【0021】

[Industrial application fields]
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a liquid hair dye composition, and more specifically, liquid hair dyeing that has less unpleasant odor, is excellent in hair dyeing power and dirt removal of the background, and can set the flash point of the composition high. It is related with an agent 1st agent composition.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a hair dye, a two-component type oxidative hair dye comprising a first agent containing an oxidative dye intermediate and a second agent containing an oxidant has been widely used. In this hair dye, a colorless low-molecular-weight oxidative dye intermediate is permeated into the hair, and oxidative polymerization is performed in the hair to produce and dye a pigment. These oxidative hair dyes can dye hair in various colors according to demand.
[0003]
As the dosage form, various forms such as liquid, gel, cream and aerosol mousse are taken.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Of the various forms described above, cream-like hair dyes are becoming mainstream in recent years, but cream-like products are suitable for short hair because of their high viscosity, but are applicable to long hair. For this purpose, liquid hair dyes are excellent.
[0005]
The first liquid hair dye is a composition in which various dyes are dissolved in a base mainly composed of a higher fatty acid, a nonionic surfactant, an alkali agent and water. This composition forms a gel with a surfactant and water, and deteriorates the miscibility with the second agent. The most ideal form is that the first agent is liquid and easy to mix with the second agent, and forms a gel and thickens by mixing. Therefore, in order to suppress the gelation of the first agent, a large amount of monovalent lower alcohol is usually blended in the first agent, and the water content is suppressed to a small amount. And when the 2nd agent which consists of hydrogen peroxide and a lot of water is mixed with this, since the concentration of monohydric lower alcohol will become low, the gelling inhibitory effect will become weak, on the other hand, the surfactant in the 1st agent and Gelation occurs due to the action of moisture in the second agent, resulting in thickening.
[0006]
However, due to these compositions, conventional liquid hair dyes have various problems, and there has also been a history that creams have become mainstream. First, since a large amount of higher fatty acids and surfactants are blended, sufficient hair dyeing power cannot be obtained, and the background is easily dyed. Moreover, since a lot of lower alcohols such as ethanol and isopropanol are blended, the irritating odor is strong, and in combination with the irritating odor of alkaline agents such as ammonia, uncomfortable feeling may be felt during hair dyeing. Although attempts have been made to reduce irritating odors such as ammonia by substituting non-volatile alkalis (alkanolamines, etc.), there is currently no effective way to reduce the irritating odors of lower alcohols. .
[0007]
Although these efforts have been eagerly sought to solve, there is still nothing satisfactory.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a result of intensive studies in view of the above situation, the present inventor has eliminated the irritating odor of lower alcohols by combining a specific nonionic surfactant and diethylene glycol monoalkyl ether, and has the ability to dye hair and remove dirt from the background. The present inventors have found that a liquid hair dye first composition excellent in color can be obtained, and have completed the present invention.
[0009]
Moreover, the effect that the flash point of a composition can be raised significantly was also able to be found.
[0010]
That is, the present invention provides a liquid hair dye first agent composition comprising a polyoxyethylene nonionic surfactant and a diethylene glycol monoalkyl ether and having a viscosity of 1 to 1000 cps at 25 ° C. It is to provide. Hereinafter, the configuration of the present invention will be described in detail.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The polyoxyethylene type nonionic surfactant used in the present invention is preferably an ether of polyoxyethylene and a higher aliphatic alcohol having 12 to 25 carbon atoms. The hydrocarbon chain of the higher aliphatic alcohol is The chain can be selected from a chain consisting of a chain saturated hydrocarbon, a branched saturated hydrocarbon and an unsaturated hydrocarbon.
[0012]
Among polyoxyethylene alkyl ether type nonionic surfactants, linear surfactants include polyoxyethylene (hereinafter abbreviated as POE) lauryl ether, POE cetyl ether, POE stearyl ether, and POE behenyl ether. Examples of the branched type include POE isodecyl ether, POE isolauryl ether, POE hexyl decyl ether, POE isostearyl ether, POE octyldodecyl ether, POE decyl pentadecyl ether, and POE decyl tetradecyl ether.
[0013]
Examples of the nonionic surfactant made of polyoxyethylene alkenyl ether include POE oleyl ether and POE lanolin alcohol.
[0014]
In this invention, 1 type (s) or 2 or more types can be mix | blended from these. The blending amount is 0.01 to 50% by weight. When the blending amount is less than 0.01% by weight, sufficient hair dyeing power and fastness cannot be obtained, and low-temperature stability is not improved. On the other hand, even if it exceeds 50% by weight, the hair dyeing power and fastness are rather inferior, which is not economical. Preferably it is 0.1 to 40% by weight, and is suitable in terms of mixing property and viscosity when the first agent and the second agent are mixed.
[0015]
Among these nonionic surfactants, in particular, when combined with a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether having a branched alkyl group, the stability of the first agent composition and when the first agent and the second agent are mixed Mixability and a gelled state are improved, and a composition with excellent operability can be obtained.
[0016]
In the present invention, by blending diethylene glycol monoalkyl ether, it is possible to eliminate the irritating odor and unpleasant odor derived from the monovalent lower alcohol, and to obtain a sufficient hair dyeing power, which was in the conventional composition. Examples of the diethylene glycol monoalkyl ether include diethylene glycol monomethyl ether, diethylene glycol monoethyl ether, diethylene glycol monopropyl ether, and diethylene glycol monobutyl ether. Among these, other components such as a surfactant contained in the first agent composition Of these, diethylene glycol monoethyl ether is preferred because of its low solubilizing power (gelling inhibitory power) and less irritating odor. Moreover, the compounding quantity is 0.1 to 50 weight%, Preferably it is 1 to 40 weight%. If the amount is less than 0.1% by weight, sufficient gelation inhibiting power of the first agent composition cannot be obtained, and even if it exceeds 50% by weight, the effect is not further improved.
[0017]
Furthermore, diethylene glycol monoalkyl ether has a high flash point, and therefore, the flash point of the composition itself can be made very high compared to the case where a lower alcohol is blended. I found out.
[0018]
The diethylene glycol monoalkyl ether of the present invention is blended in place of a monovalent lower alcohol such as ethanol or isopropanol, which has been blended in a large amount in the conventional composition, but unless the effect of the present invention is disturbed, These monovalent lower alcohols can also be blended.
[0019]
Furthermore, the higher alcohol which has a branched hydrocarbon chain can be mix | blended with the composition of this invention. Examples of the higher alcohol having a branched hydrocarbon chain include 2-hexyldecanol, isostearyl alcohol, 2-octyldodecanol and 2-decyltetradecanol.
[0020]
By blending these branched higher alcohols, the texture of the hair after treatment can be improved. And the compounding quantity is 0.01 to 20 weight%, Preferably it is 0.5 to 15 weight%. If it is less than 0.01% by weight, a sufficient texture cannot be obtained, and if it exceeds 20% by weight, the effect is not further improved.
[0021]
Examples of the oxidation dye intermediate used in the present invention include one or more of phenylenediamines, aminophenols, diaminopyridines and salts thereof. Examples of the salt include hydrochloride, sulfate, acetate and the like. The compounding quantity is 0.01 to 15 weight% normally with respect to the total weight of a 1st agent, Preferably it is 0.1 to 10 weight%.
[0022]
As couplers, resorcin, pyrogallol, catechol, m-aminophenol, m-phenylenediamine, o-aminophenol, 2,4-diaminophenol, 1,2,4-benzenetriol, toluene-3,4-diamine, toluene -2,4-diamine, hydroquinone, α-naphthol, 2,6-diaminopyridine, 3,3'-iminodiphenol, 1,5-dihydroxynaphthalene, 5-amino-o-cresol, diphenylamine, p-methylamino Phenol, phloroglucin, 2,4-diaminophenoxyethanol, gallic acid, tannic acid, ethyl gallate, methyl gallate, propyl gallate, pentaploid, 1-methoxy-2-amino-4- (2-hydroxyethyl) aminobenzene, 5- (2-hydroxyethylamino) ) -2-methyl-phenol and can be blended their salts.
