【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、生理用ショーツに関し、通気性に優れ、むれや悪臭の発生がなく、しかも不用意なずれ動きを防止し滑り止めが確実であり、さらには軽量かつ爽快に着用することができるものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、例えば女性が用いる生理用ショーツ、また病人、老人、幼児等が用いる下ばきとして用いられるパンツには、例えば、前身頃片と、後身頃片と、両肢を挿入可能に左右に設けたレッグホール間の股下域に配置される小幅の股下片とを接合してショーツ本体（パンツ本体）が形成され、該股下片の裏面には撥水性素材にて形成された防水布を固定することにより、この股下片にナプキンやパッド（汚物受材）を装着可能に設けたものがある（例えば特許文献１参照。）。

このように、ナプキン等を股下片に装着するショーツ本体は、例えば綿のような天然繊維、半合成繊維、合成繊維等の材料によりなるパーツ片の端部相互を縫着する等して全体的に形成されるものであった（例えば特許文献２参照。）。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、例えば女性が生理時にナプキンやパッドを股下片の内側に装着したり、老人、幼児、病人がおむつとしてパッド等の汚物受材を股下片の内側に装着することにより使用に供される特許文献１および特許文献２に見られるような上記従来のショーツでは、ショーツ本体が、例えば天然繊維、半合成繊維、合成繊維等の材料により織成されたり、編成される布帛よりなるパーツ片を縫着する等して全体的に形成され、しかもショーツ本体の股下片の裏面には撥水性素材にて形成された防水布を固定したものであるので、通気性に欠け、汗をかいたり、夏期等に気温が上がると、使用者はむれやかゆみを生じたり、悪臭を発生することにもなっていた。

また、使用者が歩行したり、動いたり、運動する等する場合には身体の動きに追従してショーツ（生理用ショーツ）が一体に移動してしまうので、股下片に被着されるナプキンやパッド等による経血や排尿等の吸収が不充分になる。しかも経血等がショーツの外部に洩れ出てショーツを汚す等の不都合を生ずることがあった。

さらには、ショーツ本体の仕上がりは、ショーツ本体を形成する生地自体の厚みが比較的厚いのと、前述のような布帛よりなる縫製加工によるパーツ片相互の縫合代も加わることにより、厚手の状態で仕上がるので、ショーツの装用時には嵩張り、アウター・ウェアーの外部にショーツ自体の輪郭線が、浮き出るために外観的に不体裁であった。また、履き心地も良いものではなかった。

そこで本発明は上記従来の不都合を解決し、通気性に優れ、汗をかいたり、気温が上がった時にむれやかゆみを生ずることなく、悪臭の発生を抑え、また歩行したり、運動した場合に身体の動きに追従して伸縮し、有効に滑り止め機能を発揮してナプキンやパッド等のずれ動きを確実に阻止して身体に対して所定位置に維持することにより経血や排尿等を充分に吸収して外部への洩れ出しを防止し、また、ショーツ自体の仕上がり状態は薄く装用時に身体に密着して装用が行え、しかもアウター・ウェアーの外部にショーツ自体の外形線の浮き出しがなく外観的に体裁が良く、履き心地も爽快で保温性にも優れ、さらには製作および組付けが容易で製作コストも安価な生理用ショーツを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記課題に鑑みなされ請求項１に記載の発明は、前身頃片と、後身頃片と、両肢を挿入可能に左右に設けたレッグホール間の股下域に配置される小幅の股下片と、が接合されて、ショーツ本体が形成され、かつ、前記股下片の裏面には、撥水性素材にて形成された防水布が重合、固定された、ショーツ形式の生理用ショーツにおいて、
前記股下片の表面側が、不伸縮性の脱臭布により形成され、
前記股下片を除いた、前記ショーツ本体の全体が、伸縮性、通気性、吸湿性、および、保温性を有するメッシュ材により形成され、
前記メッシュ材の内側には、滑り止め組織布が設けられ、
前記滑り止め組織布は、その一面側に編成された滑り止め組織部が肌に対向するように配設され、そして、
前記滑り止め組織布が、
（ａ）合成繊維糸および天然繊維糸で構成されるベース組織部編成用糸により編成されるか、または、
（ｂ）前記合成繊維糸もしくは前記天然繊維糸で構成されるベース組織部編成用糸により編成された、
ベース組織部に、伸縮性および滑り止め性を有する滑り止め組織部編成用糸を、所望ウェル、所望コースに縦編みした滑り止め組織部を編成することによって、形成されている
ことを特徴とするという手段を採用した。

本発明の請求項２の発明は、請求項１において、前記レッグホールが、その上縁内側部がウェストラインの近くの位置に配置されるハイレグに形成されていることを特徴とするという手段を採用した。

また本発明の請求項３に記載の発明は、請求項１または２において、前記レッグホールの上縁内側部とウェスト上縁部との間には、極小幅部が形成されており、該極小幅部が、伸縮性を有し、かつ、前記極小幅部が、ショーツ本体の装着時に骨盤の上方部所に密着して係合可能に設けられていることを特徴とするという手段を採用した。

また本発明の請求項４に記載の発明は、請求項１〜３の何れか１の請求項において、前記レッグホールの口縁部、および、ウェスト上縁部には、長手方向に伸縮性を有するリボン片が、前記レッグホールの口縁部の表面および裏面、並びに、ウェスト上縁部の表面および裏面に取付けられるように、２つ折りされることによって縁処理されていることを特徴とするという手段を採用した。

また本発明の請求項５に記載の発明は、請求項１〜４の何れか１の請求項において、前記滑り止め組織布が、
（ａ）前記後身頃側にヒップラインに合致して前記レッグホールの口縁部に沿って設けられるか、
（ｂ）前身頃側に前記レッグホールの口縁部に沿って設けられるか、
（ｃ）前身頃の腹部位置、もしくは後身頃の背部位置に設けられるか、または、
（ｄ）前記後身頃側にヒップラインに合致して前記レッグホールの口縁部に沿って設けられ、前記前身頃側にレッグホールの口縁部に沿って設けられ、かつ、前記前身頃の腹部位置および前記後身頃の背部位置に設けられている
ことを特徴とすることを特徴とするという手段を採用した。

また本発明の請求項６に記載の発明は、請求項１〜５の何れか１の請求項において、前記ベース組織部編成用糸の糸が、非弾性糸で２２〜５６（ＤＴ）であるのに対して、滑り止め組織部編成用糸の糸が、弾性糸で４４〜４７０（ＤＴ）であることを特徴とするという手段を採用した。

また本発明の請求項７に記載の発明は、請求項１〜６の何れか１の請求項において、前記ベース組織部編成用糸と滑り止め組織部編成用糸とにより編まれる滑り止め組織布のベース組織部編成用糸に対する滑り止め組織布の混率が、５０〜８０重量％であることを特徴とするという手段を採用した。

また本発明の請求項８に記載の発明は、請求項１〜７の何れか１の請求項において、前記ベース組織部編成用縦糸が、
（ａ）ポリエステル繊維糸、ポリアミド繊維糸、ポリエチレン繊維糸、ポリプロピレン繊維糸、ポリビニールアルコール繊維糸、ポリアクリル繊維糸、および、ポリ塩化ビニール繊維糸から選ばれる合成樹脂繊維糸、もしくは、
（ｂ）木綿、麻、絹、および、羊毛から選ばれる天然繊維糸、または、
（ｃ）ポリエステル繊維糸、ポリアミド繊維糸、ポリエチレン繊維糸、ポリプロピレン繊維糸、ポリビニールアルコール繊維糸、ポリアクリル繊維糸、および、ポリ塩化ビニール繊維糸からなる合成樹脂繊維糸の群、並びに、木綿、麻、絹、および、羊毛からなる天然繊維糸の群、のうちの１または２種の組み合わせによりなる混合繊維糸
で形成されていることを特徴とするという手段を採用した。

また本発明の請求項９に記載の発明は、請求項１〜８の何れか１の請求項において、前記滑り止め組織部編成用糸が、
ポリウレタン・フィラメント、
合成繊維糸に天然ゴム、もしくは、合成ゴムをデッピングしたもの、
合成繊維糸に天然ゴム、もしくは、合成ゴムをコーティングしたもの、または、
ゴム紐単体
で構成されていることを特徴とするという手段を採用した。

また本発明の請求項１０に記載の発明は、請求項１〜９の何れか１の請求項において、前記防水布が、ショーツ本体の後身頃の臀部位置では幅広部となし上方へ行くにつれて順次幅狭部となしてウェストラインに到るまで設けられていることを特徴とするという手段を採用した。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面に従い本発明の実施の形態の具体例を説明する。
図１は本発明の生理用ショーツの第１実施形態を示す正面図、図２は同じく背面図、図３は同じく分解斜視図、図４は使用状態を示す断面図、図５は同じく使用状態を示す正面図、図６は展開図、図７は本実施形態を構成する滑り止め布の組織図、図８は同じく使用するナプキンの一例を示す一部切欠拡大平面図、図９は同じくナプキンの他例を示す一部切欠拡大平面図、図１０は同じく拡大断面図である。

本実施形態において、１はショーツ本体であり、このショーツ本体ｌは前身頃片２と、後身頃片３と、両肢を挿入可能に左右に設けたレッグホール４,４間の股下域に配置される小幅の股下片５とを接合して形成される。そして、該股下片５の裏面には撥水性素材にて形成された防水布６を重合、固定したショーツ形式の生理用ショーツである。そして、撥水性の防水布６は、天然繊維、半合成繊維、合成繊維等の生地に、ポリアクリルニトリル樹脂、ウレタン系樹脂、シリコーン系樹脂、フッソ系樹脂等をラミネート、コーティング、含浸等で付与することにより形成した点は特許文献１および特許文献２に記載した上記従来の生理用ショーツと同様である。

しかしながら本実施形態では、ショーツ本体１の前記股下片５の表面側が、不伸縮性の脱臭布７により形成される。また、該股下片５を除いたショーツ本体１の略全体が、伸縮性、通気性、吸湿性、および、保温性を有するメッシュ材８により形成される。

前記防水布６は、本実施形態では図２、図６に示すようにショーツ本体１の後身頃の臀部位置では幅広部６Ａとなし上方へ行くにつれて順次左右の側縁が幅狭部６ＢとなしてウェストラインＷに到るまで設けられる。

前記脱臭布７としては、例えば木綿、絹、麻等の通気性、吸湿性を有する不伸縮性の生地が使用される。

前記メッシュ材８は、伸縮性、通気性、吸湿性、保温性を有するほか、汗等の速乾性と拡散性に優れたものが使用される。具体的には、前身頃片２はメッシュ材８は正面略逆台形に形成されるとともに後身頃片３はメッシュ材８を用いた左右２つの背面逆台形の後身頃構成材３Ａ,３Ｂを接合することにより1つに形成される。

そして、これらの前身頃片２および後身頃片３を形成する物理的特性に適うメッシュ材８は、例えばポリエステル等の合成繊維、または合成繊維に天然繊維を混入した半合成繊維により形成され、繊維断面組織が肌側に配置される吸水層と、外面側に配置される拡散層と、これらの吸水層と拡散層との間の中間に設けられる導入層との３層構造をなし、しかも各層相互は毛細管現象を営む繊維組織により形成されるものが最適に使用される。

また、前記メッシュ材８の伸縮性は、前身頃側Ｆの前身頃片２では図１に示すように縦方向Ｘおよび横方向Ｙに縦横に伸縮性を発揮される。また後身頃側Ｂの後身頃構成材３Ａ,３Ｂでは図２に示すように不伸縮性素材により形成された防水布６に対する重合部分は伸縮性が規制されるが、後身頃構成材３Ａ,３Ｂのほかの部分は縦方向Ｘおよび横方向Ｙに縦横に伸縮性が発揮される。

８Ａ,８Ｂは、後身頃側Ｂの左右の側部を形成するために、背面逆台形の前記後身頃構成材３Ａ,３Ｂの左右に一端が接合される略三角形のメッシュ状の側部添設片であり、この側部添設片８Ａ,８Ｂは縦方向Ｘよりも横方向Ｙに大きな伸縮性を発揮するようになっている。

そして、前身頃片２と、左右の後身頃構成材３Ａ,３Ｂと、側部添設片８Ａ,８Ｂと、股下片５と、防水布６と、脱臭布７とよりなるショーツ本体１のパーツ片の組付けは、前記後身頃構成片３Ａ,３Ｂ相互の組付け、またこれらの後身頃構成片３Ａ,３Ｂと側部添設片８Ａ,８Ｂとの相互の組付け、また前記前身頃片２と、股下片５と、後身頃構成片３Ａ,３Ｂとの相互の組付け、また股下片５と防水布６との組付けはそれぞれの接合端相互を縫着することにより行われる。

また、ショーツ本体１の左右下方に形成される前記レッグホールが、その口縁部４ａ,４ａの上縁内側部９がウェストラインＷの近くの位置に配置され、いわゆるハイレグに形成されている。そして、レッグホール４,４の上縁内側部９とウェスト上縁部１０との間には、ショーツ本体１の装着時に骨盤Ｋの上方部所に密着して係合する伸縮性を有する極小幅部１１が形成される。この極小幅部１１は本実施形態では１０ｍｍ程度の極小幅に形成される。

１２は前記メッシュ材８の所望位置、本実施形態では例えば図２に示すように後身頃側ＢにヒップラインＨに合致して前記レッグホール４,４の口縁部４ａ,４ａに沿って設けられる滑り止め組織布であり、この滑り止め組織布１２は合成繊維糸および天然繊維糸で構成されるベース組織部編成用糸１３により編成されるか、または、合成繊維糸もしくは天然繊維糸で構成されるベース組織部編成用糸１３により編成されたベース組織部１４に伸縮性および滑り止め性を有する滑り止め組織部編成用糸１５を、ウェル方向Ｕに所望ウェル、コース方向Ｃに所望コースに縦編みした滑り止め組織部１６を片面に編成することによって形成されている。図示する実施形態では、ウェル方向Ｕ（列方向）に配列される４本の箴毎に配索される同種にしてかつ２本１組のベース組織部編成用糸１３,１３・・・にて想像線Ｏの囲みにて編成される４コースアトラスのベース組織部１４の表面に、想像線の囲みＰ,Ｐ′内に描いたように６コースアトラスのアトラス模様を組合わして編成する全体が菱形をなす網目組織柄Ｇ１と、滑り止め組織部１５,１５の単位体積あたりの露呈密度が高い編目組織柄Ｇ２とを形成している。なお図示する実施形態では、滑り止め組織布１２は、例えば図２に示すように後身頃側ＢにヒップラインＨに合致して前記レッグホール４,４の口縁部４ａ,４ａに沿って設けられる細長い帯状に裁断されたものが使用されるが、その外形状は図示するものに限れずに形状の変更は自由に行える。

また、股下片５は前記防臭布７により形成され、その股下片５の大きさは、本実施形態では前身頃側Ｆにおいては組付時の高さｈ１が約８ｃｍ〜１０ｃｍ程度に形成され、後身頃側Ｂにおいては組付時の高さｈ２が５ｃｍ〜８ｃｍ程度に形成され、最小幅狭部５ａでは７ｃｍ〜８．５ｃｍに形成される。

前記滑り止め組織布１２は、メッシュ材８の内側に、一面側に編成された滑り止め組織部１６を肌に対向するように内面側に配設して前述のように後身頃側ＢにヒップラインＨに合致して前記レッグホール４,４の口縁部４ａ,４ａに沿って設けられる。

そして、滑り止め組織布１２のベース組織部編成用縦糸１３が、例えばポリエステル繊維糸、ポリアミド繊維糸、ポリエチレン繊維糸、ポリプロピレン繊維糸、ポリビニールアルコール繊維糸、ポリアクリル繊維糸、および、ポリ塩化ビニール繊維糸から選ばれる合成樹脂繊維糸、もしくは木綿、麻、絹、および、羊毛から選ばれる天然繊維糸、または、ポリエステル繊維糸、ポリアミド繊維糸、ポリエチレン繊維糸、ポリプロピレン繊維糸、ポリビニールアルコール繊維糸、ポリアクリル繊維糸、および、ポリ塩化ビニール繊維糸からなる合成樹脂繊維糸の群、並びに木綿、麻、絹、および、羊毛からなる天然繊維糸の群、のうちの１または２種の組み合わせによりなる混合繊維糸で形成される。

また、前記滑り止め組織部編成用糸１５が、例えばポリウレタン・フィラメント、または合成繊維糸に天然ゴム、もしくは、合成ゴムをデッピングしたもの、合成繊維糸に天然ゴム、もしくは合成ゴムをコーティングしたもの、または、ゴム紐単体の何れかが用いられる。

そして、前記ベース組織部編成用糸１３の糸が、非弾性糸で２２〜５６（ＤＴ）であるのに対して滑り止め組織部編成用糸１５の糸が、弾性糸で４４〜４７０（ＤＴ）であり、前記ベース組織部編成用糸１３と滑り止め組織部編成用糸１５とにより編まれる滑り止め組織布１２のベース組織部編成用糸１３に対する滑り止め組織部編成用糸１５の混率が、５０〜８０重量％である。

１７は長手方向に伸縮性を有するリボン片であり、このリボン片１７は前記レッグホール４,４の口縁部４ａ,４ａおよびウェスト上縁部１０の表面および裏面に２つ折りして取付けられることにより縁処理をなすためのものである。この時、ウェスト上縁部１０の縁処理をするために用いられるリボン片１７は、ショーツ本体１の組付け時に表面および裏面に２つ折りして前記前身頃片２の左右の側端と後身頃の前記側部添設片８Ａ,８Ｂとを相互にリボン片１７を介して連結するのに併用される。

また図８において１８は股下片５の内側に装着されるナプキン、また図９、図１０において１８′は左右両側にウィング１８′ａ,１８′ａが備え付けられたウィング付きのナプキンである。さらにＮはナプキン１８,１８′の背面に設けられた固定用の粘着層であり、この粘着層Ｎとしては例えば粘着テープが使用される。

本発明の第１実施形態は以上の構成からなり、例えば女性が生理に備えて装用するには、先ずショーツ本体１内に、レッグホール４,４間に配した股下片５に図８に示すナプキン１８か、または図９および図１０に示すようなウィング１８′ａ,１８′ａが左右に備え付けられたウィング付きのナプキン１８′を着脱自在に装着する。このうちナプキン１８′の装着方法は、ウィング１８′ａ,１８′ａを有するウィング付きのナプキン１８′を装着する場合には、このウィング１８′ａ,１８′ａを股下片５の裏面側に折り返し、ウィング１８′ａ,１８′ａの背面に設けた粘着層Ｎを粘着してウィング１８′を股下片５の内側に着脱自在に取付ける。

また、ウィングをナプキンの左右に設けてはいない非ウィング形式のナプキン１８の場合にはナプキン１８の裏面に設けた複数の粘着層Ｎを介して股下片の内面にナプキン１８を着脱自在に取付ける。こうして、ショーツ本体１を着用し、生理に備える。

本実施形態の生理用ショーツは、ショーツ本体１が股下片５を除いて略全体をメッシュ材８により形成されているので、ショーツ本体１の着用時には通気性と吸湿性に優れ、汗をかいたり、夏期等に気温が上がった時にもむれやかゆみを生ずることない。

また、ショーツ本体１の股下片５は、例えば木綿、絹、麻等の通気性、吸湿性を有する不伸縮性の生地よりなる脱臭布７により形成されるので、この脱臭布７の脱臭により悪臭が発生されるのを抑えることができる。

またショーツ本体１の股下片５を除く略全体を形成している、すなわち、前身頃側Ｆの前身頃片２を形成するメッシュ材８は、縦方向Ｘおよび横方向Ｙの縦横に伸縮性を発揮し、また後身頃側Ｂの後身頃片３を形成する左右２つの後身頃構成材３Ａ,３Ｂを形成するメッシュ材８は、裏に取付けられる不伸縮性の防水布６の設置個所を除いて縦方向Ｘおよび横方向Ｙに縦横に伸縮性を発揮するので、ショーツ本体１は、着用時に歩行したり、運動した場合に身体の動きに追従して縦方向Ｘおよび横方向Ｙの縦横にスムーズに伸縮する。

しかも、ショーツ本体１の外形状は、左右下方に形成されるレッグホール４,４は、図１に示すように口縁部４ａ,４ａの上縁内側部９がウェストラインＷの近くに位置に配置されるハイレグに形成されるので、使用者が歩行したり、運動する時に運動量の大きな足、腹、腰の動きによる引っ張り力または圧縮力によりショーツ本体１が引っ張られたり、圧縮されたりする影響を少なくして所定の身体部位にショーツ本体１を装着することができる。

そして、ショーツ本体１のレッグホール４,４の上縁内側部９とウェスト上縁部１０との間の幅は極小幅部１１として本実施形態では１０ｍｍ程度に形成され、ショーツ本体１の左右の両側部に配置されているので、この左右の極小幅部１１,１１はショーツ本体１の装着時に、図５に示すように運動等をしても筋肉等の伸縮による運動量が少なく、固定点として最適な身体部所としての骨盤Ｋの上方部所に密着して係合されるので、ショーツ本体１の不用意なずれ動きを防止することができる。

また、本実施形態の生理用ショーツでは、メッシュ材８の内側に、合成繊維糸および天然繊維糸で構成されるベース組織部編成糸１３により編成されるか、または、合成繊維糸もしくは天然繊維糸で構成されるベース組織部編成用糸１３により編成されたベース組織部１４に伸縮性および滑り止め性を有する滑り止め組織部編成用糸１５を、ウェル方向Ｕに所望ウェル、コース方向Ｃに所望コースに縦編みした滑り止め組織布１２の滑り止め組織部１６をメッシュ材８の後身頃側Ｂの内面側にヒップラインＨ,Ｈに合致してレッグホール４,４の口縁部４ａ,４ａに沿って配設したので、ショーツ本体１はヒップラインＨ,Ｈに合致して配設された滑り止め組織布１２,１２の滑り止め組織部編成用糸１５の滑り止め機能により左右方向（横方向Ｙ）へのずれ動きやめくり上がりが阻止される。しかも、前述のように骨盤Ｋの上方部所にレッグホール４,４の口縁部４ａ,４ａにおける上縁内側部９が密着して係合されるので、ショーツ本体１が上下方向（縦方向Ｘ）に不用意にずれ動くのが防止される。

また、本実施形態では滑り止め組織布１２における滑り止め組織部１６の滑り止め組織部編成用糸１５,１５・・・は、ポリウレタン・フィラメント、または合成繊維糸に天然ゴムまたは合成ゴム等のゴムをデッピングしたものやゴムをコーティングしたものを用いてベース組織部１４の片面に伸縮性と滑り止め性とを有する滑り止め組織部編成用糸１５,１５・・・をウェル方向Ｕに所望ウェル、コース方向Ｃに所望コースに縦編みした編目組織柄Ｇ１,Ｇ２を形成するので、滑り止め組織部編成用糸１５,１５・・・が充分な滑り止め機能と伸縮性とを発揮するとともに不伸縮布よりなる股下片５の抑え付けによりナプキン１８、またはナプキン１８′を身体に対してずれ動きを確実に阻止して密着した状態で所定位置に保持することができる。このため、経血や排尿等を充分にナプキン１８,１８′により吸収して外部への洩れ出しを防止することができ、汚れがない清潔度が維持され、爽快に生理用ショーツを装用することができる。
