Description

The present invention relates to a belt as an accessory and a belt buckle.

Conventionally, as a belt buckle, it has a front part and a locking part provided on the back side of the front part, and the locking part is composed of a fixed part and a movable part provided to be rotatable relative thereto. The movable member is provided with a latch member, and the movable member is rotated to be bent with respect to the fixed portion so that the force with which the latch member presses the belt is released. It is known that the belt can be inserted into the buckle, and the movable part can be fixed between the front part and the front part by the engaging member only when the movable part is not bent with respect to the fixed part. (For example, see Patent Document 1).

However, when the belt with the above conventional buckle is attached to the body, the buckle's locking portion is bent one by one to release the belt's locking force by the locking portion when the belt body is passed through the buckle. The belt has to be inserted, and it takes time and tightens the body by reducing the belt winding diameter in order to bend the locking portion. Moreover, when removing what was attached to the body from the body, the operation was troublesome and painful to the wearer as described above.

Therefore, the present application has previously proposed a belt using a belt buckle that eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks (see Patent Document 2).

When the belt described in Patent Document 2 is attached to the body, it is only necessary to simply insert the belt body into the buckle, and when removing the belt body, it is only necessary to suppress the operation knob and pull out the belt body. Compared with the belt described in the conventional patent document 1 or the like, there is an advantage that there is no need to bend the locking portion of the buckle or to reduce the winding diameter of the belt. However, the following problems were found during removal.

When removing the belt described in Patent Document 2, it is necessary to insert a finger between the body and the operation knob provided on the buckle of the belt and perform an operation of pulling out the belt from the buckle while suppressing the knob. However, the operation of putting a finger between the body and the belt has a problem that it is difficult to put a finger into the gap because the gap between the buckle and the body is small. In addition, inserting a finger with a gap makes the user feel uncomfortable because the finger bites into the body. Also, if the buckle is pulled away from the body to create a gap, the joint between the buckle and the belt body bites into the body and is tightened.

The present invention has been made in order to eliminate the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks. When attaching or removing a belt, the belt for the belt that does not tighten the wearer's body more than necessary and is easy to operate. And to provide a belt.

According to the present invention, the belt buckle and the belt that do not tighten the wearer's body more than necessary and are easy to operate are obtained when the belt is attached or detached.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail based on the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view seen from the back side showing an example of the belt buckle of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a central cross-sectional view with the front side of the belt buckle facing up. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the belt buckle 1 includes a front surface portion 2 and a belt main body locking portion 3 disposed on the back side of the front surface portion 2 at a predetermined interval.

FIG. 3 is a partial perspective view of the belt main body locking portion 3 as viewed from the back side direction, and FIG. 4 is an exploded perspective view of the belt main body locking portion 3 as viewed from the front side direction. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the belt main body locking portion 3 includes a pivot 4, a locking member 5 provided with a locking projection 6, a coil spring 7, and a covering member 8 with an operation knob. It is configured. The pivot 4 is located between the support portions 10, 10 provided facing a part of the standing edges 9, 9 erected on the back side of the front surface portion 2 from the vicinity of both upper and lower end portions on the back side of the front surface portion 2. Passed to and fixed. The locking member 5 is pivotally supported by the pivot 4 at both ends thereof. In the present invention, "upper and lower" means the upper and lower when the belt is actually worn on the body, and "front" or "back" means the person on the body side when actually wearing the belt. The reverse side is called the back side and the opposite side is called the front side.

A locking member 5 is pivotally supported on the pivot 4 at both ends thereof. A central portion of the locking member 5 has a space 11 in which the coil spring 7 wound around the pivot 4 is accommodated, and is pivotally supported by the pivot 4 so that the coil spring 7 is accommodated in the space 11.

A coil spring 7 is wound around the pivot 4, one end of the coil spring is bent, and the bent portion is locked in a groove 12 provided in the pivot 4 along the axial direction. The other end of the coil spring 7 is in contact with the locking member 5.

Then, the locking member 5 is urged by the elastic force in the rotational direction of the coil spring 7 so that the locking projection 6 of the locking member 5 is always pressed against the belt main body 13 passed between the front surface portion 2 and the belt spring 13. ing. This elastic biasing direction is indicated by an arrow a in FIG.

The locking member 5 is provided with a covering member 8 with an operation knob. The covering member 8 is provided so as to cover both ends of the locking member 5 and the pivot 4 and the coil spring 7 between them from the back side direction with respect to the front face 2, and both sides are pivotally supported by the pivot 4. Thereby, since the pivot 4 and the coil spring 7 are not exposed to the outside, there is no possibility of damaging a finger or the like when the locking portion 3 is operated, and there is no possibility of clothes being caught.

Moreover, the outer peripheral surface on the opposite side to the locking member 5 of the coating | coated member 8 is formed in the side surface shape of a cylinder, The surface is smooth. In this way, even if the engagement protrusion 6 is released from the belt body 13 or returned to its original position, it can be operated smoothly without damaging the clothes hitting the surface of the covering member 8.

Reference numeral 14 denotes an operation knob on the covering member 8, and the operation knob 8 is used to release the locked state against the elastic force of the locking member 5 for locking the belt main body 13 in the rotational direction. The front end of the front surface portion 2 protrudes outside the range on the back side.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the standing edges 9 and 9 are arranged at positions different from the support portions 10 and 10 so as to be spaced apart from the front surface portion 2 by a predetermined distance. The bridge portion 15 is passed. The bridge portion 15 is provided integrally with the standing edges 9 and 9. An attachment member support portion 16 extending from the support portions 10 and 10 is provided at a position substantially opposite to the bridging portion 15 with the locking member 5 interposed therebetween (that is, the attachment side of the belt body). .

As shown in FIG. 1, the buckle for a belt of the present invention includes a buckle body 30 comprising a front surface portion 2 and a belt body locking portion 3, and a belt attachment member rotatably provided at a belt side end portion of the buckle body 30. 20.

One end of the belt main body attaching member 20 is formed as a support rod 21 for supporting the belt main body, and the other end side is rotatably supported by the attaching member supporting portion 16. The belt body attachment member 20 is rotatably supported that at least the front surface portion 2 of the buckle 1 and the buckle body 30 including the belt body locking portion shown in FIG. It suffices if it is formed so as to rotate from the state toward the front surface portion 2 side (indicated by arrow P in the figure) of the buckle body 30 shown in FIG.

Moreover, it is preferable that the rotation direction of the buckle main body with respect to the belt main body attachment member is the same direction as the pressing direction of the operation knob 14 for releasing the locked state of the belt main body locking portion.

The specific support mechanism of the buckle body 30 with respect to the belt body attachment member 20 is not particularly limited as long as it can rotate as described above. For example, in the buckle 1 of the aspect shown in FIG. The attachment member support portions 16 and 16 provided in the vertical direction are provided with through holes penetrating in the vertical direction. On the other hand, a support rod 22 is provided in a corresponding portion of the belt main body attaching member 20 in which an end portion in the vertical direction is formed to be able to be inserted into the through hole. After inserting the support rods 22 into the through holes with the support portions 16 and 16 of the buckle body 30 expanded in the vertical direction, the widths of the support portions 16 and 16 are narrowed so that the upper and lower ends of the support rods 22 do not come off. It is supported by the shaft.

An attachment portion 21 for attaching the belt main body 13 is provided at the end of the belt main body attachment member 20 opposite to the support rod 22. The attachment portion 21 is formed so that the belt main body 13 can be wound thereon.

In the buckle body 30, gaps formed between the front surface portion 2 and the belt body locking portion 3, between the front surface portion 2 and the bridging portion 15, and between the front surface portion 2 and the attachment member support portion 16. The portion is configured as a belt main body insertion portion 17.

Hereinafter, the belt of the present invention will be described. As shown in FIG. 1, the belt B of the present invention is configured by attaching a belt-like belt body 13 to the belt body attachment member 20 of the belt buckle 1 as described above. For example, as shown in FIG. 1, the belt buckle 1 is attached to the belt body by passing the tip of the belt body 13 through the belt winding portion 21 of the belt body attachment member 20 and winding it around the support rod 22. The front end can be overlapped with the inner side of the belt main body 13, and the overlapped portion can be joined by means such as sewing.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 1, the belt fixing bracket 41 may be attached without attaching the folded overlapping portion of the belt main body 13, and the overlapping portion may be crimped by the belt fixing bracket 41. 1 is provided with a belt retainer 40. As shown in FIG.

As the belt body 13, conventionally known ones such as leather, synthetic leather, plastic, and cloth can be used.

Further, as shown in FIG. 8, the belt body 13 is preferably provided with a plurality of concave stripes 18 having appropriate depths at appropriate intervals at appropriate locations on the side of the locking member 5 facing the locking projections 6. . If comprised in this way, the latching protrusion 6 will be hooked on the belt main body 13 more strongly.

Next, the operation of the belt buckle of the present invention will be described.
First, in attaching the belt provided with the belt buckle of the present invention to the body, as shown in FIG. 5, the belt main body 13 is connected to the belt main body insertion portion from the bridging portion 15 side of the belt main body insertion portion 17 from the front end side thereof. Go to 17. At this time, the operation knob 14 is not operated as shown in the figure, or as shown in FIG. 7, the operation knob 14 is pushed toward the front surface portion 2 side against the elasticity, thereby causing the belt. It may be operated either in the direction of releasing the force for fixing the position of the main body 13.

FIG. 6 is a diagram illustrating a state in which the position of the belt main body 13 is fixed by the locking member 5. In this state, the locking projection 6 elastically presses the belt main body 13 against the front surface portion 2 by the force in the direction of arrow a in the figure, whereby the belt main body 13 is elastically pressed by the front surface portion 2 and the locking member 5. Thus, the position is surely fixed with respect to the force in the direction of pulling out the belt main body 13. Therefore, unless the operation knob 14 is intentionally operated to release the elasticity, the belt body 13 is not pulled out from the belt buckle 1 and the belt is not removed from the body.

Next, in order to remove the belt attached to the body, as shown in FIG. 7, while pressing the operation knob 14 toward the front surface portion 2 side (in the direction of arrow b in the figure) against the elasticity, the belt The main body 13 may be pulled out from the belt buckle 1.

At this time, as shown in FIG. 10A, when the belt B is attached to the body K, the belt B and the body K are in close contact with each other, and there is almost no gap, but the operation knob 14 is placed on the front side. When the belt body is pulled out by pushing the buckle body 30, the buckle body 30 can be rotated in the direction opposite to the body K from the belt body attachment member 20, so that the buckle body 30 rotates outward in the initial state in which the operation knob 14 is pushed. Move. A large gap is formed between the body K and the buckle body 30. Therefore, when the operation knob 14 is operated, the finger does not bite into the body, so that the wearer's body can be easily tightened without being tightened more than necessary. Further, when the belt body 13 is pulled out, the angle is increased, so that the belt body 13 is pulled out very smoothly.

In addition, as described above, when the operation direction of the operation knob 14 and the rotation direction of the buckle body 30 with respect to the belt body attachment member 20 are the same direction, the belt body can be particularly easily pulled out.
