他方のカバー体には、前記第1止着部材Aに穿設のネジ孔(18a)に対応するネジ孔(18b)が穿設してあり、
一方のカバー体には、前記第2止着部材Bに形成の第1係止爪(20a)に対応する第1係止孔(22a)が穿設されていると共に、前記他方のカバー体には前記第2止着部材Bに形成の第2係止爪(20b)に対応する第2係止孔(22b)が穿設され、
