Claims (1)
- エンジンと自動変速機の間に介装されるとともにロックアップクラッチを備えたトルクコンバータと、
車両の運転状態に基づいて、前記ロックアップクラッチに供給する差圧指令値を演算して、前記トルクコンバータのコンバータ状態とロックアップ状態とをスリップ状態を介して切り換えるロックアップ制御手段と、
車両の発進後に、車速が予め設定した低車速を超えたときには、前記ロックアップ制御手段にロックアップの指令を行う早期ロックアップ指令手段と、
を備えた自動変速機の制御装置において、
前記早期ロックアップ指令手段がロックアップの指令を行った後に、車速の上昇状態が、予め設定した値を上回って上昇していることを監視する車速監視手段と、
前記監視した車速の上昇状態が、前記予め設定した値を上回らず、車速の上昇が鈍化したときには、前記ロックアップ制御手段に対してロックアップの解除を指令してコンバータ状態へ移行させる車速回復手段と、
を備え、
前記車速監視手段は、早期ロックアップ指令手段のロックアップ指令からの経過時間に応じて到達すべき車速閾値を予め設定し、所定の周期で検出した車速と、車速を検出した時点の経過時間に対応する車速閾値とを比較することを特徴とする自動変速機の制御装置。
