Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to handmade Japanese paper, in particular, Japanese paper using a new cotton fiber mainly used for crafts as a decorating material and a method for producing Japanese paper using a cotton fiber as a decorating material.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Japanese paper is used for shoji paper, paper paper, etc. in addition to those for calligraphy, and is also used in a wide range of fields as a craft material that uses the unique texture of Japanese paper such as the softness, warmth, and hue of Japanese paper. In recent years, it has attracted a great deal of attention as a craft material, and accordingly, it has been desired to provide Japanese paper with various colors and patterns. Examples of such traditional Japanese paper that has been decorated include laid paper, koji dyeing, post dyeing, and stencil dyeing.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The above-mentioned wrapping paper is a paper that is made by squeezing leaves or dyed paper and other decorative items between two wet papers. Yes, post-dyeing is a paper dyed paper, both the dyeing and post-dying are papers that are dyed in a single color, the pattern dyeing is a method of dyeing using a pattern paper, and many other decorations There is a method means to apply.
[0004]
However, in the decoration of these Japanese papers, the decoration material is dye itself, except for the laminated paper, and the dye liquid is poured on the paper or the paper itself is dyed. It was not something that was entangled with other fibers.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and the object of the present invention is to beat a strip-like cloth obtained by cutting a cotton woven cloth with a bias against a weave and to obtain a fibrous form having a desired fiber length. Alternatively, by forming a cotton-like decorating raw material and spreading the stock solution to which the decorating raw material is added, the decorating raw material exhibits a desired pattern on the cocoon and the fibers of the stock and the decorating raw material The present invention provides a Japanese paper using a new cotton fiber as a decoration material and a Japanese paper manufacturing method using a cotton fiber as a decoration material.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the Japanese paper using the cotton fiber according to the present invention as a decorating material is formed by forming a fiber-like, cotton-like decorating material by beating the cotton woven fabric, and adding the decorating material. The decorated raw material exhibits various patterns by entwining the fibers of the decorative raw material and the fiber of the paper material by spreading the prepared liquid. Further, the decorative material is formed into a fibrous or cotton shape by creating a strip-like cloth obtained by cutting a cotton woven cloth with a bias with respect to the weave.
[0007]
Furthermore, in the method for producing Japanese paper using the cotton of the present invention as a decorating material, the cotton woven fabric is cut into a band-like cloth with respect to the weave, and the belt-like cloth is beaten to loosen it into a fiber or cotton. Form a decorative raw material, add an appropriate amount of decorative raw material scattered over the stock liquid in the tank, and pump up the stock liquid to pick up the decorative raw material on the basket. Slowly move so that the desired pattern appears on the folds, sufficiently entangle the fibers of the stock solution and the decorating solution, then press the dehydrated wet paper from the ridges, dehydrate, and dry It will be.
[0008]
The belt-like cloth cut to the bias preferably has a fiber length of about 0.5 to 1.0 mm when cut to a width of 0.5 to 2.0 mm, beaten and loosened.
[0009]
The cotton woven fabric is colored in advance. Further, it is preferable to use 100% cotton old clothes, remaining cloth such as cut ends, remaining thread, waste thread and the like.

[0011]
In the present invention, a decorating raw material formed using cotton fibers as a material is dispersed and added on the stock solution in the tank 1 and the stock solution is added with this decorating raw material. As a result, the cotton fibers exhibit a desired pattern and the cotton fibers and the fibers of the paper are entangled to create a Japanese paper.
[0012]
The cotton fiber used for the decorating raw material is formed into a fiber shape and a cotton shape in which fibers are gathered by beating a cotton woven fabric. Since the fibers of the cotton woven fabric are long, it is necessary to spend a sufficient amount of time until the fibers become a suitable short fiber that is intertwined with the paper material. In the present invention, as shown in FIG. By cutting 5 into a bias with respect to the weave, a belt-
[0013]
In the present invention, a decorative raw material loosened into a fibrous or cotton-like shape obtained by beating a strip-like cloth obtained by cutting a cotton woven cloth with a bias against a texture is formed, and the top of the stock solution in the tank 1 is formed. Appropriate amount of decorating raw material is added to the mixture. The decorative raw material on the stock liquid is impregnated with the stock liquid and scattered in a floating state on the stock liquid. Therefore, the stock liquid is pumped up so as to pick up the decorating material on the basket 4, and the decorating liquid and the fiber of the decorating liquid are slowly moved so that the decorating material exhibits a desired pattern on the kite 4. Entangling each other sufficiently, and also entwining the fibers of the stock. After that, the wet paper just rolled up is peeled off from the bag 4, and the wet paper is pressed and dehydrated by a conventional method to produce a Japanese paper using cotton fibers as a decorating material.
[0014]
It is preferable to use a cocoon, a three cocoon, and a husk as said paper material, and to mix these paper materials with the jelly which is plant mucus, such as a troro-aoi, in water, and to prepare a paper material liquid.

【The invention's effect】
In the decorative Japanese paper of the present invention constructed as described above, the cotton fibers give a plump soft and warm texture and combine with the unique soft and warm texture of the paper for crafts with an excellent hue. In addition, it is possible to decorate an eccentric pattern by entanglement of fibers of different colors by mixing several colored fibers. Moreover, since the colored cotton fiber is tangled with the paper fiber and is integrally decorated, the decoration does not separate from the paper or drop off, giving a texture with a three-dimensional effect. Moreover, when the cotton woven fabric is beaten, the thin threads become fibrous or cotton-like, and the thick and strongly twisted threads are loosely hateful, and many of these are fibrous, cotton-like, and thread-like. It is interestingly entangled and presents a unique pattern with a three-dimensional effect.
[0018]
Furthermore, by cutting the cotton woven fabric with a bias with respect to the weave, it is possible to freely and easily set the length of the fiber to a desired length by arbitrarily setting the cutting width. It becomes possible to easily set the length of the cotton fiber in accordance with the length of the fiber of the stock such as cocoon, cocoon, and cocoon. Also, as cotton woven fabric, it is possible to use used clothes, cut end cloths, remaining cloths, remaining threads, and lint, and the effects of being able to be used for recycling wastes are exhibited.
