本発明においては、上記脂肪分解機構を想定し、この分解機構が円滑に作動する物質を、分解機構の中でcAMP誘導促進剤(A)、脂肪分解燃焼促進剤(B)、ホスホジエステラーゼ阻害剤(C)の3つに区分し、それぞれにおいて、安全性が高く、効果のすぐれた物質を天然物に求めた結果、本発明の痩身用皮膚化粧料用剤を得ることができた。

本発明においては、酸性アミノ酸に強力なcAMPの誘導促進作用が認められ、更に酸性アミノ酸に脂肪の分解促進作用のあることが見出されたのである。
酸性アミノ酸としては、システインスルフィン酸/塩、システインチオスルフォン酸/塩、システイン酸/塩、グルタミン酸/塩、アスパラギン酸/塩などがあげられるが、これらは天然アミノ酸またはそれらの中間代謝物で、いずれも、哺乳動物の各臓器に広く分布するものであり、きわめて安全性が高い。この酸性アミノ酸には、光学異性が存在する。本発明に用いるのはL−体、DL−体でもかまわないが、好ましくはL−体である。
酸性アミノ酸の痩身用皮膚化粧料への配合は0.01〜30%、好ましくは0.1〜10%、更に好ましくは0.1〜5%である。
