Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a short-circuit member that short-circuits between terminal blocks of a collective terminal block.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Various proposals have been made for terminal blocks that have connection parts on the left and right sides of the insulating substrate, connect metal pieces between both connection parts to form a conduction part, and electrically connect the conductive wire to the conduction part via the connection means. Has been. Such terminal blocks are usually arranged in a plurality of rows on the installation rail to constitute a collective terminal block (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
[0003]
Further, in the above-described terminal block, a configuration in which a sub-connection hole that opens above the insulating substrate is formed and a conduction hole that communicates with the sub-connection hole is formed in the conduction portion has been proposed by the present inventor and has already been proposed. A patent application has been filed (Japanese Patent Application No. 2002-090662). In a collective terminal block in which such terminal blocks are arranged in a row, the connection legs are tightly fitted in the conduction holes of each terminal block across the sub-connection holes of the adjacent terminal blocks, thereby connecting the terminal blocks. The parts can be short-circuited by conductive pieces, and various connection forms can be realized on the collective terminal block.
[0004]
FIG. 13 shows a conventional short-circuit member 1 ′ used in the collective terminal block. This short-circuit member 1 'is a comb-like metal conductive body formed by integrally forming a connecting base portion 5' extending in the left-right direction and a plurality of connecting leg portions 4 arranged in a direction orthogonal to the connecting base portion 5 '. The piece 2 ′ is a main part. And each connection leg part 4 is inserted in the said sub connection hole of an adjacent terminal block, respectively, and the conduction | electrical_connection part of a several adjacent terminal block is carried out by closely fitting the connection leg part 4 front-end | tip in the conduction | electrical_connection hole of a conduction | electrical_connection part. They are short-circuited.
[0005]
Here, since the connection base 5 ′ is exposed to the outside in the state of connection with the terminal block, the short-circuit member 1 ′ is around the connection base 5 ′ in consideration of safety such as prevention of electric shock. Is covered with an insulating resin to form an insulating covering portion 14. And several kinds of short-circuit members 1 ′ having different colors of the insulating covering portion 14 are manufactured. By using the short-circuit members 1 ′ having different cover colors for each connection characteristic, The short-circuit mode can be identified.
[0006]
Further, since the short-circuit member 1 ′ has a left-right repetitive structure, for example, a four-pronged short-circuit member 1 ′ having four connection legs 4 is cut at the center, and the fragment is divided into two-forks. Use as a short-circuit member 1 ′ having a small number of connection legs 4 by cutting the short-circuit member 1 ′ having a large number of connection legs 4 between the connection legs 4 as necessary, such as using as a short-circuit member. Is possible.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the above-mentioned short circuit member, the connection base part of the shape | molded conduction | electrical_connection piece is immersed in the molten insulating resin, and the insulating coating | coated part is formed with the layer of resin adhering to this connection base part surface. However, with such a configuration, there is a problem in that the thickness of the insulating covering portion varies greatly for each short-circuit member, the defect rate increases, and the dimensional management is troublesome. Further, as described above, since the short-circuit member uses the covering color as an index, it is desired to reduce the manufacturing unit of the short-circuit member and to manufacture many kinds of short-circuit members having different colors of the insulating covering portion. . However, the above-described method of forming the insulating covering portion is suitable for covering a large number of conductive pieces with the same resin, and there is a problem that the manufacturing cost increases if the manufacturing unit is reduced.
[0009]
The present invention is an attempt to solve such a problem, and provides a short-circuit member for a collective terminal block that can be easily sized and can rationalize the manufacturing process.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention relates to a comb-like metal conductive body in which a connecting base portion extending in the left-right direction and a plurality of connecting legs arranged in a direction orthogonal to the connecting base portion on the lower edge side of the connecting base portion are integrally formed. Each connecting leg is inserted into a sub-connection hole provided in each terminal block of a collective terminal block provided with a plurality of terminal blocks for connecting lead wires to each other. in short-circuit member of the set terminal block so as to short-circuited by the conductive pieces between conductive portions of the plurality of terminal blocks by connecting parts of the conductive portion of the terminal block electrically, molded by the insulating resin, the An insulating covering piece having a coupling groove to which a connecting base portion of the conductive piece is fitted is provided, and the conductive piece and the insulating covering piece are firmly fixed by closely fitting the connecting base portion of the conductive piece to the connecting groove. Furthermore, from the upper edge of the connecting base of the conductive piece, between the two adjacent connecting legs. In addition, the insertion portions are respectively extended upward, and in the coupling groove of the insulating covering piece, a plurality of insertion holes that are respectively fitted via the respective insertion portions and the locking means are branched and formed. An insulator rod through-hole formed through the insertion portion of the coupling base and the insulating covering piece in the front-rear direction and exposed to the upper side of the terminal block in a state where the connection leg portion is connected to the terminal block. A short circuit of the collective terminal block, wherein the insulator rod inserted into the through hole is pulled out of the terminal block by following the lever rod through hole for tilting operation with the upper edge of the terminal block as a fulcrum It is a member .
[0011]
In such a configuration, since the insulating covering piece formed using the mold constitutes the insulating covering portion of the short-circuit member, the variation in dimensions is less than that of the conventional insulating covering portion of the short-circuit member. The shape of the short-circuit member is uniform. Further, the short-circuit member is an assembly type in which a conductive piece is inserted into the insulating covering piece, and the insulating covering piece is formed as a single part, and thus can be manufactured by a relatively easy forming method. Furthermore, since such a short-circuit member can be efficiently manufactured even in a small manufacturing unit as compared with the prior art, it is possible to manufacture a short-circuit member having various coating colors at a low cost.
[0012]
In addition, as described above, in the short-circuit member of the collective terminal block, it is desirable that the short-circuit member having a smaller number of connection legs can be used by cutting between the connection legs as necessary. It is.
Here, the upper edge of the connecting base of the conductive piece extends between the two adjacent connecting leg portions, and the fitting portions extend upward, and the fitting grooves of the insulating covering pieces are connected to the respective fitting portions. Each of the fitting portions and the fitting holes are provided with locking means that engage with each other in a tightly-fitted state and are difficult to be pulled out. Here, the coupling groove of the insulating covering piece may be configured by only the insertion hole. In such a configuration, when the coupling base is fitted into the coupling groove of the insulating covering piece, each fitting portion of the coupling base is closely fitted in each fitting hole of the coupling groove, and the coupling base and the insulating coating are fitted. A piece is engaged at a plurality of positions on the left and right sides between adjacent connecting leg portions. For this reason, even if a short-circuit member having three or more connecting legs is cut between the connecting legs, the insulating covering pieces and the conductive pieces of the cutting pieces are not detached, and the cutting pieces are connected to a smaller number of connecting legs. It becomes possible to use as a short-circuit member provided with.
[0013]
Here, the locking means includes a locking claw projecting outward from both sides of the insertion portion, and a side wall of the insertion hole into which the tip of the engagement claw is inserted when the insertion portion and the insertion hole are fitted. A configuration consisting of parts is also proposed . In such a configuration, when a force is exerted in a direction in which the insertion portion is removed in a close fitting state between the insertion portion and the insertion hole, the locking claw is strongly engaged with the side wall portion, thereby preventing the insertion portion from being removed. Here, since the pointed end of the locking claw protrudes outward and downward, the locking claw is not strongly engaged with the side wall portion of the engagement hole when the insertion portion is inserted, and the insertion portion can be press-fitted into the insertion hole. It has become. And since this latching means is implement | achieved by a simple shape, shaping | molding is easy, and since it can latch only by press-fitting a conduction | electrical_connection piece to an insulating coating | coated piece, an assembly operation is also easy.
[0014]
Furthermore, the present invention comprises an insulator rod through-hole that is formed through the connection base and the insulating covering piece in the front-rear direction and is exposed above the terminal block in a state where the connection leg is connected to the terminal block. The insulator rod inserted into the insulator rod through hole is driven by the insulator rod through hole for tilting operation with the upper edge of the terminal block as a fulcrum, and the short-circuit member connected to the terminal block is extracted from the terminal block. The configuration is as follows. In such a configuration, an insulator rod made of a screwdriver or the like is inserted into an insulator rod through hole of the short-circuit member connected to the terminal block, and a side edge thereof is brought into contact with the upper edge of the terminal block. When the lever bar is tilted with the upper edge of the terminal block as a fulcrum in this state, the inner surface of the lever bar through hole is pressed upward, and each connection leg is pulled out from the sub connection hole of the terminal block. By forming the lever rod through hole in this way, the connecting leg portion tightly fitted in the conduction hole of the conduction portion of the terminal block can be easily pulled out by the lever action.
[0015]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the short-circuit member 1 of the present embodiment has a thin plate shape that is bilaterally symmetric and substantially front and back, and is externally fitted on the metallic conductive piece 2 and the conductive piece 2, and is short-circuited. It is comprised by two components with the insulating coating piece 3 which comprises this insulating coating part (refer FIG.5, 6). Then, four connection legs 4 having a bowl shape are juxtaposed at the lower part of the conductive piece 2, and the connection legs 4 are connected to the sub-connection holes 22 of the collective terminal block 20 as shown in FIGS. By being inserted in the conductive piece 2, the conductive pieces 2 can be short-circuited between the conductive portions 23 of the four adjacent terminal blocks 21. The configuration will be described in detail below.
[0016]
The conductive piece 2 is formed by molding a copper alloy or the like, and as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, a connecting base portion 5 extending in the left-right direction, and four connecting leg portions arranged in a direction orthogonal to the connecting base portion 5. 4 forms a comb-teeth shape integrally formed. This connection leg 4 is formed with a notch that cuts through the center and has a bifurcated shape, and its tip is bent inward to form a conduction hole 24 formed in the conduction part 23 of the terminal block 21 (see FIG. 4). And are electrically connected to the conductive portion 23. On the other hand, the connecting base portion 5 that connects the connecting leg portions 4 at the upper portion forms an insertion portion 8 by extending the upper edge of the connecting base portion 5 facing each other between the adjacent connecting leg portions 4 and 4. The insertion portion 8 has a front rectangular shape, and a substantially rectangular through hole 6a is formed in the center in a front-rear shape. A pair of left and right engaging claws 9 are formed on both sides of the upper end of each insertion portion 8. The locking claw 9 has a pointed tip projecting outward and downward, an upper surface formed with an arcuately curved pressing surface 11, and a lower surface formed with a locking surface 12 substantially perpendicular to the vertical direction. The
[0017]
The insulating covering piece 3 is manufactured as a single part by molding an insulating resin such as nylon. As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the insulating covering piece 3 is opened downward across the entire inner area, and a groove-like coupling groove 7 into which the connecting base portion 5 is inserted is formed. The coupling groove 7 has a shape in which the connection base 5 is closely fitted, and a plurality of insertion holes 10 which are fitted into the insertion portions 8 of the connection base 5 are branched. Further, the upper portions of both side wall portions of the insertion hole 10 are protruded inward, and are narrowed by the protruding width of the locking claw 9 as compared with the upper width of the insertion portion 8. The engaging part 13 with the latching claw 9 is comprised. That is, in a state where the fitting portion 8 and the fitting hole 10 are fitted, the engaging claw 9 is inserted into and engaged with the engaging portion 13. Furthermore, the through-hole 6b of the front-back direction which cross | intersects each insertion hole 10 is formed in the insulating coating piece 3. As shown in FIG. The through-hole 6b overlaps with the through-hole 6a of the fitting portion 8 in the front-rear direction in the fitted state of the fitting portion 8, and the two through-holes 6a and 6b constitute the lever rod through-hole 6.
[0018]
Thus, since the insulating covering piece 3 of the present embodiment is manufactured by molding, its shape does not vary as compared with the conventional case, the defect rate is reduced, and dimensional management is facilitated. Moreover, since it is manufactured as a single part, a complicated molding process is not required, and the manufacturing cost can be suppressed. Further, in this configuration, various insulating coating pieces 3 having different colors of the resin material are formed, and the insulating coating pieces 3 are combined with the common conductive piece 2 so that the short-circuits having different coating colors are obtained. Each member 1 will be manufactured. And since such a short circuit member 1 can be manufactured at low cost even if a manufacturing unit is small compared with conventional short circuit member 1 ', short circuit member 1' from which a covering color differs can be produced efficiently.
[0019]
Next, how the conductive piece 2 and the insulating covering piece 3 are consolidated will be described.
In the fitted state of the conductive piece 2 and the insulating covering piece 3, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the conductive piece 2 is inserted into the coupling groove 7 from below and the insertion portions 8 are inserted. The holes 10 are closely fitted to each other. And each through-hole 6b juxtaposed to the insulating coating piece 3 and the through-hole 6a of each insertion part 8 overlap each other, and the insulator rod through-hole 6 is formed.
[0020]
Here, as described above, the upper portions of the side wall portions of the insertion hole 10 protrude inward to form the engaging portions 13 and 13 and are narrower than the upper width of the insertion portion 8. When closely fitting into the insertion hole 10, the pressing surfaces 11, 11 of the locking claws 9, 9 of the insertion portion 8 abut against the engagement portions 13, 13, respectively (see FIG. 11 (a)). Subsequently, when the insertion portion 8 is press-fitted from this state, the pressing surface 11 is inclined, so that the engagement portion 13 and 13 are slightly bent outward by the guiding action, while the insertion portion 8 is bent. 8 enters the depth of the insertion hole 10 and closely fits into the insertion hole 10 (see FIG. 11B). In such a fitting state, the bent engaging portion 13 returns to the inside, and the tip of the locking claw 9 is inserted into the engaging portion 13 so as to be orthogonal to the drawing direction of the fitting portion 8. The engaging surfaces 12 and 12 of the engaging claws 9 and 9 engaged with the engaging portions 13 and 13 are engaged with the engaging portions 13 and 13, respectively. That is, the conductive piece 2 and the insulating covering piece 3 are locked and fixed for each insertion portion 8 and each insertion hole 10.
[0021]
In this way, in such a short-circuit member 1, each press-fit portion 8 is engaged with the fit-in hole 10 and is easily locked out by simply press-fitting the connecting base portion 5 of the conducting piece 2 into the insulating covering piece 3. The assembly process of the short-circuit member 1 is very simple. Moreover, since the shape of the latching claw 9 is simple, the latching means of the insertion part 8 is realizable at low cost. Further, in this configuration, since the conductive piece 2 and the insulating covering piece 3 are respectively locked above the connecting leg portions 4, a short circuit is performed using a nipper or the like as in the conventional short-circuit member 1 ′. Even if the member 1 is cut vertically between the connecting legs 4, the engagement between the piece of conductive piece 2 and the insulating covering piece 3 is not released. For this reason, the short-circuit member 1 can be cut | disconnected as needed, and the fragment | piece can be utilized as a short-circuit member provided with the three or two connection leg parts 4. FIG.
[0022]
Next, the extraction operation of the short-circuit member 1 using the lever rod 30 will be described.
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the short-circuit member 1 is connected to the conduction portion 23 of each terminal block 21, and the upper portion thereof protrudes above the terminal block 21 to expose the insulator rod through hole 6. Then, in such a connected state, a lever rod 30 such as a screwdriver is inserted into the lever rod through hole 6 (see FIG. 12A), and the lever rod 30 is tilted upward with the upper edge of the terminal block 21 as a fulcrum. Then, the inner surface of the lever rod through hole 6 is pressed upward by the side edge of the lever rod 30, and the short-circuit member 1 is pulled out from the terminal block 21 against the engagement between the conduction hole 24 and each connection leg 4. (See FIG. 12B).
[0023]
Thus, in the short-circuit member 1 of the present embodiment, the short-circuit member 1 can be easily removed from the terminal block by using the lever action. Conventionally, the short-circuit member 1 ′ is deformed by forcibly pulling out the short-circuit member 1 ′. However, in such a configuration, the short-circuit member 1 is hardly deformed and can be used repeatedly. Furthermore, since this insulator rod through-hole 6 penetrates each insertion part 8 and is arranged in parallel by right and left, when using the fragment of the short circuit member 1 as a short circuit member as mentioned above, Extraction from the terminal block 21 can be performed using the lever rod through hole 6.
[0024]
In addition, the short circuit member 1 of this invention is not limited only to the above-mentioned Example, Of course, a various change can be added in the range which does not deviate from the summary of this invention. For example, the present invention relates to a connecting base portion 5 of the conductive piece 2 and an insulating covering piece 3 that is externally fitted to the connecting base portion 5 to form an insulating covering portion of a short-circuit member. Is not limited to the configuration of the present embodiment, but may be adapted to the configuration of the terminal block 21 to be connected. Moreover, although the illustrated short circuit member 1 is provided with four connection legs 4, this structure is composed of a left and right repetitive structure similar to the conventional short circuit member 1 ′, and this repetitive structure is increased or decreased. The present invention is applicable to all short-circuit members having a plurality of connecting legs.
[0025]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the short-circuit member of the collective terminal block of the present invention includes an insulating covering piece that is formed of an insulating resin and includes a coupling groove in which a connecting base portion of the conductive piece is fitted, and the conductive piece. by closely fitted the connecting base to the binding groove of, from conductive pieces and the insulating covering strip is made is consolidated, it becomes uniform shape of the insulating coating portions of the short-circuit member, reducing the failure rate In addition, the dimensional management can be simplified. Further, since the insulating covering piece is formed as a single part as the insulating covering piece, a complicated forming process is not required, and the manufacturing cost can be suppressed. Furthermore, since it can manufacture efficiently even if a manufacturing unit is small compared with the past, it becomes possible to produce the short circuit member which has various coating colors at lower cost.
[0026]
The upper edge of the connecting base of the conductive piece extends between the two adjacent connecting legs, and the fitting part extends upward, and is fitted to each fitting part in the coupling groove of the insulating covering piece. and forming a fitting hole that, on each fitting portion and the insertion hole, because was configured with a locking means for difficulties engaged withdrawn by its tight fit state, the shorting member comprising a connection leg three or more Since it can be cut between the connecting legs in accordance with the form of use and the fragment can be used as a short-circuit member with fewer connection legs, the convenience is not lost even if the short-circuit member is an assembly type.
[0027]
The locking means includes a locking claw protruding outward from both sides of the insertion portion, and a side wall portion of the insertion hole into which the tip of the locking claw is inserted when the insertion portion and the insertion hole are fitted. in consisting configuration, without complicating the shape of the insertion hole, it is possible to engage the insertion hole and the fitting portion. Moreover, since the insertion portion is locked into the insertion hole by simply press-fitting the conductive piece into the insulating covering piece, the assembly process can be simplified.
[0028]
An insulator rod through-hole formed through the connecting base and the insulating covering piece in the front-rear direction and exposed above the terminal block in a state where the connection leg is connected to the terminal block is provided in the insulator rod through-hole. the inserted lever bar, and driven to該梃Ko rod through holes by tilting action of a fulcrum the upper edge of the terminal block, the short circuit member connecting the terminal block, when so withdrawn from the terminal block, conventionally The short-circuit member can be easily removed from the terminal block. Further, the short-circuit member is not easily deformed by extraction, and the short-circuit member can be repeatedly connected to the terminal block and used.
