Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a massage chair.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 14, the reclining chair is composed of a seat portion 1 and a backrest portion 3 rotatably provided at a rear portion of the seat portion 1. The seat portion 1 and the backrest portion are configured. If there is a gap between the seat part 1 and the heel part, the gap part may fall into the gap, or the hand may enter the lower part of the seat part 1 or the backrest part 3 when a hand is inserted. The seat portion 1 and the backrest portion 3 are in tight contact with each other.
[0003]
By the way, although the structure of the said reclining chair is applied also in a massage chair, in the massage chair, as shown in FIG. 15, the treatment mechanism 2 which treats the user who seated on the chair in the backrest part 3. As shown in FIG. Therefore, a gap (S in the figure) is likely to occur between the seat portion 1 and the backrest portion 3. That is, the structure of the backrest part 3 incorporating the treatment mechanism 2 needs to slide the treatment mechanism 2 above and below the backrest part 3, so that a groove-shaped treatment mechanism slide part 14 extending vertically inside the backrest part 3 is provided. The treatment mechanism 2 is formed so that the treatment mechanism 2 is accommodated in the treatment mechanism slide portion 14 so that the treatment mechanism 2 can be moved up and down. Although the surface of the treatment mechanism slide portion 14 is covered with a cover material such as leather or cloth, it becomes a portion that is more easily recessed than the other portions of the backrest portion 3 when pressed from the front. Thus, when the backrest 3 is pressed from the front, a gap S is likely to occur between the seat 1 and the backrest 3 at the site of the treatment mechanism slide 14.
[0004]
As described above, if there is this gap, when a hand is inserted between the seat portion 1 and the backrest portion 3, the hand may enter the lower portion of the seat portion 1 or the backrest portion 3, or in the worst case, the hip portion. Therefore, a massage chair that does not cause the above fear has been desired.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
This invention is made | formed in view of said point, and makes it a subject to provide the massage chair which prevented the fall of the hand, the buttocks, etc. between a seat part and a backrest part.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, a massage chair according to the present invention is provided with a treatment mechanism 2 for treating a user so as to be movable up and down on a backrest portion 3, and the backrest portion 3 is adjacent to the rear portion of the seat portion 1. In the massage chair that is arranged and reclining with respect to the seat portion 1, a belt-like member 18 extending in the width direction of the seat portion 1 and the backrest portion 3 is constructed between the seat portion 1 and the backrest portion 3. One end of 18 is fixed to the seat portion 1 and the other end is fixed to the backrest portion 3. According to this, even when the part where the treatment mechanism 2 of the backrest part 3 slides is pressed from the front surface of the backrest part 3 to be recessed and a gap is formed between the seat part 1 and the backrest part 3, The member 18 can support the hand inserted into the gap, the hook part that has been fitted, and the like, and can prevent the hand and the hook part from falling below the backrest part 3 and the seat part 1.
[0007]
Further, the belt-like member 18 is disposed along the lower surface side of the seat portion 1 and the front surface side of the backrest portion 3, and the belt-like member 18 is seated on the seat portion 1 in a state where the backrest portion 3 stands with respect to the seat portion 1. It is located below the surface. According to this, in the state where the backrest part 3 stands with respect to the seat part 1, the belt-like member 18 is not exposed from between the seat part 1 and the backrest part 3, and the appearance of the massage chair can be improved. it can.
[0008]
Further, in a state where the backrest 3 is completely tilted with respect to the seat 1, the dimension between both fixed ends of the band-shaped member 18 and the dimension between the seat 1 and the backrest 3 to which the band-shaped member 18 is fixed. It is also preferable that are substantially the same. According to this, the belt-like member 18 prevents reclining of the backrest part 3 in a state where the backrest part 3 is completely tilted with respect to the seat part 1 having the maximum dimension between the seat part 1 and the backrest part 3. You can keep it from stretching.
[0009]
Moreover, it is also preferable that the belt-shaped member 18 is composed of a member that can be expanded and contracted. According to this, it is possible to reliably eliminate the belt-like member 18 from stretching so as to prevent the reclining of the backrest 3.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings.
[0011]
As shown in FIG. 1, the massage chair has a seat portion 1 and a backrest portion 3 in which a treatment mechanism 2 for treating a user is incorporated, and the backrest portion 3 is rotated to the rear portion of the seat portion 1. It is a chair that can be freely placed and reclined. In addition, the reclining of the backrest part 3 raises the backrest part 3 with respect to the seat part 1 at the time of the initial operation when the backrest part 3 is tilted, and drives the drive mechanism 4 to tilt the raised backrest part 3 as it is after the initial operation. Is done through. Details will be described below.
[0012]
The seat portion 1 is placed on a seat portion placing portion provided on the upper surface of the frame housing 5 that is a structural material of the massage chair. As shown in FIG. 3, the frame housing 5 is bent diagonally downward at a pair of main body portions 6 extending back and forth along both side edges in the width direction of the seat portion 1 and at the rear end portions of the main body portions 6. The rear leg 7, the front leg 8 suspended downward from the front end of each main body 6, the upper horizontal part 9 connecting the upper ends of the front legs 8, and the lower ends of the front legs 8 It is a rigid body composed of a connected lower horizontal part 10 and a reinforcing part 11 that connects the lower end of each front leg part 8 and the lower end of each rear leg part 7. Specifically, the seat mounting portion is a portion surrounded by a pair of main body portions 6 and an upper horizontal portion 9, and a planar spring 12 is disposed between the pair of main body portions 6. It is configured. That is, the seat portion 1 is placed on the planar spring 12 so that the user can comfortably sit on the seat portion 1 due to the cushioning property of the planar spring 12. In addition, the armrest part 13 is each provided in the side edge of the width direction of this seat part 1 (FIG. 4). The armrest portion 13 is fixed to the frame housing 5 so that the frame housing 5 is embedded therein.
[0013]
The backrest part 3 incorporates the treatment mechanism 2 as described above. The treatment mechanism 2 has a treatment mechanism main body 2a that can move up and down in the backrest portion 3, and a treatment element 2b that protrudes forward from the treatment mechanism main body 2a and presses against the body of the user to be treated. The treatment mechanism main body 2a is movable up and down the backrest portion 3, and the treatment element 2b is movable in the left-right direction with respect to the treatment mechanism main body 2a. Specifically, in the structure of the backrest part 3 incorporating the treatment mechanism 2, a groove-shaped treatment mechanism slide part 14 extending in the vertical direction is formed inside the backrest part 3, and the treatment mechanism slide part 14 is provided with a treatment mechanism. 2 is accommodated so that the treatment mechanism 2 can be moved up and down. In addition, the surface of this treatment mechanism slide part 14 is coat | covered with cover materials, such as leather and cloth, like the other site | parts of the backrest part 3. FIG. The treatment mechanism slide portion 14 that is the movement range of the treatment mechanism 2 constitutes the treatment range, but the massage chair is essentially required to have a large treatment range, and the peripheral portion of the backrest portion 3 is also required in the massage chair of this example. The treatment mechanism slide part 14 is formed in a wide range that leaves the mark. And in order to make the treatment mechanism 2 which has this wide treatment range work effectively to a user, the backrest part 3 is arrange | positioned adjacent to the rear part of the seat part 1 so that reclining is possible via the drive mechanism 4 mentioned above. ing.
[0014]
Specifically, the drive mechanism 4 includes a first link 15 laid between the lower horizontal portion 10 and the lower end of the backrest portion 3, and an expansion / contraction laid between the first link 15 and the upper horizontal portion 9. The driving means 16 and a second link 17 constructed between a position behind the backrest portion 3 of the rear leg portion 7 and a lower position of the backrest portion 3 are configured. The first link 15 can be rotated about the lower horizontal portion 10 by the expansion / contraction drive in the longitudinal direction of the expansion / contraction drive means 16, and the second link 17 rotates the rear leg portion 7. It can be rotated as a center. In the state where the backrest portion 3 stands with respect to the seat portion 1, both the first link 15 and the second link 17 rotate upward (FIG. 1), and the backrest portion 3 moves relative to the seat portion 1. In the state of being laid down, the first link 15 is rotated forward and the second link 17 is rotated backward (FIG. 2). That is, in the drive mechanism 4, during the initial operation of tilting the backrest portion 3, the backrest portion 3 is raised with respect to the seat portion 1 by the upward rotation of the first link 15 and the second link 17. After the initial operation of tilting the portion 3, the backrest portion 3 is greatly tilted with respect to the seat portion 1 by the forward rotation of the first link 15 and the backward rotation of the second link 17. Therefore, even if the backrest part 3 is provided with a treatment range in a wide range up to the vicinity of the lower end, the treatment range of the backrest part 3 is immediately positioned above the seat part 1 in the initial operation of defeating the backrest part 3. Thus, effective treatment by the treatment mechanism 2 can be performed over a wide range of the body of the user.
[0015]
The backrest portion 3 that is reclined by the drive mechanism 4 always has the front surface of the backrest portion 3 in contact with the rear surface of the seat portion 1 so that no gap is formed between the backrest portion 3 and the seat portion 1. Yes. However, as described in the section of the prior art, the treatment mechanism slide portion 14 provided in the backrest portion 3 is easily recessed when pressed from the front of the backrest portion 3, and the backrest portion 3 and the seat portion 1 are eventually formed by this depression. There is a risk that a gap will be formed between them (see FIG. 15). In particular, in the massage chair of this example, in order to widen the treatment range, the above-described drive mechanism 4 is adopted, and the treatment mechanism slide portion 14 that is easy to dent when pressed near the lower end of the backrest portion 3 is formed. Therefore, a gap is easily generated between the backrest 3 and the seat 1 as it is. Therefore, in the massage chair of this example, by adopting the following structure, the occurrence of a gap between the backrest portion 3 and the seat portion 1 is prevented and the adverse effects due to this gap are eliminated.
[0016]
That is, a belt-like member 18 having one end fixed to the seat portion 1 and the other end fixed to the backrest portion 3 is installed between the seat portion 1 and the backrest portion 3. The belt-like member 18 has dimensions in the width direction of the seat portion 1 and the backrest portion 3 as dimensions in the width direction. Here, the fixing position of the belt-like member 18 to the seat portion 1 and the backrest portion 3 is not particularly limited, but in this example, the fixing position of the belt-like member 18 to the seat portion 1 is the seat portion 1. Further, the fixing position of the belt-like member 18 to the backrest portion 3 is set to a position below the treatment mechanism slide portion 14 of the backrest portion 3. In the drawing, A shows a fixing portion of the belt-like member 18 to the seat portion 1, and B in the drawing shows a fixing portion of the belt-like member 18 to the backrest portion 3. As described above, the belt-like member 18 is installed between the seat portion 1 and the backrest portion 3, so that, for example, the portion of the treatment mechanism slide portion 14 of the backrest portion 3 is pressed from the front surface of the backrest portion 3 to be recessed and seated. Even when a gap is generated between the part 1 and the backrest part 3, the band-shaped member 18 can support the hand inserted into the gap, the fitted heel part, and the like. It can prevent falling below the backrest part 3 and the seat part 1. Below the backrest part 3 and the seat part 1 is a drive mechanism 4 for driving various links 14 and 16 and the like. If a hand or the like is accidentally inserted into the drive mechanism 4, it is very dangerous. By providing 18, an unexpected accident can be prevented in advance, and the safety of the massage chair can be improved.
[0017]
Further, the belt-like member 18 is disposed along the lower surface of the seat portion 1 and the front surface of the backrest portion 3, and when the backrest portion 3 stands with respect to the seat portion 1, the belt-like member 18 is 1 is positioned below the seating surface, the strip-shaped member 18 is prevented from being exposed to the outside, and the appearance of the massage chair is prevented from being deteriorated. In the collapsed state, the dimension between the two fixed ends of the band-shaped member 18 and the dimension between the seat part 1 to which the band-shaped member 18 is fixed and the backrest part 3 are substantially the same, and the band-shaped member 18 is not stretched so as to prevent reclining of the backrest 3. The belt-like member 18 may be formed of a stretchable member, and the belt-like member 18 can be prevented from stretching so as to prevent the reclining of the backrest 3.
[0018]
In the massage chair of the present example described above, various other devices are made in terms of configuration, and the usability is improved. Details will be described below.
[0019]
First, in the massage chair of this example, a handle for carrying is provided in a proper position, and the usability is improved such that the carrying is easy. As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, back handles 19 are provided at both ends in the width direction of the rear surface of the backrest portion 3, and as shown in FIG. A handle 20 is provided.
[0020]
The back handle 19 is configured by a recess 19 a that is recessed at both end portions in the width direction of the raised portion 28 provided across the width direction of the backrest portion 3. That is, a finger can be hooked on the peripheral wall 19b standing on the periphery of the recess 19a. By configuring the back handle 19 with the recess 19a, the back handle 19 does not protrude in the width direction of the massage chair, and the installation space for the massage chair is not unnecessarily enlarged. .
[0021]
The elbow handle 20 is provided in the vicinity of the frame housing 5 embedded in the armrest portion 13. Specifically, the elbow handle 20 is formed of a lightweight member provided with a recess 20a for hooking a finger, which is attached to the outer surface of the armrest 13 located outside the frame 5. The elbow handle 20 is provided on each of the pair of armrests 13, and when the massage chair is lifted by holding the pair of elbow handle 20, the pair of elbow handles 20 is obtained. Therefore, the load applied to the elbow handle 20 can be distributed and loaded on the frame housing 5. Therefore, the elbow handle 20 can be made of a lightweight member, and can be used for weight reduction of the massage chair.
[0022]
The center of gravity of the massage chair is located between the pair of back handles 19 and between the pair of elbow handles 20 in the width direction, and in the front-rear direction thereof. The massage chair is positioned between the back handle 19 and the elbow handle 20 so that the massage chair can be lifted in a stable state with the back handle 19 and the elbow handle 20.
[0023]
In addition, the armrest portion 13 is provided with an operating device 21 detachably on the upper surface on which the arm of the user is placed, so that the usability is improved such that the massage chair can be easily operated. As shown in FIG. 8, a flat container-like operating device base 22 opened upward is installed on the upper surface of the armrest portion 13, and the operating device 21 is fitted into the operating device base 22 from above, so that the operating device 21 is detachably provided on the armrest portion 13.
[0024]
As shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the operating device base 22 is a flat container shape that is long before and after opening upward, and a step portion 23 is formed at the opening edge of the operating device base 22. A cord fitting portion 25 for fitting a cord 24 extended from the operation device 21 is formed at the rear portion of the operation device base 22. In the figure, reference numeral 26 denotes a cutout portion provided for hooking a finger on the operating device 21 fitted in the operating device base 22 and removing it.
[0025]
The operation device 21 is fitted into the operation device table 22 from above. At this time, as shown in FIG. 11, a lid 27 provided on the operation device 21 at the corner 23a of the step portion 23 of the operation device table 22. Therefore, when the operating device 21 is fitted into the operating device base 22, the lid 27 of the operating device 21 is naturally closed. Accordingly, the lid 27 does not open in the operating unit 21 fitted in the operating unit base 22, and the operating unit 21 is detached from the operating unit base 22 by hooking an arm or the like on the open lid 27. It eliminates the mess. Further, when the operating device 21 is fitted in the operating device base 22, the cord 24 extended from the operating device 21 is fitted and held in the cord fitting portion 25. This also eliminates the fact that 21 is removed from the operation unit base 22 and dropped. As described above, the operating device 21 is detachably attached to the armrest portion 13, which can be handled by removing the operating device 21 from the armrest portion 13 as necessary and holding the operating device 21 with the hand of the user. Therefore, the operation device 21 is improved in usability.
[0026]
Further, in order to further improve the usability of the operation device 21 described above, the shape of the upper surface of the armrest portion 13 is devised. As shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, the operating device 21 is attached to the armrest portion 13, which is the upper surface of the armrest portion 13 on which the hand portion is placed when the user puts the elbow on the armrest portion 13. An operating device base 22 is installed at the front portion, and an operating device 21 is fitted into the operating device base 22. That is, when the user puts his elbow on the armrest portion 13, the operating device 21 is positioned on the hand portion, and the usability of the operating device 21 is improved. Moreover, the front part of the upper surface of the armrest part 13 to which the operating device 21 is mounted is formed so as to be inclined inward and rearward in the width direction. According to this, the operation device 21 attached to the armrest portion 13 can be set in a state in which the operation device 21 is directed inward and rearward in the width direction, that is, the operation device 21 can be easily viewed by the user. The usability of the vessel 21 is improved.
[0027]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the first aspect of the present invention, the treatment mechanism for treating the user is provided on the backrest portion so as to be movable up and down, and the backrest portion is disposed adjacent to the rear portion of the seat portion. In addition, in the massage chair that can be reclining with respect to the seat, a belt-like member extending in the width direction of the seat and the backrest is laid between the seat and the backrest, and one end of the belt-like member is fixed to the seat Since the other end is fixed to the backrest part, the part that slides the treatment mechanism of the backrest part is pressed from the front surface of the backrest part and is recessed, and there is a gap between the seat part and the backrest part. The band-shaped member can support the hand inserted into the gap and the hook part that has been fitted and dropped, and can prevent the hand from being inserted under the backrest part or the seat part and the saddle part from dropping. , And the it is possible to enhance the safety of the massage chair.
[0028]
Also, placing the belt-like member along a front side of the lower surface and the backrest portion of the seat, with the backrest stood relative to the seat, located below the seat surface of the seat to the belt-shaped member Therefore, in a state where the backrest portion stands with respect to the seat portion, the band-shaped member is not exposed from between the seat portion and the backrest portion, and the appearance of the massage chair can be improved.
[0029]
Further, in the invention according to claim 2 , in addition to the effect of claim 1, the dimension between the two fixed ends of the belt-shaped member and the belt-shaped member in a state where the backrest portion is completely tilted with respect to the seat portion. Since the dimension between the seat part and the backrest part where the seat is fixed is made substantially the same, the backrest part collapses completely against the seat part where the dimension between the seat part and the backrest part becomes the maximum. In this state, the belt-like member can be prevented from stretching, that is, even if the belt-like member is provided, the reclining of the backrest portion can be prevented from being hindered.
[0030]
In addition, in the invention of claim 3 , in addition to the effect of claim 1, since the belt-like member is composed of a stretchable member, the belt-like member can be reliably prevented from being stretched, that is, Even if the belt-like member is provided, the reclining of the backrest can be reliably prevented from being hindered.
