Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a fixture for fixing an object such as a bundle of electric wires or a printed circuit board to an attachment object such as a chassis or a panel.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, fixtures for arranging and holding bundles of wires after wiring on a chassis, a panel, or the like, or fixing a printed circuit board have been widely used.
Such a fixture includes a first member having a holding portion for holding a bundle of electric wires, a printed circuit board (hereinafter also referred to as “target object”) at the upper end, a chassis or a panel (hereinafter referred to as “attachment object”). And a second member having a fixing portion fixed to the lower end of the fixing member, and the distance between the object held by the holding portion and the attachment object to which the fixing portion is fixed can be changed. There are also things.
[0003]
In this fixing device, for example, an elastically deformable engagement member having a serrated uneven portion with concavities and convexities in the vertical direction provided on the first member and an engagement piece engaging with the serrated uneven portion at the tip is provided. It is provided on the second member. In this fixture, when the engagement piece is engaged with the serrated uneven portion, the object is attached to the attachment object while the distance between the object and the attachment object is kept constant. Can be fixed to. Further, the distance between the target object and the attachment object can be adjusted simply by pushing the second member in the direction approaching the first member or pulling the second member away from the first member.
[0004]
That is, in this fixture, in a state where the object is held with respect to the attachment object (for example, a state in which the weight of the object located above the object to be mounted below is held), Although the engagement state of the engagement piece with the serrated uneven portion is not released, if the second member is moved up and down by applying a force of a predetermined magnitude or more with the hand of an operator, the engagement member is elastically deformed. Accordingly, the engagement piece can be easily moved upward or downward on the serrated uneven portion. Then, by engaging the engagement piece with the serrated uneven portion at a desired position, the distance between the object and the attachment object can be adjusted to a desired distance.
[0005]
When such a fixture is used, even when the distance between the target object and the mounting target object needs to be changed when the target object is replaced, the distance between the target object and the mounting target object is increased. Unlike the case of a fixture that can set the distance of only one way, there is no need to change the fixture to another.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in such a conventional fixture, the second member is applied to the first member only by applying a force of a predetermined magnitude or more along the vertical direction to the first member or the second member. Because it moves up and down easily, there was a problem that it was not easy to use.
[0007]
That is, in the above-described conventional fixture, not only when the vertical position of the second member relative to the first member is really desired to be changed, but also the first member or the second member is not intended to have a vertical force. Even when added, the second member easily moves up and down relative to the first member, so the distance between the object and the mounting object is unintentionally too short or too long There was.
[0008]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and its object is to provide a fixture that can change the distance between the object and the object to be attached only when intended by a simple operation. It is to be.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems and Effects of the Invention]
The fixing device according to claim 1 of the present invention, which has been made to achieve this object,
A first member comprising one of a holding part for holding an object to be fixed and a fixing part engaged with and fixed to the attachment object, and a fitting piece extending in the vertical direction; and the holding A second member provided with a fitting groove formed so that the fitting piece can be fitted along the up and down direction, and the other of the portion and the fixed portion that are not provided on the first member. A fixture capable of adjusting a distance between the attachment object and the object by changing a fitting depth of the fitting piece with respect to the fitting groove;
Either one of the first member and the second member is provided with a first sawtooth uneven portion having unevenness in the vertical direction, and the first sawtooth uneven portion is not provided with the first sawtooth uneven portion. Providing a first engaging member that is elastically deformable having a first engaging piece at the tip that can take both an engaged state and a disengaged state with respect to the serrated irregularities;
Either one of the first member and the second member is provided with a second sawtooth uneven portion with unevenness in the vertical direction, and the second sawtooth uneven portion is not provided with the second sawtooth uneven portion. Providing a second engaging member that can be elastically deformed at the tip thereof with a second engaging piece that can take both the engaged state and the disengaged state with respect to the serrated irregularities;
The first sawtooth uneven portion and the first engagement member are located above the first member of the second member after releasing the engagement state of the second engagement piece with respect to the second sawtooth uneven portion. The first engagement piece can move on the first serrated irregularities with elastic deformation of the first engagement member when moving to the first member of the second member. The first engagement piece is configured to be locked by the first serrated irregularities when moving downward with respect to
The second serrated irregularities and the second engaging member are engaged with the second serrated irregularities when the second member moves upward relative to the first member. The second engagement piece is moved when the second member moves downward relative to the first member after the engagement state of the first engagement piece with respect to the first serrated uneven portion is released. Is configured to be able to move on the second serrated irregularities with elastic deformation of the second engaging member.
[0010]
According to the fixture of the present invention configured as described above, the first engagement piece and the second engagement piece are engaged with the first sawtooth uneven portion and the second sawtooth uneven portion, respectively. If the object is held in the part and the fixing part is fixed to the attachment object, the object can be fixed to the attachment object in a state where the distance between the object and the attachment object is kept constant. .
[0011]
In the fixture of the present invention, when the second member is moved downward with respect to the first member, the first engagement piece is locked by the first serrated uneven portion, and the second member is moved to the first member. When trying to move upward with respect to the member, the second engaging piece is locked by the second serrated irregularities, so even if an unintentional vertical force is applied to the first member or the second member. The second member does not move up and down with respect to the first member.
[0012]
Further, since both the first engagement member and the second engagement member are configured to be elastically deformable, the first engagement piece is elastically deformed by the operator's hand or the like so that the first engagement piece is the first sawtooth. The second member can be moved downward with respect to the first member if it is not engaged with the concavo-convex portion (disengaged state). If the second engaging piece is not engaged with the second serrated irregularities (disengaged state) by elastically deforming the second member, the second member can be moved upward relative to the first member. It becomes possible.
[0013]
That is, if the engagement state of the first engagement piece with respect to the first serrated uneven portion is released, the second engagement piece remains in engagement with the second serrated uneven portion, but the second member When the second engagement piece moves downward with respect to the first member, the second engagement piece can move on the second serrated irregularities with the elastic deformation of the second engagement member. The first member can be moved downward. Further, if the engagement state of the second engagement piece with respect to the second serrated uneven portion is released, the first member remains in engagement with the first serrated uneven portion, but the second member When the first member is moved upward with respect to the first member, the first engagement piece can move on the first serrated irregularities with the elastic deformation of the first engagement member. The first member can be moved upward.
[0014]
In this case, if the first engagement piece or the second engagement piece released from the engagement state is again engaged with the first sawtooth uneven portion or the second sawtooth uneven portion at a desired position, The distance between the object and the object to be attached can be set in a state where the distance is changed to a distance corresponding to the engagement position.
[0015]
That is, according to the fixture of the present invention, the engagement state of the first engagement piece with respect to the first serrated uneven portion or the engagement state of the second engagement piece with respect to the second serrated uneven portion is released. The second member can be moved downward or upward with respect to the first member only when the simple operation is intended, and the distance between the object and the attachment object can be changed. It is.
[0016]
And if such a fixture is used, even when it becomes necessary to change the distance between the target object and the mounting object when the target object is replaced, the fixture is changed to another one. There is no need.
Next, the fixture according to claim 2 is:
The first serrated irregularities and the second serrated irregularities are provided side by side on one side of one of the first member and the second member, and the first engagement piece and the The second engagement piece is provided side by side at a position corresponding to the first serrated uneven portion and the second serrated uneven portion.
[0017]
According to the fixture of the second aspect, the first engaging piece and the second engaging piece are provided side by side corresponding to the first serrated uneven portion and the second serrated uneven portion. Therefore, it is easy to perform an operation when changing the distance between the object and the attachment object.
That is, when changing the distance between the target object and the attachment object, both the operation of moving the second member upward with respect to the first member and the operation of moving the second member downward can be freely combined. However, in the fixture according to claim 2, since the first engagement piece and the second engagement piece are provided side by side on the left and right, the operator or the like can The engagement state of the first engagement piece and the engagement state of the second engagement piece with respect to the second serrated irregularities can be freely released with one hand, and the second member is used as the first member. [0018]
In addition, about the aspect of the 1st engagement member in this case, and the 2nd engagement member, the other in which the 1st serrated uneven | corrugated | grooved part and the 2nd serrated uneven | corrugated | grooved part are not provided among the 1st member and the 2nd member As long as it is provided, there is no specific limitation, but the aspect of claim 3 may be used.
[0019]
That is, the fixture according to claim 3 is:
The first engagement member and the second engagement member are extended in the same direction, and are integrally coupled to each other from one end to the other end. According to the third aspect of the present invention, the first engagement member and the second engagement member are integrally formed as compared with the case where the first engagement member and the second engagement member are provided separately. Therefore, even if it is used for a long time, the first engagement member and the second engagement member are less likely to be broken.
[0020]
Next, the fixture according to claim 4 is:
An operation projection piece is provided at each of the first engagement member in the vicinity of the first engagement piece and the second engagement member in the vicinity of the second engagement piece.
[0021]
In this case, when the second member is moved up and down with respect to the first member, the engagement state of the first engagement piece with respect to the first serrated uneven portion and the second sawtooth uneven portion are released. Since the engagement state of the second engagement piece can be easily released while grasping the operation projection piece, the work efficiency when the operator changes the distance between the object and the attachment object can be improved. On the side, a projection 36 corresponding to the engagement hole 63 is provided.
[0035]
A columnar portion 41 having a shape extending upward is provided on the upper surface of the base portion 34. The columnar portion 41 includes a front column 42 disposed on the front side on the base portion 34, a rear column 43 disposed behind the front column 42, and a connecting column that couples the front column 42 and the rear column 43. 44. The lengths of the front column 42, the rear column 43, and the connecting column 44 in the vertical direction are the same.
[0036]
The shape of the rear column 43 viewed from above is a quadrangle corresponding to the hollow portion 16 of the gripping member 10, and is configured such that the rear column 43 can be fitted to the hollow portion 16. The connecting column 44 is fitted into the notch 17 when the rear column 43 is fitted into the hollow portion 16. Therefore, the plate thickness in the left-right direction of the connecting column 44 is smaller than the plate thickness in the left-right direction of the rear column 43, and corresponds to the width of the notch 17. On the other hand, a first sawtooth uneven portion 51 and a second sawtooth uneven portion 55 are provided side by side on the front surface of the front column 42 (the surface opposite to the rear column 43). The front strut 42 including the concavo-convex portion 51 and the second sawtooth concavo-convex portion 55 is configured to be inserted into the through hole 19 of the guide portion 18 when the rear strut 43 is fitted to the hollow portion 16. Yes.
[0037]
The first serrated irregularities 51 and the second serrated irregularities 55 are both portions where the irregularities are continuous in the vertical direction (in this embodiment, a portion in which a plurality of convex pieces are connected in the vertical direction). In common. However, the shape of the convex pieces constituting the respective uneven portions is different as follows.
[0038]
The individual convex pieces 52 constituting the first serrated irregularities 51 and the individual convex pieces 56 constituting the second serrated irregularities 55 are both provided so as to protrude forward from the front surface of the front column 42. It is a convex piece. Then, the convex piece 52 on the first sawtooth uneven portion 51 side has an upper surface 52b on the upper side and a lower surface 52c on the lower side with the front end 52a interposed therebetween, and the convex portion on the second sawtooth uneven portion 55 side. [0039]
The convex piece 52 on the first sawtooth uneven portion 51 side is configured so that the first engaging piece 22 can be engaged between two convex pieces 52 that are continuous in the vertical direction, and the second sawtooth uneven portion. The projecting piece 56 on the 55 side is configured so that the second engaging piece 26 can be engaged between two projecting pieces 56 that are continuous vertically.
[0040]
That is, as shown in FIG. 4 (b), the upper surface 52b of the convex piece 52 on the first sawtooth uneven portion 51 side has a direction E away from the convex piece 52 along the normal line of the upper surface 52b and an upward direction P. The angle between the first engagement piece 22 and the lower surface 22c of the first engagement piece 22 when the first engagement piece 22 is engaged. Further, the lower surface 52c of the convex piece 52 on the first sawtooth uneven portion 51 side has an obtuse angle γ (90 °) between the direction F away from the convex piece 52 along the normal line of the lower surface 52c and the upward direction P. <Γ <180 °) The surface is configured to be in contact with the upper surface 22b of the first engagement piece 22 when the first engagement piece 22 is engaged.
[0041]
On the other hand, the upper surface 56b of the convex piece 56 on the second sawtooth concavo-convex portion 55 side has an acute angle ε (0 °) between the G in the direction away from the convex piece 56 and the upward direction P at the normal line of the upper surface 56b. <Ε <90 °), and is configured to contact the lower surface 26c of the second engagement piece 26 when the second engagement piece 26 is engaged. In addition, the lower surface 56c of the convex piece 56 on the second sawtooth concavo-convex portion 55 side has an angle between the direction H away from the convex piece 56 at the normal line of the lower surface 56c and the upward direction P of approximately 180 °. When the second engagement piece 26 is engaged, the surface is configured to contact the upper surface 26b of the second engagement piece 26.
[0042]
Further, the protruding end 52a of the convex piece 52 on the first sawtooth uneven portion 51 side and the protruding end 56a of the convex piece 56 on the second sawtooth uneven portion 55 side are both linear end portions extending in the left-right direction. Has been chamfered.
The gripping member 10 and the fixing member 30 are integrally fitted and fixed by the following procedure, for example.
[0043]
First, the first operation protrusion piece 24 and the second operation protrusion piece 28 are picked by the operator's hand and the like and pulled forward (Y direction in FIG. 1), and the first engagement member 21 and the second engagement member are drawn. 25, the first engagement piece 22 and the second engagement piece 26 are sufficiently separated from the front surface 15a.
[0044]
Next, the rear strut 43 is fitted into the hollow portion 16 by a length corresponding to a desired fitting depth, and the connecting column 44 is fitted into the notch 17 so that the first sawtooth uneven portion 51 and the second sawtooth shape are fitted. The front column 42 including the uneven portion 55 is inserted into the through hole 19.
Next, the first engagement member 21 and the second engagement member 25 are returned to the original state where they are not elastically deformed, and the first engagement piece 22 is engaged with the first serrated irregularities 51, When the second engagement piece 26 is engaged with the two serrated irregularities 55, the fitting and fixing of the gripping member 10 and the fixing member 30 is completed.
[0045]
Then, in this state where the gripping member 10 and the fixing member 30 are fitted and fixed, if the holding portion 11 holds the wire bundle and the fixing portion 31 is fixed to the plate, the space between the wire bundle and the plate is obtained. The electric wire bundle can be fixed to the plate material while keeping the distance constant.
In addition, when making the holding | maintenance part 11 hold | maintain an electric wire bundle, it is only necessary to fit an electric wire bundle between a pair of wiring holding pieces 11b and 11c.
[0046]
Further, the fixing portion 31 can be fixed to the plate material by, for example, the following procedure.
First, the locking protrusion 33 is inserted into the rectangular hole 61b so that the leg piece 32 can be inserted into the circular hole 61a. That is, the shape of the locking protrusion 33 viewed from above or below is a substantially rectangular shape corresponding to the rectangular hole 61b (see FIG. 4C), and therefore the locking protrusion 33 is formed in the rectangular hole 61b. If it is made to penetrate, it will be in the state which can insert the leg piece 32 in the circular hole 61a.
[0047]
Next, by inserting the leg piece 32 into the circular hole 61a by a predetermined amount or more, the pressing blade portion 35 is brought into contact with the surface of the plate material to be elastically deformed, and the locking protrusion 33 is disposed on the back side of the plate material. To the state.
Next, the leg piece 32 is rotated in the circular hole 61 a so that the locking protrusion 33 is brought into pressure contact with the back surface of the plate member by the elastic force applied from the pressing blade 35, and the protrusion 36 is engaged with the engagement hole 63. If it is made to engage, fixing to the board | plate material of the fixing | fixed part 31 is completion. That is, the plate member is sandwiched between the locking protrusion 33 and the pressing blade 35, and the engagement between the protrusion 36 and the engagement hole 63 prevents the leg piece 32 from rotating in the circular hole 61a. By setting the state, the fixing portion 31 is fixed so as not to move with respect to the plate material.
[0048]
In the fixture 1 of the present embodiment configured as described above, when the gripping member 10 is moved downward with respect to the fixing member 30, the first engagement piece 22 is moved by the first sawtooth uneven portion 51. When the gripping member 10 is locked and tries to move upward with respect to the fixing member 30, the second engaging piece 26 is locked by the second serrated uneven portion 55, and thus the gripping member 10 or the fixing member 30 is locked. Even if a force in the vertical direction is applied unintentionally, the gripping member 10 does not move up and down with respect to the fixed member 30.
[0049]
That is, the angle between the normal line B of the lower surface 22c of the first engagement piece 22 and the upward direction P is approximately 180 °, and the normal line E of the upper surface 52b of the convex piece 52 on the first sawtooth uneven portion 51 side. Since the angle between the upper surface P and the upper direction P is substantially 0 °, even if a force for moving the gripping member 10 downward relative to the fixing member 30 is applied, the gripping member 10 is brought into contact with the lower surface 22c and the upper surface 52b. Is prevented from moving downward relative to the fixing member 30.
[0050]
In addition, the angle between the normal line C of the upper surface 26b of the second engagement piece 26 and the upward direction P is approximately 0 °, and the normal line H of the lower surface 56c of the convex piece 56 on the second sawtooth uneven portion 55 side. Since the angle between the upper surface P and the upper direction P is approximately 180 °, even if a force for moving the gripping member 10 upward with respect to the fixing member 30 is applied, the gripping member 10 is brought into contact with the upper surface 26b and the lower surface 56c. Is prevented from moving upward with respect to the fixing member 30.
[0051]
On the other hand, in the present embodiment, since both the first engaging member 21 and the second engaging member 25 are configured to be elastically deformable, the first operating projection piece 24 is picked and pulled forward, If the one engagement piece 22 is not engaged with the first sawtooth uneven portion 51, the gripping member 10 can be moved downward with respect to the fixed member 30. Conversely, if the second operating projection piece 28 is picked and pulled forward, and the second engaging piece 26 is not engaged with the second serrated uneven portion 55, the holding member 10 is fixed to the fixing member. It is possible to move upward with respect to 30.
[0052]
That is, if the engagement state of the first engagement piece 22 with respect to the first serrated uneven portion 51 is released, the second engagement piece 26 remains engaged with the second serrated uneven portion 55. The angle between the normal D of the lower surface 26c and the upward direction P of the second engagement piece 26 is an obtuse angle β, and the normal G of the upper surface 56b of the convex piece 56 on the second sawtooth uneven portion 55 side is above Since the angle with respect to the direction P is an acute angle ε, when the gripping member 10 moves downward with respect to the fixing member 30, the second engagement piece 26 moves on the second serrated uneven portion 55 on the second engagement. The joint member 25 can be moved with elastic deformation, and the gripping member 10 can be moved downward with respect to the fixed member 30.
[0053]
Further, if the engagement state of the second engagement piece 26 with respect to the second serrated uneven portion 55 is released, the first engagement piece 22 remains engaged with the first serrated uneven portion 51. The angle between the normal line A of the upper surface 22b of the first engagement piece 22 and the upward direction P is an acute angle α, and the normal line F of the lower surface 52c of the convex piece 52 on the first serrated uneven part 51 side and the upper side. Since the angle with respect to the direction P is an obtuse angle γ, when the gripping member 10 moves upward with respect to the fixing member 30, the first engagement piece 22 moves on the first serrated irregularities 51 on the first engagement. The joint member 21 can move with elastic deformation, and the gripping member 10 can be moved upward with respect to the fixed member 30.
[0054]
In this case, the first engagement piece 22 or the second engagement piece 26 that has been released from the engagement state is again engaged with the first serrated uneven portion 51 or the second serrated uneven portion 55 at a desired position. Then, the distance between the wire bundle and the plate material can be set in a state where the distance is changed to a distance corresponding to the engagement position.
[0055]
That is, according to the fixture 1 of the present embodiment, the engagement state of the first engagement piece 22 with respect to the first serrated uneven portion 51 is released, or the second engagement piece 26 with respect to the second serrated uneven portion 55. The gripping member 10 can be moved downward or upward with respect to the fixing member 30 only when a simple operation of releasing the engagement state is intended, and the distance between the wire bundle and the plate material is changed. It can be made.
[0056]
In the present embodiment, as described above, the portion near the lower end of the first engagement member 21 and the portion near the lower end of the second engagement member 25 are arranged at an interval. Only one of the release of the engagement state of the first engagement piece 22 with respect to 51 and the release of the engagement state of the second engagement piece 26 with respect to the second serrated uneven portion 55 can be reliably performed.
[0057]
And if the fixture 1 of a present Example is used, even when the necessity of changing the distance between an electric wire bundle and a board | plate material arises, it becomes unnecessary to change the fixture 1 to another thing.
Further, in the present embodiment, the first serrated uneven portion 51 and the second serrated uneven portion 55 are provided side by side on the front surface of the front column 42, and the first engagement piece 22 and the first corresponding to these are provided. Since the two engaging pieces 26 are arranged side by side in front of the cylindrical portion 15, when changing the distance between the wire bundle and the plate material, the operator or the like can change the first sawtooth uneven portion. 51, the engagement state of the first engagement piece 22 with respect to 51, and the engagement state of the second engagement piece 26 with respect to the second serrated uneven portion 55 can be freely performed with one hand. Can be easily moved up and down with respect to the fixing member 30.
[0058]
In the present embodiment, the first operation protrusion 24 is provided at the lower end of the first engagement member 21, and the second operation protrusion 28 is provided at the lower end of the second engagement member 25. The engaging state can be easily released while grasping the first operation projection piece 24 or the second operation projection piece 28.
[0059]
In this embodiment, the holding member 10 corresponds to the second member of the present invention, and the fixing member 30 corresponds to the first member of the present invention. The combination of the rear column 43 and the connecting column 44 corresponds to the fitting piece of the present invention, and the combination of the hollow portion 16 and the notch 17 corresponds to the fitting groove of the present invention. Further, the first operation projection piece 24 and the second operation projection piece 28 correspond to the operation projection piece of the present invention.
[0060]
As mentioned above, although one Example of this invention was described, this invention is not limited to the said Example, A various aspect can be taken.
For example, in the above embodiment, the holding member 11 is provided on the gripping member 10 and the fixing member 31 is provided on the fixing member 30. On the contrary, the fixing member 31 is provided on the holding member 10 and the holding member 11 is provided on the fixing member 30. Of course, it may be.
[0061]
The holding unit 11 is not limited to the one for holding the electric wire bundle, and may be any member as long as it can hold the object such as a spacer member for holding a plate material or the like. Also, the fixing portion 31 may be anything as long as it can be fixed to the attachment object.
[0062]
In the above embodiment, the first engagement member 21 and the second engagement member 25 are provided on the grip member 10, and the first sawtooth uneven portion 51 and the second sawtooth uneven portion 55 are provided on the fixing member 30. The first engaging member and the second engaging member corresponding to the first engaging member 21 and the second engaging member 25 are provided on the fixing member 30, and the first serrated uneven portion 51 and the second serrated uneven portion 55 are provided. A first serrated uneven portion and a second serrated uneven portion corresponding to the above may be provided on the gripping member 10.
[0063]
In addition, one of the first engagement member and the second engagement member corresponding to the first engagement member 21 and the second engagement member 25 is provided on the grip member 10, and the other is provided on the fixing member 30. A first serrated irregular portion corresponding to the concave-convex portion 51 is provided on one of the gripping member 10 and the fixing member 30 where the first engagement member is not provided, and a second corresponding to the second serrated irregular portion 55 is provided. The serrated irregularities may be provided on the other side where the second engagement member is not provided.
[0064]
In the above-described embodiment, the first sawtooth uneven portion 51 and the second sawtooth uneven portion 55 are arranged side by side on the front surface of the front column 42 in the columnar portion 41. Each of the concavo-convex portion 51 and the second serrated concavo-convex portion 55 may be provided separately from other portions of the columnar portion 41 (for example, the left and right side surfaces of the front column 42).
[0065]
In this case, the first engaging member 21 and the second engaging member 25 are disposed at locations separated from each other in correspondence with the first serrated uneven portion 51 and the second serrated uneven portion 55, Although it becomes difficult for an operator or the like to operate the first operation projection piece 24 and the second operation projection piece 28 with one hand, the first engagement member 21 and the second engagement member 25 are separated from each other. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the first operation protrusion piece 24 and the second operation protrusion piece 28 from being erroneously operated simultaneously. That is, when it is desired to move the gripping member 10 only downward with respect to the fixed member 30, only the first operation projection piece 24 can be reliably operated, and the gripping member 10 can be moved only upward with respect to the fixed member 30. When it is desired to move, only the second operation projection piece 28 can be reliably operated.
[0066]
Moreover, in the said Example, although the 1st engaging member 21 and the 2nd engaging member 25 were made into the bar material extended in the same direction (this example up-down direction), the 1st engaging piece 22 is provided. If it is arranged at a location corresponding to the first serrated uneven portion 51 and the second engaging piece 26 is arranged at a location corresponding to the second serrated uneven portion 55, the first engaging member 21 is provided. The second engagement member 25 may be a bar extending in different directions by different lengths.
[0067]
When the first engaging member 21 and the second engaging member 25 are rods extending in the same direction as in the above embodiment, the first engaging member 21 and the second engaging member The member 25 may be integrally coupled to each other from one end to the other end (from the upper end to the lower end in the above embodiment). In this way, compared with the case where the first engagement member 21 and the second engagement member 25 are provided separately, the first engagement member 21 and the second engagement member 25 are integrally formed. Only when used for a long period of time, the first engaging member 21 and the second engaging member 25 are less likely to be broken.
[0068]
Even in this case, the first operation projection piece 24 and the second operation projection piece 28 are gripped, and the longitudinal direction of the first engagement member 21 and the second engagement member 25 (in the above-described embodiment, If the first engagement member 21 and the second engagement member 25 are rotated about the direction “)” as the rotation axis, the engagement state of the first engagement piece 22 with respect to the first sawtooth uneven portion 51 and the second sawtooth Only one of the engagement states of the second engagement piece 26 with respect to the concavo-convex portion 55 can be released.
[0069]
Moreover, as an aspect which arranges the 1st serrated uneven | corrugated | grooved part 51 and the 2nd serrated uneven | corrugated | grooved part 55 side by side on the front surface (one side surface) of the front side support | pillar 42, it is 1st serrated uneven | corrugated part like the said Example. The projecting direction of the convex piece 52 on the 51 side and the projecting direction of the convex piece 56 on the second serrated uneven portion 55 side are not limited to the same direction (in the above embodiment, “front”), but are different directions. It may be a thing.
[0070]
As a specific mode in which the protruding direction of the convex piece 52 on the first sawtooth uneven portion 51 side and the protruding direction of the convex piece 56 on the second sawtooth uneven portion 55 side are different directions, for example, FIG. The following can be considered. 5A is a perspective view showing the shape of a fixing member 30 ′ as a specific example of this aspect, and FIG. 5B is a plan view thereof.
[0071]
In the fixing member 30 ′ of this aspect, the portions different from the fixing member 30 of the above-described embodiment are the protruding direction of the convex piece 52 ′ on the first sawtooth uneven portion 51 ′ side and the second sawtooth uneven portion 55 ′ side. Only the protruding direction of the convex piece 56 ′ is shown.
In other words, the shape of the convex piece 52 ′ on the first sawtooth uneven portion 51 ′ side is the same as the shape of the convex piece 52 on the first sawtooth uneven portion 51 side in the above embodiment, and the second sawtooth uneven portion 55. The shape of the “side convex piece 56” is also the same as the shape of the convex piece 56 on the second sawtooth concavo-convex portion 55 side in the above embodiment, but these two types of convex pieces 52 ′ and 56 ′ are the front struts. By making the front surface shape of 42 'into a fan shape, it protrudes from the front surface of the front post 42' so as to spread left and right. Specifically, the angle between the protruding direction R of the convex piece 52 ′ on the first sawtooth uneven portion 51 ′ and the protruding direction S of the convex piece 56 ′ on the second sawtooth uneven portion 55 ′ is θ (See FIG. 5B).
[0072]
In this case, the first engagement piece 22 protrudes from the first engagement member 21 and the second engagement piece 26 protrudes from the second engagement member 25 in the first sawtooth. If the projections 52 ′ on the side of the concave-convex portion 51 ′ and the projections 56 ′ on the second serrated concave-convex portion 55 ′ are configured to correspond to different directions, the above-described embodiment The same actions and effects can be obtained.
[0073]
Further, in this case, if the first engaging member 21 and the second engaging member 25 are rods extending in the same direction, the first engaging member 21 and the second engaging member 25 are further connected. Of course, as described above, it may be integrally coupled from one end to the other end.
[0074]
FIG. 6 shows a specific example of this aspect. In this figure, the first engagement member 21 ′ and the second engagement member 25 ′ that are integrally coupled are vertically moved as in the above-described embodiment. It is shown as extending. 6A is a perspective view showing the shape of the vicinity of the lower ends of the first engaging member 21 ′ and the second engaging member 25 ′ viewed from the same angle as FIG. 3A. 6 (b) is a bottom view thereof.
[0075]
In the first engagement member 21 ′ and the second engagement member 25 ′ of this aspect, the shape of the first engagement piece 22 ′ in the first engagement member 21 ′ is the same as that of the first engagement piece 22 in the above embodiment. The shape of the second engagement piece 26 ′ in the second engagement member 25 ′ is the same as the shape of the second engagement piece 26 in the above embodiment, but the first engagement piece 22 ′. Is different from the protruding direction U of the second engagement piece 26 ′, and the angle between T and U is θ (see FIG. 6B). ).
[0076]
And in the aspect which makes 1st engagement piece 22 'and 2nd engagement piece 26' engage with 1st serrated uneven | corrugated part 51 'and 2nd serrated uneven | corrugated part 55', respectively, Compared to an embodiment in which the first engaging member 21 and the second engaging member 25 described as a modification of the fixture 1 are integrally coupled from one end to the other end, the first serrated uneven portion is a first. Between the engagement state of the engagement piece and the engagement state of the second engagement piece with respect to the second serrated uneven portion, the first engagement member and the second engagement member that are required when releasing one of them The rotation angle (in this case, the rotation angle with the vertical direction as the rotation axis) can be reduced.
[0077]
That is, as shown in FIG. 5B, the convex portion 52a ′ on the outer side of the protruding end 52a ′ of the convex piece 52 ′ on the first sawtooth uneven portion 51 ′ and the convex portion on the second sawtooth uneven portion 55 ′ side. Outer ends 156a ′ of the protruding ends 56a ′ of the pieces 56 ′ are positioned behind the corresponding inner ends 152b ′ and 156b ′ (in the direction opposite to the Y direction shown in FIG. 5B). As shown in FIG. 6B, an end 122b ′ inside the protrusion 22a ′ of the first engagement piece 22 ′ and an end 126b inside the protrusion 26a ′ of the second engagement piece 26 ′. Are positioned in front of the corresponding outer ends 122a 'and 126a' (in the Y direction shown in FIG. 6B), the first engaging member 21 and the second engaging member. 25, the engagement state is released by a small angle between the first engagement member and the second engagement member. Only it is possible to perform only rotation.
