本発明は口紅用組成物に関する。更に詳しくは、口唇の色の改善作用に優れる口紅用組成物に関する。

【従来の技術】
一般にリップケア機能を持つ口紅としては、次のような成分を配合したものがある。血行促進効果として酢酸トコフェロール、消炎効果としてグリチルリチン酸ジカリウム、保湿効果としてヒアルロン酸ナトリウム、エモリエント効果を有する成分として高含水コレステリル誘導体等があげられる。

また、リップケア機能に有効な成分を配合するのだけでなく、性状の工夫により保湿等のリップケア機能を高めた口紅としては、次のようなものがある。乳化剤としてグリセリン誘導体を用いた油中水型リップクリーム(西日皮膚・57巻1号・1995)やバイオヒアルロン酸含有マイクロカプセル乳化口紅(フレグランスジャーナル・1992-4)等があげらる。

そして、口唇の血色を改善する口唇用化粧料としては、次のようなものが提案されている。ヒアルロン酸及びキトサン配合の水性ジェルタイプ、テアニンを含有してなる血流改善組成物(特開2001−316256)等がそうである。

しかしながら、従来の口紅では充分にリップケア効果の得られるものは少なく、ましてや口唇の色改善機能を有する口紅に関しては満足すべきものが存在しないのが現状である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は上記事情に鑑みなされたものであり、リップケア効果の優れた口紅、特に口唇の色改善機能をより一層向上した口紅組成物を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
そこで本発明者らは、化粧料原料の中から口唇の色を改善する成分を探索すべく鋭意検討した結果、パルミトイルトリペプチドと美白成分として用いられているアスコルビン酸のエステル、血行促進剤に用いられているビタミンE及び/又はその誘導体を組み合わせて用いることにより、口唇の色が改善される作用をもつ口紅用化粧料が得られることを見出し、本発明を完成するに至った。

すなわち、本発明はパルミトイルトリペプチドとアスコルビン酸のエステルを含有する口紅組成物、又はパルミトイルトリペプチドとアスコルビン酸のエステルとビタミンE及び/又はその誘導体を含有する口紅組成物を提供するものである。

本発明に用いられるパルミトイルトリペプチドは、パルミトイル−グリシル−ヒスチジル−リジンからなる合成ペプチドであれば、その起源は限定されない。パルミトイルトリペプチドは口唇のボリュームを増し、はっきりとした輪郭にし、優れた保湿効果を有するものである。

パルミトイルトリペプチドの配合量は、全組成中、好ましくは0.0001〜1.0質量%であり、更に好ましくは0.001〜0.1%であり、これに制限されるものではない。

本発明に用いられるアスコルビン酸のエステルは、L-アスコルビン酸モノステアレート、L-アスコルビン酸ジパルミテート等の油溶性アスコルビン酸誘導体、例えばニッコールVC-IP(日光ケミカルズ社製)等が使用できる。

アスコルビン酸のエステルの配合量は、全組成中、0.1〜10.0質量%が好ましく、更に好ましくは0.5〜5質量%である。

本発明において合成パルミトイルトリペプチドとアスコルビン酸のエステルにビタミンE及び/又はその誘導体を併用すると特に口唇の色を改善する効果が著しく向上する。

そして、本発明に用いられるビタミンEの誘導体としては、酢酸トコフェノール、ニコチン酸トコフェノール等が挙げられ、例えばイーミックスD(エーザイ)等が使用できる。

ビタミンE及び/又はその誘導体の配合量は、全組成中、0.1〜10.0質量%が好ましく、更に好ましくは0.5〜5.0質量%である。

本発明口紅組成物には上記必須有成分の他に、本発明の効果を損なわない範囲で、必要に応じ、液状油分、固形油分、固形油分、粉体等を配合することができる。

これらの中で、液状油分としては、一般に化粧料等に用いられるものであれば特に限定されることなく使用することができ、例えば、流動パラフィン、スクワラン、ラノリン誘導体、高級アルコール、各種エステル油、シリコーン油、ポリアルキレングリコールポリエーテルおよびその他カルボン酸、オリゴエステル化合物、テルペン系炭化水素油等が挙げられる。中でも流動パラフィン、スクワラン、シリコーン油、および各種エステル油等が好適に用いられる。また、これらの液状油分は1種のみを用いてもよく、あるいは2種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。

上記液状油分の配合量は、本発明組成物中20〜70質量%が好ましく、更に好ましくは30〜60質量%である。

固形油分としては、一般に化粧料等に用いられるものであれば特に限定されることなく使用することができ、例えば、セレシンワックス、カルナバワックス、ポリエチレンワックス、パラフィンワックス、キャンデリラワックス、マイクロクリスタリンワックス、ベヘニン酸、ベヘニルアルコール、モクロウ、ビーズワックス、セタノールなどが挙げられる。また、これらの固形油分1種のみを用いてもよく、あるいは2種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。

上記固形油分は、例えばスティック状(棒状)の口紅組成物を製造する場合等は、保形剤として本発明組成物中5〜20質量%程度配合させるのが好ましい。

粉体としては、一般に化粧料等に用いられるものであれば特に限定されることなく使用することができ、例えば、タルク、カオリン、絹雲母(セリサイト)、白雲母、金雲母、紅雲母、黒雲母、リチア雲母、バーミュキュライト、炭酸マグネシウム、炭酸カルシウム、ケイ酸マグネシウム、ケイ酸アルミニウム、ケイ酸バリウム、ケイ酸カルシウム、ケイ酸ストロンチウム、タングステン酸金属塩、マグネシウム、シリカ、ゼオライト、ベントナイト、硫酸バリウム、焼成硫酸カルシウム(焼石膏)、リン酸カルシウム、フッ素アパタイト、ヒドロキシアパタイト、セラミックパウダー、窒化ホウ素、二酸化チタン、酸化亜鉛などの無機粉末や、ポリアミド樹脂粉末、ナイロン粉末、ポリエチレン粉末、ポリプロピレン粉末、ポリエステル粉末、ポリメタクリル酸メチル粉末、ポリスチレン粉末、スチレンとアクリル酸の共重合体樹脂粉末、シリコーン樹脂粉末、ベンゾグアナミン樹脂粉末、ポリ四フッ化エチレン粉末、セルロース粉末などの有機粉末のほか、各種顔料が挙げられる。

また、本発明の口紅用組成物には、上記成分の他、一般に化粧料等に配合可能な各種成分、例えば、アクリル系樹脂、シリコーン樹脂、ポリビニルピロリドンなどの樹脂や、大豆タンパク、ゼラチン、コラーゲン、絹フィブロイン、エラスチンなどのタンパク質またはタンパク質分解物、酸化防止剤、紫外線吸収剤、紫外線遮断剤、界面活性剤、防腐剤、保湿剤、薬剤、染料、水、香料等を配合することもできる。

次に、実施例により本発明を更に詳細に説明するが、本発明はこれによって何ら限定されるものでない。なお、配合量は質量%で示す。

表1に示す実施例の組成に関して、スティック状の口紅を製造し、下記評価基準に従って口唇の色改善度および官能評価を行った。
