従来、開閉障子において、内障子と外障子とから構成し、それぞれの障子の框を室外側アルミ材と室内側樹脂材とからなる開閉可能な断熱障子とし、外障子における召合せ框の室内側にも室内側樹脂材を配置する技術は公知である。
しかしながら、このような従来技術に係る外障子のガラス板3を支持する召合せ框40の室内側の構造は、図4に示すように、アルミ材41と樹脂材42を二重に積層して配置するために、召合せ框40全体の見込み寸法が大きくなり、コストアップの要因となっていた。

上記課題を達成するために、請求項1記載の断熱障子は、内障子Aと外障子Bとからなり、両障子A,Bは框が室外側アルミ材1と室内側樹脂材2とからなる開閉可能な断熱障子であって、外障子Bにおける召合せ框5の室内側樹脂材2を配置するに当って、室外側アルミ材1は、ガラス板3の間口端部3aに臨む室外側延出部1eを室外側に有すると共に、煙返し部1aと突起1cとを室内側側面に有し且つガラス板3側の見込み面に凹部1bを有しており、室内側樹脂材2は、一端部50が室外側アルミ材1の煙返し部1aに嵌合すると共に突起1cにバネ性を働かせて係止する係止片1dが設けてあり、中間部51は凹部1bに係合しており、他端部52に室外側アルミ材1の端部を超えて延長し且つガラス板3の間口端部3aに臨ませる樹脂延出部2aが設けてあり、室外側延出部1e及び樹脂延出部2aの各々に、ガラス板押え4を取り付ける取付段部1f、2bを設けてあることを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の態様】
(全体構成)
本発明の実施例を、図面を参照しつつ説明する。先ず、断熱障子全体を図2,3に従って説明すると、断熱障子は、内障子Aと外障子Bからなり、それぞれの障子A,Bは、開口枠を構成する上枠11、下枠12及び縦枠13,14により開閉可能に支持されている。
また、内障子Aは、上框21、下框22、戸先框23及び内召合せ框31により支持されたガラス板3から構成されており、外障子Bは、上框21、下框22、戸先框23及び召合せ框5により支持されたガラス板3から構成されている。また、両障子A,Bは、それぞれの框が室外側アルミ材1と室内側樹脂材2とからなる断熱障子である。

(外障子Bの召合せ框5)
本実施例は、外障子Bの召合せ框5の室内側構造に特徴を有するものであり、特に図1に示すように、外障子Bにおける召合せ框5の室内側樹脂材2を配置するに当って、室内側樹脂材2の一端部を室外側アルミ材1に形成されている煙返し部1aに嵌合させ、室内側樹脂材2の中間部を室外側アルミ材1に形成した凹部1bに係合させる。なお、室外側アルミ材1と室内側樹脂材2の係止を強固で且つ安定させるために、室外側アルミ材1の室内側側面に突起1cを設け、室内側樹脂材2にそれに臨むバネ性を働かせた係止片1dを設け、それぞれを互いに係止させることが好ましい。
更に、室内側樹脂材2の他端部を、室外側アルミ材1の端部を超えて延長させた樹脂延出部2aとする。そして、この樹脂延出部2aをガラス板3間口に臨ませると共に、該樹脂延出部2aのガラス板3側にガラス板押え4を取り付ける取付段部2bを形成したものである。なお、取付段部2bは、凹状の溝または底面が傾斜した溝によって形成されてもよい。

本実施例は、上記の構成により、外障子Bにおける召合せ框5室内側樹脂材2を配置するに当って、室内側樹脂材2単独でガラス間口に臨ませることができるため、断熱機能を維持したまま召合せ框5の見込み幅を小さくすることができる。また、室外側アルミ材1の室内側側面に突起1cを設け、室内側樹脂材2にそれに臨むバネ性を働かせた係止片1dを設け、それぞれを互いに係止させているので、室外側アルミ材1と室内側樹脂材2の係止は強固で安定している。また、召合せ框5,31間に指を詰めた場合などには、樹脂延出部2aが樹脂材のみであることから、怪我が小さくてすむという付随的効果もある。

本発明は、上記構成により下記の効果を奏する。発明によれば、外障子における召合せ框室内側樹脂材を配置するに当って、樹脂材単独でガラス間口に臨ませることができるため、見込み幅を小さくすることができ、断熱性能も向上させることができる。更に、室外側延出部及び樹脂延出部の各々に取付段部を形成したことから、ガラス板押えの位置設定が容易になり、また、ガラス板押えのための幅を少なくすることができることから、召合せ框部の見込み幅を小さくすることができる。
