【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明はヘアリンス組成物に関し、更に詳しく述べるならば、乾燥後の毛髪の光沢性及び、艶に優れ、櫛どおりを滑らかにする効果を有するヘアリンス組成物に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
毛髪は、絶えず外部からの刺激にさらされ、毛髪・頭皮に付着した汚れを除去することを目的に行われる洗髪行為も、毛髪に物理的刺激を与えるので、その実施方法が不適切であると、毛髪を傷つけることがある。特に洗髪後のブラッシング等によって生ずる毛髪の損傷の軽減化に関しては、様々な技術が開示され種々の工夫がなされてきたが、いまだ十分な解決法が見出されていない。

たとえば、特開昭60−123412号報(特許文献1)には、第四級アンモニウム塩及びアミノ酸系等のカチオン界面活性剤と、25℃の水に対する溶解度が1重量%以下であり、かつ25℃における粘度が1〜1000センチストークスの疎水性シリコーンと、ケラチン物質分解誘導体及びカチオン化ケラチン化合物誘導体から選ばれるケラチン誘導体を含有する毛髪化粧料組成物が開示されており、この組成物は、毛髪の滑らかさを向上させ、毛先のぱさつきを防ぐ効果を有することが開示されている。しかしながら、その効果は不十分であって一層の改善が求められていた。

特開平10−77210号報(特許文献2)には、毛髪の曲げ弾性を向上させ、保湿性、抗酸化性等の機能の高いα−ケトース、又はγ−ケトースの4級化物が開示されている。この化合物は従来のカチオン化ペプチドに比較して、優れた毛髪吸着並びに保護効果を有するが、しかし、その効果は未だ十分ではなく、一層の改善が求められていた。
特開2000−247842号公報(特許文献3)及び特開2000−247844号公報(特許文献4)には、第4級アンモニウム塩によりカチオン化されたケラトースが記載されている。しかし、これらの特許文献には本発明で用いられる特定油溶性N−アシルアミノ酸ポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル化合物類との併用によるリンス効果の向上について全く開示がなく、かつ、上記特許文献に記載されているカチオン化ケラトースによるリンス効果は、満足できるものではなかった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明者は、種々のコンディショニング成分の組み合わせに関して検討の結果、特定のカチオン性ペプチド(成分(A))、室温で液状の油類脂物質(成分(B))、油性N−アシルアミノカルボン酸ポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテルエステル化合物(成分(C))を、ヘアリンス組成物として用いること上記従来技術の問題点が解決することを見出し本発明を完成した。

本発明のヘアリンス組成物は、成分Aとして、第四級アンモニウム塩によりカチオン化されているケラトースと、
成分Bとして、室温において液状の油脂物質と、
成分Cとして、下記一般式(1)で示される油溶性イミノ2塩基酸エステル型界面活性剤化合物:

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明ヘアリンス組成物の成分Aとして用いられる第四級アンモニウム塩によりカチオン化されているケラトースとは、ケラチンの加水分解物であるケラトースを、第四級アンモニウム塩によりカチオン化して得られるケラトース誘導体を意味する。具体的には、特開2000−247842(特許文献3)及び特開2000−247844(特許文献4)に記載されている第四級アンモニウム塩によりカチオン化されているケラトースを用いることができる。このようなカチオン化ケラトースの市販品としては、一丸ファルコス株式会社製のプロティキュートCガンマ(商標)、プロティキュートCガンマ12(商標)、プロティキュートCアルファ(商標)等がある。
カチオン化ケラトース(成分(A))の、本発明のヘアリンス組成物に対する配合量は、0.01〜10.0質量%であることが好ましく、より好ましくは0.1〜5.0質量%である。この配合量が0.01質量%より少ないと、洗髪後のパサパサ感の解消効果が不十分になることがある。また、それが10.0質量%より多いと、第四級アンモニウム塩カチオン化ケラトースに由来する感触が過剰に発現して、洗髪後の髪のさらさら感が不十分になり、髪質が重く感じさせるなどの不都合を生ずることがある。

本発明のヘアリンス組成物の成分Bとして用いられる室温で液状の油脂物質は、室温で液状を呈し、かつ化粧料に用いられるものである限り、その種類に制限はないが、その好適例を示せば、アーモンド油、オリーブ油、ツバキ油、アボカド油、グレープシード油、ミンク油、マカデミアンナッツ油、オレンジラフィー油、メドウホーム油、ヒマワリ油、ホホバ油、パーム油等の天然油。流動パラフィン、スクワラン等の炭化水素系油;
2−エチルヘキサン酸セチル、パルミチン酸イソプロピル、ミリスチン酸イソプロピル等の脂肪酸エステル。ポリアルキレングリコール等のポリアルキレン誘導体;並びにシリコーン油等である。

本発明のヘアリンス組成物の成分Cとして用いられる油溶性イミノ2塩基酸エステル型界面活性剤化合物は前記一般式(1)で示される化合物から選ばれる。

前記一般式(1)の化合物は油溶性イミノ2塩基酸エステル型界面活性剤化合物であって、顕著なヘアリンス効果を示す。

一般式(1)の化合物の好適例としては、ラウロイルイミノジ酢酸イソプロパノールジエステル、ラウロイルイミノジ酢酸オクチルドデシルエーテルジエステル、ラウロイルイミノジ酢酸ステアリルエーテルジエステル等が挙げられる。

成分Cに用いられる式(1)の油溶性油溶性エステル型界面活性剤化合物の、ヘアリンス組成物全質量に対する配合量は0.5〜20質量%であることが好ましく、1.0〜5.0質量%であることがより好ましい。その配合量が0.5質量%を下回ると、洗髪後の乾燥毛髪のつやが不足する場合があり、またそれが20質量%を超える場合は、すすぎ時の毛髪に対する指通りが悪くなり、乾燥後の毛髪の風合いが不満足なものになる等の問題が発生することがある。

本発明のヘアリンス組成物には、冷感物質及びエタノールを、それぞれ単独に、或いはその2種以上を併用して添加して、洗髪中及びすすぎ時の使用感を向上させることが好ましい。冷感物質としては、メントール、カンファー、ハッカ油及び公知のメントール誘導体等が挙げられる。

本発明のヘアリンス組成物には、発明の効果を損なわない範囲で、化粧品に使用可能な原料、例えばアニオン性、カチオン性、両性、及び非イオン活性剤類、保湿剤、水溶性高分子添加剤、増粘剤、皮膜形成剤、紫外線吸収剤、消炎症剤、抗フケ剤、金属封鎖剤、低級アルコール類、糖類、アミノ酸類、有機アミン類、合成樹脂エマルジョン、pH調整剤、皮膚栄養剤、酸化防止剤、酸化防止助剤などの1種以上を添加成分として添加してもよい。

添加成分用アニオン活性剤としては脂肪酸セッケン、たとえばセッケン用素地、ラウリン酸ナトリウム、パルミチン酸ナトリウム、ヤシカリセッケン;高級アルキル硫酸エステル塩、たとえばラウリル硫酸ナトリウム、ラウリル硫酸カリウム、ラウリル硫酸トリエタノールアミン;アルキルエーテル硫酸エステル塩、たとえば、POEラウリル硫酸トリエタノールアミン、POEラウリル硫酸ナトリウム;N−アシルアミノ酸塩、たとえば、ラウロイルサルコシンナトリウム、ラウロイル−β−アラニンナトリウム、ラウロイル−N−メチル−β−アラニンナトリウム、N−ラウロイルグルタミン酸モノナトリウム、N−ステアロイルグルタミン酸ジナトリウム、N−ミリストイル−L−グルタミン酸モノナトリウム、N−パルミトイルアスパラギン酸ジエタノールアミン、ヤシ脂肪酸シルクペプチド;高級脂肪酸アミドスルホン酸塩、たとえばN−ミリストイル−N−メチルタウリンナトリウム、ヤシ脂肪酸メチルタウリンナトリウム、ラウロイルメチルタウリンナトリウム;リン酸エステル塩、たとえばPOEオレイルエーテルリン酸ナトリウム、POEステアリルエーテルリン酸、POEラウリルアミドエーテルリン酸ナトリウム;スルホコハク酸塩、たとえばジ−2−エチルヘキシルスルホコハク酸ナトリウム、モノラウロイルモノエタノールアミドポリオキシエチレンスルホコハク酸ナトリウム、ラウリルポリプロピレングリコールスルホコハク酸ナトリウム;
アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸塩、たとえばリニアドデシルベンゼンスルホン酸ナトリウム、リニアドデシルベンゼンスルホン酸トリエタノールアミン、リニアドデシルベンゼンスルホン酸;高級脂肪酸エステル硫酸エステル塩、たとえば硬化ヤシ油脂肪酸グリセリン硫酸ナトリウム;ロート油などの硫酸化油;並びにα−オレフィンスルホン酸塩、高級脂肪酸エステルスルホン酸塩、二級アルコール硫酸エステル塩、高級脂肪酸アルキロールアミド硫酸エステル塩、ラウロイルモノエタノールアミドコハク酸ナトリウム、及びカゼインナトリウム等が挙げられる。

添加成分用カチオン性界面活性剤としては、アルキルトリメチルアンモニウム塩、たとえば塩化ステアリルトリメチルアンモニウム、塩化ラウリルトリメチルアンモニウム、臭化ラウリルトリメチルアンモニウム;ジアルキルジメチルアンモニウム塩、たとえば塩化ジステアリルジメチルアンモニウム塩;アルキルピリジウム塩、たとえば塩化セチルピリジウム;並びにアルキルジメチルベンジルアンモニウム塩、塩化ベンゼトニウム、及び塩化ベンザルコニウム等があげられる。
また添加成分用両性界面活性剤としては、アミドアミン系両性界面活性剤、たとえば2−ウンデシル−N−カルボキシメチル−N−ヒドロキシエチルイミダゾリウムベタイン、N−ラウロイル−N’−カルボキシメチル−N’−ヒドロキシエチルエチレンジアミンナトリウム、N−ヤシ脂肪酸アシル−N’−カルボキシエチル−N’−ヒドロキシエチルエチレンジアミンナトリウム;アミド酢酸ベタイン型両性界面活性剤、たとえばヤシ脂肪酸アミドプロピルベタイン、ミリスチン酸アミドプロピルベタイン;アミドスルホベタイン型両性界面活性剤、たとえばラウリン酸アミドプロピルヒドロキシスルホベタイン;アミンオキサイド型両性界面活性剤、たとえばラウリルトリメチルアミンオキシド、ラウリン酸アミドプロピルアミンオキシド;並びにアルキル酢酸ベタイン型両性界面活性剤、及びアルキルスルホベタイン型両性界面活性剤等があげられる。

添加成分用水溶性高分子剤としては、グァーガム、クイーンシード、ペクチン、ゼラチン、キサンタンガム、メチルセルロース、エチルセルロース、ヒドロキシエチルセルロース、ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース、カルボキシメチルセルロース及び塩、アルギン塩、ポリビニルアルコール、カルボキシビニルポリマー、ポリアクリル酸ソーダ、ベントナイト、キチン・キトサン誘導体、ヒアルロン酸及び塩、コラーゲン及びその誘導体などが挙げられ、組成物の増粘剤又は乳化助剤として添加される。
また添加成分用増粘剤としては、ヤシ油脂肪酸モノエタノールアミド、ラウリン酸ジエタノールアミド、ラウリン酸イソプロパノールアミド、ポリオキシエチレンヤシ油脂肪酸モノエタノールアマド、ポリオキシプロピレンヤシ油脂肪酸モノエタノールアミドなどが挙げられる。

添加成分用皮膜形成剤としては、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリビニルピロリドン、カチオン化セルロース、カチオン化セルロース、シリコーンなどが挙げられる。
添加成分用紫外線吸収剤としては、2−ヒドロキシ−4−メトキシベンゾフェノン、2−ヒドロキシ−4−メトキシベンゾフェノン−5−スルホン酸及び塩、ジヒドロキシジメトキシベンゾフェノンなどのベンゾフェノン誘導体;パラアミノ安息香酸、パラアミノ安息香酸エチルなどのパラアミノ安息香酸誘導体;パラメトキシ桂皮酸エチル、パラメトキシ桂皮酸イソプロピル、パラメトキシ桂皮酸オクチルなどのメトキシ桂皮酸誘導体;サリチル酸オクチル、サリチル酸フェニルなどのサリチル酸誘導体;ウロカニン酸及び誘導体;並びに4−tert−ブチル−4’−メトキシジベンゾイルメタン、2−(ヒドロキシ−5’−メチルフェニル)ベンゾトリアゾール、アントラニル酸メチルなどが挙げられる。
添加成分用消炎症剤としては、グリチルリチン酸及びその誘導体、グリチルレチン酸及びその誘導体、アラントイン、酢酸ヒドロコーチゾン、アズレンなどが挙げられる。
添加成分用抗フケ剤としては、ピロクトンオラミン、硝酸ミコナゾール、トリクロサン、ジンクピリチオン等が挙げられる。

添加成分用金属封鎖剤としては、エチレンジアミン四酢酸及びナトリウム塩、リン酸、クエン酸、アスコルビン酸、コハク酸、グルコン酸、ポリリン酸ナトリウム、メタリン酸ナトリウムなどが挙げられる。
添加成分用低級アルコールとしては、エタノール、プロピルアルコール、エチレングリコール、ジエチレングリコールなどが挙げられ、これらは組成物の粘度調整、或は、ヘアリンス組成物の使用感(冷感又は温感)を変更(温感又は冷感に)するという目的に用いられる。
添加成分用糖類としては、ブドウ糖、乳糖、白糖、デンプン、カルボキシメチルデンプン、シクロデキストリンなどが挙げられる。
添加成分用アミノ酸類としては、アスパラギン酸及び塩、アラニン、アルギニン、リジン及び塩、グリシン、シスチン、スレオニン、セリン、メチオニンなどが挙げられ、これらは毛髪に対し、補修効果がある。
添加成分用有機アミン類としては、モノエタノールアミン、ジエタノールアミン、トリエタノールアミン、ジイソプロパノールアミン、トリエチルアミンなどが挙げられ、これらも、毛髪補修の目的に用いられる。

添加成分用合成樹脂エマルジョンとしては、ポリアクリル酸エステル共重合体、ポリ酢酸ビニルなどが挙げられ、これらは組成物の増粘の目的に、或は乳化助剤として用いられる。
添加成分用pH調整剤としては、クエン酸、塩酸、硫酸、リン酸、水酸化ナトリウム、アンモニア、などが挙げられる。
添加成分用皮膚栄養剤としては、ビタミンA、B1、B2、B6、E及びその誘導体、パントテン酸及びその誘導体、ビオチンなどが挙げられる。
