本発明は、デパートや食品スーパマーケット等のショーケースの前面開口部や隙間を夜間や休日などの仕事をやらない閉店時に封止する保冷シャッタ装置に係り、特に、簡便構造からなり、隙間の封止が確実に、かつ簡単に行われ、外観美もよい保冷シャッタ装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
デパートや食品スーパマーケット等には冷凍品を陳列するための比較的大きなショーケースが配置され、このショーケースは複数個のものが隣接して一列に配置される場合が多い。また、ショーケースの両端にはショーケース側板が配置されショーケースの両側を保持している。このショーケースにはその前面に開口部があり、開店時にはこの開口部はオープン状態にあり、自由に冷凍品を出入し得るようにしている。一方、閉店時(夜間や休日)にはショーケース内の冷気が漏れることを防止して省電力化を図る必要がある。そのため、従来技術でもこの開口部を閉止するための保冷シャッタ装置が用いられている。従来の保冷シャッタ装置としては、薄い合成樹脂のナイトカーテンや限られた範囲であるがスラット式の保冷シャッタ装置が用いられていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
主に冷蔵用のショーケースの開口部を閉止するために使用されているナイトカーテンは、安価であるがそれ自体の断熱性能が悪く、かつナイトカーテン相互間や特に下部の隙間が多く保冷性が悪い問題点がある。ナイトカバー(ナイトカーテン)相互間の隙間を塞ぐ公知技術として特開平9−96486号があるが、このものは隙間を塞ぐ短尺ナイトカバーを上方から引き出す構造からなり、開口部を塞いでいる長尺ナイトカバーと短尺ナイトカバーとが短尺ナイトカバーの引き出し時に互いに近接し得るように短尺ナイトカバーの引出しフック位置を調整する構造に特徴を有するものである。しかしながら、この構造でも隙間の封止性は完全でなく、特に構造的に下部の隙間の封止性が十分でない問題点がある。また、ナイトカバーとショーケース側板との間の隙間も封止されない問題点がある。別の公知技術として、実開昭58−93777号公報があるが、これは保冷シャッタの端縁を若干重ね合わせることによって、保冷カーテン(開閉シート)間に隙間を生ぜしめないようにするもので、隣接する保冷シャッタの軸を上下にずらせ、かつ両軸端を上下一体の軸受部に保持することを特徴としている。以上の構造のため保冷カーテン間の冷気漏洩は避けられず、また、保冷カーテンとショーケース側板との間の隙間も封止されない。また、更に軸受部が通常の2倍程度の大きさになり、大きな設置スペースを必要とし、又ショーケース上部の外観を損う問題点がある。一方、スラット式の保冷シャッタ装置は断熱性能が高く保冷シャッタ間及び保冷シャッタとショーケース側板間の隙間も塞がれているため保冷性はよいが重量が重く、操作性も悪くガイドレールも必要となり高価格のものとなる問題点がある。また、故障も起き易く保守性に劣る。

本発明は、以上の問題点を解決するために発明されたものであり、小型,軽量,安価で操作性,取扱性がよく、静粛であり、外観美もよく、上下の全体にわたり隙間の封止性の大幅な向上が図れる保冷シャッタ装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、以上の目的を達成するために、請求項1の保冷シャッタ装置は、食品陳列用冷凍冷蔵多段ショーケース(以下、ショーケースと略称する)の前面の開口部の上部に配置されるローラ機構部とこれにより巻き出し巻き込みされて前記開口部を開閉する保冷カーテンとを備える保冷シャッタ部と、隣接する前記保冷カーテン間及び前記保冷カーテンとショーケース側板との間の隙間を封止する隙間封止手段とを有する保冷シャッタ装置であって、前記隙間封止手段は、前記隙間を覆うと共に前記保冷カーテンの側縁や前記ショーケース側板に固着した連結部材を介して着離可能に連結される封止膜と、前記隙間のショーケースの下部に配置され、前記封止膜を巻き出し巻き込むための巻回ローラとを有するものからなることを特徴とする。本発明の特徴は、保冷カーテンと分離している封止膜を用い、この封止膜の巻き出し巻き込みのための巻回ローラをショーケース下部に配置した点にある。これにより、開口部の上部には各種の機構部が配置されているが下部には何にもなく、配置スペースを確保する煩雑さから開放され、自由度の高い配置ができ保守性が大幅に向上することができる。これにより、保冷カーテンや封止膜の設計,製作の容易化が図れる。封止膜は必要時に下部にある巻回ローラから巻き出されて、保冷カーテンやショーケース側板に連結部材を介して連結され、その連結も手動の押圧により行われ、極めて簡単で、かつ確実な連結ができる。即ち、封止膜は保冷カーテンに重ね合わされ密着するため、隙間からの漏れが完全に防止され封止性の大幅な向上が図れる。特に、封止膜は下部から所定の高さまで引き上げられ保冷カーテンに連結されるため、冷気漏洩が発生し易い下方側の封止がより完全に行われ、この部分からの漏れが大幅に改善される。また、封止膜は保冷カーテンに重ね合わされ密着するため外観美もよい。また、全体がコンパクトにまとめることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の保冷シャッタ装置の実施の形態を図面を参照して詳述する。図1は本実施の形態の保冷シャッタ装置の全体構造を示す正面図であり、図2はその一部側面図である。なお、本実施の形態では2台のショーケース5,5を配置した場合について説明しているが、勿論これに限定するものではない。本発明の保冷シャッタ装置は、大別して保冷シャッタ部と隙間封止手段とからなるが、まず保冷シャッタ部を説明する。
