本発明は、ＣＤケースに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来より、ＣＤ（コンパクトディスク）を折り畳んだ厚紙で固定するＣＤケースが種々提案されている。

例えば、厚紙を折り畳んだ状態で、ＣＤを挟み添える大きさのシートの折り畳んだ一方に、ＣＤの直径より短い帯状ホルダーを設けて、その両端を固着し、帯状ホルダーの中央には、ＣＤのスピンドル穴に向かい折り曲げ自在の突片を形成してなるものが提案されている（特許文献１）。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記構成のＣＤケースであると、ＣＤのスピンドル穴に突片を差し込んで固定する必要があり、そのＣＤの固定作業が非常に煩雑になるという問題点がある。

そこで、本発明は上記問題点に鑑み、ＣＤの固定をより簡単にし、かつ、確実にすることができるＣＤケースを提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項１の発明は、１枚の厚紙をＣＤの直径と略同じ幅に三つ折りにして第１部片、第２部片、第３部片、第４部片を形成し、前記第１部片の表面を前記ＣＤを支持するＣＤ支持部とし、前記第２部片の表面を資料を支持する資料支持部とし、前記第１部片の一方の側部に延設された第２部片を前記第１部片の表面への重ね合わせ部とし、前記第１部片の他方の側部に延設された第３部片を前記第２部片の裏面への重ね合わせ部とし、前記第３部片の他方の側部に延設された第４部片を前記第１部片の裏面への重ね合わせ部とし、前記第１部片と前記第２部片との間の折り線上に前記ＣＤの一方の周縁を差し込む第１のスリットを形成し、前記第１部片と前記第３部片との間の折り線上に前記ＣＤの他方の周縁を差し込む第２のスリットを形成し、前記第３部片と前記第４部片との間の折り線上に前記ＣＤの一方の周縁を差し込む第３のスリットを形成し、前記第１部片に前記ＣＤの直径より短い２本の切り込み線を前記折り線と平行に、かつ、前記第１部片の中心から一方の側部へずれた位置に設けることによって帯状のＣＤホルダー部を形成し、前記第２部片に少なくとも２本の切り込み線を前記折り線と平行に設けることによって資料ホルダー部を形成し、前記第３部片に開口部を形成し、前記第１部片の表面と前記ＣＤホルダー部によって前記ＣＤを挟持すると共に前記第１のスリットと前記第２スリットによって前記ＣＤの両方の周縁を固定し、前記第２部片の表面と前記資料ホルダー部によって前記資料を挟持すると共に前記第２部片の裏面に前記資料の一部が露出し、前記第１部片の表面と前記第２部片の表面とを重ね合わせ、次に、前記第２部片の裏面と前記第３部片の表面とを重ね合わせる共に前記第３部片の裏面における前記開口部から前記資料の一部が露出し、次に、前記第１部片の裏面と前記第４部片の表面とを重ね合わせることを特徴とするＣＤケースである。

請求項１のＣＤケースであると、第１部片の表面とＣＤホルダー部によってＣＤを挟持すると共に第１のスリットと第２のスリットによってＣＤの両方の周縁を固定し、第２部片の表面と資料ホルダー部によって資料を挟持すると共に第２部片の裏面に資料の一部が露出し、第１部片の表面と第２部片の表面とを重ね合わせ、第２部片の裏面と第３部片の表面とを重ね合わせると共に第３部片の裏面における開口部から資料の一部が露出し、次に、第１部片の裏面と第４部片の表面とを重ね合わせる。これによって、ＣＤと資料を簡単かつ確実に固定することができる。

以下、本発明の実施例のＣＤケースについて説明する。

なお、本明細書におけるＣＤ１とは、音楽が録音されているＣＤに限らず、データが記録されているＣＤ−ＲＯＭ、データの読み書きができるＣＤ−ＲＷやその他データの読み書きができるものに加えて、ＤＶＤ、ＤＶＤ−ＲＷ等のＣＤと同じ大きさの円盤状の記録媒体を全て含むものとする。

以下、本発明の第１の実施例のＣＤケース１０について、図１から図４に基づいて説明する。
