Description

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a decorative board that provides a sense of depth.

Conventionally, as a decorative sheet used for a surface decorative material for building materials, there is one in which an opaque resin layer, a pattern layer, a transparent resin layer, and a surface protective layer are sequentially laminated (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-300537

However, since the conventional decorative sheet has only one layer of the decorative sheet printed with a pattern printed on the surface of the substrate, there is a problem that the feeling of depth (visual perspective) is poor.

Moreover, as shown in FIG. 5, in the case of the fixed-size (for example, 90 * 180 cm) decorative board 1 used for the wall surface of a unit bath, from the relationship which butt-assembles the side surfaces 1a of an adjacent decorative board, it is a matching part. Therefore, it is necessary to bend the decorative sheet 2 printed with the pattern 2 a along the side surface 1 a of the substrate 1 at a right angle and bond it with the adhesive 3. As described above, in order to bend the decorative sheet 2, wrinkles, breakage, and the like cannot be bent unless it is a thin one (for example, 0.1 to 0.15 mm), so that the feeling of depth becomes poorer. was there.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a decorative board that can provide a feeling of depth and can bend a decorative sheet.

In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides a decorative sheet on which a single color or a pattern base is printed, and a transparent upper layer on which the pattern is printed or on which the pattern is not printed. A method of manufacturing a decorative board in which a decorative sheet and a substrate are laminated and bonded to each other, and each side of the board is bent, and the board is continuously conveyed in one direction by a conveyor, and the makeup wound in a roll shape. Pull out the sheet and apply the reactive polyurethane adhesive on the back side, then adhere to the front side of the substrate by the roll mechanism, then adhere to the front surface of the substrate while folding, and finally fold the substrate while folding Adhering to the subsequent side and cutting, and pulling out the permeable upper layer decorative sheet wound in a roll shape, and reactive polyurethane adhesive on the back While coating, the process of adhering to the front side of the decorative sheet by the roll mechanism, then adhering to the surface of the decorative sheet while folding, and finally adhering to the side following the decorative sheet while folding The decorative board manufacturing method characterized by including these is provided.

According to the invention, the surface of the substrate, bonding the decorative sheet printed with underlying monochromatic or pattern, further, the surface of the decorative sheet was printed a pattern, or you have not to print the picture, transparently sex Since the upper decorative sheet is laminated and bonded with a permeable adhesive, the pattern and the like are multi-layered, so that a sense of depth can be obtained.

In addition, in the manufacturing method, since the decorative sheet and the permeable upper decorative sheet are thin, there is an advantage that continuous bonding can be performed while pulling out from the roll. In addition, in the manufacturing method, a decorative sheet wound in a roll shape, in which a decorative sheet is bonded to a substrate, is continuously produced, and then replaced with a permeable upper layer decorative sheet wound in a roll shape to bond the substrate. It is also possible to continuously produce a product obtained by adhering a transparent upper decorative sheet to the decorative sheet.

Hereinafter, the best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 shows a decorative board 9A according to the first embodiment. (A) is a cross-sectional perspective view of the main part of the decorative board 9A, (b) is a cross-sectional view of the decorative sheet 11, and (c) is a transparent upper-layer decorative sheet 12. It is sectional drawing.

As long as the board 10 has a fixed size (for example, 90 × 180 cm) decorative board 9A used for the wall surface of the unit bath, an arbitrary kind of board 10 such as a thermosetting or thermoplastic resin board, a steel plate, and a wooden board may be used. It can be selected and used as appropriate.

The decorative sheet 11 has a single color (for example, yellow or green) or a pattern (for example, a floral pattern or a check pattern) on the back surface 11a printed on the entire surface thereof. A reactive polyurethane adhesive (for example, a reactive hot melt adhesive, which may be permeable or impermeable) 13 is adhered to the surface. As described above, when a reactive polyurethane adhesive is used as an adhesive, it is easy to bond at the time of manufacture and sufficient adhesive strength can be obtained with the passage of time after manufacture. These types can be selected and used as appropriate.

The decorative sheet 11 itself is preferably formed of PET (polyethylene terephthalate), PP (polypropylene), PVC (polyvinyl chloride) or a composite material thereof, but other types can be used as appropriate. It is possible to use it selectively. Moreover, when printing the base | substrate 11a on a back surface, it is preferable that it is transmissive | pervious, However, when printing on the surface, you may be either permeable or non-permeable. Note that the transparency is transparent and translucent, and the non-transparency is opaque.

The thickness of the decorative sheet 11 is 0.1 to 0.15 mm that can be bent, the thickness of the printed layer is 0.07 to 0.08 mm, and the thickness of the adhesive layer is 0.01 to 0.00. The total thickness of the decorative sheet 11 including these is preferably set to about 0.25 mm. Further, the decorative sheet 11 can be easily bent by heating, but when heated, the total thickness of the decorative sheet 11 can be made 0.75 mm or less. Note that the above numerical values are not limited.

The thickness of the decorative sheet 11 itself is within a limit of 0.15 mm that can be bent, and if it exceeds that limit, wrinkles or breakage may occur, or the roll may be rebounded to cause poor adhesion. Occurs. In addition, when it is not necessary to bend the decorative sheet 11, a sheet having a thickness exceeding 0.15 mm can be used.

The permeable upper layer decorative sheet 12 has a pattern (for example, a flower pattern or a check pattern) 12a partially printed on the back surface thereof, and the back surface of the permeable upper layer decorative sheet 12 is the surface of the decorative sheet 11. Are bonded with a permeable reactive polyurethane adhesive 13. The material, thickness, and the like of the transparent upper decorative sheet 12 are the same as those of the decorative sheet 11.

The decorative sheet 11 and the permeable upper decorative sheet 12 are set to be bendable thicknesses and are bent along the side surface of the substrate 10.

In order to perform bending while laminating and adhering the decorative sheet 11 and the transparent upper decorative sheet 12 to the substrate 10, the substrate 10 is continuously conveyed in one direction A by a conveyor 20, for example, as shown in FIG. At the same time, the decorative sheet 11 wound in a roll shape is pulled out, and the reactive polyurethane adhesive 13 is applied to the back surface of the decorative sheet 11, and the roll mechanism 21 adheres to the preceding side surface 10a of the substrate 10 and then bends it. Adhering to the surface of the substrate 10, and finally, adhering to the side surface 10 a following the substrate 10 while being bent and cutting.

Subsequently, the permeable upper decorative sheet 12 wound in a roll shape is pulled out, and the reactive polyurethane adhesive 13 is applied to the back surface of the permeable upper decorative sheet 12, and the roll mechanism 21 adheres to the preceding side surface 11b of the decorative sheet 11. Then, it is bonded to the surface of the decorative sheet 11 while being bent , and finally, it is bonded and cut to the side surface 11b following the decorative sheet 11 while being bent . In addition, the decorative sheet 11 wound in a roll shape, in which the decorative sheet 11 is bonded to the substrate 10, is continuously produced, and then replaced with a permeable upper decorative sheet 12 wound in a roll shape. It is also possible to continuously produce a sheet obtained by bonding a transparent upper decorative sheet 12 to a bonded decorative sheet 11.

Thus, if the thickness of the decorative sheet 11 and the permeable upper decorative sheet 12 is thin, there is also an advantage that continuous bonding can be performed while pulling out from the roll.

If it is the decorative board 9A of the said 1st Embodiment, the transparent upper layer makeup | decoration which adhere | attached the decorative sheet 11 which printed the foundation | substrate 11a on the surface of the board | substrate 10, and also printed the pattern 12a on the surface of this decorative sheet 11 was carried out. Since the sheet 12 is laminated and bonded with the permeable reactive polyurethane adhesive 13, in addition to the monochromatic or pattern base 11a printed on the entire lower decorative sheet 11, a part of the transparent upper decorative sheet 12 is partially formed. Since the printed pattern 12a becomes a multilayer, a sense of depth can be obtained.

Further, since the decorative sheet 11 and the permeable upper decorative sheet 12 have a bendable thickness, they can be bent along the side surface 10a of the substrate 10, so that even when used on the wall surface of a unit bath, the substrate The decorative sheet 11 and the permeable upper decorative sheet 12 can be bent at right angles along the side surface 10a.

Furthermore, if the pattern of the foundation 11a of the decorative sheet 11 and the pattern 12a of the transparent upper decorative sheet 12 are aligned as in the decorative board 9B of the second embodiment shown in FIG. Thus, a stereoscopic effect can be obtained. In addition, even if the pattern of the base 11a of the decorative sheet 11 and the pattern 12a of the transparent upper decorative sheet 12 are shifted, a sense of depth and stereoscopic effect can be obtained depending on the pattern.

Furthermore, as in the decorative board 9C of the third embodiment shown in FIG. 2B, even if the pattern 12a is not printed on the transparent upper decorative sheet 12, the entire surface of the lower decorative sheet 11 depends on the thickness. A feeling of depth can be obtained in the printed monochromatic or pattern base 11a.

Further, like the decorative board 9D of the fourth embodiment shown in FIG. 2C, a pattern (for example, a flower pattern or a check pattern) is formed on the surface of the transparent upper decorative sheet 12 of the decorative board 9A of the first embodiment. If the back surface of the transparent upper decorative sheet 14 partially printed on the back surface 14a is adhered with the transparent reactive polyurethane adhesive 13 and laminated in a three-layer structure, a deeper feeling can be obtained. Be able to. Note that three or more layers can be stacked.

The decorative plates 9A to 9D of the first to fourth embodiments are obtained by adhering the decorative sheet 11 to the surface of the substrate 10 on the assumption that the surface of the substrate 10 is not clean. FIG. When there is a base 10b such as a beautiful wood grain pattern on the surface of the substrate 10 as in the decorative board 9E of the fifth embodiment shown in FIG. If the transparent upper layer decorative sheet 12 on which the pattern 12a is printed is laminated and bonded to the surface of the base 10b with the transparent adhesive 13, the pattern or the like becomes a multilayer, so that a sense of depth can be obtained. Also in this case, even if the pattern 12a is not printed on the transparent upper decorative sheet 12, the depth of the base 10b of the lower substrate 10 can be obtained depending on the thickness.

Further, as in the decorative board 9F of the sixth embodiment shown in FIG. 3B, when there is a base 10b on which the single color or the pattern is directly printed on the surface of the substrate 10, the decorative sheet 11 is not adhered, If the transparent upper layer decorative sheet 12 on which the pattern 12a is printed is laminated and bonded to the surface of the base 10b with the transparent adhesive 13, the pattern or the like becomes a multilayer, so that a sense of depth can be obtained. Also in this case, even if the pattern 12a is not printed on the transparent upper decorative sheet 12, the depth of the base 10b of the lower substrate 10 can be obtained depending on the thickness.

The decorative plates 9A to 9F of the above embodiments are based on the premise that the decorative sheet 11 and the transparent upper decorative sheet 12 are bent and bonded to the side surface 10a of the substrate 10, but the decorative sheet 11 and Needless to say, the present invention can also be applied to a decorative plate to which the permeable upper decorative sheet 12 is bonded. In this case, the thickness of the sheet itself is not limited to bendable 0.1 to 0.15 mm, and may be thicker.
