【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、宝くじ券に抽せん番号を印刷する技術および複数枚の宝くじ券を袋詰にする技術及び、宝くじ券を管理する技術に係わり、特に、番号印字装置及び番号印字方法並びにそのプログラム、宝くじ券作成・管理システム及び宝くじ券作成・管理方法に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、抽せん番号を宝くじ券に印字し、宝くじ券を１０枚ずつ袋詰する場合、まず、印刷業者が、宝くじ券の券面図柄を縦横に複数並べて印刷したシートを作成する。そして印刷業者は、そのシート上に印刷された複数の券面図柄に、抽せん番号を印字するための専用印刷機を用いて抽せん番号を印字する。この時、抽せん番号を印字するための専用印刷機は抽せん番号を順番に印字するように設計されているので、抽せん番号は抽せん番号順にシートに印字される。さらに印刷業者は、券面図柄を切り離して宝くじ券を作成し、１０枚毎に宝くじ券を袋詰にする。
そして、宝くじ券が各宝くじ売り場へ配送される際には、連続した組や抽せん番号の宝くじ券だけでなく、販売される組や抽せん番号の範囲内でできるだけ広範囲にわたる組や抽せん番号が、各宝くじ売り場へそれぞれ行き渡るように配布されている（例えば、特許文献１参照。）。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上述の抽せん番号の印字方法では組や抽せん番号が番号順に印字されて宝くじ券が作成されるので、販売される組や抽せん番号の範囲内でできるだけ広範囲にわたる組や抽せん番号の宝くじ券を一つの特定の宝くじ売り場へ配送するためには、上述の専用印刷機を用いた場合、特定の宝くじ売り場へ配送するための抽せん番号以外の抽せん番号も印字する必要が出てくるので手間がかかり、また配送しない宝くじ券の在庫の保存や、配送する宝くじ券と配送しない宝くじ券の振り分けなどに手間がかかる。

また、上述の抽せん番号の印字方法により作成されたシートを用いて、抽せん番号が通し番号でないバラの１０枚の宝くじ券の袋詰を行う場合には、組や抽せん番号が番号順に印字された宝くじ券が作成されてしまうので、多くの宝くじ券に抽せん番号を印字した後に、所定の方法で通し番号でないバラの１０枚の組合せを作る作業に手間がかかってしまう。

また、従来、宝くじ券の作成に必要な抽せん番号と、宝くじ券が販売されたか否かを把握するための販売完了情報が記録された情報を別々に生成して、抽せん番号を印字して宝くじ券を作成する装置と、販売された宝くじ券を把握する装置で別々に保持していたので抽せん番号と販売管理情報の管理に手間がかかっていた。

そこでこの発明は、特定の宝くじ売り場へ配送する分の宝くじ券の抽せん番号のみをシートの券面図柄に印字することで効率よく宝くじ券を作成することができ、また、抽せん番号が通し番号でない１０枚のバラの宝くじ券の袋詰を作成する際にも、袋詰する分の宝くじ券の抽せん番号のみをシートの券面図柄に印字することで効率よくバラの宝くじ券を作成することができ、また、バラの１０枚の宝くじ券を袋詰にする場合にもシートの券面図柄に印字された順番で袋詰することができる番号印字装置、番号印字方法並びにそのプログラムを提供すること目的としている。
そして、宝くじ券の作成に必要な抽せん番号と、宝くじ券が販売されたか否かを把握するための販売完了情報を共に記録した情報を用いて、宝くじ券の作成や販売状況の把握をすることのできる宝くじ券作成・管理システム及び宝くじ券作成・管理方法を提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、上述の課題を解決すべくなされたもので、宝くじ券の券面図柄が縦ｍ列、横ｎ列印刷されるシート上における前記縦ｍ列および前記横ｎ列による各位置の何れかを示す印字位置とシート番号と当該印字位置及びシート番号に対応した印字情報とを含む証票データであって、１つの袋に袋詰する１０枚の宝くじ券の券面図柄の各印字情報を、前記シートにおける同位置の連続する縦の列の前記印字位置それぞれに１対１で対応付けて保持した証票データを記憶する証票データ記憶手段と、前記印字位置と前記シート番号とに基づいて前記印字情報を前記シートに印字する印字手段と、前記印字情報が印字された前記シートの前記縦ｍ列、横ｎ列の券面図柄を前記宝くじ券として切り離す切断手段と、前記切り離した前記縦ｍ列、横ｎ列の各券面図柄に対応する各宝くじ券を、前記縦の列毎に順番に袋詰装置へ排出する排出手段と、を備えることを特徴とする番号印字装置である。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の一実施形態による番号印字装置および宝くじ券管理装置を図面を参照して説明する。
図１は、この発明の一実施形態による宝くじ券作成・管理システムを示す概略ブロック図である。
この図において、符号１は、証票データに基づいて、複数の宝くじ券の券面図柄を縦横に複数並べて印刷したシートに、抽せん番号を印字する番号印字装置である。また、２は証票データを生成する証票データ生成装置である。また、３は抽せん番号が印字された宝くじ券を袋詰する袋詰装置である。また４は販売済み宝くじ券の記憶や、抽せん照合をおこなう宝くじ券管理装置である。また５は宝くじ売り場である。

また、番号印字装置１において、１１は証票データ生成装置２から証票データを受信する証票データ受信部である。１２は証票データ受信部１１で受信した証票データを記憶する証票データ記憶部（証票データ記憶手段）である。１３は券面図柄へ印字する抽せん番号のシート上の印字座標を、証票データに記録されている印字位置特定情報が表す券面番号に関連づけて記憶する印字座標記憶部である。尚、印字座標とは、例えば、券面図柄が複数印刷されたシートが長方形の形をしている場合、そのシートの左上角を原点とした座標である。１４は証票データに含まれる印字位置特定情報と、印字座標記憶部１３で記憶する印字座標に基づいて、シートに印刷された宝くじ券の券面図柄へ抽せん番号を印字する印字処理部（印字手段）である。１５は宝くじ券の券面図柄が縦横に複数並べて印刷されたシートの各券面図柄を、一枚ずつの宝くじ券へと切断する切断処理部（切断手段）である。１６は切断処理部１５で一枚ずつに切断された宝くじ券を排出する排出処理部（排出手段）である。

また、宝くじ券管理装置４において、符号４１は各情報の送受信を行う送受信部４１である。また４２は販売済み情報の登録処理や、当せん照合処理を行う処理部（販売完了記録手段）である。また４３は証票データを記憶する証票データ記憶部である。また４４は抽せん結果データを記憶する抽せん結果記憶部である。尚、抽せん結果データには各当せんした抽せん番号に対応して支払済みフラグが記録されている。そしてこの支払済みフラグは、各当せん宝くじ券に対する当せん金が支払われたか否かを「０」または「１」の情報であり、当せん金が支払われた場合には支払済みフラグが０から１へと書き換えられる。
また宝くじ売り場５において５１は宝くじ売り場５に備えられた端末であり、宝くじ券管理装置４とは通信ネットワークを介して接続されている。

そして、証票データ生成装置２が証票データを生成し、番号印字装置１に送信する。そして、番号印字装置１において、番号印字装置１の証票データ受信部１１が証票データを受信して、証票データ記憶部１２に書き込む。また、印字処理部１４は証票データ記憶部１２で記憶する証票データに基づいて、シートの宝くじ券の券面図柄における印字座標記憶部１３で記憶する印字座標へ抽せん番号を印字する。そして、切断処理部１５が券面図柄の印刷されたシートを切断して、一枚ずつの宝くじ券を作成する。また、排出処理部１６が宝くじ券を排出し、袋詰装置３は排出処理部１６が排出した宝くじ券を順に１０枚ずつ袋詰していく。また、袋詰装置３で袋詰された宝くじ券は、配達業者などにより宝くじ売り場５へ配送される。

また、宝くじ券管理装置においては、宝くじ売り場５で宝くじ券が販売されると、宝くじ券が販売されたという情報（販売済み情報）が宝くじ売り場５の端末５１から送信され、宝くじ券管理装置４が受信する。また、宝くじ券管理装置４は証票データを証票データ記憶部４３に記憶する。また、抽せん結果記憶部４４では、抽せん結果データを記憶しており、宝くじ売り場５から送信される当せん照合要求に基づいて処理部４４が当せん照合を行うことができるようになる。そして端末５１から送信される当せん照合要求に含まれる宝くじ券の抽せん番号と、抽せん結果データに基づいて、当せんしているか否かを判断し、当せんしている場合には、処理部４２が当せんしている旨の情報を宝くじ売り場５へ送信する。そして、宝くじ売り場５において当せん金額が支払われた場合にはその抽せん番号の支払済み情報を端末５１が送信し、当せん金の支払が済んでいるか否かを処理部４２が抽せん結果記憶部４４へ記憶する。これにより当せんした宝くじ券に対して当せん金額が支払われたかどうかを管理することができるようになる。

尚、図１に示した各処理部は、専用のハードウェアにより実現されるものであってもよく、また、各処理部はメモリおよびＣＰＵ（中央演算装置）により構成され、各処理部の機能を実現する為のプログラムをメモリにロードして実行することによりその機能を実現させるものであってもよい。
また、上記メモリは、ハードディスク装置や光磁気ディスク装置、フラッシュメモリ等の不揮発性のメモリや、ＣＤ−ＲＯＭ等の読み出しのみが可能な記録媒体、ＲＡＭ（ＲａｎｄｏｍＡｃｃｅｓｓＭｅｍｏｒｙ）のような揮発性のメモリ、あるいはこれらの組み合わせによるコンピュータ読み取り、書き込み可能な記録媒体より構成されるものとする。

図２は証票データの構造およびデータ列を示す図である。そして証票データは、宝くじ券毎のブロック番号、回号、整理番号、抽せん番号、袋詰管理番号（袋詰番号）、印字位置特定情報、配送先コード、支払期限、販売済みフラグ（販売完了情報）の情報を保持している。なお、ブロック番号は販売地域を特定する番号である。また回号は、ある宝くじ券の販売回数を表す番号である。また、整理番号は、一枚ずつの宝くじ券のブロック番号（２桁）、回号（４桁）、ユニット番号（２桁）、組番号（３桁）、抽せん番号（６桁）を順番に羅列した番号である。なお、「ユニット番号」は、例えばある宝くじ券の組番号が１組から１００組まで合った場合に、１組から１００組までを一つのユニットとして決定する番号である。

また、抽せん番号は組番号（３桁）を含むものであり、合計９桁で表される。
また、袋詰整理番号は、１０枚の宝くじ券が袋詰された袋の袋番号（７桁）と、その袋の中の何枚目かを表す証票番号（２桁）で表される。また、印字位置特定情報は、ロット番号（３桁）、シート番号（３桁）、券面番号（印字位置）（２桁）を含む情報である。なお、券面番号はシートの中の券面図柄の位置を特定する情報である。

ここで、本実施形態において１枚のシートに印刷される券面図柄は、縦横５枚ずつの計２５枚とする。そして、券面番号はシート内の２５枚の券面図柄を特定するための番号である。また、１ロットは１万枚の宝くじ券と定義づける。これにより、１枚のシートには２５枚の券面図柄が印刷されるので、４００枚のシートで１ロットとなる。そして、上述の印字位置特定情報により、ロット番号とシート番号と券面番号が分かるので、販売した宝くじ券がどのシートのどの位置に印刷された宝くじ券なのかを判断することが出来る。また配送先コードは、宝くじ券の袋詰の配送先である宝くじ売り場５を一意に特定できる番号である。また支払期限は、各宝くじ券が当せんした場合の当せん金の支払い期限を示す情報である。また、販売済みフラグは、各宝くじ券が宝くじ売り場５で販売されたか否かを表す「０」または「１」の情報であり、宝くじ券が販売された場合には販売済みフラグが０から１へと書き換えられる。

また、図３は本発明の一実施形態における各シートの各券面図柄への印字位置特定情報の割り付け方を示す図である。そしてこの図には、ロット番号００１におけるシート番号００１〜４００の各シートと、各シートの券面図柄に振られた印字位置特定情報を表している。そしてシート番号００１には左上の券面図柄から右下の券面図柄へと印字位置特定情報００１００１０１（ロット番号３桁＋シート番号３桁＋券面番号２桁）〜００１００１２５までが振られている。また、シート番号００２には左上の券面図柄から右下の券面図柄へと印字位置特定情報００１００２０１〜００１００２２５が振られている。そして、番号印字装置１の印字処理部１４は証票データの印字位置特定情報を読み取り、その印字位置特定情報に関連付けられて印字座標記憶部１３で記憶している抽せん番号の印字座標を読み取り、その印字座標へ抽せん番号を印字する。

また、図４は印字処理部１４が各券面図柄に印刷した抽せん番号を表した図である。図４から分かるように、印字処理部１４が図２の証票データを用いて抽せん番号の印字を行った場合、シート００１、００２における左端の列の各５枚の宝くじ券が袋番号００００００１の宝くじ券となる。また、シートは４００枚あるので、シート００１、００２における左端から２番目の列の各５枚の宝くじ券が袋番号００００２０１の宝くじ券となる。
また、図４における各シートは番号印字装置１において矢印の方向（製造の流れ方向）に運搬され、印字処理部１４が印字処理する。そして、切断処理部１５が印字処理部１４の印字処理後にシートの券面図柄を一枚の宝くじ券へと切断する。なお、この図４のように印字された状態で切断処理部１５がシートを切断し、そのまま排出処理部１６が宝くじ券を排出すれば、袋詰装置３では排出された宝くじ券を重ねていくだけで袋詰管理番号で表される袋番号の順番どおりに袋詰ができる。
ここで、本実施形態においては、図４に示すように、抽せん番号が番号順に袋詰されるような証票データを用いているが、図２に示す証票データを証票データ生成装置２が生成する際に、袋詰管理番号と印字位置特定情報の順序は変えずに、抽せん番号だけをランダムに組替える事で、通し番号ではないバラバラの抽せん番号で袋詰できるように、シートに抽せん番号を印字することができる。これにより、通しでないバラバラの組合せで袋詰する際にも、袋詰管理番号で表される袋番号とその袋の中の何枚目かを表す証票番号どおりに袋詰が行われることとなる。

また、図５は番号印字装置１の排出処理部１６により排出される宝くじ券を袋詰装置３が袋詰する際の処理を示す図である。そして、袋詰装置３は、図５のようにベルトの上に載せられて順番に運ばれた宝くじ券を、順番に重ねていき、袋詰をする。また、図６は配送する宝くじ券の情報を示す図であり、図６に示すように同一の配送先コードの抽せん番号が印字された宝くじ券が全て作成されると、宝くじ売り場５へ宝くじ券が配送される。

次に、上述した番号印字装置１が宝くじ券に抽せん番号を印字し、宝くじ券を作成する動作を図７を参照して説明する。図７は番号印字装置１が宝くじ券に抽せん番号を印字し、宝くじ券を作成する動作を示すフローチャートである。
まず、証票データ生成装置２が証票データを生成する。そして、証票データ生成装置２は証票データを番号印字装置１へ送信する。そして、証票データ受信部１１が証票データを受信する（ステップＳ１）。また、番号印字装置１の証票データ受信部１１は証票データ記憶部１２へ証票データを記録する（ステップＳ２）。次に、印字処理部１４は、証票データの印字位置特定情報が表す券面番号に対応付けられて印字座標記憶部１３で記憶する印字座標を読み取り、その印字座標へ抽せん番号を印字する（ステップＳ３）。これにより、各シート上の券面図柄へ抽せん番号が印字される。

そして、切断処理部１５は印刷処理部１３が抽せん番号を印字し終えたシートを切断し（ステップＳ４）、これにより宝くじ券が作成される。そして、切断処理部１５がシートを切断すると、排出処理部１６が、切断する以前にシートに印刷された券面図柄の列毎に宝くじ券をベルトに載せて排出する（ステップＳ５）。そして袋詰装置３は排出された順序ごとに重ねていき、１０枚重なる毎に袋詰をしていく（ステップＳ６）。また、同一の配送先コードとして証票データに記録されている抽せん番号の宝くじ券が全て印刷された場合には、その宝くじ券を配送業者などが宝くじ売り場５へ配送する。

次に、上述した宝くじ券管理装置４の動作を図８〜図１０を参照して説明する。
図８は宝くじ券管理装置４が証票データを受信して記憶する際の動作を示すフローチャートである。また、図９は宝くじ券管理装置４が販売済み情報を受信する際の動作を示すフローチャートである。また、図１０は宝くじ券管理装置４が当せん照合を行う際のフローチャートである。
まず、証票データ生成装置２が証票データを生成すると、証票データ生成装置２は証票データを宝くじ券管理装置４にも送信する。そして、宝くじ券管理装置４の送受信部４１が証票データを受信する（ステップＳ７）。そして、送受信部４１が証票データを証票データ記憶部４３へ記録する（ステップＳ８）。

また、宝くじ売り場５において宝くじ券が販売された場合、宝くじ売り場５の担当者が販売した宝くじ券の抽せん番号を端末５１に入力する。そして端末５１は入力された抽せん番号を含む販売済み情報を通信ネットワークを介して宝くじ券管理装置４へ送信する。販売済み情報は宝くじ券管理装置４の送受信部４１が受信する（ステップＳ９）。そして送受信部４１は処理部４２へ販売済み情報を転送する（ステップＳ１０）。また、処理部４２は販売済み情報に含まれる抽せん番号を読み取り、その抽せん番号に対応して証票データ記憶部４３に記憶する証票データの販売済みフラグを０から１に書き換える（ステップＳ１１）。
