本発明は、連接された複数片からなり、該複数片が連接部分にて折り畳まれた状態で供給される情報提供用シートに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来より、受取人にのみ提供したい情報を印刷物によって提供する場合の手段として、剥離可能なラベルが貼付された葉書や、連接された複数片からなり、この複数片が連接部分にて折り畳まれて互いに剥離可能に接着された折り畳み葉書等が用いられている。

剥離可能なラベルが貼付された葉書を用いて情報を提供する場合は、受取人に提供する情報のうち受取人にのみ提供したい情報が掲載された面に剥離可能なラベルを貼付し、送付する。この状態では、受取人にのみ提供したい情報は、剥離可能なラベルによって隠蔽されており、外部から視認不可能となっている。その後、受取人が、葉書を受け取り葉書からラベルを剥離すると、受取人のみに提供したい情報が視認可能な状態となり、その情報が受取人に提供されることになる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上述したように、互いに剥離可能に接着される複数片の一部に穴を形成し、複数片が互いに接着されている状態において、その穴から内面に掲載された情報の一部を視認可能とするものにおいては、隠蔽された情報の一部が外部から視認可能となるだけであるため、外部から視認可能となる情報によって、隠蔽された情報に興味を持たせるのに十分であるとは言いがたく、それによって、複数片を互いに剥離するようになるとは限らない。

本発明は、上述したような従来の技術が有する問題点に鑑みてなされたものであって、連接された複数片からなり、該複数片が連接部分にて折り畳まれた状態で供給される情報提供用シートにおいて、開封率を向上させることができる情報提供用シートを提供することを目的とする。

上記目的を達成するために本発明は、
連接された複数片からなり、該複数片が連接部分にて折り畳まれた状態で供給される情報提供用シートであって、
前記複数片のうち少なくとも１つの片は、当該情報提供用シートを前記連接部分にて折り返した場合に、他の片に掲載された第１の情報が視認可能となる穴が形成されるとともに、前記穴を介して視認可能となった前記第１の情報と組み合わされることにより所定の情報を構成する第２の情報が掲載され、
前記穴は、コード情報を表現する形状を有し、
前記第１の情報と前記第２の情報とは、同一の色によって掲載され、かつ、そのいずれか一方は、当該情報提供用シートが折り畳まれた状態にて表出する領域に掲載されていることを特徴とする。
また、連接された複数片からなり、該複数片が連接部分にて折り畳まれた状態で供給される情報提供用シートであって、
前記複数片のうち少なくとも１つの片は、当該情報提供用シートを前記連接部分にて折り返した場合に、他の片に掲載された第１の情報が視認可能となる穴が形成されるとともに、前記穴を介して視認可能となった前記第１の情報と組み合わされることにより、バーコード情報または二次元コードを構成する第２の情報が掲載され、
前記第１の情報と前記第２の情報とのいずれか一方は、当該情報提供用シートが折り畳まれた状態にて表出する領域に掲載され、
前記第２の情報は、前記バーコード情報または二次元コードを構成する可変情報によらずに固定な情報であることを特徴とする。

（作用）
上記のように構成された本発明においては、複数片が連接される連接部分にて折り返すと、複数の片のうち少なくとも１つの片に形成された穴を介して、他の片に掲載された第１の情報が視認可能となる。ここで、穴が形成された片には、穴を介して視認可能となった第１の情報と組み合わされることにより所定の情報を構成する第２の情報が掲載されているので、この第２の情報と穴を介して視認可能となった第１の情報とが組み合わされて所定の情報が構成されることになる。
