Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a board box that houses a control circuit board of a gaming machine.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a conventional gaming machine, for example, a pachinko gaming machine, a control circuit such as an accessory control device that controls the gaming machine or a ball discharge control device that controls the ball discharge device is housed in the box on the back side of the game machine. A substrate box is provided.
[0003]
The board box contains a control circuit board on which a large number of electronic components such as IC (integrated circuit) and resistors are mounted in a resin or metal box to prevent short-circuiting or dust and other dust from entering. And can be attached to the back side of a main frame (front frame) of the gaming machine, a back mechanical base board as a base frame, or a game board.
[0004]
For example, in an accessory control device, a CPU, ROM (memory), RAM (memory), etc. are provided in a control circuit, game control is performed according to a program stored in the ROM, and jackpots are also here. It is controlled.
[0005]
The board box is generally a box body in which an upper lid member and a base member are overlapped, and a connector part for electrical connection with other various devices is provided exposed from the box. By connecting the wirings via the connector section, it is possible to control each of them.
[0006]
Since the control circuit board related to game control is accommodated in the board box, it is likely to be subject to mischief and fraud, so that once the board box is opened, it can be seen that it has been opened. In addition, a seal seal is put on the joint between the upper lid member and the base member, or the surface of the substrate box is formed of a clear resin so that the state of the accommodated control circuit board can be seen from the outside.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, even if the board box is sealed, the connection area provided in an exposed state for the purpose of connecting various wirings extending from various devices to the connector portion on the control circuit board in the board box. Using it, fraudsters could be mischievous or cheating.
[0008]
For example, when a gaming machine (main body frame) is closed, there is a risk that a foreign object such as a piano wire may be inserted through a gap in the main body frame and the pattern surface of the board may be tampered with, or the connector portion may be tampered with. In addition, when the main body frame is opened, there is a concern that a fraudulent act of fraud may be performed by connecting an external circuit to the substrate to input a variable display game start signal or the like.
[0009]
In addition, because the control circuit board is exposed, a lot of balls stored in the island facilities and gaming machines are in contact with the exposed parts of the balls circulating in the gaming machine, etc. There was also a concern that the metal member touched and shorted. In addition, when replacing the game board (veneer), the connector part can be easily inserted and removed, but there is also a possibility of making a mistake.
[0010]
In order to prevent these problems, it is conceivable to cover the entire control circuit board. However, when installing a gaming machine or replacing the game board, the connector part of the control circuit board and the wiring connector extending from the game board Since it is necessary to connect the parts, it is necessary to facilitate the connection, and covering all of the control circuit board may deteriorate the working efficiency.
[0012]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to protect a control circuit board that is exposed in order to connect wiring with a board box containing the control circuit board. Gaming machine It is to provide a substrate box.

The upper coupling portion 61 has a through hole 64 having a predetermined diameter at the center, and an embedded hole 66 surrounding the head of a one-way screw 65 or the like (fastening member) at the upper portion of the through hole 64 on the lower surface around the through hole 64. A shaped engaging projection 67 is provided. The lower coupling portion 63 has an engagement receiving portion 68 in which an engagement projection 67 of the upper coupling portion 61 is fitted on the upper portion, and has a diameter substantially equal to that of the through hole 64 connected to the through hole 64 of the upper coupling portion 61 at the center. A hole 69 having a predetermined depth is formed.
[0036]
When the upper lid member 26 is closed with respect to the base member 25, the engaging protrusion 67 of the upper connecting portion 61 fits into the engaging receiving portion 68 of the lower connecting portion 63 as shown in FIG. [0037]
As shown in FIG. 7, for example, the width of the lower connecting portion 62 is formed larger than the width of the upper connecting portion 60 so that the lower connecting portion 62 is not hidden by the upper connecting portion 60. That is, when the connecting portions 60 and 62 are viewed from the upper lid member 26 side with the upper lid member 26 closed with respect to the base member 25, the states of both the connecting portions 60 and 62 are formed so as to be visible. . The upper connecting part 60 and the lower connecting part 62 are formed so as to be cut by a nipper or the like. In addition, as long as the state of both the connection parts 60 and 62 is visually recognizable, other methods, such as making the upper connection part 60 into a clear member and seeing through to the lower connection part 62, may be used.
[0038]
The overlapping portions 50 to 53 are formed at predetermined intervals in a row along the peripheral wall 38 b of the upper lid member 26 and the peripheral wall 35 b of the base member 25, and the overlapping portions 54 to 57 are formed on the peripheral wall 38 c of the upper lid member 26. The base member 25 is formed in a row along the peripheral wall 35c with a predetermined interval.
[0039]
On the other hand, a cover member 80 made of a transparent resin that covers the connection region 33 of the wiring cord group of the control circuit board 30 is provided. The cover member 80 is provided separately from the upper lid member 26 and the base member 25, is in contact with the inner surface of the peripheral wall 35d of the base member 25, and overlaps with the portions of the peripheral walls 35a and 35c surrounding the connection region 33 of the wiring cord group. Formed. The height of the peripheral walls 35a and 35c where the cover member 80 overlaps is formed lower by the thickness of the cover member 80.
[0040]
In the cover member 80, openings 81 that are somewhat larger than the shape of the connectors 32 are formed at positions corresponding to the male connectors 32 provided in the connection region 33 of the wiring cord group. Protruding pieces 82 are provided at both ends of the cover member 80, and small holes 83 are provided at the inner edge of the cover member 80.
[0041]
Gate-shaped locking pieces 84 are formed on the peripheral walls 35a and 35c of the base member 25 so as to correspond to the protruding pieces 82 at both ends of the cover member 80 so that the cover member 80 is detachably attached to the base member 25. The A fixing boss 85 projects from the lower end of the peripheral wall 38 d of the upper lid member 26 so as to correspond to the hole 83 at the inner edge of the cover member 80.
[0042]
However, the male connector 32 and the opening 81 of the cover member 80 in the connection region 33 of the wiring cord group in FIGS. 2 to 4 are schematically shown.
[0043]
Mounting bosses 72 project from the peripheral walls 35a and 35c of the base member 25, and one-touch type stoppers 73 (FIG. 2) for the hooks provided at the mounting portion of the back mechanical base panel 10 are incorporated in the mounting bosses 72. It is.
[0044]
As shown in FIG. 7, on the surface of the top plate portion 44 of the upper lid member 26, a model name display sheet 76 and an inspection history sheet 77, which will be described later, are attached, and in the vicinity of the polymerization bonding portions 50 to 53, 54 to 57, An identification code such as a number is displayed corresponding to each of the polymerization bond portions 50 to 53 and 54 to 57.
[0045]
This identification code indicates the order of sealing and opening involved in the inspection of electronic parts such as the ROM 31 of a public institution, and a sticker on which the identification code is printed is attached by printing or stamping (including molding indication). Is displayed. The display may be performed by printing, stamping (including molding display), or sticking a seal on the inner surface of the top plate portion 44. Further, printing or stamping (including molding display) may be performed on the polymerization bond portion itself.
[0046]
In addition, a model name (for example, Sophia circle) is displayed at a predetermined position of the cover member 80 by printing or stamping (including a molding display), or by sticking a seal on which the model name is printed. Note that the model name of the cover member 80 may be displayed by printing, stamping (including molding display), or pasting a seal on the inner surface of the cover member 80.
[0047]
As shown in FIG. 7, connector identification information (connector numbers; CN1, CN2, CN3...) Is written on the control circuit board 30 in the vicinity of each male connector 32 of the control circuit board 30.
[0048]
Next, assembly of the board box 15 and assembly to the gaming machine will be described.
[0049]
The lower protective plate 27, the control circuit board 30, and the upper protective plate 28 are stacked on the bottom 34 of the base member 25, and screwed to the fastening boss 36 with screws.
[0050]
A one-way screw 65 that can be turned only in the tightening direction is inserted into the through hole 64 of the upper joint portion 61 of the overlapping joint portions 50 to 53 and 54 to 57 of the upper lid member 26, and the tip of the one-way screw 65 protrudes from the through hole 64 to the lower surface. Temporarily fix so that there is no.
[0051]
The cover member 80 is attached to the base member 25 as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9 before the hinge portion 40 of the upper lid member 26 and the base member 25 are engaged or before the hinge portion 40 is engaged. In this case, the cover member 80 is bent, and the protruding pieces 82 at both ends are fitted to the locking pieces 84 of the peripheral walls 35a and 35c of the base member 25 and attached.
[0052]
In this attached state, each male connector 32 corresponding to the connection region 33 of the wiring cord group of the control circuit board 30 is fitted in each opening 81 of the cover member 80, and each male connector 32 is connected to the outside of the cover member 80. The connector portion (female connector) 90 of the group is faced so as to be insertable, and the entire connection region 33 of the wiring cord group of the control circuit board 30 is covered by the cover member 80 except for the portions of the male connectors 32.
[0053]
Subsequently, the upper lid member 26 is closed via the hinged portions 40 that are crossed. At this time, the protrusion 41 of the locking portion 43 between the upper lid member 26 and the base member 25 is fitted into the locking piece 42, so that the upper lid member 26 is locked and positioned by the base member 25, and at the same time, the upper lid member 26. The boss 85 projecting from the lower end of the peripheral wall 38d is fitted into the hole 83 at the inner edge of the cover member 80, and the boss 85 at the lower end of the peripheral wall 38d of the upper lid member 26 and the peripheral walls 35a, 35c of the base member 25 are locked. The cover member 80 is fixed to the piece 84.
[0054]
When the upper lid member 26 is closed, the engagement protrusions 67 of the upper coupling portions 61 of the overlapping coupling portions 50 to 53 and 54 to 57 are fitted into the engagement receiving portions 68 of the lower coupling portions 63, respectively. While polymerizing.
[0055]
In this state, the one-way screw 65, in which one of the polymerization coupling portions 50 to 53 and one of the polymerization coupling portions 54 to 57 are temporarily fixed to the upper coupling portion 61, is connected to the lower coupling portion 63. Securely tighten, bond and stick. In this case, the superposition | bonding coupling parts 50 and 54 of the identification code 1 are couple | bonded and fixed.
[0056]
After this, on the surface of the substrate box 15, that is, the surface of the top plate portion 44 of the upper lid member 26, each specification such as a game machine manufacturer name, model name, voltage, capacity, precautions, etc. is provided on a transparent seal as shown in FIG. And a board control number including a manufacturer symbol on a predetermined seal or the like (not shown) and a public box inspects an electronic component such as a ROM 31 by a board box. Attach inspection history record 77 having a column that can be described to certify that 15 has been properly opened.
[0057]
The model name display sheet 76 is on the hinged part 40 side of the top plate part 44 of the upper lid member 26, and the inspection history sheet 77 is on the side along the identification code of the superposition coupling parts 54 to 57 of the top plate part 44. In order to prevent the 30 ROMs 31 from being viewed through the upper lid member 26, a surface approximately equal to or larger than the size of the ROM 31 is provided at approximately the center of the top plate part 44 so as to remove the portion covering the ROM 31, and attached by sticking. .
[0058]
In this case, the model name display tag 76 is obtained by adhering the machine manufacturer name and each specification printed or stamped (including molding display) on a plate of resin or the like to the top plate portion 44 of the upper lid member 26 or the top plate. An attachment part such as a fitting groove may be formed on the plate part 44 and attached. The gaming machine manufacturer name and each specification may be printed or stamped on the top plate portion 44 in advance.
[0059]
The inspection resume 77 is used to manage the state of the sealing and opening of the substrate box 15 related to the inspection of the public institution, that is, the state of the polymerization bonding portions 50 to 53, 54 to 57, the number of inspections, the inspection date, the inspection mark, In the column of the inspection history, the identification codes 1, 2, 3, 4 of the superposition bonding parts 50 to 53 and 54 to 57 displayed on the top plate part 44 of the upper lid member 26 are provided in the inspection number field. Corresponding to the above, printing of the first, second, third, and fourth displays is performed in order. If the inspection history column is made to correspond to the identification codes of the polymerization bonding parts 50 to 53 and 54 to 57, the sealing order of the polymerization bonding parts 50 to 53 and 54 to 57 is determined, and the work at the time of inspection becomes easy. The state of the superposition | bonding coupling | bond part can be collated exactly by seeing an identification code and a test | inspection log | history.
[0060]
This inspection history record 77 is affixed to a plate made of resin or the like with a seal provided with a description column of the inspection history and the like, and an attachment portion such as a fitting groove in which the plate can be attached to and detached from the top plate portion 44 of the upper lid member 26 And you may make it attach. In addition, a description of opening and sealing procedures at the time of inspection may be written on a sticker or plate by printing or stamping. Moreover, when using a seal | sticker, you may use the special seal | sticker in which a trace remains when it peels.
[0061]
The model name display slip 76 and the inspection history record 77 are on the inner surface of the top plate portion 44 of the upper lid member 26, that is, the surface of the model name display slip 76 and the inspection history record 77 is on the surface (outer surface) of the top plate portion 44. You may make it attach toward. In this case, the model name display slip 76 and the inspection history sheet 77 are not soiled or made difficult to see due to dust or the like, and the model name display slip 76 and the inspection history sheet 77 are peeled off or damaged. There is no such thing.
[0062]
Then, the assembled board box 15 is attached to a predetermined attachment position of the back mechanical base board 10 of the gaming machine as shown in FIG.
[0063]
The base member 25 of the board box 15 is aligned with the surface of the back mechanical base board 10 at a predetermined mounting position, and the one-touch type stopper 73 of the mounting boss 72 of the base member 25 is pushed into the hook at the predetermined position of the back mechanical base board 10. , Fix.
[0064]
In this case, as shown in FIG. 2, the superposition coupling portions 54 to 57 are directed upward, the connection region 33 of the wiring cord group of the control circuit board 30 is on the ball discharge control device 13 side, and the superposition coupling portions 50 to 53 are on the back mechanical base board 10. The attachment position is determined so as to come to the peripheral edge of the front frame 1, that is, the open / close free end side of the front frame 1 of the gaming machine.
[0065]
After this attachment, each wiring cord from the display control device 12, the ball discharge control device 13, and various electric devices is connected to each male connector 32 of the connection region 33 of the control circuit board 30 exposed from the opening 81 of the cover member 80. The female connectors 90 of the groups 17 to 20 are fitted and connected.
[0066]
Under the present circumstances, the superposition | bonding coupling | bond part 50-53, 54-57 is located in the site | part of the board | substrate box 15 where the wiring work space of the wiring code groups 17-20 with respect to the connection area | region 33 does not overlap. In other words, the overlapping bonding portions 50 to 53 are on the side of the peripheral portion of the back mechanical base board 10 on the opposite side of the connection region 33, and the overlapping bonding portions 54 to 57 are apart from the connection region 33 and close to the peripheral portion of the back mechanical base plate 10. Located on the side. For this reason, when connecting the wiring cord groups 17 to 20 to the connector portion 32 of the connection region 33, the wires are entangled with the overlapping bonding portions 50 to 53 and 54 to 57, or the connected wires are overlapped with the overlapping bonding portions 50 to 53, The superposition | polymerization coupling | bond part 50-53 and 54-57 do not cover 54-57.
[0067]
Thus, in order to cover the connection region 33 of the wiring cord group of the control circuit board 30 with the cover member 80, for example, a foreign object such as a piano wire is inserted from the gap of the front frame 1 of the gaming machine, and the pattern of the control circuit board 30 It is possible to prevent the surface from being tampered with or scratched.
[0068]
Further, the cover member 80 cannot be removed unless the upper cover member 26 is opened, and the upper cover member 26 cannot be opened unless the polymerized bonded portion sealed as described later is excised. For this reason, even when the front frame 1 of the gaming machine is opened, for example, it is not easy to cheat by connecting an external circuit to the control circuit board 30, and the external circuit can be used to input a start signal for a variable display game. It can prevent fraudulent acts that add fraud.
[0069]
Further, dust and dirt are prevented from adhering to the control circuit board 30. Further, the metal member such as a ball in the island facility or the gaming machine does not touch the control circuit board 30, and the short circuit can be surely prevented. Further, damage to the control circuit board 30 is prevented.
[0070]
Further, since each male connector 32 in the connection region 33 of the control circuit board 30 is exposed from each opening 81 of the cover member 80, the display control device 12 corresponding to each male connector 32 is removed without removing the cover member 80. The female connectors 90 of the wiring cord groups 17 to 20 from the ball discharge control device 13 and various electric devices can be easily fitted and connected.
[0071]
In this case, since the cover member 80 is made of a transparent member, the male connector 32 and the female are viewed while looking at the connector identification information (connector numbers; CN1, CN2, CN3...) Written on the control circuit board 30 as shown in FIG. Connection with the connector 90 can be performed.
[0072]
Also, each female connector 90 can be easily removed, and good workability can be obtained when installing the gaming machine, replacing the gaming board, and inspecting.
[0073]
In addition, since the cover member 80 is formed separately from the upper lid member 26 and the base member 25, when the electrical parts and the wiring amount change depending on the game model, and the number, size, arrangement, etc. of the connector of the control circuit board 30 change, these Accordingly, the opening 81 provided in the cover member 80 may be changed, that is, only the cover member 80 may be changed. For this reason, even if the game model is different, the board box 15 can be shared by changing only the cover member 80 corresponding to the control circuit board 30 and the cost can be reduced.
[0074]
Note that the board pattern of the connection region 33 of the control circuit board 30 can be confirmed through the cover member 80, and the inspection can be performed.
[0075]
On the other hand, when inspecting the ROM 31 of the control circuit board 30 in the board box 15 by a public institution, the board box 15 is removed from the back mechanical base board 10 of the gaming machine or attached to the back mechanical base board 10. I do.
[0076]
When the inspection is performed with the substrate box 15 being attached to the back mechanical base board 10, the superposition coupling portions 50 and 54 of the identification code 1 fixed by the one-way screw 65 among the superposition coupling portions 50 to 53 and 54 to 57. The upper connecting portion 60 and the lower connecting portion 62 are cut with a nipper or the like to remove the overlapping portions 50 and 54.
[0077]
Except for the overlapping portions 50 and 54, the upper lid member 26 is only closed by the latching portion 43. Therefore, if the latching portion 43 is removed, the upper lid member 26 is opened. In this case, since the cover member 80 that covers the connection region 33 of the control circuit board 30 is formed separately from the upper lid member 26, the female connector 90 of the wiring cord group is not removed from the male connector 32 of the connection region 33. The upper lid member 26 can be opened, and therefore workability is good.
[0078]
When the upper lid member 26 is opened, the inspection is performed with the ROM 31 of the control circuit board 30 removed.
[0079]
When the inspection is completed, the ROM 31 is mounted on the control circuit board 30 and the upper lid member 26 is closed. At this time, the locking portion 43 is locked while the upper lid member 26 is positioned, and the engagement protrusions of the upper coupling portions 61 of the overlapping coupling portions 51 to 53 and 55 to 57 of the identification codes 2 to 4 that are not excised. The portion 67 fits into the engagement receiving portion 68 of each lower coupling portion 63 and positions.
[0080]
In this state, the one-way screw 65, which is temporarily fixed to the upper coupling portion 61 of the polymerization coupling portion 51, 55 of the identification code 2, is tightened to the lower coupling portion 63, and the polymerization coupling portions 51, 55 are coupled and fixed. . In this case, since the polymerization bonding parts 51 to 53 and 55 to 57 with the identification codes 2 to 4 are surely polymerized, the bonding and fixing of the polymerization bonding parts 51 and 55 with the identification code 2 becomes easy and in an incomplete state. There is no worry of tightening the one-way screw 65.
[0081]
After that, if the person in charge of the inspection fills in the first description column of the number of inspections in the inspection history record 77 of the top plate portion 44 of the top cover member 26, the inspection date is completed, and the inspection mark is completed. .
[0082]
When the board box 15 is removed from the back mechanical base board 10 of the gaming machine and the inspection is performed, the female connector 90 of the wiring cord group is removed from the male connector 32 of the connection area 33 of the control circuit board 30, and the base member 25 When the one-touch type stopper 73 is pulled, it can be removed. After removing the substrate box 15, the inspection is performed in the same operation procedure as described above.
[0083]
For such a board box 15, the board box 15 is opened illegally, the ROM 31 of the control circuit board 30 is replaced with an illegal ROM, or the data in the ROM 31 is rewritten to frequently generate jackpots. There is.
[0084]
In this fraudulent act, the upper coupling portion 60 and the lower coupling portion 62 of the polymerization bonding portion that is properly fixed are cut and the polymerization coupling portion is removed, or the upper coupling portion 60 or the lower coupling portion 62 is removed. It is envisaged that only one side is cut and the substrate box 15 is opened without removing the overlapped portion, but this may be caused by a jamming of a gaming machine during a maintenance check of the gaming machine at a gaming store or during business. It can be discovered when repairing.
[0085]
Since the board box 15 is attached to the back side of the gaming machine, the superposition bonding parts 50 to 53, 54 to 57 can be confirmed from the back side of the gaming machine, and the top plate part 44 of the upper cover member 26 of the board box 15 is as shown in FIG. In addition, the identification codes of the superposition bonding parts 50 to 53 and 54 to 57 are displayed, and an inspection history column 77 corresponding to the identification code is provided in the inspection history record 77 attached to the top plate part 44. By checking the inspection history, it is possible to easily check which polymerization bond part is properly fixed, whether the fixed polymerization bond part is correct, the corresponding polymerization bond part, upper connection part 60, It becomes easy to confirm the state of the lower connecting portion 62.
[0086]
Therefore, when the front frame 1 of the gaming machine is opened, it can be easily understood if the normal polymerization bond portion is cut out, and even if the fixed polymerization bond portion is not removed, the upper connection of the polymerization bond portion By looking at the state of the part 60 and the lower connecting part 62, it is possible to easily determine whether or not they are cut, and it is possible to easily and quickly find out whether there is any injustice.
[0087]
Moreover, since the superposition | polymerization coupling | bond part 50-53, 54-57 is formed in the several location of the board | substrate box 15, and a several superposition | polymerization coupling | bond part is sealed, it becomes difficult for a fraudulent person to open the board | substrate box 15, and a sealing effect is carried out. In addition to the increase, fraud is easy to detect. In particular, since it is only necessary to confirm one of the polymerization bond portions 50 to 53 and 54 to 57 for a clerk at a game shop, confirmation and fraud detection are facilitated.
[0088]
In this way, if there is an illegal act, it can be detected easily and early without removing the board box 15 at the time of maintenance / inspection of the gaming machine or when the ball jam of the gaming machine is corrected during the business. . For this reason, illegal deterrence can be achieved.
[0089]
Therefore, an illegal act such as opening the board box 15 and illegally exchanging the ROM 31 of the control circuit board 30 can be prevented, and damage to the amusement shop due to such an illegal act can be minimized.
[0090]
In the embodiment, the example applied to the board box of the accessory control device has been described. However, the embodiment can be applied to any device having the same important parts as the ROM storing the game program. . Further, the substrate box may accommodate not only one accessory control device but also a ball discharge control device or other control device.
[0091]
10 to 12 show a second embodiment. The connection area of the wiring code group of the control circuit board 30 includes a common code group connection area 100 having common wiring specifications for various gaming machines, and FIGS. A cover member 102 that covers the dedicated code group connection area 101 is provided to define a dedicated dedicated code group connection area 101, and an auxiliary cover portion 103 that covers the common code group connection area 100 extends from the upper lid member 26. Is.
[0092]
The common cord group connection area 100 is provided with wiring connectors (male connectors) 104a and 104b for lamps, speakers, ball hitting devices, etc. of the front frame 1 of the gaming machine that are commonly used for various gaming machines. Openings 105a and 105b that are somewhat larger than the shape of the connectors are formed in the auxiliary cover 103 extending from the peripheral wall 38d of the member 26 to the common cord group connection region 100 side at positions corresponding to the male connectors 104a and 104b. Is done. The end portion of the auxiliary cover portion 103 on the dedicated cord group connection area 101 side is bent inward, and a locking groove 106 is provided at the lower center portion thereof.
[0093]
The dedicated cord group connection area 101 is provided with wiring connectors (male connectors) 107a to 107f of electrical components that are used exclusively for each game model or have different specifications and change in arrangement and number. In the cover member 102 provided separately from the base member 25, openings 108a to 108f somewhat larger than the shape of the connectors are formed at positions corresponding to the male connectors 107a to 107f, respectively. Protruding pieces 110 are provided at both ends of the cover member 102, and small holes 111 are provided at the inner edge of the cover member 102.
[0094]
A gate-shaped locking piece 112 is formed on the peripheral wall 35 c of the base member 25 corresponding to the protruding piece 110 of the cover member 102. A fixing boss 113 projects from the lower end of the peripheral wall 38 d of the upper lid member 26 so as to correspond to the hole 111 at the inner edge of the cover member 102.
[0095]
Therefore, when assembling the board box 15, the base member 25 and the upper lid member 26, which have the lower protective plate 27, the control circuit board 30, and the upper protective plate 28 screwed to each other, are joined to each other, or the butterfly attachment thereof. Before the portions 40 are engaged, the protruding piece 110 at one end of the cover member 102 is fitted into the locking piece 112 of the peripheral wall 35c of the base member 25 as shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, and the openings 108a to 108f of the cover member 102 are fitted. It arrange | positions according to corresponding male connector 107a-107f.
[0096]
Next, if the upper lid member 26 is closed via the crossed hinge part 40, the openings 105a and 105b of the auxiliary cover part 103 extending from the upper lid member 26 are fitted into the corresponding male connectors 104a and 104b. The boss 113 of the peripheral wall 38d of the upper lid member 26 is fitted into the hole 111 at the edge of the cover member 102, and the protruding piece 110 of the cover member 102 is fitted into the locking groove 106 of the auxiliary cover portion 103. It is fixed by the stop piece 112 and the locking groove 106.
[0097]
In this state, the male connectors 104a, 104b, 107a to 107f of the common cord group connection region 100 and the dedicated cord group connection region 101 face the outside so that the connector portion (female connector) of the wiring cord group can be inserted to the outside. Except for the male connectors 104a, 104b and 107a to 107f, the entire common code group connection area 100 and the dedicated code group connection area 101 of the control circuit board 30 are covered by the auxiliary cover portion 103 and the cover member 102. Other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment.
[0098]
In this way, even if the number, size, arrangement, etc. of the connectors of the control circuit board 30 change depending on the game model, the only part that differs for each model is the cover member 102 of the dedicated cord group connection area 101. The number of sharable parts of the box 15 is increased, and the changed part is small, so that the design can be easily changed and the cost can be reduced.
[0099]
The extension position of the auxiliary cover part 103 and the arrangement position of the cover member 102 may be changed according to the positions of the male connectors 104a, 104b, 107a to 107f.
[0100]
FIG. 13 shows a third alternative embodiment, in which the opening 121 of the cover member 120 is located above the upper surface of the connector portion (male connector) 123 provided in the connection region 122 of the wiring cord group of the control circuit board 30. It is intended to be located at.
[0101]
In this case, in the said 1st Embodiment, the height of the surrounding walls 35a-35d of the base member 25 is made high. Other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment.
[0102]
By the way, when the connection area of the wiring cord group is exposed to the outside, it is easy to insert and remove the connector. On the other hand, mistakes in inserting the connector often occur. For example, when a plurality of connectors of the same color are arranged, they may be inserted into connectors having different numbers of pins. Even if the connector is not mistaken, the insertion position may be shifted and the pin may not be inserted properly.
[0103]
On the other hand, when the opening 121 of the cover member 120 is positioned above the upper surface of the connector 123 as shown in FIGS. 13 to 15, the connector part (female connector) 124 larger than the opening 121 cannot be inserted. On the other hand, when the size of the connector part 124 is considerably smaller than the opening part 121, it can be easily understood that the connector part 124 is different.
[0104]
Therefore, the connection mistake of the connector part 124 decreases. Further, since the opening 121 serves as a guide, the position of the pin is not shifted, and the connector 124 can be easily connected to the connector 123.
[0105]
In addition, even when the wiring cord is pulled due to maintenance inspection at a game store or mischief of a fraudulent person, for example, the opening 121 is located upward, and the connector 124 is inadvertently pulled out. It becomes difficult. Further, breakage and damage of the control circuit board 30 and the connector part can be prevented.
[0106]
In the embodiment, the connector provided on the control circuit board as the connector portion is a male connector and the connector of the wiring cord group is a female connector. However, if the connectors are connectable to each other, the control circuit board and the wiring cord group are used. You may change each combination. Further, the connector is not limited to that of the embodiment as long as the connectors are connectable to each other.
[0107]
In addition, although the example applied to the pachinko gaming machine was shown as a gaming machine, it is applicable also to other gaming machines, for example, gaming machines, such as a pachislot and an arrangement ball.
[0108]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the first invention, With cover member Since the auxiliary cover portion covers the wiring cord group connection area of the control circuit board, tampering with the control circuit board and illegal acts can be prevented. Further, it is possible to prevent dust and dirt from adhering to the control circuit board. In addition, it is possible to prevent a metal member such as a ball in an island facility or a gaming machine from touching the control circuit board or damaging the control circuit board. In addition, because the connector part of the wiring cord group connection area faces the opening of the auxiliary cover part, the connector part of the wiring cord group of various electrical actuators can be easily connected. When installing a gaming machine or replacing a game board In addition, good workability can be obtained during inspection.
