【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、パチンコ遊技機等の遊技機における遊技盤の裏面側に取り付けられる各種制御装置等の制御回路装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来の遊技機、例えば、パチンコ遊技機において、その遊技盤の裏面側には、各種役物装置等を制御する役物制御装置や球排出装置を制御する球排出制御装置等の制御回路を回路ボックス内に収容した制御回路装置が備えられている。
このような制御回路装置は、各種IC(Integrated Circuit:集積回路)や抵抗等の各種電子部品が多数実装された制御回路基盤を、金属製や樹脂製の回路ボックス内に収容して、外部からの保護を図ると共に、遊技機の裏面側である本体枠(前面枠)、或いは基枠体としての裏メカベース盤の背面や遊技盤の裏面側、或いは遊技盤裏面に取り付けられる入賞球案内部材の背面への取り付けを可能としている。
そして、例えば、役物制御装置においては、その制御回路内に、CPU(Central Processing Unit:中央処理装置)、ROM(Read Only Memory)、RAM(Random Access Memory)が、それぞれ別体、ROMのみ別体、或いはワンチップ構成などで備えられ、そのROMに記憶された遊技プログラムに従い、例えば、大当たりの発生制御(乱数制御)などの遊技制御が行われるようになっている。

なお、制御回路装置には、例えば、役物制御回路においては、その制御回路装置と役物装置や球排出装置等の各種装置とを電気的に接続するためのコネクタ部が、回路ボックスの側面に形成された開口部から外部に露出した状態の制御回路基盤端部に備えられている。
また、両端にコネクタが備えられた各種配線を、制御回路装置と役物装置や球排出装置等の各種装置に備えられた各コネクタ部に対し、コネクタをそれぞれ差し込むことによって、電気的接続を行っている。
一般的に、制御回路装置は、底部を構成する底部部材と表面部を構成する表部部材とを重ねたボックス体の内部に制御回路基盤を収納した構成となっている。
そして、ボックス体には、内部の制御回路基盤に搭載された、例えば、電源回路を構成する電子部品や各種ドライバー或いは音出力回路(アンプ)等の各種電子部品から発せられる熱を外部に放出したり、或いは外部の冷たい空気を内部に取り入れたりするための開口部による放熱口が複数形成されている。

前述のように、最近の遊技機は、以前の遊技機のような遊技球の入賞に基づき入賞具(例えば、チューリップ)を開放して遊技球を増加させるというものではなく、予めROMに記憶された遊技プログラムに従い、例えば、大当たりの発生制御などにおいては、所定の入賞に基づき、遊技プログラムによって生成された乱数を抽出し、特定値との判定を行い、その判定結果により大当たりの発生を決定しているため、遊技性は遊技プログラムに負うところが大きくなっている。
即ち、言い換えれば、遊技プログラムによる乱数の生成範囲を縮小したり、判定を行う場合の特定値を増加させたりすることで、釘調整を行わなくても容易に出球を増加させる、つまり、大当たりを出現させることができるものとなっている。
そこで、遊技機を市場に販売する場合には、遊技プログラムが所定の基準を満足しているかどうかを検定する第三者機関に申請を行い、その検査の結果、適合機種のみが許可を取得でき、このような検定に合格した遊技プログラムを搭載した健全な遊技機が市場に設置されることになる。
なお、市場への設置後における正規な遊技プログラムの書き換え等の不正を防止するために、従来は、ボックス体を開放した場合に痕跡が残るように、底部部材と表部部材の接続部に、剥がすとそのことが判明する封印シールを貼ってボックス体の開放を防止するようにしていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
そして、以上のような遊技機において、制御回路基盤に対する不正行為が問題となっている。
ボックス体内の制御回路基盤に対する不正行為は、表部部材を外してボックス体を開放し、内部の制御回路基盤に備えられたROM等の集積回路を交換或いはデータの書き換えをして、大当たりの発生制御を行うプログラムを変更することにより、正規な遊技性能ではない不正な遊技性能を出すように行われていた。
具体的には、ROMに記憶されている大当たりを決定する乱数プログラムを変更することにより不正行為が行われ、例えば、遊技店側が不正を行う場合には、所定期間で大当たりが連続して発生するようにしたり、或いは逆に、全然大当たりが発生しないような期間を発生させたり等、ギャンブル性をより高めるように変更したり、または、遊技者が遊技店に内密に行う場合には、閉店後に遊技店に忍び込んでROM交換する等により、例えば、所定の手順を実行すると大当たりが容易に得られるように変更したりして、正規な遊技性能ではない不正な遊技性能を出すように行われていた。

このように、従来の制御回路装置は、底部部材と表部部材を構造的にはビス止めのみで組み付けてボックス体を構成していたため、底部部材と表部部材を外してボックス体を開放することは容易なものであった。
また、底部部材と表部部材との重ね合わせ部に貼った封印シール(剥がすと痕跡が残ってしまうシール)により、ボックス体の不正な開放を防止するようにした場合、これは安易な不正行為者には効果があるが、非常に専門的な不正行為者については、例えば、特殊な剥離剤や偽の封印シールを所持していることがあるため、効果が無くなってしまっているのが実情である。

そして、これらの不正行為を防止するためには、ボックス体を開放不可能或いは開放が非常に困難な構造にすることが考えられる。
しかし、遊技店においては、一旦設置した遊技機に対して、抜き打ち的に公的機関(警察関係)により不正基盤かどうかの検査が行われる。その検査はROMの内容検査であり、即ち、ROMに記憶されているプログラムデータをデータローダにより読み込んで正規なプログラムと比較することにより検査が行われる。そのような検査を行う場合、前述の如くボックス体の開放が不可能な場合であると検査ができなくなってしまう。
そのため、ボックス体を破壊して開放することも考えられるが、ボックス体を破壊してしまうと、検査後にそのボックス体を開放不可能な状態に戻して再使用することができなくなってしまう。
また、ボックス体を外側から開放不可能な構造にしても、前述のように、ボックス体には、複数の放熱口が形成されているため、その放熱口から異物、例えば、ピアノ線を挿入して、ボックス体の内側から不正、即ち、内部からの閉鎖状態の解除を行う場合も考えられる。

そこで、本発明の目的は、制御回路基盤を収容したボックス体の不正な開放を防止可能とした上で、そのボックス体を破壊や開放しない状態のまま内部の集積回路を取り出して検査が容易に行えるようにした制御回路装置を提供することにある。
さらに、本発明は、検査後に閉鎖される集積回路用取り出し部の再開放を防止して、検査済み後の不正行為を防止することも目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
以上の課題を解決すべく請求項1に記載の発明は、例えば、パチンコ遊技機における可変表示装置や変動入賞装置に代表される役物装置の遊技制御を行うためのROM単体やROM内蔵のワンチップマイコン等、所定の制御を行うプログラムが記憶された集積回路を含む電子部品を搭載した制御回路基盤を、ボックス体の内部に収納してなる制御回路装置において、
前記ボックス体に前記集積回路を取り出し可能とする開口部を形成し、
この開口部を閉鎖する蓋部材に該蓋部材に対して水平方向に突出した結合片を設けるとともに、該結合片に一体形成され該蓋部材に対して垂設された初期取付用の第1係止部材を設け、該蓋部材の初期の取付状態には、前記ボックス体に設けられた初期取付用の第1係止受け部に対して、該蓋部材の第1係止部材を係止させ、該蓋部材の初期の取付状態から蓋部材を取り外す際には、該第1係止部材を有する結合片を切断しなければならない構成とし、
前記蓋部材には、さらに該蓋部材の初期の取付状態から該蓋部材を取り外して前記開口部を開放した後再閉鎖する際に該蓋部材を取り付けるための第2係止部材を垂設し、一方、該開口部の内方に該第2係止部材に対応する第2係止受け部を設け、
前記蓋部材の初期の取付状態には、前記第2係止受け部に対して前記第2係止部材は係止せず、前記開口部を再閉鎖する際、前記蓋部材の向きを変え、前記第2係止部材を該第2係止部材に対応する前記第2係止受け部に係止させる構成とし、
前記第1係止受け部および前記第2係止受け部は、前記第1係止部材および前記第2係止部材の夫々に形成された係止爪が噛み合う爪受け凹部を有し、該爪受け凹部の周囲を、夫々係止状態解除防止壁で覆った構成、を特徴としている。

ここで、ボックス体の不正開放防止用結合構造として、代表的には、例えば、樹脂で重合部を形成し、一旦止めた後では、その重合部を破壊しない限り開放はできない構造が挙げられるが、これに限らず、ボックス体を開放しづらく、また、開放したことが分かるような構成であれば何でも良く、例えば、リベット止めや凹凸係合による接着などでも良い。
なお、制御回路とは、例えば、遊技機に備えられる可変表示装置、変動入賞装置、入賞球センサー、装飾用のLEDやランプなどの各種電気的機器の制御を行う役物制御回路に代表されるものである。
また、集積回路とは、例えば、ROM内蔵のワンチップマイコン、或いはROM単体のものである。
そして、係止部材とその係止受け部としては、一旦係止すると取り外せなくなる係止爪受け凹部との噛み合わせが挙げられるが、リベット止めや熱溶着等であってよい。
さらに、係止止め機構の係止解除防止構造としては、その爪受け凹部を囲むようにした係止状態解除防止壁の他、その係止状態解除防止壁の内方を閉じる溶着蓋等も含まれる。

以上のように、ボックス体に、その内部の集積回路を取り出し可能とする開口部を形成し、この開口部を閉鎖し、かつ、少なくとも一度は開放可能な蓋部材を設けて構成した制御回路装置なので、蓋部材を取り外してボックス体の開口部を開放することにより、内部の制御プログラムが記憶された集積回路を取り出して、その集積回路のプログラム内容の検査が容易に行える。また、該蓋部材を取り外して該開口部を開放するとその痕跡が残るように構成したため、開口部から蓋部材を外して開放すれば、その痕跡が残ってしまうことから、検査前の不正開放防止に有効である。そして、開口部から蓋部材を外した開口部の開放後において、蓋部材を係止部材とその係止受け部により開口部に取り付けて係止することによって、検査後に開口部を再び閉鎖できる。しかも、係止受け部は、係止部材の係止爪が噛み合う爪受け凹部を有し、該爪受け凹部の周囲を、ボックス体外部から内部に異物を挿入して係止状態の解除操作を防止可能な係止状態解除防止壁で覆ったので、例えば、放熱口からピアノ線等を挿入して、係止状態を解除することによる蓋部材の不正な開放を防止可能である。

そして、請求項2に記載の発明は、請求項1に記載の制御回路装置であって、前記蓋部材は前記開口部の内方形状に適合する長方形状をなし、その短辺部の一方から外側に前記蓋部材に対して水平方向に突出した結合片が設けられ、該結合片は前記蓋部材に対して垂設された前記第1係止部材を備えるとともに該短辺部の他方に前記第2係止部材を前記蓋部材に対して垂設し、一方、前記開口部の短辺部の一方には外側に突出する延長部を備え、該延長部に前記第1係止部材を挿入するとともに内方に該第1係止部材を係止可能な第1係止受け部を形成する係止受け開口部を形成し、
前記蓋部材の初期の取付時には、前記第1係止受け部に対して前記結合片の第1係止部材を係止し、前記開口部を開放する際には前記結合片を切断して該蓋部材を取り外し、該開口部を再閉鎖する際には、前記蓋部材の向きを180°変えて、前記蓋部材の短辺部の他方に形成された前記第2係止部材を、該開口部における係止受け開口部が形成される側の短辺部の内方に形成された第2係止受け部に係止するようにした構成、を特徴としている。

このように、前記蓋部材には、係止部材が垂設された結合片を突出して設け、前記蓋部材の初期の取付時には、前記ボックス体に形成された係止受け開口部の内方の係止受け部に対して前記結合片の係止部材を係止し、前記開口部を開放する際には前記結合片を切断して該蓋部材を取り外すように構成したので、検査の際には開口部を開放でき、開放した痕跡を残せる。
そして、請求項3に記載の発明は、所定の制御を行うプログラムが記憶された集積回路を含む電子部品を搭載した制御回路基盤を、ボックス体の内部に収納してなる制御回路装置において、
前記ボックス体に前記集積回路を取り出し可能とする開口部を形成し、
この開口部を閉鎖する蓋部材を前記ボックス体と一体的に設け、該蓋部材の初期の取付状態には、該蓋部材と前記ボックス体とを連続部を介して一体形成させ、該蓋部材の初期の取付状態から蓋部材を取り外す際には、該連続部を切断しなければならない構成とし、
前記蓋部材には、さらに該蓋部材の初期の取付状態から該蓋部材を取り外して前記開口部を開放した後再閉鎖する際に該蓋部材を取り付けるための係止部材を垂設し、一方、該開口部の内方に該係止部材に対応する係止受け部を設け、
前記蓋部材の初期の取付状態には、前記係止受け部に対して前記係止部材は係止せず、前記開口部を再閉鎖する際、前記蓋部材の向きを変え、前記係止部材を該係止部材に対応する前記係止受け部に係止させる構成とし、
前記係止受け部は、前記係止部材に形成された係止爪が噛み合う爪受け凹部を有し、該爪受け凹部の周囲を、係止状態解除防止壁で覆った構成、を特徴としている。

以下に、本発明に係る制御回路装置の実施の各形態例を図1から図14に基づいて説明する。

先ず、図1は本発明を適用した第1の実施の形態例としての遊技機を示すもので、本体枠に遊技盤及び基枠体を取り付けた状態の背面図であり、図中、1は本体枠(前面枠)、2は基枠体(裏メカベース盤)、3は遊技盤、4は上部入賞球案内部材、5は下部入賞球案内部材、6は可変表示装置(メイン役物装置)、7,8は中継基盤、11は制御回路装置(役物制御回路装置)、12は電源部、13はコンセントプラグ、14は球発射装置、15は他の制御回路、16,17,18はフレキシブルプリント配線基板、21はボックス体、70は取り出し用窓部、81は蓋部材、93は封印シールである。

この遊技機は、図示のように、本体枠である前面枠1の裏面側に、その裏側の基枠体をなす裏メカベース盤2が取り付けられて、この裏メカベース盤2より前方に位置する遊技盤3が、前面枠1の内方に取り付けられている。
遊技盤3の図示しない前面側は、周知のように、遊技領域となっていて、その遊技領域には、可変表示装置6、図示しない変動入賞装置、入賞球センサー、装飾用のLEDやランプなどの各種電気的機器が配設されている。
遊技盤3の裏面には、入賞球流路を有する上下に分割された上部入賞球案内部材4と下部入賞球案内部材5が取り付けられ、上部入賞球案内部材4には、メイン役物装置としての可変表示装置6が取り付けられている。
この可変表示装置6の背面に中継基盤7が配設されており、また、他の中継基盤8も設けられている。

そして、前述した遊技領域に備えられる可変表示装置6、変動入賞装置、入賞球センサー、装飾用のLEDやランプなどの各種電気的機器の制御を行う制御回路装置である役物制御回路装置11が設けられている。
この役物制御回路装置11は、裏メカベース盤2に取り付けられ、即ち、入賞球案内部材4,5をほぼ囲むような大きさの開口部2aを有する裏メカベース盤2の下部に後述するようにして取り付けられる。
裏メカベース盤2を含む前面枠1の裏面側に、電源部12、コンセントプラグ13、球発射装置14、他の制御回路15などが設けられており、役物制御回路装置11と中継基盤7,8及び他の制御回路15とはフレキシブルプリント基板16,17,18により接続されている。

即ち、ボックス体21は、図3及び図4に示すように、樹脂製の表部部材22と金属製底部部材25及び樹脂製底部部材26とから構成されており、金属製底部部材25上に固定されて表部部材22により覆われる役物制御回路基盤24上には、多種の電子部品27が実装されると共に、その一側部にコネクタ部28が実装して備えられている。

なお、電子部品27において、27aは電源部、27bはドライバ部である。そして、コネクタ部28は、表部部材22の一側面部の下部に沿って切欠形状に形成したコネクタ部用開口部31から外部に露出しており、このコネクタ部用開口部31がある側面部及び他の面にも複数の放熱口32,32,32,…が形成されている。
これらの放熱口32,32,32,…の内側には、断面L字型の折り返し壁33,33,33,…がそれぞれ形成されており、この折り返し壁33の存在によって、不正行為が行われる際の放熱口32からのピアノ線等の異物の挿入防止を図っている。

金属製底部部材25は、静電気等の電気的な信号ノイズに強くなるようグランド面を構成するもので、その底板部にはアース配線取り付け穴34,34が形成されていて、底板部の互いに平行する二辺部に、表部部材22の側面部と面一のフラット面となる折り返し片35,35を形成している。
また、底板部の表部部材22の四隅部と対応する部分には、結合片36,36,36,36が起設されると共に、ドライバー挿入兼位置決め穴37,37,37,37が形成されている。
そして、底板部の折り返し片35,35がない平行する二辺部に上方への短い連続する折り曲げ片38と中央で分断された折り曲げ片38,38を形成すると共に、その一方の連続する折り曲げ片38と両側辺部の結合片36,36との間にも上方への短い折り曲げ片39,39を形成している。

以上の金属製底部部材25の折り返し片35,35及び一方の連続する折り曲げ片38の下部には、底板部の上面に沿うようにして、放熱口を兼ねると共に、不正防止対策のために役物制御回路基盤24の裏面を覗くための放熱口兼覗き穴用開口部が図示の如く形成されている。
なお、一方の連続する折り曲げ片38は、役物制御回路基盤24のコネクタ部28を備える一側部を載せるようになっている。

表部部材22は、下面が開口するボックス形状をなす樹脂製で、特に、不正防止対策のために内部の役物制御回路基盤24上を透視できる透明なクリア部材により形成したものを採用しており、その一側面部の下部に沿って切欠形状に前記コネクタ部用開口部31を形成している。
そして、表部部材22のコネクタ部用開口部31を有する側面部から直交方向の平行する二側面部でその対角方向の近傍部には、図3に示すように、係止突起41,41が一体に形成されており、この両係止突起41,41は、図4に示すように、樹脂製底部部材26の底部から起設した係止突片42,42の凹部にそれぞれ噛み合うようになっている。
なお、表部部材22は、その内部の四隅部に結合ボス43,43,43,43を突設している。

また、表部部材22の係止突起41,41を有する二側面部には、前記金属製底部部材25の折り返し片35,35が合致して面一のフラット面となるようにする切欠形状部44,44を形成すると共に、その両側方に外側へ突出する取付ボス45,45,45を突設している。
これら各取付ボス45,45,45には、前述した遊技機の遊技盤裏面に対する取付用のワンタッチ止め具46,46,46が組み込まれている。
そして、表部部材22の側面部で一方の切欠形状部44の一側部、即ち、前記係止突起41と反対側の下部に重合片47を突設している。なお、表部部材22のコネクタ部用開口部31と平行する側面部の下部にも同様の重合片47が突設されている。
このような重合片47には、結合穴48が形成されていて、表部部材22の側面部に連続する根元部に破壊用穴49が形成されている。

以上の樹脂製の表部部材22の内方に収容されるノイズ対策用金属板23は、静電気をグランド面にアースするためのもので、下面が開口して、上面の中央部と一側部に大きな開放部51,52を有すると共に、中央部の開放部51の一側部に連続して前記放熱口32,32,32内側の折り返し壁33,33,33に対する逃げ用切欠部53を有している。
このノイズ対策用金属板23の両側面部には、前記金属製底部部材25の前記折り返し片35,35の内側面に当接する左右一対の接触用膨出部54,54がそれぞれ形成されている。
また、以上のノイズ対策用金属板23の下部四隅部には、金属製底部部材25の前記結合片36,36,36,36と対応する結合片55,55,55,55が形成されている。

そして、前記金属製底部部材25の下側の樹脂製底部部材26は、金属製底部部材25の底板部を載せる格子状のリブ56,56,56,…を上面に形成したもので、その上面の四隅部には、金属製底部部材25の前記ドライバー挿入兼位置決め穴37,37,37,37に対応する位置決めボス57,57,57,57が起設されている。
また、この樹脂製底部部材26には、平行する両側部から切欠形状によるアース用配線の逃げ凹部58,58が形成されると共に、前述した裏メカベース盤2の部品に対する逃げ穴59,59が形成されている。

さらに、以上の樹脂製底部部材26の前記係止突片42,42を両側面部には、前記表部部材22の前記重合片47,47に対応する重合片61,61が一体に突設されている。
この重合片61には、前記結合穴48に対応する結合突起62が起設されていて、樹脂製底部部材26に連続する根元部に、前記破壊用穴49に対応する破壊用穴63が形成されている。
ここで、樹脂製底部部材26は、その全体または結合突起62を含む重合片61が目立つような配色となっており、例えば、赤に着色されたものとなっている。

役物制御回路基盤24は、前述した遊技機の役物装置や球排出装置等の各種装置を制御するために、ROM等の電子部品27を基盤上に多数実装すると共に、基盤上の一側部にコネクタ部28を実装したものである。
特に、電子部品27としては、図4に示されるように、電源部27aとドライバ部27bとの間の中央部に、遊技制御を行うプログラムが記憶された集積回路であるROM内蔵のワンチップマイコン64が実装されており、このワンチップマイコン64は、役物制御回路基盤24に直付けしたソケット65に対して着脱自在となっている。
なお、このようなワンチップマイコン64の場合と、ROM単体をソケット付けした場合との2通りある。

ここで、ソケット65の近傍には、接続解除装置が備えられており、即ち、図7に示すように、L字型レバー66が備えられていて、このL字型レバー66を上に回動操作すると、ピンロックが解除されて、ワンチップマイコン64の接続が解除されるようになっている。
このように、ソケット65の近傍に接続解除装置が備えられているのは、ワンチップマイコン64の場合、接続するピン数が多いためである。
なお、L字型レバー66は、ピンロック状態では図示のように、役物制御回路基盤24上の台67の上面に寝た状態で封印シール68が貼られている。
即ち、この封印シール68を剥がして、L字型レバー66を上に回さないと、ワンチップマイコン64またはROMのピンが抜けないようになっている。

そして、表部部材22の上面には、ワンチップマイコン64の上方位置に開口する比較的大きな長方形の開口部71及びその蓋部材81を有する取り出し用窓部70が形成されている。
この取り出し用窓部70は、図7に分解状態で拡大して詳細に示すように、表部部材22の上面に形成されるほぼ長方形状のもので、役物制御回路基盤24上のワンチップマイコン64を取り出せる、或いは、ワンチップマイコン64を取り出すための専用機具が挿入可能な大きさの開口部71と、この開口部71を閉鎖する必要に応じて着脱可能な蓋部材81とからなる。
先ず、開口部71の周囲を囲むリブ72が形成され、このリブ72は、長方形の開口部71の短辺部の一方の中央に延長部73を有している。
ここで、リブ72を形成することにより、開口部71に対する蓋部材81の位置合わせが容易になり、さらに、蓋部材81と開口部71との隙間からの異物の挿入を防止している。
また、開口部71の内方には、延長部73と反対側の短辺部を除く三辺部に沿って突片74が形成されると共に、延長部73と反対側の短辺部の下側に沿って差し込み溝75が形成されている。

さらに、以上の表部部材22の上面のリブ72の延長部73の内方には、係止受け開口部76と凹部77が形成され、凹部77は、短辺部に沿った突片74を分断している。

さらに、蓋部材81の結合片82と反対側の短辺部の両側にも、一体成形による係止部材87,87が垂設されており、この係止部材87,87は、前記開口部71の前記係止受け部92,92に対応するもので、前記爪受け凹部79,79に対応する係止爪88,88を下部外側に突出して有している。
ここで、蓋部材81の上面には、機種名や取り扱い注意が記載された明示シール89が貼り付けられている。
この明示シール89は、蓋部材の偽造を防止するためのもので、剥すと痕跡が残るものとなっていて、その対角線方向の両隅部に、後述する封印シール100が表から見えるようにするための封印シール避け部90,90が形成されている。なお、特殊印刷による封印シールタイプとしてもよい。

以上の蓋部材81は、結合片82が無い方の短辺部を、表部部材22の開口部71の差し込み溝75に差し込んで、開口部71内方の三辺部に沿った突片74上に載せられる。

さらに、表部部材22の内部において、裏側より開口部71の周囲から蓋部材81にかけて封印シール100を貼り付ける。

なお、結合穴94の周りは、役物制御回路基盤24の金属面(グランド面)が剥き出していて、ビス止めすることによりノイズ対策用金属板23及び金属製底部部材25と接触状態となる。
また、図中、97は電源コード、98は電源差し込みソケットである。

次に、以上の役物制御回路装置11の組み立てについて説明する。
予め確率設定キー96を表部部材22に組み付けておいてから、図5に示したように、金属製底部部材25の結合片36上に役物制御回路基盤24の結合穴94部分を重ねて、その結合穴94部分上に、内側にノイズ対策用金属板23を収納した表部部材22の前記結合片55が下に重なった状態の結合ボス43を載せて、金属製底部部材25のドライバー挿入兼位置決め穴37からビス69を、結合片36、結合穴94、結合片55に入れて結合ボス43にドライバーでねじ込む。
これにより、樹脂製の表部部材22に対しノイズ対策用金属板23及び役物制御回路基盤24を挟んで金属製底部部材25が結合された状態となる。
以上の組み立てにより、表部部材22と役物制御回路基盤24の組み付け位置が正確になり、前記ワンチップマイコン64と前記開口部71の位置関係が正確になる。

以上のようにして、役物制御回路装置11のボックス体21が組み立てられる。

以上の役物制御回路装置11は、そのボックス体21(表部部材22)の周囲の取付ボス45,45,45において、各々のワンタッチ止め具46,46,46の押し込み操作により、図1に示されるように、裏メカベース盤2の開口部2aの下部に取り付けられる。

次に、以上のような役物制御回路装置11のボックス体21の取り出し用窓部70の開放の仕方について説明する。
先ず、ボックス体21の取り出し用窓部70において、その開口部71を閉鎖する蓋部材81の結合片82から垂下した係止部材85,85が、表部部材23の係止受け開口部76内の係止受け部78,78の爪受け凹部79,79に係止する係止爪86,86により固定しているため、その係止解除ができない。
このため、検査のために蓋部材81を外して開口部71を開放する際には、例えば、ニッパや鋏等の道具を用いて、図11に示すように、蓋部材81から結合片82を幅細部83で切断104する。
これにより、開放した痕跡が残る。

従って、開口部81から指を入れ、或いは専用用具を入れて、図11に示したように、ボックス体21内部の役物制御回路基盤24上のソケット65からワンチップマイコン64を抜いて取り出すことができる。
この場合、前もって封印シール68を剥しておいてから、L字型レバー66を上に回動操作して、ピンロックを解除し、ワンチップマイコン64の接続を解除させておくことにより、ソケット65からのワンチップマイコン64の抜き取りが容易に行えるようにしておく。
また、検査を行った後は、その検査済みのワンチップマイコン64を、開口部71から入れてボックス体21内部の役物制御回路基盤24上のソケット65に装着して戻す。
そして、図7に示したように、L字型レバー66をピンロック状態に戻して、役物制御回路基盤24上の台67上面にL字型レバー66を寝かした状態で封印シール68を貼っておく。

その後、開口部71に蓋部材81を取り付ける。
即ち、図11に示すように、初期の取付状態とは蓋部材81の向きを180°変えて、蓋部材81の結合片82の切断部104が残った方の短辺部を、表部部材23の開口部71の差し込み溝75に差し込んで、封印シール100を蓋部材91の裏側に貼り付けてから、開口部71内方の三辺部に沿った突片74上に蓋部材81を載せた状態にする。
この時、蓋部材81の結合片82が無い方の短辺部から下方に延びた一対の係止部材87,87の係止爪88,88を、凹部77の両側の下方の係止受け部92,92の爪受け凹部79,79に、開口部71の内方から噛み合わせるようにしてそれぞれ係止状態とする。従って、係止解除不能となる。
これにより、不正再開放防止状態となる。
なお、さらに、突片74の上に接着剤を載せて蓋部材81を接着するようにしてもよい。
また、明示シール89の明示内容は、開放前とは逆向きとなっている。

以上の通り、第1の実施の形態例の役物制御回路装置11によれば、以下に列挙する効果を発揮できる。
(1)ボックス体21を不正開放防止組み付けにしたことにより、従来のような底部部材と表部部材を開放しての不正なROM改造等を防止可能である。
そして、ソケット付けされたワンチップマイコン64或いはROMを取り出し可能な開口部71と蓋部材81からなる取り出し用窓部70をボックス体21の表面に形成し、蓋部材81を少なくとも一旦は開放可能な構造としたことにより、検査時にはワンチップマイコン64或いはROMを取り出して検査が可能である。
また、蓋部材81を係止止め機構により開口部71に取り付けることで、検査後の取り出し用窓部70の再閉鎖が行われ、その再閉鎖時には、係止止め機構がボックス体21外部からの解除を防止する状態で閉鎖されるため、検査後の不正の防止が行える。

(2)係止状態解除防止壁91を形成したことにより、例えば、放熱口からピアノ線等を挿入して、係止状態を解除することによる蓋部材81の不正な開放を防止可能である。

また、開放する際には重合部47,61を破壊しなければならないため、破壊の痕跡により不正に開放したことが判明する。
なお、例えば、工場等で回路の不具合があった場合は、重合部47,61を破壊することによりボックス体21を開放できるため、修理ができないということはない。ただし、修理した場合は、樹脂部(表部部材23及び底部部材26)のみを新しいものにする必要がある。
(5)重合部47,61を構成する少なくとも一方の樹脂部材、即ち、実施の形態例では底部部材26に、破壊の確認がし易い配色を施したことにより、ボックス体21に対する不正行為の確認が容易に行える。

【発明の効果】
以上のように、請求項1に記載の発明に係る制御回路装置によれば、ボックス体に集積回路を取り出し可能とする開口部を形成し、この開口部を閉鎖する蓋部材を設け、該蓋部材を取り外して少なくとも一度は該開口部を開放可能に構成したため、そのボックス体の取り出し用窓部において、蓋部材を外して開口部を開放することによって、内部の制御プログラムが記憶された集積回路を取り出すことができ、その集積回路のプログラム内容の検査を容易に行うことができる。また、該蓋部材を取り外して該開口部を開放するとその痕跡が残るように構成したため、開口部から蓋部材を外して開放すれば、その痕跡が残ってしまうことから、検査前の不正開放防止に有効である。そして、開口部から蓋部材を外した開口部の開放後において、蓋部材を係止部材とその係止受け部により開口部に取り付けて係止することによって、検査後に開口部を再び閉鎖しておくことができる。しかも、係止受け部は、係止部材の係止爪が噛み合う爪受け凹部を有し、該爪受け凹部の周囲を、ボックス体外部から内部に異物を挿入して係止状態の解除操作を防止可能な係止状態解除防止壁で覆ったので、検査後に、例えば、放熱口からピアノ線等を挿入して、係止状態を解除することによる蓋部材の不正な開放を防止可能である。

請求項2に記載の発明に係る制御回路装置によれば、前記蓋部材には、係止部材が垂設された結合片を突出して設け、前記蓋部材の初期の取付時には、前記ボックス体に形成された係止受け開口部の内方の係止受け部に対して前記結合片の係止部材を係止し、前記開口部を開放する際には前記係合片を切断して該蓋部材を取り外すように構成したので、検査の際には開口部を開放でき、開放した痕跡を残せる。請求項に記載の発明に係る制御回路装置によれば、前記開口部の周囲を囲むリブを形成したので、開口部に対する蓋部材の位置合わせが容易に行え、さらに、蓋部材と開口部との隙間からの異物の挿入を防止できる。従って、検査後においては、蓋部材を取り外すことによる取り出し用窓部の不正開放を防止することができる。
