芳香剤等の揮発性物質を収納する容器等に被着させるのに好適な容器の蓋に関する。

【従来の技術】
芳香剤等の揮発性物質などを収納する容器では、収納物の揮発量の経時変化により開口部の開口面積を相違させることができるよう構成したものがある。この様な容器として、例えば以下の如き蓋を備えたものが提案されている。即ち、伏椀状の蓋体の頂板部を周辺の固定部と中央の可動部とに分割線空間を介して分割し、可動部は高位置の中央押動部とこの中央押動部から放射状に延びる複数の可動片部とからなり、各可動片部はその内外方向中間位置の両側において1対の連結軸部によって周辺固定部に結合され、また、各可動片部は中央押動部と連結軸部との中間位置においてヒンジ部を有し、中央押動部を押し下げたとき各可動片部の先端が上方へ開き、可動片部の先端を押し下げたとき中央押動部及び各可動片部がもとの位置に戻るように構成するとともに、全体を樹脂で一体成形している。(特開平10−291553号)

この種の蓋は必要に応じて開口部の開口面積を広くすることができる便利があり、収納物の揮発量の多い使用当初には通常の狭い開口面積で使用し、揮発量が少なくなった際に開口面積を広げることにより変わらぬ効果を得られるものである。しかしながら、各可動片部の先端が上方へ開いている広い開口状態では連結軸部が常時捩じれた状態で元に戻ろうとする状態であり、しかも、各可動片部はヒンジに於いて屈折しているだけであるため、広い開口状態を安定的に維持する点で未だ満足のいかない部分があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は上記した如き芳香剤等の揮発性物質を収納する容器に被着する蓋であって、必要に応じて簡単に開口部の大小を変化させることができ、しかも、狭い開口面積の場合はもとより、広い開口面積での安定した状態を維持でき、構造も極めて簡単で合成樹脂により一体成形が可能な優れた容器の蓋を提案するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施例の形態を図面を参照して説明する。

図面に示す如く本発明の容器の蓋1は、合成樹脂により一体に形成されたもので、周壁2上端縁より頂壁3を延設するとともに、装着した容器内の収納物を揮散するための通気孔4及び揮散調整用の窓孔5を設けている。また、窓孔5を開閉可能に閉塞する可動板部6を下方への弾性反転が可能に一体に設けている。

本発明に於ける通気孔4は、通常の状態で被着した容器の収納物を揮散させるためのもので、その形状,開口面積,開口位置等は適宜選択することができる。図1の実施例では、頂壁3から周壁2に亘り線状に延びる鉤型の通気孔を両側にそれぞれ多数並設している。また、図4に示す実施例では、両側前後に延びる細帯状の通気孔4を設けている。

また、窓孔5は被着した容器内の収納物が時間の経過に伴いその揮散量が少なくなった場合や多量の揮散を行いたい場合に可動板部6を操作して開口し、揮散量の調整を行うためのものであり、その形状も可動板部6の形状に併せて種々選択することができ、例えば、図1の実施例の如き周壁2から頂壁3に亘る帯状のものや、図4の実施例の如き放射状の帯状部を有するもの等種々採用することができる。

可動板部6の形態も上記した要件を満たせば種々選択できるものであり、常時は窓孔5縁部に沿って縁部を位置させることにより、窓孔5を閉塞している。但し、その主旨から窓孔5を完全に密封する必要はなく、若干の隙間或いは後述する指掛け用透孔を設けることは問題がない。また、下方への弾性反転が可能とは、常態で安定している可動板部6を上方より押圧して、全体或いは部分的に弾性変形させ、更に押し込むことにより負荷の掛からない安定した状態まで変移することをいい、その形状は周壁2及び/又は頂壁3に穿設した窓孔を閉塞する形態であれば種々採用できる。

以上説明した如く本発明の容器の蓋は、既述構成としたことにより、使用当初は通気孔4より適当量の収納物を揮散させることができ、また、時間が経過し収納物の揮散量が少なくなった場合には、可動板部6を押し下げて弾性反転させれば窓孔5が開口して揮散量の減少を充分補うことができる。また、可動板部6は下方へ弾性反転するため、窓孔開口状態を安定的に維持でき、帯状板部6dが自然に閉じてしまう等の不都合を生じることはない。更に、構造も極めて簡単で合成樹脂により一体成形が可能であり、安価に且つ容易に製造できる利点もある。
