この発明は、印影を照合する印影照合システムに関するものである。

本人を確認する手段としては、実印から認印までレベル差はあるが、日本では印鑑が一般的に使用されている。しかしながら、印鑑は印影さえあれば偽造が容易であり、また、印鑑証明書など不正防止策があるといっても偽造・不正取得等の問題があり、印鑑の使用者が本人か否かの確認に問題がある。

また、電子印鑑等においても、印影とは別にシリアル番号等のセキュリティ情報を別に用意して電子印鑑の正当性をチェックするものがある(例えば、特許文献1参照)。しかし、これとてサーバ等を設置した大規模なシステムとして整合性をチェックする必要があり、印影そのものだけでは本人の印影か否かの確認ができない。

日本においては、いまだ印鑑による本人認証が主流であり、印鑑証明書等の発行などによるセキュリティ対策はあるものの、印鑑の偽造、証明書の不正取得、偽造等の問題は多く発生している。

この発明は上述した点に鑑みてなされたもので、印影に生体情報を埋め込むことにより、容易に印影から本人照合を行えるようにした印影照合システムを得ることを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この発明に係る印影照合システムは、生体情報を読み取る生体情報読み取り部と、前記生体情報読み取り部により読み取られた生体情報の特徴を抽出する特徴情報抽出部と、前記特徴情報抽出部により抽出された特徴に応じた変位情報に基づいて印影の文字または文字を囲む囲み部分における直線部の傾きまたは率の少なくともいずれかを変化させることで印影の形を変形させて生体情報を付加した印影を作成する印影作成部とを備え、作成された生体情報が付加された印影に基づいて照合を行うものである。

この発明の実施の形態に係る印影照合システムにおいては、次のような特徴を有する。
1)印鑑作成時、生体情報として指紋情報を用い、その特徴点情報を抽出し、印鑑の文字(本人の名前)をその特徴情報をもとに一部変形させる。照合時は印影の変形量から指紋の特徴情報を抽出し、本人の指紋情報と照合する。
2)文字ではなく周囲の円の部分の太さ、歪みとして記録する。
3)電子印鑑の印影においても使用できる。
4)生体情報として上記では指紋を使用しているが、音声・顔・光彩・静脈等他の生体情報を使用する。

実施の形態1.
以下、具体的な実施の形態について説明する。図1は、この発明の実施の形態1に係る印影照合システムの印影作成側の構成を示す図である。図1に示すように、指紋読み取り部1で読み取られた生体情報としての指紋データは、指紋特徴抽出部2で指紋の特徴が抽出される。これと印影情報3(通常は名字)をもとに新しい印影を作成するが、この時、抽出された指紋の特徴に応じた変位情報を変位作成機能部5から得て、その変位をもとに指紋+印影作成部4で指紋の特徴を付加した新しい印影6が作成され、印鑑が作成される。
