Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention belongs to the technical field of a ball game machine, and particularly relates to a tray for storing game balls released from the inside of the ball game machine.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A ball game machine represented by a pachinko machine includes a tray for storing game balls released as prize balls. The receiving tray includes an upper receiving tray that also serves as a storage tray for game balls supplied to the launching device and a lower receiving tray that is used exclusively for storing prize balls.
[0003]
The upper tray stores a release basket connected to a prize ball passage disposed inside the ball game machine, a back plate member hinged to the front frame of the ball game machine, and a game ball released from the release bowl. The storage member which has the recessed part for doing, and the cover member which covers the lower surface side of the storage member were provided. Of these members, the back plate member is a metal plate, and the discharge rod, the storage member, and the cover member are often made of plastic. Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 7-236753 discloses an example in which the back plate member is made of plastic.
[0004]
In such a conventional top tray, the discharge rod, the storage member, and the cover member are fixed to the back plate member using screws such as bolts and screws, and components (for example, the storage member and the cover member) fixed to the back plate member. ) Screws were also used to connect each other.
Moreover, although the detailed structure of the lower tray is different from that of the upper tray, it is the same in that a plastic member is connected with bolts or screws.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In other words, since conventional metal trays are a mixture of metal parts and plastic parts, for example, disposal and recycling require disassembly and separation, and the work for that is not easy.
[0006]
An object of the present invention is to increase the effective use of resources by making recycling easy by disposing of the receptacle of the ball game machine only with plastic parts, eliminating the need for disassembling and sorting during disposal and recycling. It is said.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems and Effects of the Invention]
The receptacle of the ball game machine according to claim 1 as means for solving the above-mentioned problem is a plastic discharge basket connected to a prize ball passage arranged inside the ball game machine, and the discharge basket. A plastic back plate member that penetrates through, a plastic storage member having a recess for storing a game ball released from the discharge basket, and an insertion hole through which the storage member is inserted from the back side to the front side A plastic cover member having an open frame portion and a support portion protruding forward from the frame portion and supporting the storage member inserted through the insertion hole and covering a lower surface side of the storage member, and the discharge The back plate member is formed integrally with the back plate member or the storage member, the storage member is inserted into the insertion hole of the cover member, and the back plate member is in contact with the back of the storage member. , Relative of storage member and cover member The position fixing means for fixing the location, provided in any or all of the back plate member, storage member and covering member,
In the back plate member,
A U-shaped groove serving as a bearing that is disposed at one end of the back plate member and allows a hinge shaft provided on the main body side of the ball game machine to be inserted;
First and second armrest insertion holes that form a pair across the U-shaped groove;
A first fitting hole and a second fitting hole arranged at intervals along the width direction of the back plate member;
A hinge shaft holding member having a hook arm, a fitting claw and a knob, wherein the fitting claw is fitted into the first fitting hole, and the tip of the hook arm is in the first hook insertion hole . The open position and the fitting claw are fitted into the second fitting hole so that the arm extends through the first arm insertion hole and crosses the U-shaped groove, and the tip of the arm A hinge shaft holding member that is displaceable to a closed position where the portion is inserted into the second arm insertion hole ,
After the hinge shaft holding member is in the open position and the hinge shaft is inserted into the U-shaped groove, the hinge shaft holding member is set in the closed position so that the hinge shaft inserted into the U-shaped groove forms a door shape. It is mounted on a ball game machine that can be opened and closed.
[0008]
The tray of this ball and ball game machine includes a discharge basket, a back plate member, a storage member, and a cover member. These members are made of plastic, and the discharge basket is integrated with the back plate member or the storage member. The position fixing means provided on any or all of the back plate member, the storage member, and the cover member is also made of plastic.
[0009]
Then, with the storage member inserted through the insertion hole of the cover member and the back plate member abutting behind the storage member, the relative positions of the back plate member, the storage member and the cover member are fixed by the position fixing means. For example, the assembly of the saucer is completed, and it may be attached to the main body side of the ball game machine, for example, the front frame.
[0010]
All parts constituting the saucer are made of plastic, and metal screws such as bolts and screws are not used for connecting them. Therefore, disassembling and separating work for disposal and recycling are unnecessary, and recycling is easy. Therefore, effective use of resources related to the ball game machine can be promoted.
Further, the back plate member includes a U-shaped groove for inserting the hinge shaft, first and second armrest insertion holes that are paired with the U-shaped groove interposed therebetween, and a width direction of the back plate member. The first and second fitting holes arranged at intervals are provided, and the hinge shaft holding member having the arm, the fitting claw, and the knob is
The fitting claw is fitted into the first fitting hole, the open position where the tip of the arm is staying in the first arm insertion hole , and the fitting claw is fitted into the second fitting hole. Is displaceable to a closed position where it passes through the first arm insertion hole and crosses the U-shaped groove and the tip of the arm is inserted into the second arm insertion hole .
The saucer can be opened and closed like a door by the hinge shaft inserted in the U-shaped groove by placing the hinge shaft holding member in the closed position after inserting the hinge shaft into the U-shaped groove with the hinge shaft holding member in the open position Although it is mounted on a bullet ball game machine, it can be attached and detached simply by operating the hinge shaft holding member.
[0011]
As the position fixing means, the one described in claim 2 can be adopted. The receptacle of the ball game machine according to claim 2 is the receptacle of the ball game machine according to claim 1, wherein the reservoir is provided in one or both of the reservoir member and the cover member and is inserted into the insertion hole. A regulating member that regulates the movement of the member in the forward direction, the up-down direction, and the left-right direction; and the back plate member that is provided on one or both of the back plate member and the cover member and is in contact with the back of the storage member; The position fixing means is constituted by an engaging member that engages with the covering member.
[0012]
Regulation of the movement of the storage member in the forward direction can be realized by providing a wall-shaped member at a position where the front end of the storage member of the cover member abuts. The forward direction is the forward direction when the storage member is inserted through the insertion hole of the cover member, and is the direction from the back side to the front side of the cover member.
[0013]
The regulation of the movement of the storage member in the vertical direction is such that a groove-like portion along the horizontal direction is formed in one of the storage member and the cover member, and a part of the other member is received in the groove-like portion in the vertical direction of the storage member. This can be achieved with a configuration that restricts movement.
Alternatively, if the shaft has a structure in which a restriction hole along the forward direction of the storage member is provided in one of the storage member and the cover member and a protrusion provided on the other is fitted in the restriction hole, the fitting is achieved by this fitting. The movement of the storage member in the forward direction can be regulated by the fact that the vicinity of the base of the projection cannot enter the regulation hole.
[0014]
Further, the restriction of the movement of the storage member in the left-right direction can be realized by adjusting the clearance between the insertion hole and the outer periphery of the storage member, and a groove-like portion along the front-rear direction is provided on one of the storage member and the cover member. It is good also as a structure which accepts a part of other member in the groove-shaped part, and controls the movement of the storage member in the left-right direction.
[0015]
Of course, it is also possible to restrict the movement of the storage member in the forward direction, the up-down direction, and the left-right direction by combining or overlappingly adopting these structures.
As the engagement member, for example, an engagement protrusion may be provided on one of the back plate member and the cover member, and an engagement recess, an engagement hole, or an engagement step to be engaged with the engagement protrusion may be provided on the other. .
[0016]
Since the position fixing means is constituted by such a regulating member and the engaging member, if the storage member is inserted through the insertion hole of the cover member, the forward movement direction, the vertical direction, and the left-right direction of the storage member are controlled by the restriction member. If the movement is restricted and the back plate member and the cover member brought into contact with the back of the storage member are engaged with each other by the engagement member, the back plate member and the cover member are connected, and the back plate member is retracted from the storage member. Regulate direction movement. As a result, the relative positions of the back plate member, the storage member, and the cover member are fixed, so that the assembly of the tray is completed. Since the assembly is completed simply by engaging the back plate member and the cover member, the number of man-hours required for the assembly is extremely small and the assembling work is simple.
[0017]

Fit. Thereby, the position of the advancing direction, the left-right direction, and the up-down direction of the storage member 14 is determined (refer FIG.6 and FIG.7).
[0037]
Next, the engagement claw 111 is engaged with the engagement hole 109 to connect the decoration member 18 and the decoration bottom member 20 into a box shape, and is assembled to the decoration member installation area 106 by engagement. In the case of the above-described CR machine, since wiring from a circuit board or the like built in the decorative member 18 needs to pass through the openings 108 and 110, the decorative member installation area 106 is installed before the storage member 14 is assembled to the cover member 16. It is good to assemble to. Further, in this case, the wiring through the openings 108 and 110 is drawn out from the through hole 86 of the back plate member 12 before the next back plate member 12 is assembled.
[0038]
Then, the drop opening / closing member 24 is held on the front side of the back plate member 12, and the fall opening / closing member 24 is pushed up from below to cover the back plate member 12 so as to enter the cavity of the storage member 14. It faces the back side of the member 16. Subsequently, the back plate member 12 is pushed from the back side of the cover member 16, the upper engagement protrusion 78 of the back plate member 12 is engaged with the upper engagement hole 80 of the cover member 16, and the lower engagement protrusion of the back plate member 12. Is engaged with the lower engagement hole 82 of the cover member 16. At this time, the upper edge and the lower edge of the cover member 16 are slightly elastically deformed so as to pass through the upper engagement protrusion 78 and the lower engagement protrusion, and the upper engagement protrusion 78 and the upper engagement hole 80 are engaged. It is restored when the engagement between the engagement protrusion and the lower engagement hole 82 is completed. In addition, the boss 58 is fitted into the boss receiver 56 by pushing the back plate member 12, thereby preventing deformation of the center portion of the support portion 120.
[0039]
Thus, the back plate member 12 and the cover member 16 are connected to each other and their relative positions are fixed, and the front surface 12a of the back plate member 12 is brought into contact with the rear end 14a of the storage member 14 so that the storage member 14 moves backward. Movement is prevented.
In this way, the back plate member 12, the storage member 14, the cover member 16, the decorative member 18, the decorative bottom member 20, and the drop opening / closing member 24 are connected to each other to form an integral structure. The hinge shaft holding member 22 may be attached after this, or may be attached to the back plate member 12 in advance. When the hitting ball feeder 26 is attached to the assembled upper tray 10 and the hinge shaft holding member 22 is operated to insert the hinge shaft into the U-shaped groove 42, the mounting of the upper tray 10 to the pachinko machine is completed. .
[0040]
As described above, the back plate member 12, the storage member 14, the cover member 16, the decorative member 18, the decorative bottom member 20, the hinge shaft holding member 22, and the drop opening / closing member 24 that constitute the upper tray 10 are all provided. It is made of plastic, and screws such as bolts and screws and other metal parts are not used for the connection. Therefore, when the upper tray 10 is discarded, it is not necessary to separate the plastic and the metal, and it can be pulverized as it is to obtain a recycled raw material.
[0041]
In addition, since the hitting ball feeder 26 has a solenoid, it is necessary to remove it prior to crushing the upper tray 10, but this can be easily removed, so that it does not hinder the disposal operation.
Thus, since the upper tray 10 of this specific example is composed of only plastic parts except for the hitting ball feeder 26, disassembly and separation work for disposal and recycling are not required, and recycling is facilitated. Therefore, effective use of resources can be promoted.
