【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、鉄骨プレハブ住宅のような軸組工法に好適な壁パネル固定金具とこれを使用した建物に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
鉄骨プレハブ住宅の壁は、図11及び図12に示すように、基礎上に支柱(軸)Aを適当な間隔で立設すると共に、隣合った支柱Aの下端間に下水平枠Bを配設することによって軸組(枠組)を構成し、この軸組に、セラミック系等の壁パネルC(外壁)を取付けた構造になっている。

一般に、支柱A及び下水平枠Bは一側面に縦溝が開口した断面C型のチャンネル材が使用されており(支柱Aの縦溝を符号A1で表示、縦溝A1の両側にあって支柱Aの一側面を構成する側板を符号A2で表示している。)、また、壁パネルCには、取付けのための上下長手の蟻溝C1が形成されている。蟻溝C1は、断面C型の鋼材(レール状部材)を一体に埋設することによって形成されている。

そして、壁パネルCは、下水平枠Bと支柱Aとに取り付けられており、壁パネルCを支柱Aに固定する手段としては、図12および図13に示すように、支柱Aの側面に平面視L型のブラケットDを溶接によって固着し、このブラケットDと壁パネルCとを、壁パネルCの蟻溝C1に係合するキー式ボルトE及びナットFによって固定している。

ブラケットDには、ボルトEが嵌まる上向き開口コ字状の切欠き穴D1が空いており、また、隣合った壁パネルCが同一平面状となるように、必要により、壁パネルCとブラケットDとの間に、ボルトEに上方から被嵌する下向き開口コ字状のスペーサGを介在させて、支柱Aと壁パネルCとの間の間隔寸法を調節している。

他方、壁パネルCを下水平枠Bに取付ける手段としては、図14に示すように、下水平枠Bに載る受け金具Hに、壁パネルCの下面を支持する下水平片H1と、壁パネルCの蟻溝C1に係合するキー式ボルトEとを設けて、ボルトEにナットFをねじ込んで、壁パネルCを受け金具Hに固定していた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、建物には多数枚の壁パネルCが使用されており、これらの壁パネルCは、全体として同一平面となるように各支柱Aからの距離を調節すると共に、高さと姿勢を一定に揃え、更に、隣合った壁パネルCの間に所定間隔(一般に10mm程度)の目地隙間Iを空ける必要がある。

しかし、従来のように受け金具Hを介して下水平枠Bで支持しただけの構成では、壁パネルCの姿勢と高さ及び目地隙間Iの間隔を調節するに際しては、ナットFを仮締めした状態で、大きなバールJで壁パネルCを持ち上げつつ、一点鎖線で示すように、目地隙間Iに挿入した大きなバールJによって壁パネルCを横方向に強引に動かし、それからナットFを本締めするようにしており、このため、壁パネルCを所定の姿勢の通りに取付ける作業が頗る厄介で、作業者にも多大の負担がかかっていた。

また、支柱Aと壁パネルCとの間隔の調節はスペーサGによって行うものであるため、各壁パネルCが同一平面となるように微調整することが困難であるという問題もあった。更に、ブラケットDは支柱Aに溶接されていて移動不能であるため、他の外装部材がブラケットDと干渉することがある問題や、壁パネルの固定箇所を増やしたくても増やせないといった問題もあった。

更に、壁パネルCの高さを調節すると、壁パネルCが受け金具Hの支持片H1から浮いた状態になることがあり、このため、壁パネルCの安定性が低いという点も問題であった。

また、ブラケットDを溶接する分だけ工数が増加する問題に加えて、支柱の位置によってブラケットの突出方向が決められることから、支柱の種類が増えて、設計や在庫管理に手間がかかるという問題があった。特に、壁パネルの品種に応じてブラケットの長さや高さ位置が異なることがあるため、支柱の種類を増やさなければならず、このため設計および在庫管理並びに施工の手間が切実な問題になっていた。

本発明は、このような問題を解消することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、支柱とその外側に配置した壁パネルとこれらを固定する固定金具とを備えており、前記支柱は、一側面に縦溝が開口している平断面C型で前記縦溝を挟んだ両側には前記一側面を構成する側板が存在している一方、前記壁パネルは、その広巾面を支柱の一側面と直交させた状態に配置されていると共に、その広巾面には前記固定金具と重なる状態で上下長手の蟻溝が形成されている、という構成の建物とこれに使用される前記固定金具とに係るものである。

本願発明の固定金具は、前記支柱の一側面と壁パネルの広巾面とに重なる平面略L型の金具本体と、前記金具本体を支柱の一側面に固定するための第1のねじ式締結具と、前記金具本体を壁パネルに固定するための第2のねじ式締結具とから成っている。

そして、固定金具における第1のねじ式締結具は、前記第1のねじ式締結具は、前記金具本体に外側から重なる押さえ部材と、前記押さえ部材と金具本体とを貫通して縦溝から支柱の内部に挿入された第1ボルトと、前記第1ボルトに押さえ部材の外側からねじ込まれた第1ナットとを備えており、前記押さえ部材には支柱の縦溝に横ずれ不能に嵌まり込む嵌合部が形成され、前記第1ボルトのうち支柱の内部に入り込んだ端部には、前記支柱の内面につかえることで第1ボルトを回転不能及び抜け不能に保持する第1係止体が固定されており、更に、前記金具本体のうち第1ボルトが貫通した穴は水平方向に長い第1長穴になっている。

一方、固定金具における第2のねじ式締結具は、前記第2のねじ式締結具は、前記金具本体を貫通して壁パネルの蟻溝に入り込む第2ボルトと、前記第2ボルトに金具本体の外側から螺合した第2ナットとを備えており、前記第2ボルトのうち壁パネルの蟻溝に入り込んだ端部に、前記壁パネルの蟻溝の内面につかえることで第2ボルトを回転不能及び抜け不能に保持する第2係止体が固定されており、かつ、前記金具本体のうち第2ナットが貫通した穴は水平方向に長い第2長穴になっている。

【発明の実施形態】
次に、本発明の実施形態を図面(図1〜図10)に基づいて説明する。

図1は、固定金具1と受け金具2とを使用して壁パネルCを取付ける状態を示す斜視図である。支柱A及び下支持枠B並びに壁パネルCの構造は従来と同様なので説明は省略する。先ず、図1〜図4を参照して固定金具1を説明する。

図2は固定金具1の分離平面図、図3は固定金具1の分離正面図、図4のうち(A)は図2のA−A視図、(B)は図3のB−B視図であり、これらの図及び図1に示すように、固定金具1は、支柱Aの一側面(一対の側板A2)と壁パネルCとに重なる平面視L型の金具本体3と、金具本体3を支柱Aに押さえ付ける押さえ部材4と、これらを支柱Aに固定するための第1のねじ式締結具5と、金具本体3のうち壁パネルCに固定するための第2のねじ式締結具6とを備えている。

第1のねじ式締結具5は、金具本体3及び押さえ部材4に貫通した第1ボルト7と、支柱Aの内部に挿入される板状の第1係止体8と、押さえ部材4の外側から第1ボルト7にねじ込まれる第1ナット9とを備えており、第1係止体8はかしめ付け等によって第1ボルト7に一体に設けられている。

第1係止体8は、縦長の姿勢では支柱Aの縦溝A1に水平方向から自在に挿入できる幅寸法で、かつ、第1ボルト7を回転させると水平状の姿勢になって支柱Aの内面につかえる寸法であり、支柱Aの内面につかえると水平状の姿勢になるように端部を斜めにカットしている。第1ボルト7のうち第1係止体8と金具本体3との間の部位には円錐型コイルばね10を被嵌している。なお、第1係止体8は、斜めの姿勢で支柱Aの内面につかえるように設定しても良い。

コイルばね10は、第1係止体8を金具本体3から離反させて、支柱A内への第1係止体8の挿入を容易にする役割、および、ナット9の回転によって第1係止体8を連れ回りさせる役割を備えている。

図4に示すように、金具本体3において第1ボルト7が貫通する穴は、水平方向に沿って延びる第1長穴11になっており、このため、金具本体3は壁パネルCの厚さ方向にある程度の寸法だけ移動調節した状態で支柱Aに締結することができる。

他方、押さえ部材4において第1ボルト7が貫通する穴12は単なる丸穴となっており、更に、押さえ部材4には、支柱Aの縦溝A1に嵌まり込むことによって押さえ部材4を横ずれ不能に保持する上下一対の嵌合部13,14が折曲げ形成されている。この場合、上嵌合部13の突出寸法は小さい一方、下嵌合部14は、図2,3に示すように、支柱A内に抜け不能に嵌まり込み得るよう、支柱Aの前後内幅とほぼ同じ前後幅寸法に形成されている。

金具本体3のうち壁パネルCと重なる部位は、壁パネルCの蟻溝C1と交叉し得る長さに設定されている。そして、第2のねじ式締結具6は、壁パネルCの蟻溝C1に抜け不能に嵌まり係合し得る第2係止体16を一体に設けた第2ボルト17と、これに金具本体3の外側から螺合する第2ナット18とからなっており、金具本体3において第2ボルト17が貫通する穴は水平状に延びる第2長穴19になっている。

第2係止体16は、水平状の姿勢になると蟻溝C1の内面につかえるように設定しているが、斜めの姿勢で蟻溝Cの内面につかえるように設定しても良い。

例えば図1に示すように、第2係止体16には、蟻溝C1の開口縁C1′に嵌まる角形のストッパー部16aが形成されている。ストッパー部16aが蟻溝C1の開口縁C1に当たった状態では係止体16は回転させることができないので、ストッパー部16aも蟻溝C1の中に嵌め込んでから係止体16を回転させることにになる。このため、蟻溝C1は、ストッパー部16aも嵌め込み得る深さに設定されている。

なお、壁パネルCには蟻溝C1の位置が異なるものが何種類かあるが、この点については、壁パネルCの種類に応じて、金具本体3を、壁パネルCと重なる部位の長さが異なるものを何種類か用意しておいても良いし、或いは、端面から蟻溝C1までの間隔が最も大きい壁パネルCに対応したものを1種類製造して、第2長穴19の長さ寸法を大きくしておくことにより、蟻溝C1がどの位置にあっても対応できるようにしておいても良い。

金具本体3のうち壁パネルCと重なる部位には、補強のため、リブ20を膨出形成すると共にフランジ21を折曲げ形成している。また、押さえ部材4には、金具本体3のリブ20に当接しうる側片4aを折曲げ形成している。

支柱が立設された現場で固定金具1を使用して壁パネルCを取付け施工する場合は、先ず、固定金具1を支柱Aに取付ける。

すなわち、先ず、図5に示すように、固定金具1を、第2係止体16が上向きとなるように第1ボルト7の軸心回りに90度回転させた横向き姿勢にし、かつ、第1係止体8を上下長手に延びる姿勢にし、その状態で、第1係止体8と押さえ部材4の下嵌合部14とを支柱Aの縦溝A1に挿入し、それから、固定金具1を第1ボルト7の軸心回りに回転させて図6のような姿勢に戻し、それから第1ナット9を締め込んで、第1係止体8と第1ナット9とで、支柱Aの側板A2と金具本体3と押さえ部材4とを共締めする。

この場合、図5に示すように、押さえ部材4の下嵌合部14のみが支柱の縦溝A1に嵌まるように固定金具1を多少傾けた状態にして回転させることにより、下嵌合部14を先に支柱Aの内部にきっちりと嵌め込み、それから、固定金具1を起こして上嵌合部13を嵌め込む(固定金具1を横向きにした状態で上下嵌合部14を共に縦溝A1に嵌め込んでしまうと、固定金具1を回転させることができない)。

また、第1ナット9を締め込むとコイルばね10が押し縮められるが、コイルばね10は円錐型であるため偏平な状態に押し縮めることができ、したがって、図6に一点鎖線で示すように、第1係止体8を支柱Aの内角部に係合する状態まで確実に引き寄せて、固定金具1を確実に支柱Aに締結することができる。

次に、受け金具2について、図1に加えて図7及び図8を参照して説明する。図7は平面図、図8は図7のVIII−VIII視断面図であり、両図及び図1に示すように、受け金具2は、下支持枠Bを上方及び外側から覆うような側面視逆L型の本体部22を備えており、本体部22の上端には、下水平枠Bの底面に当接するアジャスタボルト23をねじ込んでいる。

アジャスターボルト23として単なる頭付きボルトを使用しただけであると、ボルトの下端が下水平枠Bに片当たりすることにより、アジャスターボルト23を回転させると当該アジャスターボルト23が横ずれして、位置決めをしにくくなる問題があるが、本実施形態のように回転自在な座金24a付きのナット24を使用すると、座金24a付きナット24がスラストベアリングのような役割を果たすため、アジャスターボルト23を回転させても横ずれすることはなく、その結果、壁パネルCの位置決めと高さ調節を正確かつ容易に行える。

本体部22における垂直部22aの下端には、壁パネルCの下端面が載る支持片25を折曲げ形成し、更に、本体部22の垂直部22aには、壁パネルCと受け金具2とを水平方向に離反不能に保持する係止部の一例として、壁パネルCの蟻溝C1に下方から嵌まる係止片26を設けている。この場合、係止片26は本体部22とは別体に製造してリベットで固定しているが、本体部22に切り起こし形成しても良い。

受け金具2における本体部22の前端には、正面視下向き開口コ字状の下向き突起27を一体に設けている。この下向き突起27は平面視で下支持枠Bの上片B1と重なるように設定している。この下向き突起27は、壁パネルCの取付け作業の当初において、壁パネルCのおおよその高さと姿勢を揃えるためのものである。すなわち、下向き突起27が下水平枠Bに当たる程度にアジャスタボルト23の高さを調節しておくことにより、壁パネルCをおおよその高さ及び姿勢に揃えるようにしたものである。

次に、予め支柱Aに固定金具1を取り付けておいて、後から壁パネルCを取付ける場合の作業手順を説明する。まず、図5及び図6に基づいて説明した方法により、左右の支柱Aに固定金具1を適当な個数ずつ取付けておく。この場合、第1ナット9は仮締め状態にしておく。また、固定金具1の第2係止体16は、壁パネルCの蟻溝C1に嵌まるように上下方向に延びる姿勢にしておく。

次いで、壁パネルCを持ち上げて、左右の蟻溝C1に下方から受け金具2の係止片26を差し込んで、その状態で受け金具2のアジャスタボルト23を下支持枠Bの内底面に載せて壁パネルCを鉛直状の姿勢にすることにより、固定金具1における第2係止体16を蟻溝C1に挿入し、次いで、第2ナット18をある程度までねじ込んで、壁パネルCを固定金具1に仮固定する。

そして、アジャスタボルト23を回転操作して左右の受け金具2の高さを調節することにより、壁パネルCの高さと姿勢とを正確に揃え、更に、固定金具1の金具本体3を第1長穴11に沿って前後方向にずらし移動することにより、支柱Aと壁パネルCと間隔を微調整し、更に、壁パネルCを、固定金具1の第2長穴19に沿って左右方向にずらすことにより、隣合った壁パネルCの間の目地隙間を微調整し、最後に、各ナット9,18を本締めして、壁パネルCを支柱Aに固定する。

上述の説明は、固定金具1を現場で取付ける施工方法であったが、壁パネルCと支柱Cと固定金具1とを予め工場でセットしておいても良い。具体的には、壁パネルCを寝かせた状態で、固定金具1を介して支柱Aを壁パネルCに取付けて、固定金具1を仮締めしておき、現場において支柱Aを固定してから、微調整して固定金具1を本締めすれば良い。下支持枠B及び受け金具2も工場で予め取付けておいても良い。

本実施形態によると、壁パネルCの高さを受け金具2によって微調整できることと、壁パネルCの前後位置及び左右位置を微調整できることにより、壁パネルCを正確な位置に容易に取付けることができる。本実施形態のように、第1のねじ式締結具5にばね10を設けると、支柱Aへの固定金具1の取付けが容易となる利点がある。なお、コイルばねに代えて他の弾性手段を設けても良い。

【発明の作用・効果】
本発明によると、固定金具の金具本体の締結位置を支柱の側面に沿って水平方向にずらし調節することにより、支柱と壁パネルとの間隔を容易に微調整することができ、さらに、壁パネルは固定金具の金具本体に重ねたまま左右方向にずらすことができるため、隣合った壁パネルの間の目地隙間も容易に微調整することができる。

したがって本発明によると、広い面積で重量の大きい壁パネルであっても、正確な位置に取付けることができると共に、取付け作業の手間及び作業者の負担を軽減することができる。

また、固定金具はねじで支柱に締結するものであり、しかも、支柱は断面C型であるため、固定金具は壁パネルの大きさや重量等に応じて任意の高さ位置に必要な数だけ過不足なく配置することができるばかりか、他の外装部材があってもこれとの干渉を回避することができる。

また、支柱にブラケットを溶接する必要はないため、それだけ工数を低減できるばかりか、ブラケットが存在しないことにより、壁パネルの品種等に関係なく支柱を共通化することが可能となり、その結果、設計や在庫管理、或いは施工の手間を格段に軽減することができる。

更に、固定金具は押さえ部材を備えており、支柱の側板と金具本体を強固に挟み付けることができるため、支柱に対する固定金具の取付け強度を向上することができる。この場合、押さえ部材は支柱の縦溝に嵌合しているため、固定金具のずれを防止できると共に、リブ効果によって押さえ部材の強度も向上することができ、その結果、より一層、支柱への固定金具の取付け強度を向上することができる。
