Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a coating container in which liquid discharged onto a surface to be coated does not return to the container again.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A container provided with a conventional coating unit forms a coating work surface, and the coating work surface is a smoothly continuous flat surface or curved surface. At the time of application, the application work surface was brought into contact with the surface to be applied for application.
[0003]
However, when applying with the above container, the application part comes into contact with the surface to be applied. For example, when the liquid is discharged by pressing the side surface of the container body, the discharged liquid flows backward when the pressure is released. Has occurred. If this liquid contains unstable substances such as hydrogen peroxide or sodium hypochlorite as components, foreign substances such as dirt adhering to the coated surface may It was found that the liquid flowed back together and mixed into the inside of the container main body, the components of the liquid inside decomposed and deteriorated, and the quality of the liquid deteriorated.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to provide a coating container that prevents the liquid discharged when the compression of the container main body is released from flowing back and prevents the liquid discharged on the surface to be coated from being mixed into the container.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a coating container according to the present invention has a container main body that contains a liquid, and a coating work surface in which a discharge port is opened at the tip of a liquid passage that guides the liquid from the container main body. An application part, and the application part is formed in the middle of the liquid passage as means for taking air into the liquid passage and blocking the liquid flow path inside the liquid passage . It has an air intake .
The means for blocking the liquid flow path may include both an air intake port formed in the middle of the liquid flow path and one or more protrusions formed on the application work surface .
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The application container according to the present invention is suitable for a container for storing and applying a liquid (for example, a bleaching agent, a mold remover, etc.) that deteriorates in quality when the discharged liquid returns to the container again, and is not shown in the figure. A container main body, and an applicator 1 attached to the opening of the container main body. The application part 1 is for discharging and applying a liquid . As shown in FIG. 1, the application part 1 has a liquid passage 2 for guiding the liquid from the container body and a discharge opening opened at the tip of the liquid passage 2. It has an outlet 3 and a coating work surface 4 having a circular outline around the discharge port 3 and is formed in a nozzle shape. When the liquid is applied by the application container, the side surface of the container body is pressed to discharge the liquid from the discharge port 3 of the application unit 1 and is applied by the application work surface 4.
[0007]
The application work surface 4 is provided with a plurality of protrusions 5 as protrusions that are means for blocking the liquid flow path. The height of the convex portion 5 is desirably 1 mm or more so that a space is formed between the discharge port 3 and the surface to be coated so that air can be introduced into the discharge port 3.
[0008]
When using this application container, first, as shown in FIG. 2, the application work surface 4 of the application part 1 is brought into contact with the application surface 6. At this time, since the convex portion 5 is provided on the coating work surface 4, a space 7 is formed between the discharge port 3 and the surface to be coated 6 so that air can be introduced into the discharge port 3. Next, when the side surface of the container body is pressed to discharge the liquid 8 from the discharge port 3 of the application unit 1, the liquid 8 is applied to the surface 6 to be applied. Thereafter, when the compression of the container body is released, the air in the space 7 is sucked into the liquid passage 2 from the discharge port 3. By this air, the liquid 8 inside the liquid passage 2 and the liquid 9 on the coated surface 6 are blocked. Thus, by blocking the liquid flow path at the discharge port 3, it is possible to prevent the discharged liquid from flowing backward.
[0009]
The number of the convex portions 5 is not limited to a plurality, and may be one. Further, the shape of the application work surface 4 is not limited to a circle, and may be an ellipse, a rectangle, or the like.
The application unit 1 in the second embodiment has an air intake port 11 as means for blocking the liquid flow path on the side surface 10 thereof. An air passage 12 for introducing air in a direction intersecting from the air intake port 11 toward the liquid passage 2 is formed. From the viewpoint of preventing the liquid from flowing out from the air intake port 11, the diameter of the air intake port 11 is preferably about 0.1 to 0.3 mm with respect to the diameter of the discharge port 3 being 0.7 mm, for example. . Moreover, the number of the air intake ports 11 may be plural.
[0010]
When the side of the container body is pressed to discharge the liquid and then the pressure is released, air is sucked from the air intake 11. The air is introduced into the liquid passage 2 through the air passage 12. The liquid 8 in the liquid passage 2 is blocked by this air. Thus, by blocking the liquid flow path inside the liquid flow path 2, the backflow of the discharged liquid 9 can be prevented.
[0011]
The air intake 11 may be provided on the back surface 13 of the application unit 1 and the air passage 12 may be formed upward with respect to the application work surface 4. Alternatively, the air intake 11 may be provided on the side surface of the application unit 1. The air passage 12 may be formed downward with respect to the application work surface 4. Further, the convex portion 5 and the air intake port 11 may be provided in combination, whereby the liquid flow path can be blocked at two locations of the discharge port 3 and the liquid passage 2, and the discharged liquid Backflow can be prevented more effectively.
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention provides a coating container comprising: a container main body that contains a liquid; and an application unit that has an application work surface in which a discharge port is opened at a tip of a liquid passage that guides the liquid from the container main body. The application unit has an air intake port formed in the middle of the liquid passage as means for taking air into the liquid passage and blocking the flow path of the liquid in the liquid passage. Therefore, when the pressure on the side surface of the container body is released , air is sucked from the air intake and introduced into the liquid passage. This air blocks the liquid in the liquid passage, and can prevent the discharged liquid from flowing backward. Thus, the quality of the liquid in the container and mixed in the container together with the liquid foreign material adhering is discharged onto the coated surface can be prevented and Turkey be reduced.
Further, as a means for blocking the liquid flow path, when it is provided with both an air intake port formed in the middle of the liquid flow path and one or more protrusions formed on the application work surface In addition, the liquid flow path can be blocked at two locations, the inside of the liquid passage and the discharge port of the application work surface, and the back flow of the discharged liquid can be more effectively prevented.
