Description

The present invention relates to a heat-retaining mechanism in a rotating dining table that can retain heat-retaining food such as sushi rice.

Conventionally, a rotating dining table is provided with a circuit for transporting products at the top, and a hot water supply curan that is a hot water supply means for providing drinks such as tea to customers is provided on the side of the base or on the counter. In order to supply hot water or tea to the hot water supply curan, a hot water supply tea pipe has been arranged inside or on the side of the base (for example, see Patent Document 1).

In addition, heat-insulated foods, such as sushi rice, in a restaurant where a rotating dining table is installed are kept warm in a warming cabinet (separate from the rotating dining table) placed near a rice cooker in the kitchen (for example, Patent Documents). 2), at the time of use, the heat-treated sushi rice was taken out of the heat storage and carried into the work space inside the store.

In addition, in the heat retaining mechanism of the heat retaining space, instead of deploying a separate heat retaining mechanism in the heat retaining space, one that uses the heat of the hot water tank (see, for example, Patent Document 3), one that uses the heat of the oven part, water vapor ( For example, see Patent Document 4).

特許第3359903号公報(第3−4頁、図1−7)Japanese Patent No. 3359903 (page 3-4, FIG. 1-7) 実用新案登録第3040431号公報(第6−8頁、図1−7)Utility Model Registration No. 3040431 (Page 6-8, Fig. 1-7) 特開平10−255138号公報(第2−3頁、図1−2)Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-255138 (page 2-3, FIG. 1-2) 特開平8−10173号公報(第3−5頁、図1−3)JP-A-8-10173 (page 3-5, Fig. 1-3)

In addition, sushi rice and other ingredients, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., have been brought into the store's work space by handing them from the entrance / exit for workers arranged on the rotating dining table or from above the circuit.

Moreover, there was no thing provided with the heat retention mechanism (heat insulation box) inside the rotating dining table.

Conventionally, as described above, in Patent Document 1, since there is no heat insulation mechanism inside the rotating dining table, a separate heat insulation as in Patent Document 2 is necessary, which not only increases the cost but also requires a space for installing the heat insulation. As a result, the kitchen space was reduced by the amount of the heat storage.

In addition, the dead space inside the rotating dining table could not be used effectively.

Moreover, in patent document 2, since the heat retention mechanism equipped was used, not only power consumption and by extension, high heat cost were required, but energy reusability was lacking and it was not economical.

Further, Patent Documents 3 and 4 do not equip the apparatus with a heat retaining mechanism, but use other heat sources, but the location of the heat retaining space is limited, and conversion to a rotating dining table is not possible. Not only was it possible, but the heat retaining temperature was extremely high, the heat retaining material was limited, and the usability was not good.

In addition, sushi rice, ingredients, tableware, cooking utensils, etc. were brought into and out of the work space inside the store from the entrance / exit for workers placed on the rotating dining table or from above the circuit, so that work In addition to being complicated, when performing on a circuit, it was necessary to pay close attention to prevent falling on the circuit and products being transported, and workability was not very good. .

It is an object of the present invention to provide a heat retaining mechanism in a rotating dining table that effectively uses the dead space inside the rotating dining table as a heat retaining storage space and is excellent in usability and workability.

The present invention provides a rotating dining table in which a circuit for circulating and transporting products is provided above the base, and a hot water supply tea pipe is arranged inside or on the side of the base. It is opened to make a storage space for heated food such as sushi rice, and a hot water tea pipe corresponding to this storage space is arranged in the lower area of the storage space, and the storage space using the heat of the hot water tea pipe What is characterized by keeping warm food and drink stored inside,
Or, the hot water supply tea pipe to be disposed in the lower area of the storage space is meandered on the lower side surface or / and the bottom surface of the storage space to improve heat conduction efficiency,
Alternatively, doors that can be opened and closed are arranged at both side openings in the width direction of the storage space.

According to the heat retaining mechanism in the rotating dining table according to the present invention, the appropriate place of the base is opened on both sides in the width direction, and is used as a storage space for heated food such as sushi rice, and a hot water supply tea pipe corresponding to this storage space, Because it is arranged in the lower area of the storage space, the dead space inside the rotating dining table can be used effectively as a heat insulation using the heat of the hot water supply tea pipe, as well as the installation space of the heat insulation in the kitchen Is unnecessary, and the kitchen space can be used effectively.

In addition, since the heat from the hot water supply tea pipe is used instead of using a separate heat-retaining mechanism for the heat-retaining cabinet, there is no need for electricity and high heat costs, it is economical, and energy can be reused. Also excellent.

In addition, by using the storage space as a carry-in / out port for ingredients, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., there is no movement of the rotary dining table to the entrance / exit for workers, and no drop on the circuit and the product being carried around. Therefore, workability is extremely good.

Moreover, the heat transfer efficiency can be improved by arranging the hot water supply tea pipes arranged in the lower area of the storage space in a meandering manner on the lower side surface and / or bottom surface of the storage space.

In addition, by arranging doors that can be opened and closed at both widthwise openings of the storage space, and closing the door to seal the storage space, the heat conduction efficiency can be further improved, or the door is opened, By opening the storage space, the temperature of the storage space can be easily lowered.

Furthermore, since the insulated food can be taken out and stored from both sides of the storage space, the workability is excellent.

The purpose of providing an effective use of the dead space inside the rotating dining table and a heat retaining mechanism with excellent usability is realized by installing a hot water supply tea pipe in the storage space opened in the appropriate place of the rotating dining table and the lower area of the storage space. It was.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the heat retaining mechanism in the rotary dining table according to the present invention has the following configuration.

The rotating dining table used in the present invention is provided with a circuit 14 for circulating and transporting a product, in the present invention, a product dish on which sushi is placed, above the base 12, and hot water is supplied inside the base 12. A tea tube 16 is provided.

In this example, it is desirable that a wrap is provided on the product of the product dish in terms of hygiene.

The circuit 14 is a conveyance path in which a large number of crescent-type plates 20 are axially supported on an endless chain 18 and is generally called a crescent conveyor or a crescent chain.

The hot water supply tea pipe 16 is always supplied with hot water or tea at about 85 degrees that can suppress the propagation of germs at a constant pressure.

An appropriate place of the base 12 is opened on both sides in the width direction, and is used as a storage space 22 for keeping warm food such as sushi rice, and a hot water supply tea pipe 16 corresponding to the storage space 22 is disposed in a lower region of the storage space 22. It is.

In this example, the storage space 22 has a lower portion of the base 12 excluding the circuit 14 opened in the height direction, and sliding doors 24 are disposed in both openings so as to be freely opened and closed.

This storage space 22 is also used as a carry-in / out port for food, tableware, cooking utensils and the like.

Further, the hot water supply tea pipe 16 disposed in the lower region of the storage space 22 is meandered on the bottom surface of the storage space 22 in order to ensure a large surface area and improve heat conduction efficiency (see FIG. 4).

When the storage space 22 is sealed by closing both the doors 24, the sushi rice stored in the heat insulation chamber 26 formed by the storage space 22 is held at the optimum temperature (about 36 degrees: human skin temperature). Since the hot water or tea supplied to the hot water supply tea pipe 16 is about 85 degrees, the disposition distance between the hot water supply tea pipe 16 and the bottom or side surface of the storage space 22 and the meandering pipe By adjusting the interval, the thickness of the insulation material to be wound, and the like and setting the temperature so as to achieve the optimum temperature, a control mechanism such as a sensor can be omitted, and the cost can be reduced.

Moreover, since the doors 24 on both sides of the storage space 22 can be opened and closed, and the warmed food and drink can be taken out and stored from both sides of the heat insulating cabinet 26, the workability is excellent.

In the figure, 28 is a hot water supply curan, 30 is a heat insulating material, 32 is a product dish, and 34 is a container containing sushi rice.

A method for keeping warm the hot and cold foods that need to keep warm, such as sushi rice, by the warming mechanism in the rotary dining table according to the present invention will be described in detail below.

First, similarly to the conventional rotating dining table, the product tray 32 on which the product is placed is sequentially supplied onto the plate 20 constituting the circuit 14 and is transported in a circular manner.

Next, sushi rice produced by mixing and stirring vinegar and sugar in white rice cooked with a rice cooker (not shown) is contained in a container 34, and after the sushi rice reaches an optimum temperature (about 36 degrees), the container 34 is stored in a heat insulating chamber 26 formed by the storage space 22.

At this time, one of the doors 24 on both sides of the storage space 22 is opened.

In addition, the hot water supply tea pipe 16 is previously distanced from the lower region of the storage space 22, or the hot water supply so that the temperature of the heat insulating chamber 26 formed by the storage space 22 is always kept at the optimum temperature (about 36 degrees). Since the thickness of the heat insulating material 30 wound around the tea pipe 16 is adjusted, the sushi rice in the container 34 is always kept warm and stored at the optimum temperature.

In addition, since the doors 24 are arranged on both sides of the storage space 22, the containers 34 containing sushi rice can be taken out and stored from both sides of the storage space 22 by opening and closing both doors 24.

Moreover, when the temperature in the heat insulation chamber 26 rises more than necessary, the temperature in the heat insulation chamber 26 can be easily lowered by opening the doors 24 respectively.

In addition, by using the storage space 22 as a carry-in / out port for ingredients, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., both doors 24 can be opened and delivered, moving to the entrance / exit of the rotating dining table, circuit, and cyclic transport There is no drop on the product, and workability is extremely good.

Thus, according to the heat retention mechanism in the rotary dining table according to the present invention, the appropriate place of the base 12 is used as the storage space 22 for the heated food and drink, and the dead space inside the rotary dining table is used as the heat of the hot water supply tea pipe 16. In addition to being able to be effectively used as the warming cabinet 26, a dedicated space for the warming cabinet is not required in the kitchen, and the kitchen space can also be effectively used.

In addition, since the heat of the hot water supply tea pipe 16 is used instead of using a separate heat insulation mechanism, the power supply and high heat costs are unnecessary, and it is economical and energy can be reused. Excellent environmental performance.

Furthermore, the hot water supply tea pipe 16 to be disposed in the lower region of the storage space 22 is meandered on the lower side surface and / or bottom surface of the storage space 22, and the door 24 is disposed in the storage space 22, The heat conduction efficiency can be improved.

In addition, in this example, although the storage space 22 is one place, it is self-evident to use two or more places.

Further, the hot water supply tea pipe 16 disposed in the heat insulation chamber 26 formed by the storage space 22 is meandered only on the bottom surface thereof, but may be meandered on the side surface, or the side surface and bottom surface, In addition, it is self-evident that there is an effect such as effective use of the dead space of the rotating dining table and reuse of energy even if the meandering is not provided.

In addition, it is obvious that a heat insulating material is provided on the periphery of the heat insulating chamber 26 to improve the heat insulating effect.

In addition, the doors 24 arranged to be openable and closable on both sides of the storage space 22 are sliding doors, but other shapes and opening / closing structures can be adopted and the doors 24 can be omitted.

In addition, the entire storage space 22 is used as the heat insulation chamber 26, but it is obvious that the storage space 22 is divided into upper and lower portions, the lower portion is used as the heat insulation chamber 26, and the upper portion is used as a carry-in / out port for ingredients, tableware, cooking utensils and the like. .

Further, the circuit 14 is not limited to a crescent conveyor or a crescent chain, and it is obvious to employ another mechanism that uses an endless chain, an endless belt, or the like.

In addition, by adding ID media, barcodes, etc. to the product tray on which the product to be transported on the circuit 14 is placed, and adjusting it with a reading device such as a hand reader at the time of payment, the settlement workability is improved. It is self-evident.

In addition, it is obvious that the circulation time of each product is managed individually and the freshness of each product is managed by attaching an ID medium, a barcode, etc. to the product dish.

Moreover, the shape, structure, etc. of the rotary dining table, the storage space 22, and the heat storage 26 of the present invention are not limited to this example.

Insulated foods are not limited to sushi rice, and are also used as storages for boiled foods, grilled foods, other foods and drinks, storages for dishes that contain and place hot foods, and dryers for washed dishes It can also be diverted.
