【産業上の利用分野】
本発明は、支持枠と、該支持枠に対して開閉可能な開閉枠とを有し、設置島に列設される弾球遊技機に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、パチンコ玉を弾発して遊技を行う弾球遊技機においては、設置島台に止着される支持枠としての外枠に開閉枠としての前面枠が一側を軸支されて開閉自在に設けられ、あるいは、支持枠としての前面枠に開閉枠としてのガラス扉枠が一側を軸支されて開閉自在に設けられていた。この開閉自在なヒンジ機構としては、軸支穴に軸支ピンを差し込んで枢支することにより行っていた。例えば、図10(A)に示すように、外枠11に設けられる前面枠12(この前面枠12も外枠11に対して開閉自在に設けられる)に対してガラス扉枠30が枢支軸75によって開閉自在に設けられるが、近年における弾球遊技機においては、装飾効果を高めるために、ガラス扉枠30の前面側に装飾部材32,36が前方に突出するように設けられるものが多くなりつつある。このような構成を有するガラス扉枠30を具備した弾球遊技機を設置島台に設置した状態でガラス扉枠30を開放したときには、図10(B)に示すように、台間玉貸機2の突出した玉貸出口7とガラス扉枠30表面の装飾部材32,36等とが開度が十分でないうちに当接してしまうという欠点があった。

このような欠点を解消するために、支持枠と開閉枠とを開閉するヒンジ機構としてパンタグラフ状に伸縮する多関節蝶番を利用して開閉枠の開閉の際に、隣接する設置物と当接しないようにして十分な開度を得るものが提案されている。例えば、特開平6−198063号,特開平6−292758号,特開平6−304319号等がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記したいずれの先行技術においても、支持枠と開閉枠とを多関節蝶番で止着固定しているため、一旦組み付けた後には、支持枠と開閉枠とを分離することができず、特に遊技場で修理点検する際に不便であるという問題があった。本発明は、上記した事情に鑑みなされたもので、その目的とするところは、隣接する設置物と当接しないようにして十分な開度を得ることができると共に、支持枠と開閉枠との分離を容易に行うことができる弾球遊技機を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記した目的を達成するために、本発明においては、
支持枠と、該支持枠に対して開閉可能な開閉枠とを有し、設置島に列設される弾球遊技機において、
前記支持枠の一側上下には、該支持枠に止着される止着金具と、該止着金具に一端が軸支される第1アームと、該第1アームの中間部に第1支軸によって軸支され且つ一端が第2支軸によって掛け金具に軸支される第2アームと、前記止着金具に一端が軸支され且つ他端が前記第2アームの他端に軸支される第3アームと、前記掛け金具に第3支軸によって一端が軸支され且つ他端が前記第1アームの他端に第4支軸によって軸支される第4アームと、からなる複数の部材を連節してなるパンタグラフ状に伸縮自在な多関節蝶番を止着する一方、
記開閉枠の一側上下には、前記多関節蝶番の前記掛け金具に形成される係合部に対して着脱自在に係合し得る被係合部が形成された装着部材を止着し、
前記第1支軸と前記第4支軸と前記第2支軸と前記第3支軸とを結ぶ四角形が常に平行四辺形となるように構成することにより、前記第1アームが閉止位置から前記前面枠に対してほぼ直角の位置に回動したときに、前記開閉枠が前記支持枠に対してほぼ直角となるように開放された状態となる一方、
前記開閉枠を前記支持枠に対して閉じた状態とすることにより、前記多関節蝶番を構成する複数の部材のうち、一の部材に形成される係合凹部と他の部材に形成される係合凸部とが嵌り合う状態となることを特徴とするものである。

【作用】
支持枠の一側上下には、パンタグラフ状に伸縮自在な多関節蝶番を止着する一方、開枠の一側上下には、多関節蝶番の先端部に形成される係合部に対して着脱自在に係合し得る被係合部が形成された装着部材を止着したので、支持枠に対する開閉枠の開度を十分確保することができると共に、開閉枠が支持枠に対して着脱が自在であるので、修理点検を極めて容易に行うことができる。

【実施例】
以下、図面を参照して、本発明の実施例について説明する。本実施例の要部を構成する弾球遊技機10の構成について図1乃至図3を参照して説明する。図1は、実施例に係る弾球遊技機10を設置島台1に設置した状態を示す斜視図であり、図2は、弾球遊技機10の正面図であり、図3は、前面枠12及びガラス扉枠30を開放した状態を示す弾球遊技機10の斜視図である。本実施例における弾球遊技機10としては、弾発された打玉が遊技盤13に形成された入賞口や入賞球装置に入賞した入賞玉に基づいて所定個数の景品玉を払い出す形式のパチンコ遊技機を図示したものであるが、弾発された打玉が遊技盤に設けられる複数の入球口に入球して、その入球口の組合せによって得点が与えられ、その得点に応じた景品玉が払い出される形式の弾球遊技機(俗にアレンジ遊技機と称される)であってもよい。

まず、図1を参照して、弾球遊技機10が列設配置される設置島台1の構成について簡単に説明する。周知のように、設置島台1には、多数の弾球遊技機10が背向列設されると共に、各弾球遊技機10の間には、各弾球遊技機10と1対1対応するように遊技玉を借り受ける台間玉貸機2が挟持されている。台間玉貸機2には、硬貨投入口や玉貸出口7やコイン返却口等が設けられているが、特に、玉貸出口7は、前方に突出して設けられている。また、各弾球遊技機10の上部には、トラブル時や大当り時に点灯する呼出ランプ装置3が取り付けられ、弾球遊技機10の下部には、獲得した景品玉を移し替える玉箱(図示しない)を載置するカウンター台4が設けられている。更に、各弾球遊技機10の前方位置には、遊技者が座る椅子5が設けられるが、この椅子5の脚柱には、装飾ランプ6が内蔵されて大当り時等に点灯制御されるようになっている。

上記した設置島台1に設置される弾球遊技機10は、図3に示すように、縦長な方形状に枠組み形成される外枠11と、該外枠11の一側に開閉自在に軸支され且つ弾球遊技機10の主要構成部のほぼすべてが集約して設けられる前面枠12と、該前面枠12の前面上部に開閉自在に設けられるガラス扉枠30とから構成されている。また、前面枠12に設けられる主要構成部としては、遊技盤13、上皿17、灰皿19を含む下皿18、操作ハンドル20、施錠装置20等がある。

外枠11は、木製の板材を枠組み構成することにより形成され、この外枠12には、前面枠12が開閉自在に軸支される。そして、このヒンジ構造は、ピン枢支によって行われているが、そのピン枢支点が従来から外枠11の一側前方位置で行われているので、前面枠12を開放したときに前面枠12が外枠11から若干前方位置で開放されることとなるので、ガラス扉枠30の表面の装飾部材32,36が隣接する台間玉貸機2の玉貸出口7等に当接するのは、ある程度の開度を得てからである。したがって、外枠11と前面枠12とのヒンジ構造は、従来と同じ外枠11の一側前方位置でのピン枢支でも良い。しかし、十分な開度を得るために、図9に示すように、その一側上下の内側側面に取り付けられる蝶番取付部材70に固着される多関節蝶番50によって前面枠12が開閉自在に軸支されるようにしても良い。下部の蝶番取付部材70は、外枠11の下部前面に固着され且つ前面枠12の下辺部を載置する当て板71の上部に固着される。なお、多関節蝶番50の構造については、後に詳述するが、多関節蝶番50によって開閉自在に連結される外枠11と前面枠12とは着脱自在に分離できるようになっている。

上記した外枠11に開閉自在に取付けられる前面枠12は、合成樹脂によって一体成形されるものであり、その上部にほぼ正方形状の開口部が形成され、その下部が板状となっている。開口部には、可変表示装置14や可変入賞球装置15等の遊技装置が設けられる遊技盤13が臨むようになっているが、この遊技盤13は、前面枠12の裏面であって遊技盤13を収納固定する遊技盤収納枠に対して着脱自在に取り付けられるようになっている。また、下部の板状部分の上半分は、遊技盤13の装着時の遊技盤面と同一平面となるように凹状となっており、その凹状部に発射レール(図示しない)が取り付けられ、その発射レールの前方を覆うように上皿17が固着される上皿取付板16が前面枠12に対して開閉自在に取り付けられている。この上皿取付板16のヒンジ構造も多関節蝶番50を使用しても良いが、この上皿取付板16は、さらに開閉頻度が少ないので、図示の実施例では、従来と同じように、ピン枢支によって軸支されている。

また、前面枠12の最下部の板状部分は、上記した上皿取付板16とほぼ同一平面となるように形成され、その前面に下皿18,灰皿19,操作ハンドル20が取り付けられている。操作ハンドル20は、打球の発射動作を開始させると共に打球の発射勢を調節するものである。

前面枠12の裏面には、その開放側に施錠装置21が固着されている。この施錠装置21は、外枠11に対する前面枠12の施錠及び前面枠12に対するガラス扉枠30に対する施錠を司るものであり、前記上皿取付板16の側方に配置されるシリンダー錠27を一方向に回動操作することにより、第1上下摺動部材(図示しない)に形成された係合フック22と外枠11の内側上下に固着される係合片24との係合状態を解除して外枠11と前面枠12との施錠を解除し、一方、シリンダー錠27を他方向に回動操作することにより、第2上下摺動部材(図示しない)に形成された係合穴とガラス扉枠30の開放側上下に後方に向かって突設されるフック47との係合状態を解除して前面枠12とガラス扉枠30との施錠を解除する。なお、この解除は、シリンダー錠27の他方向回動操作でなくても、前面枠12を開放した状態で施錠装置21に設けられるガラス扉枠開放レバー23を操作することによっても行うことができる。なお、図示の実施例では、前面枠12とガラス扉枠30との横幅寸法が同じであるため、前面枠12の開放側上下には、ガラス扉枠30のフック47が貫通する係止貫通穴26が形成されている。

前面枠12には、上記した構成以外に、軸支側の上下に多関節蝶番50を取り付けるための多関節蝶番取付凹部28が形成され、その多関節蝶番取付凹部28内に設けられる取付ボス68(図4参照)に多関節蝶番50の止着金具51がビス69(図7参照)で止着されるようになっている。また、前面枠12の軸支側の上端には、ガラス扉枠30を閉じた状態でガラス扉枠30の上方への移動を防止する抜け防止部材29が固着されている。この抜け防止部材29は、図示の実施例の場合、前面枠12だけに設けられているが、前面枠12と外枠11とのヒンジ構造が多関節蝶番50によって行われている場合には、外枠11の軸支側上端にも抜け防止部材29と同様な防止部材を固着することが望ましい。このように、抜け防止部材29を設けることにより、遊技場において、施錠されているガラス扉枠30や前面枠12の軸支側を持ち上げてそれぞれの軸支状態を解消してガラス扉枠30と前面枠12との間又は前面枠12と外枠11との間の隙間を形成する不正行為を防止することができるものである。

次に、ガラス扉枠30の構成について説明する。ガラス扉枠30は、前記遊技盤13の遊技領域を透視し得るセットガラス板42を装着し得るものであると共に、本実施例においては、特に装飾効果及び強度を高め得るように構成されたものである。しかして、本実施例におけるガラス扉枠30は、遊技盤13の遊技領域を透視し得る円形開口窓31が形成される合成樹脂製の板部材によって構成され、その円形開口窓31の開口縁に沿って図示しない装飾用の蛍光灯を内蔵する主装飾部材32が取り付けられ、その主装飾部材32に重合するように上部装飾部材33、LEDカバー35、側方装飾部材36、下部装飾部材37が取り付けられている。上部装飾部材33には、その左右に内部にスピーカ(図示しない)を収納するスピーカ収納部34が設けられている。しかして、上記した主装飾部材32、上部装飾部材33、LEDカバー35、側方装飾部材36、下部装飾部材37は、前面枠12の表面よりも突出した状態となっているので、ガラス扉枠30を開放したときには、隣接する台間玉貸機2等に最初に当接するのは、それら装飾部材の一部であり、従来のようにピン枢支によるヒンジ構造では、ガラス扉枠30の開度が十分ではなくなる虞れがあるため、本実施例では、後に詳述する多関節蝶番50によってガラス扉枠30を前面枠12に対して軸支している。

一方、ガラス扉枠30の裏面側の構造においては、図3に示すように、その上部左右に金属板38が設けられてガラス扉枠30全体の強度を向上すべく補強しており、その金属板38の裏面には、図6に示すように、更に金属補強板39が止着されると共に、ガラス扉枠30の外周後方に向かって防犯フランジ部40が突設されている。この防犯フランジ部40は、前記前面枠12の外周部に形成された防犯溝12aに挿入されて、ガラス扉枠30を閉じた状態でガラス扉枠30と前面枠12との間からピアノ線等の不正具の侵入を防止するようになっている。また、ガラス扉枠30の開放側の上下には、前記したフック47が後方に向かって突設されており、このフック47が前記施錠装置21と係脱してガラス扉枠30の施錠を司っている。更に、前記主装飾部材32の裏面には、ガラス取付ネジ41が複数個(4個)突設されるが、このガラス取付ネジ41にセットガラス板42が着脱自在に取り付け得るようになっている。

また、ガラス扉枠30の軸支側裏面の上下には、多関節蝶番50の先端部に形成される係合部としての係止片58と係合する被係合部としての装着係合凹部44を有する装着板43が止着されている。装着板43は、図4及び図6に示されるように、ボルト45とナット46とによってガラス扉枠30に止着されるものであり、その中央に形成される装着係合凹部44は、下方が開放された凹溝として形成され、多関節蝶番50の係止片58を下方から挿入し得るようになっている。

上記した各構成のうち、掛け金具56の前面には、係合部としての係止片58が突設されるが、この係止片58は、図7に示すように、掛け金具56の前面から鉤状平板が上方に向けて突設された構造となっている。ただし、係止片58の先端左右は、前記装着係合凹部44に挿入し易くするため、傾斜切欠部58aが形成されている。また、第1アーム52の基部と掛け金具56の一端部とは、閉じた状態で当接した状態となるが、その当接部分の第1アーム52側には、係止凹部65が形成され、掛け金具56側には、係止凸部66が形成されている。この係止凹部65と係止凸部66とは、図4に示すように、閉じた状態で嵌り合うようになっているので、その状態での多関節蝶番50のガタ付きをなくすことができ、結果的にこれがガラス扉枠30と前面枠12との間の隙間(イ)をできにくくしているので、軸支側からの不正具による不正行為を防止できるというメリットがある。更に、止着金具51のL字型長辺の底面部には、取付穴67が穿設され、該取付穴67を前面枠12の多関節蝶番取付凹部28内に突設される取付ボス68に対応させてビス69で止着することにより、多関節蝶番50を前面枠12に固着することができる。

上記のように構成される多関節蝶番50においては、支軸55,57,63,64を結ぶ四角形が常に平行四辺形となるように設計されており、閉じた状態で支軸55,64を結ぶ直線が前面枠12に対して平行となるように設計されている。このため、支軸57,63に連結される掛け金具56も前面枠12に対して平行となる。また、支軸55,57を通る直線と支軸60を通る水平線との交点がほぼ支軸61の位置となっている。しかして、閉じた状態から開放状態に移動する際には、第1アーム52及び第4アーム59が時計方向に回動することとなるが、第1アーム52の時計方向回転につれて支軸61が図4の左方向に移動することとなるので、初期の段階では、支軸57が右方向に移動しながら前方に移動する。この支軸57の右方向移動は、支軸53と支軸64とが水平線上に並ぶまでであり、支軸64が支軸53の水平線を越えると支軸57は左方向に移動し始める。左方向に移動し始めても前方への移動は、変わらない。つまり、掛け金具56は、初期の段階で前方に移動しながら僅かに右方向へ移動し、その後前方に移動しながら左方向に移動する。もちろん、このとき掛け金具56は、支軸55,64を結ぶ線分と常時平行であるため、その傾斜角度は、第1アーム52の回転角度に比例して徐々に大きくなるようになっており、最終的に第1アーム52が前面枠12に対してほぼ直角(この実施例では、直角よりもやや大きくなる)となるまで回動されるので、掛け金具56もほぼ直角となる。

また、通常の取扱では、図8(A)〜(C)に示すように、弾球遊技機1に隣接する台間玉貸機2の玉貸出口7が大きく突出していても、ガラス扉枠30の開放時においては、ガラス扉枠30が前面枠12に対して前方に移動した状態で開放されるので、ガラス扉枠30の前面に突出する装飾部材32,36と玉貸出口7との当接を避けて大きく開放することができ、簡単な修理点検の邪魔となることはない。また、複雑な修理点検を行う場合であっても、ガラス扉枠30を開放した状態で上方に持ち上げることにより、簡単にガラス扉枠30を取り外すことができるので、複雑な修理点検も行い易くなる。また、製造時においても、ガラス扉枠30と前面枠12とが着脱できる構造であると、組立作業が簡単となる利点があり、更に、ガラス扉枠30の交換の必要が生じたときにも、簡単に交換することができる。

なお、前述したように、着脱自在な多関節蝶番50を図9に示すように、外枠11と前面枠12とのヒンジ構造に用いても良い。また、多関節蝶番50を開閉枠の方に止着し、装着板43を支持枠の方に設けても良いし、係合部を凹溝状として形成し、被係合部を挿入し可能な挿入片として形成しても良い。

【発明の効果】
以上、説明したところから明らかなように、本発明においては、支持枠の一側上下には、パンタグラフ状に伸縮自在な多関節蝶番を止着する一方、開枠の一側上下には、多関節蝶番の先端部に形成される係合部に対して着脱自在に係合し得る被係合部が形成された装着部材を止着したので、支持枠に対する開閉枠の開度を十分確保することができると共に、開閉枠が支持枠に対して着脱が自在であるので、修理点検を極めて容易に行うことができる。また、開閉枠を支持枠に対して閉じた状態とすることにより、多関節蝶番を構成する複数の部材のうち、一の部材に形成される係合凹部と他の部材に形成される係合凸部とが嵌り合う状態となるので、その状態での多関節蝶番のガタ付きをなくすことができ、結果的にこれが開閉枠と支持枠との間の隙間をできにくくしているため、軸支側からの不正具による不正行為を防止できるというメリットがある。
