【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は寝具に係り、特に、移動に介添えを要する高齢者、障害者等の身体的弱者の非常時における搬送を容易に行うことができる寝具に関する。

【従来の技術】
一般に、病院や養護施設等において使用されているベッドにあっては、ベッドフレーム上に配設されているマット上に布団を敷き、その上にいわゆるベッドパッドが敷かれている場合が多い。このようなベッドパッドは、マットと略同一の大きさ、平面形状に形成され、厚さは約１ｃｍ程度であってキルティング加工及び防水処理が施され、シーツの代用として使用される場合が多く、このベッドパッド上に人間が寝るようにされている場合が多い。

ところで、火災、地震等の非常時にあっては、例えば、病院内の高齢者、障害者等の身体的弱者を迅速に避難させる必要がある。従来、このような高齢者等を避難させる場合には、高齢者や身障者は迅速に歩行、走行が不可能な場合が多いため、一般に、救助者が高齢者等をベッドから担架又は、可動寝台、車椅子等へに移し替えることにより行われていたが、高齢者等をベッドから持ち上げて担架に移しかえる作業が必要であって、移し替え作業に手間取ることもあり、迅速な救助、搬送作業は困難であった。また、可動寝台、車椅子の場合には、搬送経路に制限があり、迅速安全な搬送ができない場合もあった。

この場合、非常時には、高齢者等が寝ている布団、シーツ等の寝具により高齢者等を包み込み、寝具を搬送者が保持して避難させる方法も考えられる。しかしながら、寝具そのものを使って高齢者等を寝たまま搬送する場合には、寝具の縁部を把持する必要があり、被搬送者が標準的な体重であった場合であっても、成人日本人の平均体重は、おおよそ６０ｋｇから７０ｋｇであり、二人で持ち上げる場合に片手当たりの荷重はおおよそ２０ｋｇとなり、４人で持ったとしても１０ｋｇであって、一時的には保持が可能であっても、避難に際して長時間、厚い寝具の端や、つかみにくいベッドパッドや敷布を持って支えるのは困難であった。また、布団にくるんで被搬送者を搬送する場合には、布団自体の荷重が加わることとなり、容易かつ迅速な搬送はさらに困難であった。

なお、布団および布団カバーに把手を付けるという技術的思想自体は存在する（特開平１０−５０９９号参照）が、その目的は、布団そのもののを持ち上げ運搬する際の労力軽減にあり、被搬送者の搬送については全く考慮されていない。

従って、寝具を用いて就寝中等の高齢者等を容易かつ迅速に搬送するための技術的手段は従来存在しなかった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
そこで、請求項１記載の発明の技術的課題は、火災、地震等の発生の緊急の際に、病院等において寝ている、迅速な歩行、走行が不可能な高齢者等を安全かつ迅速に避難させうる寝具を提供することにある。

また、ベッドパッドにより形成された寝具を提供することにある。

また、把持部がベッドパッド内方に設けられている寝具を提供する寝具を提供することにある。

また、搬送者が把持しやすいベッドパッドを提供することにある。

請求項２記載の発明の技術的課題は、火災、地震等の発生の緊急の際に、病院等において寝ている、迅速な歩行、走行が不可能な高齢者等を安全かつ迅速に避難させうる寝具であって、ベッドパッドにより形成され、把持部がベッドパッド内方に設けられ、搬送者が把持しやすく、ベッドパッド本体の端部を保持しやすい寝具を提供することにある。
請求項３記載の発明の技術的課題は、請求項１乃至２記載の発明の課題に加えて、非常時に搬送者が迅速に高齢者等を搬送しうるベッドパッドを提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
このような技術的課題解決のため、請求項１記載の発明にあっては、上面に人間が寝ることができる寝具であって、寝具本体の周縁部には把持部が設けられ、人間が寝た状態のまま搬送者が上記把持部を把持した場合には、人間が寝た状態のままで所望の場所へ搬送されうるように形成され、上記寝具は、ベッドのマット上に敷かれるベッドパッドにより形成され、上記把持部は、ベッドパッド本体の周縁よりも内方に設けられ、上記把持部は、ベッドパッド裏面側において設けられたベルトにより形成され、上記ベッドパッドは長方形状に形成され、上記ベルトは、上記ベットパットの夫々の長辺部に沿って夫々２本ずつ設けられると共に四隅部に夫々１本ずつ設けられていることを特徴とする。

従って、請求項１記載の発明にあっては、非常時に際し、搬送者は寝具の把持部を持つことによって、寝具上に寝ている人間を寝具ごとそのまま持ち上げて搬送して避難させることができる。

その結果、請求項１記載の発明にあっては、地震、火災等の非常の際に、病院等においてベッドに寝ている高齢者等を迅速に救助することができるという効果を奏する。

また、非常時に際し、ベッドにおいてベッドパッド上に高齢者等が寝ている場合には、搬送者はベッドパッドの把持部を持つことによって、寝具上に寝ている人間をベッドパッドごと持ち上げ搬送して避難させることができる。

その結果、地震、火災等の非常の際に、病院等においてベッドに寝ている高齢者等を迅速に救助することができるという効果を奏する。

また、搬送者はベッドパッド本体の周縁内方に設けられている把持部を把持することによりベッドパッド上に寝ている高齢者等を持ち上げて搬送することができる。

その結果、ベッドパッド上に人間が寝た場合に、把持部がベッドパッド本体内方に設けられているため、人間の足が把持部に引っかかり、ベッドから降りる際に支障がある、という事態を防止できる。従って、搬送可能に形成された場合であっても、ベッドパッド本来の機能を何ら阻害することがない。

また、搬送者はベッドパッドの裏面側の長辺部又は四隅部に設けられたベルトを把持して被搬送者をベッドパッドごと搬送することができる。

その結果、搬送時に把持しやすい、という効果を奏する。

また、ベッドパッドの四隅部に設けられたベルトを短片部側から把持して、被搬送者の頭部及び側部を確保し、被搬送者の脱落を防止する。

請求項２記載の発明にあっては、上面に人間が寝ることができる寝具であって、寝具本体の周縁部には把持部が設けられ、人間が寝た状態のまま搬送者が上記把持部を把持した場合には、人間が寝た状態のままで所望の場所へ搬送されうるように形成され、上記寝具は、ベッドのマット上に敷かれるベッドパッドにより形成され、上記把持部は、ベッドパッド本体の周縁よりも内方に設けられ、上記ベッドパッドは長方形状に形成され、上記把持部は、ベッドパッド裏面側において設けられたベルトと、ベッドパッドの裏面部側の四隅部に設けられると共にベッドパッド本体内方へ開口する開口部を有する袋状部とにより形成され、上記ベルトは、上記ベットパットの夫々の長辺部に沿って夫々２本ずつ設けられ、上記袋状部は、四隅部に夫々１つずつ設けられていることを特徴とする。

従って、請求項２記載の発明にあっては、地震、火災等の非常の際に、病院等においてベッドに寝ている高齢者等を迅速に救助することができるという効果を奏する。
また、非常時に際し、ベッドにおいてベッドパッド上に高齢者等が寝ている場合には、搬送者はベッドパッドの把持部を持つことによって、寝具上に寝ている人間をベッドパッドごと持ち上げ搬送して避難させることができる。
その結果、地震、火災等の非常の際に、病院等においてベッドに寝ている高齢者等を迅速に救助することができるという効果を奏する。
また、搬送者はベッドパッド本体の周縁内方に設けられている把持部を把持することによりベッドパッド上に寝ている高齢者等を持ち上げて搬送することができる。
その結果、ベッドパッド上に人間が寝た場合に、把持部がベッドパッド本体内方に設けられているため、人間の足が把持部に引っかかり、ベッドから降りる際に支障がある、という事態を防止できる。従って、搬送可能に形成された場合であっても、ベッドパッド本来の機能を何ら阻害することがない。
また、搬送者は非常時には、ベルトを把持又は袋状部を握持して搬送することができ、把持点を増やすことも可能であると共に搬送者を増やすことも可能である。

請求項３記載の発明にあっては、請求項１乃至２記載の効果に加えて、上記把持部に対応する部位は、搬送者が表面側から視認可能な表示部が設けられていることを特徴とする。

従って、請求項３記載の発明にあっては、非常に高齢者を搬送する場合に、把持部を認識しやすく、迅速な搬送、避難が可能となる、という効果を奏する。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、添付図面を参照しつつ本発明に係る寝具の実施の形態を詳細に説明する。

図１に示すように、本実施の形態に係る寝具１０は、ベッドパッド１１により形成されており、このベッドパッド１１の裏面側２２において、ベッドパッド本体１２の周縁１３の内方には、把持部１４としてのベルト１５，２３が複数設けられている。

上記ベッドパッド１１は、所定の強度を有する一枚布により形成され、病院等において使用されるベッドのマットと同一寸法の長方形状に形成され、一般に病院等において使用されるベッドのマットの上面に敷き、上面に患者が寝て利用することができるように構成されている。

上述のように、このベッドパッド１１は、厚さは約１ｃｍ程度であってキルティング加工及び防水処理が施され、シーツの代用として使用されるように構成されている。上記ベルト１５は、本実施の形態においては、長辺部１６，１６の内方に４本、四隅部４３にそれぞれ、１本づつ設けられている。これらのベルト１５の素材は所定の剛性を有する布製であって、被搬送者を搬送する際に所定時間持ち上げて搬送した場合であっても、被搬送者の体重に耐えられるようにベルト１５の両端部はベッドパッド１１に所定強度の糸により縫合されている。

従って、本実施の形態に係るベッドパッド１１を利用して被搬送者を搬送して避難させる場合には、図２に示すように、例えば、ベッドにおいてベッドパッド１１上に寝ている被搬送者１７の両側にそれぞれ１名づつ搬送者１８，１９が付き、さらに、被搬送者１７の頭部側及び足部側にそれぞれ１名づつ搬送者２０，２１が付く。被搬送者１７の両側についた搬送者１８，１９は、それぞれ、両側からベッドパッド１１の裏面側２２の長辺部１６，１６にそれぞれ２本づつ設けられたベルト１５，１５を両手で把持し、被搬送者１７の両側からベッドパッド１１により被搬送者を包むようにしてベッドから持ち上げる。この際、同時に、搬送者２０，２１が被搬送者１７の頭部側及び側部側から、ベッドパッド１１の四隅部４３に設けられたベルト２３，２３を短片部２４側から把持して、被搬送者の頭部及び側部を確保し、被搬送者の脱落を防止する。この状態で、４人の搬送者１８，１９，２０，２１により被搬送者１７はベッドパッド１１上において寝た状態のままで搬送される。

従って、本実施の形態に係るベッドパッド１１を利用して高齢者等の、病院に入院している被搬送者を搬送して避難させた場合には、ベッドに寝ている被搬送者をそのまま持ち上げて搬送することができるため、迅速かつ円滑に高齢者等を避難させることができる。

図３は本発明に係る寝具の第２の実施の形態を示す。本実施の形態に係る寝具２９も前記実施の形態と同様に、所定の強度を有する一枚布により形成され、病院等において使用されるベッドのマットと同一寸法の長方形状に形成され、一般に病院等において使用されるベッドのマットの上面に敷き、上面に患者が寝て利用することができるように構成され、厚さは約１ｃｍ程度であってキルティング加工及び防水処理が施され、シーツの代用として使用されるように構成されている。

本実施の形態におけるベッドパッド２５においては、把持部は、ベッドパッド２５の厚さ方向においてベッドパッド本体１２を貫通し、ベッドパッドの周縁１３に設けられた複数のスリット２６により形成されている。

このスリット２６は、ベッドパッド２５の長辺部１６、１６に沿って４カ所づつ設けられている。これらのスリット２６は、いずれもスリット２６内部に手を入れることにより、スリット２６とベッドパッド本体の周縁１３との間の周縁部２７を握持しうる位置に設けられている。従って、本実施の形態にあっては、各スリット２６は、このスリット２６内部に手を入れることによりベッドパッド本体１２の周縁部２７を握持しうるように形成されている。

上記スリット２６の周囲には補強部２８が設けられ、スリット２６内に手を挿入してベッドパッド２５の周縁部２７を握時して被搬送者１７の搬送に使用した場合であっても、被搬送者１７の荷重によりスリット２６からベッドパッド１１が破断しないように構成されている。

従って、本実施の形態に係る寝具２９を利用して被搬送者１７を搬送する場合には、前記実施の形態における寝具１０を利用する場合とは異なり、４名の搬送者搬送者がベッド両側に各２名づつ付き、ベッドパッド２５のスリット２６内にそれぞれ両手を入れてベッドパッド２５の長辺部１６の周縁部２７を握時して、ベッドパッド２５上に寝ている被搬送者をベッドから持ち上げて下ろし、安全な避難場所へと搬送する。

本実施の形態に係る寝具２９にあっては、把持部が復数のスリット２６により形成されているため、ベッドパッド２５をベッドのマット上に敷いて利用していた場合であっても、前記実施の形態に係るベッドパッド１１のように裏面側２２に複数のベルト１５が突出して設けられてはいないため、利用者がベッドパッド２５上に寝た場合であっても、ベルト１５の突出をベッドパッド２５の表面側から感じることがないため、寝にくくなく、就寝者はより快適にベッドパッド２５を寝具として利用することができる。

その結果、本実施の形態に係る寝具２９にあっては、ベッドパッドの寝具としての機能を何ら阻害することなく、非常時には迅速に高齢者等を搬送する搬送具としても使用することができる。

図４は本発明に係る寝具の第３の実施の形態を示す。本実施の形態に係る寝具３０は、所定の強度を有する一枚布により形成され、病院等において使用されるベッドのマットと同一寸法の長方形状に形成されている。

本実施の形態にあっては、把持部はベッドパッドの四隅部４３に設けられ、ベッドパッド本体内方へ開口しうる開口部３５を有する袋状部３１により形成されている。この４つの袋状部３１は、ベッドパッド３２の裏面側２２において、四隅部４３に別途所定の強度を有する所定の大きさの布を縫合し、把持部として構成したものである。即ち、三角形状の布３３を、ベッドパッドの四隅部において周縁部に縫合してベッドパッド本体１２に縫い付け、さらに、搬送者の手が入って四隅部４３を持ち上げることができる程度の把持片部３４が形成されるように周縁１３から所定間隔寸法内方において再度縫合されている。その結果、布３３にはベッドパッド１１の内方へ開口しうる開口部３５が形成される。

従って、本実施の形態に係る寝具３０を利用して被搬送者を搬送する場合には、搬送者は、ベッドパッド１１の短辺部２４側に立ち、両手で上記開口部３５を介して袋状部３１内へ手を入れ、把持片部３４を把持することにより、それぞれ四隅部４３をによりベッドパッド３２を持ち上げて被搬送者を搬送する。

従って、本実施の形態における寝具３０においても、前記実施の形態の場合と同様に、ベッドパッド３２を寝具として利用する場合に、ベッドパッドの裏面側にベルト等の把持部が設けられてはいないため、利用者は違和感を感ずることなく寝ることができる。

その結果、本実施の形態に係る寝具３０にあっては、ベッドパッドの寝具としての機能を何ら阻害することなく、非常時には迅速に高齢者等を搬送する搬送具としても使用することができる。

また、図５に示すように、第３実施の形態に係るベッドパッド３２にさらに、第１実施の形態に係るベルトからなる把持部を付加してもよい。即ち、この第４の実施の形態に係るベッドパッド３６にあっては、長辺部１６に沿って、２つのベルト１５が設けられている。このように、袋状部３１に加えてベルト１５がさらに設けられた場合には、把持点を増やすことも可能であると共に搬送者を増やすことも可能であり、より確実に被搬送者を搬送することができる。

更に、図６乃至９に示すように、上記把持部には、それぞれ、搬送者がベッドパッド本体の表面側４０から視認可能な表示部が施されていてもよい。図６は、第一の実施の形態におけるベルトにより形成された把持部に対応する表面側に把持部の表示部３６を設けたものである。図７は、第二の実施の形態におけるスリットにより形成された把持部に表示部３７を設けたものである。図８は第三の実施の形態における袋状部により形成された把持部に表示部３８を設けたものである。図９は上記第４の実施の形態における、袋状部とベルトとにより形成した把持部に対応する部位に表示部３９を設けたものである。

このように、把持部に対応する部位にベッドパッド表面側から視認できる部位に表示部を設けた場合には、非常において高齢者等を搬送する必要がある場合に、搬送者は迅速かつ容易に把持部を位置を認識することができ、被搬送者をより迅速かつ安全に避難させることができる。

なお、上記各実施の形態にあっては、いずれも、把持部がベッドパッドの周縁内方に設けられた場合を例に説明したが、上記実施の形態に限定されず、図１０に示すように、ベッドパッド４１の周縁の外方に、例えば、ベルト４２により形成された把持部１４が設けられていてもよい。即ち、この実施の形態にあっては、ベッドパッド４１の周縁１３に細身幅のベルト４２が長辺部１６に２本づつ、各角部に２本づつ、それぞれ設けられている。

このように周縁１３から外方へ突出する形で把持部が設けられた場合には、搬送者が把持部を把持しやすく、迅速に搬送することが可能となる。但し、このようなベッドパッド４０が寝具として使用された場合には、利用者が、ベッドから降りる際等に上記把持部を形成するベルト４２に足を引っかけてしまうおそれがあり、寝具として利用する観点からは上記各実施の形態におけるように、周縁の内方に把持部を設けた方が有利である。

なお、上記ベッドパッドの素材、把持部の具体的構成については上記実施の形態には限定されず、適宜変更することが可能となる。また、ベッドパッドの大きさについても、病院等で使用されるベッドに敷かれるマットの大きさど同一の場合を例に説明したが、上記大きさに限定されず、寝具として利用できると共に、被搬送者をくるみ、搬送者がベッドから下ろした際に、床面、地面に接触しない大きさであればよい。

また、上記各実施の形態にあっては、寝具がベッドパッドにより形成されている場合を例に説明したが、上記各実施の形態に限定されず、寝具であって、把持部が設けられ、搬送者が被搬送者を包み込み、そのまま搬送できる大きさであって、被搬送者の荷重に耐えられる素材により形成され、緊急時の避難用の搬送具としても利用できるように構成されているものであればよい。

【発明の効果】
請求項１記載の発明にあっては、非常時に際し、搬送者は寝具の把持部を持つことによって、寝具上に寝ている人間を寝具ごとそのまま持ち上げて搬送して避難させることができる。その結果、請求項１記載の発明にあっては、地震、火災等の非常の際に、病院等においてベッドに寝ている高齢者等を迅速に救助することができるという効果を奏する。

また、被搬送者の両側についた搬送者は、それぞれ、両側からベッドパッドの裏面側の長辺部にそれぞれ２本づつ設けられたベルトを両手で把持し、被搬送者の両側からベッドパッドにより被搬送者を包むようにしてベッドから持ち上げ、この際、同時に、搬送者が被搬送者の頭部側及び側部側から、ベッドパッドの四隅部に設けられたベルトを短片部側から把持することにより、被搬送者の頭部及び側部を確保し、被搬送者の脱落を防止する。この状態で、４人の搬送者により被搬送者はベッドパッド上において寝た状態のままで搬送される。
従って、ベッドパッドを利用して高齢者等の、病院に入院している被搬送者を搬送して避難させた場合には、ベッドに寝ている被搬送者をそのまま持ち上げて搬送することができるため、迅速かつ円滑に高齢者等を避難させることができる。

請求項２記載の発明にあっては、非常時に際し、搬送者は寝具の把持部を持つことによって、寝具上に寝ている人間を寝具ごとそのまま持ち上げて搬送して避難させることができる。その結果、請求項２記載の発明にあっては、地震、火災等の非常の際に、病院等においてベッドに寝ている高齢者等を迅速に救助することができるという効果を奏する。

請求項３記載の発明にあっては、非常時に高齢者を搬送する場合に、把持部を認識しやすく、迅速な搬送、避難が可能となる、という効果を奏する。
