【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を達成するために本発明がなした技術的手段は次のとおりである。
第1の発明は、金型近傍の塑性加工機械に取付けられた支持部と、該支持部に備えられた前後スライド機構と、該前後スライド機構によって前後方向に移動可能に備えられ、金型の型開き時に金型上まで移動される上下スライド機構と、該上下スライド機構によって上下昇降可能に備えられると共に、駆動源と動力伝達機構を介して回転可能に備えられたドラムと、該ドラムの外周面に備えられたブラシ部とからなり、金型の型開き時に金型間に降下されて金型の製品付着面にて前記ブラシ部が接触回転作動する製品取り出し用回転ブラシと、前記ドラムの外周面に複数備えられ、前記ブラシ部の先端部方向へエアの吹き出し可能なエア吹き出し穴とにより構成されていることを特徴とする金型の製品取り出し装置としたことである。
第2の発明は、前記第1の発明において、前記ブラシ部は、前記ドラムの外周面に螺旋状に備えられていることである。
第3の発明は、前記第2の発明において、前記ブラシ部は、所望なピッチで備えられており、前記エア吹き出し穴は、前記ブラシ部に干渉しない位置に設けられていることである。
第4の発明は、前記第1の発明乃至第3の発明のいずれかの発明において、前記ブラシ部の植毛先端と近接させ、前記ブラシ部の回転方向への製品の巻き込みを防止する製品巻き込み防止部を備えたことである。

【発明の実施の形態】
