Description
レギュレータアッセンブリ13は、シャフト3が挿通されるリング状のスリンガ14と、スリンガ14の外周壁面から径方向外方に延設され、穴方向を径方向とするブラシ挿入穴15aがスリンガ14の内周壁面に開口するように形成されたブラシホルダ15と、スリンガ14の軸方向に並んで、かつ径方向に移動可能にブラシ挿入穴15a内に挿入された一対のブラシ16と、ブラシ挿入穴15a内に配設され、一対のブラシ16をスリンガ14の方向に付勢するスプリング17と、ブラシホルダ15のスリンガ14の軸方向一側に配設され、固定子8で生じた交流電圧の大きさを調整する電圧調整器18と、外部プラグ36が装着され、ブラシ16およびスリップリング11を介して回転子コイル5に供給する界磁電流を外部から入力するコネクタ20と、を備えている。
また、上記実施の形態では、スリンガ14、ブラシホルダ15、コネクタ20および電圧調整器収納部31を樹脂ボディ30で一体に成形されているものとしているが、コネクタ20と電圧調整器収納部31とをブラシホルダ15とは別の樹脂成型品で一体に成形してもよい。
Claims (2)
- ケースと、
上記ケースに回転自在に支持されたシャフトと、
上記ケース内に収納され、上記シャフトに固着されたポールコア、該ポールコアに装着された界磁巻線および該ポールコアの軸方向の少なくとも一端に固着された遠心ファンを有する回転子と、
上記回転子を囲繞するように上記ケースに固着された固定子と、
上記固定子で発生した交流電圧の大きさを調整する電圧調整器と、
上記電圧調整器の上記遠心ファンと反対側に設けられた電圧調整器用ヒートシンクと、
上記電圧調整器の外周側に配置され、外部プラグが装着されるコネクタと、を備え、
複数の吸気穴が上記ケースの上記遠心ファンと対向する側に形成され、かつ複数のフィンが上記電圧調整器用ヒートシンクの上記ケースと対向する側に周方向に配列されている車両用交流発電機において、
冷却風導入ガイド部が、上記コネクタの上記電圧調整器用ヒートシンクと対向する部位に、上記複数のフィンの全てフィンの径方向外方の側面に対して、上記フィン間の間隔より大きな隙間を確保して、かつ該側面に沿うように設けられ、
上記電圧調整器用ヒートシンクは、その最外径位置が該電圧調整器用ヒートシンクと対向する上記吸気穴より外径側に位置するように設けられていることを特徴とする車両用交流発電機。 - 上記電圧調整器用ヒートシンクの周方向の一端又は両端の上記フィンは、上記電圧調整器用ヒートシンクと対向する上記吸気穴の内側に位置するように設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用交流発電機。
