Description

The present invention relates to a disk holder for storing a disk.

Discs typified by CDs, DVDs, and the like have been distributed in various fields, such as being distributed together with pamphlets and merchandise, or distributed alone or attached to magazines and displayed in stores.

In order to cope with such a distribution form, the conventional disk holder is often formed of a paperboard, a thick paper having a size of 200 kg or more, a plastic board, and the like, and it has been difficult to reduce the weight.

In addition, there are methods of processing such as making cardboard into an envelope shape and attaching a separate disk protector to prevent damage to the disk. However, there are problems such as complicated manufacturing processes and high costs.

In view of this, there has been proposed a disc holder in which a notch for inserting a disc and at least one folded portion are formed on the mount. For example, as shown in FIG. 5, the disc holder 101 includes a mount 103 having a cut portion 102, and the mount 103 has three folded areas (103 a to 103 c). The distance between the line segments connecting both ends of the notch 102 is less than the diameter of the disk to be held (not shown). When the disc is inserted into the cut portion 102 from the back surface and the fold portion 104 is folded so that the back surface is inside, the fold portion 104 between the surface where the disc peripheral edge on the back surface side has the cut portion 102 and the adjacent surface. The positions of the cut portion 102 and the folding portion 104 are determined so as to be close to each other. The disc holder 101 having such a configuration holds the disc to be held by the cut portion 102 and the folding portion 104 located in the vicinity of the peripheral edge of the disc (see Patent Document 1).
JP 2007-99361 A

In the above-described disc holder, when the disc is accommodated with the mount folded, the disc is exposed from the cut portion toward the surface, so that it is possible to determine whether or not the disc is accommodated.

However, since the disk surface of the disk is exposed on the surface, the disk surface of the disk may be damaged by rubbing or the like.

In addition, when the disc is inserted, both ends of the cut portion may be torn due to an impact, and the disc may easily fall from the holder.

The problem to be solved by the present invention includes the above-described problem as an example.

The disc holder according to the present invention is a disc holder that can accommodate a held disc by folding a long sheet so as to be wound in the longitudinal direction, and is longer than the width of the held disc in the longitudinal direction of the sheet. A placing portion having a small width; a first folding portion that is adjacent to the placement portion in the longitudinal direction of the sheet and can be folded back toward the placement portion; and the placement portion in the longitudinal direction of the sheet. A second folded portion that can be opposed to the first folded portion that is folded back toward the placement portion, the second folded portion that is adjacent to the second folded portion in the longitudinal direction of the sheet, and the first A third folded portion that can be opposed to the previous placing portion folded toward the second folded portion, and extends substantially linearly along a boundary between the first folded portion and the preceding placing portion, and Insert the edge of the disk to be held A first insertion portion that can be extended from a through hole that extends substantially linearly along the boundary between the placement portion and the second folded portion and into which the edge of the held disk can be inserted. A second insertion portion, wherein the first insertion portion is smaller than the diameter of the retained disk in the extending direction and has a width equal to or greater than the radius of the retained disk, The portion has a width less than the radius of the disk to be held in the extending direction, the lateral width of the first folded portion is smaller than the lateral width of the mounting portion, and the lateral width of the second folded portion is as described above. The lateral width of the placing portion is larger than the lateral width of the second folded portion.

According to the disk holder of the above-described invention, when the held disk is accommodated, the second insertion portion is located at the ridge line portion of the folded sheet, so that the edge of the held disk is exposed. Thus, it can be visually recognized that the disc is accommodated.

Further, since the edge of the held disk is exposed, the disk surface of the disk is hardly damaged.

In addition, it is possible to provide a disc holder that can fix a disc and has a strength that can withstand conveyance even in a leaflet-like paper material that is not as strong as paperboard, and that can achieve weight reduction and cost reduction.

The disc holder of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

As shown in FIG. 1, the disk holder 1 is composed of a long sheet 2. The sheet 2 is not particularly limited as long as it is a material that can be bent, such as paper and a resin film. From the viewpoint of transportation and production cost of the disc holder, it is preferable to form the disc holder with a material that is thinner and lighter than paperboard.

The sheet 2 includes a placing portion 3 having a width smaller than the width of a held disk (not shown in FIG. 1) in the longitudinal direction of the sheet. When the disk to be held is a DVD or CD having a diameter of 12 cm, it is less than 12 cm.

The sheet 2 is adjacent to the placement unit 3 in the longitudinal direction of the sheet 2 and can be folded back toward the placement unit 3, and the placement unit 3 in the longitudinal direction of the sheet 2 A second folded portion 5 that can face the first folded portion 4 that is adjacent and folded toward the placement portion 3, and is adjacent to the second folded portion 5 in the longitudinal direction of the sheet 2 and the second folded portion 5. And a third folded portion 6 that can face the mounting portion 3 folded toward the folded portion 5.

In the sheet 2, between the first folding part 4 and the placing part 3, between the placing part 3 and the second folding part 5, and between the second folding part 5 and the third folding part 6. A crease 7 is provided in between. The crease 7 is a portion that becomes a fold line when the sheet 2 is folded so as to be rolled up.

Between the first folding part 4 and the mounting part 3, it extends along the boundary between the first folding part 4 and the mounting part 3 and the edge of the disk to be held (not shown in FIG. 1) A first insertion portion 8 into which a portion can be inserted is provided. The first insertion portion 8 is a cut having a width smaller than the diameter of the held disk (not shown in FIG. 1) in the extending direction. When the held disk is a DVD or CD, the width of the first insertion portion 8 is less than 12 cm. A disk that is shorter to some extent than the diameter of the disk (90% or less of the disk diameter) can hold the disk even if the end of the disk is torn. Moreover, in order that the to-be-held disk inserted in the 1st insertion part 8 is hold | maintained reliably, it is preferable that it is more than the radius of the said disk. Arc-shaped barbs 8 a that are cut toward the first folded part 4 are provided at both ends of the longitudinal cut that is the first insertion part 8. By providing the barbs 8a at both ends of the cut, even if the disk is pushed into the first insertion portion 8, it is difficult to tear.

Between the mounting part 3 and the second folding part 5, it extends along the boundary between the mounting part 3 and the second folding part 5, and the edge of the disk to be held (not shown in FIG. 1) A second insertion part 9 is provided through which the part can be inserted. The second insertion portion 9 is a through hole having a width smaller than that of the first insertion portion 8 in the extending direction. The width of the second insertion portion (through hole) 9 in the extending direction is such that the exposure amount of the disc exposed from the second insertion portion 9 is small when the held disc is held with the sheet 2 folded. Therefore, it is preferably less than the radius of the disk.

The first insertion portion 8 and the second insertion portion 9 are disposed so as to face each other in the longitudinal direction of the sheet 2. Further, a line connecting intermediate points in the extending direction of the first insertion portion 8 and the second insertion portion 9 is parallel to the longitudinal direction of the sheet 2.

Next, the case where the disk to be held is accommodated in the disk holder will be described. As shown in FIG. 2, the end of the held disk 10 is inserted into the first and second insertion portions 8 and 9 (FIG. 2A). Subsequently, the first folding section 4 is folded back toward the placement section 3 (FIG. 2B), and the placement section 3 is folded back toward the second folding section 5 (FIG. 2C).

Subsequently, the second folded portion 5 is folded back toward the third folded portion 6 and the held disk 10 is accommodated in the disk holding body 1 (FIG. 2D). An end portion of the held disk 10 that is accommodated protrudes outward from the second insertion portion 8. Therefore, it can be confirmed that the held disk 10 is accommodated in the disk holder 1.

The lateral width of the second folded portion 5 (the width in the longitudinal direction of the sheet 2; the same applies hereinafter) is made larger than the lateral width of the placing portion 3, and the lateral width of the third folded portion 6 is set to the second folded portion 5. It is preferable that the width is larger than the lateral width. With this configuration, when the sheet 2 is folded, the held disk can be wrapped. In addition, the end of the held disk protruding from the second insertion portion is positioned on the inner side of the edge of the third folded portion 6, so that the end of the disc can be protected by the folded portion 6.

As a modified example, as shown in FIG. 3A, the first insertion portion 8 may be a through hole. Other configurations are substantially the same as those of the disk holder described above. When the 1st insertion part 8 is made into a through-hole, intensity | strength improves compared with the case of cutting. That is, since the contact portion between the edge portion of the disk and the end portion of the through hole is increased, the load applied to the end portion of the through hole is dispersed, and tearing from the end portion is prevented. In other words, the expansion of the first insertion portion can be prevented.

In particular, since the first insertion portion is wider than the second insertion portion, a load is easily applied to the end portion of the first insertion portion when the disc is inserted. Accordingly, the disc holder can be prevented from being damaged by using the first insertion portion as a through hole.

In addition, it is preferable that the both ends in the extending | stretching direction of a through-hole are arc shape. By making it arc shape, the load concerning this edge part can be disperse | distributed efficiently.

A case where the disk to be held is accommodated in the disk holder 1 as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 4, the end portion of the held disk 10 is inserted into the first and second insertion portions 8 and 9 (FIG. 4A). Subsequently, the first folding section 4 is folded back toward the placement section 3 (FIG. 4B), and the placement section 3 is folded back toward the second folding section 5 (FIG. 4C).

Subsequently, the second folded portion 5 is folded back toward the third folded portion 6, and the held disk 10 is accommodated in the disk holder 1 (FIG. 4 (d)). Here, the end portion of the held disk 10 protrudes outward from the second insertion portion 8. With this configuration, it can be confirmed that the held disk 10 is accommodated in the disk holder 1.

In any of the above-described embodiments, the booklet 11 can be provided in the third folding portion 6 (see, for example, FIG. 3B). By providing the booklet 11, the information transmission function of the disc holder itself can be improved. In addition, when the disc to be held is an information recording medium such as a CD or a DVD, information related to the information carried on the disc is described, so that the content can be read before reproducing the information on the disc. Can be confirmed. In addition, since an advertisement can be posted on the booklet 11, the advertisement function by distributing the disk holder can be improved.

Further, the end of the above-described disc holder may be used by binding it into a booklet. For example, the outer edge of the sheet and the vicinity of the end of the third folded portion may be bound into a booklet. In the case of such a configuration, it is necessary to provide a binding margin for binding at the end of the third folded portion.

Note that the folded sheet may be fixed using a fixing member such as an adhesive tape so that the held disk is reliably held. For example, when the first folding unit 4, the placement unit 3, and the second folding unit 5 are folded in order and the held disk 10 is wrapped with the sheet 2 (for example, FIGS. 2C and 4C). ), An adhesive tape (not shown) may be affixed so as to straddle between the placing portion 3 and the second folded portion 5. The adhesive tape is preferably applied so as not to overlap the held disk 10 so that the adhesive strength is maintained when the adhesive tape is applied to the sheet 2. For example, it is good also as sticking this adhesive tape between the edge part of the 1st insertion part 8, and the edge of the sheet | seat 2. FIG. Since the sheet can be prevented from opening by fixing the folded portion of the sheet with the adhesive tape, the held disk can be reliably accommodated without inserting the disk holding body into the bag.

As an example of the sheet 2, a four-fold leaflet-shaped disc holder having a sheet size of 372 × 182 mm and a folding size of 128 × 182 mm (B6 size) will be described.

In the disc holder as shown in FIG. 3B, the lateral width of the first folded portion 4 is 22.5 mm, the lateral width of the mounting portion 3 is 98.5 mm, the lateral width of the second folded portion is 123 mm, and the third The width of the folded portion was 128 mm. The width of the first insertion portion in the extension direction was 88 mm, and the width of the second insertion portion in the extension direction was 47 mm. In addition, the width of the through hole as the first and second insertion portions (the width in the longitudinal direction of the sheet) was 6 mm.

In the above-described disc holder, when the disc to be held was held, the end of the disc protruded from the second insertion portion 9 and was visible. Further, the end of the disc could be protected because the end of the disc was positioned inside the edge of the third folded portion having the booklet.

Further, since most of the disk surface of the disk to be held can be wrapped with a sheet, the disk surface of the disk can be protected without storing the disk holder in the bag.
