Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to waterproof structures such as roofs and balcony floors and outer walls, and more particularly to waterproof structures suitable for balcony floors.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, various waterproof structures such as roofs, floors of balconies and outer walls are known. For example, in Japanese Utility Model Publication Nos. 55-13521 and 10-114997, a waterproof material (described as a floor drainer or an impermeable floor material in the above publication) is attached on a balcony floor beam. The waterproof structure of the balcony floor is described.
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-209512 and Japanese Patent No. 2987746 describe a waterproof structure for waterproofing the surface of a base material on which linear grooves such as a roof, a balcony, and an outer wall are formed.
[0003]
That is, the waterproof structure disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-209512 is a long body composed of a U-shaped recess that is recessed to substantially the same depth as the groove and flat plate-like ridges provided on both sides of the recess. The groove mounting material, a long holding material having an engaging recess at the center, a flat waterproof material, and a fitting convex on the lower surface can be inserted into the recess of the groove mounting material. The groove attachment material is attached in a state where the recess is inserted into the groove and the ridge is placed on the base material on the peripheral edge of the groove, and the holding material is attached to the groove portion. The waterproofing material is inserted into the material recess, and the waterproofing material is attached with the end face facing the engaging recess of the holding material, and a slight gap is provided between the facing end faces. Overlap the side edge of the waterproof material and insert the engaging convex part into the recess from between the facing end faces of the waterproofing material. In a state of fitted into the engaging recesses of the lifting member, and the attached structure.
[0004]
In addition, the waterproof structure of Japanese Patent No. 2998746 is a waterproof material that covers the base material, and has a U-shaped recess with a shape along the inside of the groove on one side edge, and a flat plate provided on the tip side of the recess. A plate end receiving portion comprising a ridge, a rising portion that rises in the dent to approximately the same length as the depth of the dent, and a substantially horizontal horizontal portion provided at the tip of the rising portion. Provided on the other side edge portion is a V-shaped portion extending in a state of being bent substantially perpendicularly downward from the tip, and a hook portion that can be hooked on the plate end receiving portion, and is waterproof. The material is attached with the recess inserted into the groove, and the adjacent waterproof material is hooked on the plate end receiving portion provided in the already installed waterproof recess. It has a structure that is attached.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the waterproof structure of the balcony floor described in Japanese Utility Model Publication Nos. 55-13521 and 10-114997 has a relatively small floor area, and it is only necessary to attach one waterproof material to the balcony floor. However, if the floor area of the balcony becomes large, it is necessary to connect a plurality of waterproof materials, and there is a problem that rainwater leaks from the connecting portions of the waterproof materials.
[0006]
Therefore, in order to waterproof the connection part where this waterproof material is piled up, we tried to provide a seal material between this polymerized waterproof material to make it waterproof, but the seal material deteriorated during many years of use. It was found that the sealing material was cracked and the rainwater leaked out from the polymerized waterproofing material by repeating the expansion and contraction due to the temperature difference between summer and winter.
[0007]
Further, the waterproof structure described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-209512 and Japanese Patent No. 29987746 is provided with a groove in the base material, and a long body having a recess that has almost the same function as a ridge is provided in the groove. In addition, rainwater that has fallen on the waterproof material is allowed to flow into the recess, so that even if the waterproof material expands and contracts, rainwater does not leak, which is a preferable structure.
[0008]
However, in the waterproof structure described in the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-209512, a large number of members are required so as to be composed of the groove mounting material, the holding material, the waterproof material, and the coupling portion. For example, it has a complicated shape such as providing an engaging convex portion or a fitting concave portion, and is difficult to manufacture. In addition, this waterproof structure is suitable as a waterproof structure for waterproofing places where people are hardly placed such as roofs and outer walls, but when this waterproof structure is applied to floors on which people often sit like floors of balconies, When a person is placed on the bonding material above the groove, the fitting convex portion of the bonding material moves up and down in the engagement concave portion of the holding material and is unstable. If it is frequently moved up and down, there is a problem that the binding material moved downward does not return to its original shape, a recess is formed in this portion, and a water pool is generated.
[0009]
In the waterproof structure described in Japanese Patent No. 2998746, a dent, a ridge, a rising portion and a plate end receiving portion are provided on one side edge of the waterproof material, and a V-shaped portion is provided on the other side edge. It is difficult to manufacture and inconvenient, requiring a waterproof material with a complicated shape, such as providing a hook, and at the same time, this waterproof material has a complicated shape and is bulky. Is necessary, and there is a problem that the transportation cost becomes high. In addition, when this waterproof structure is applied to the floor of a balcony, a gap is formed between the waterproof material and the V-shaped portion of the adjacent waterproof material. Become ugly.
[0010]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is a waterproof structure that waterproofs a base material in which a groove that does not leak rainwater is formed even when the waterproof material expands and contracts, and the number of members is small, and the members and the waterproof material are made into complicated shapes. It is another object of the present invention to provide a waterproof structure that does not have to be depressed and does not dent even if a person is placed above the groove.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been made to achieve the above object, and the invention according to claim 1 is a waterproof structure for waterproofing the surface of a base material on which a linear groove is formed, and the depth of the groove is A long groove mounting material, a flat waterproofing material, a flat upper surface, and a substantially lower surface of the lower surface. It consists of a long cover material with a protruding part protruding downward to the same length as the depth of the recess of the groove mounting material in the center, and the groove mounting material inserts the recess into the groove of the base material Then, the ridge is attached to the base material on the peripheral part of the groove, and the waterproof material is placed between the base material and the groove part attaching material in a state where the side edge part protrudes into the dent from the edge of the dent. Mounted on top of the ridge, the cover material inserts the protruding part into the recess, and both side edges above the side edge of the waterproof material The loaded state, in which is mounted.
[0012]
The invention according to claim 2 is a waterproof structure for waterproofing the surface of the base material on which linear grooves are formed, and is provided on both sides of the depressions which are recessed to substantially the same depth as the grooves. A long groove mounting material comprising a flat plate-shaped ridge and a protruding portion protruding upward at substantially the same height as the depth of the depression at the center of the depression, a flat waterproof material, and a flat shape The groove mounting material is mounted in a state where the recess is inserted into the groove of the base material and the ridge is placed on the base material of the peripheral portion of the groove, and the waterproof material is The side edge is projected from the edge of the recess into the recess, and is mounted on the base material and the groove mounting material, and the cover material is placed on the protruding portion of the groove mounting material. The both side edges are mounted on the side edges of the waterproof material.
[0013]
Furthermore, the present invention is as described above. According to the invention, a sealing material is provided between the flange of the groove mounting material and the side edge of the waterproof material, and between the side edge of the waterproof material and the cover material.
[0014]
(Function)
In the first aspect of the invention, the waterproof material is mounted on the base material and the groove mounting material with the side edge protruding from the edge of the recess into the recess. Rainwater that has fallen on the material falls from the tip of the waterproof material protruding into the recess into the recess of the groove mounting material.
Moreover, since the side edge of the waterproof material protrudes into the recess, even if the waterproof material is thermally expanded and contracted, the length of the waterproof material protruding into the recess is only increased or decreased. Accordingly, the waterproof effect does not deteriorate even after many years of use.
[0015]
In addition, the groove mounting material used in the invention described in claim 1 is composed of a dent recessed to substantially the same depth as the groove, and flat plate-shaped ridges provided on both sides of the dent.
And in this invention of this Claim 1, this groove part attachment material is attached in the state which inserted the hollow in the groove | channel of the base material, and mounted the collar | guard on the base material of the peripheral part of a groove | channel.
Therefore, in this attached groove mounting material, the bottom surface of the recess is along the bottom surface of the groove, and the ridge is along the surface of the base material at the peripheral edge of the groove, and force is applied to the groove mounting material from above. Even so, the dents and wrinkles do not move downward.
[0016]
Further, the cover material used in claim 1 has a flat upper surface and a projecting portion projecting downward to substantially the same length as the depth of the recess of the groove mounting material at the center of the lower surface.
And in this invention of this Claim 1, this cover material is attached in the state which inserted the protrusion part in the hollow and mounted the both-sides edge part on the side edge part of a waterproof material. In this way, the cover material is supported by being placed on the heel and the waterproof material on the heel that is placed so that the side edges of the cover material do not move downward on the base material. However, it is placed on and supported by the bottom surface of the groove mounting member that is mounted so as not to move downward, so that it does not sink even if a person is placed on the cover material above the groove.
[0017]
Further, the upper surface of the cover material is flat, and both side edges of the cover material are placed on the side edges of the waterproof material. The flat waterproof material and the upper surface of the cover material are There is unevenness only in thickness, but this unevenness is small, and the entire floor surface is almost flat and easy to walk.
Thus, the waterproof structure according to claim 1 is a waterproof structure suitable for the floor of a balcony because the floor surface is flat and easy to walk even if a person is placed on the groove.
Further, the members used in the waterproof structure according to claim 1 are more than the members used in the waterproof structure described in JP-A-9-209512, such as groove mounting materials, waterproof materials, and cover materials. In addition, the member to be used has a simple structure and is easy to manufacture, and the waterproof material is flat and easy to carry.
[0018]
In the invention according to claim 2, since the waterproof material is attached on the base material and the groove attachment material with the side edge protruding from the edge of the recess into the recess, the waterproof material is waterproof. The rainwater that has fallen on the material falls into the recess of the groove mounting material from the tip protruding into the recess.
Moreover, since the side edge of this waterproof material protrudes almost horizontally into the recess, even if the waterproof material expands and contracts, the length protruding into this recess will only increase or decrease. It is. Accordingly, the waterproof effect does not deteriorate even after many years of use.
[0019]
Further, the groove mounting material used in the invention according to claim 2 is a depression recessed to substantially the same depth as the groove, a flat plate provided on both sides of the depression, and substantially at the center of the depression. It consists of the protrusion part which protruded upwards in the height substantially the same as the depth of a hollow.
In the invention according to claim 2, the groove mounting material is mounted in a state in which the recess is inserted into the groove of the base material and the ridge is placed on the base material of the peripheral portion of the groove.
Therefore, the attached groove part attachment material is in a state where the bottom surface of the recess is along the bottom surface of the groove, and the heel is along the surface of the base material of the peripheral part of the groove, and the groove part of the groove part attachment material from above, Even if a force is applied to the bottom surface of the dent or the protrusion protruding from the dent, the protrusion does not move, and the protrusion is almost the same height as the ridge.
[0020]
The cover material used in the invention of claim 2 is a flat plate-like long body.
In the invention according to claim 2, the cover member is attached in a state where the central portion is placed on the protruding portion of the groove mounting member and both side edges are placed on the side edge portions of the waterproof material.
Because of this, the cover material is supported by the side edges of the heel and the waterproof material on the side of the base material so that the side edges do not move downward on the base material, and the center part is attached to the groove It protrudes at almost the same height as the ridge of the member, and is supported by a protruding portion that does not move downward, so that it does not sink even if a person is placed on the cover material above the groove of the base material. In addition, although the height of the both-sides edge part and center part of a waterproof material changes only with the thickness of a waterproof material, this difference is small and does not become a problem.
[0021]
Further, the upper surface of the cover material is flat, and both side edges of the cover material are placed on the side edges of the waterproof material. The flat waterproof material and the upper surface of the cover material are Even if there is unevenness of only thickness, this unevenness is very small, and the entire floor surface is almost flat and easy to walk.
Thus, the waterproof structure according to claim 2 is a waterproof structure suitable for the floor of a balcony where the floor is flat and easy to walk even if a person is placed on the groove.
Further, the members used for the waterproof structure according to claim 2 are more than the members used for the waterproof structure described in JP-A-9-209512, such as groove mounting materials, waterproof materials, and cover materials. In addition, the member to be used has a simple structure and is easy to manufacture, and the waterproof material is flat and easy to carry.
[0022]
Furthermore, in the present invention, the above-described According to the invention, since the sealing material is provided between the flange of the groove mounting material and the side edge of the waterproof material and between the side edge of the waterproof material and the cover material, the groove mounting The waterproof performance between the heel of the material and the side edge of the waterproof material and between the side edge of the waterproof material and the cover material is further improved, and the waterproof material does not move.
[0023]
In addition, even if the sealing material deteriorates during use for many years and this sealing material cracks, rainwater that enters through this crack falls into the recess of the groove mounting material and may leak to the base material. In addition, there is little rainwater entering from the cracks, and therefore there is no overflow of rainwater in the recess of the groove mounting material even during heavy rain.

[0043]
Then, since the wall attachment parts 63 and 82 follow a wall surface, a sealing material is attached to this part and it seals.
Further, the unit building U is completed when the gap between the waterproof material 7 and the wall surface of the balcony floor 44 is sealed, or the vertical gutter 47 is attached to the eaves gutter 46 or various finishings are performed.
[0044]
In the unit building U completed in this way, the waterproof material 7 has the side edge protruding from the edge of the recess 61 into the recess 61 almost horizontally, and the base material 5 and the groove mounting material 6 are covered with each other. Since the rainwater that has fallen on the waterproof material 7 falls into the recess 61 of the groove mounting material 6 and flows through the recess 61, the drainage 64 to the ridge 46, the vertical fence It flows down to the ground after 47.
And since the side edge part of this waterproof material 7 protrudes substantially horizontally in the hollow 61, even if the waterproof material 7 is thermally expanded and contracted, the length protruding in this hollow becomes long, It only shortens. Accordingly, the waterproof effect does not deteriorate even after many years of use.
[0045]
Moreover, since the groove part attachment material 6 is attached in the state which inserted the hollow 61 in the groove | channel 53 of the base material 5, and mounted the collar 62 on the base material 5 of the peripheral part of the groove | channel 53, it is a groove part from upper direction. Even if a force is applied to the attachment member 6, the depression 61 and the flange 62 are prevented from moving downward.
And since the cover material 8 is attached in the state which inserted the protrusion part 811 in the hollow 61 and put the both-sides edge part on the side edge part of the waterproof material 5, the cover material 8 is the both sides. The edge is placed on the waterproof material 7 and supported so as not to move downward, and the tip of the protruding portion 811 provided substantially at the center is the bottom surface of the recess 61 of the groove mounting material 6 that does not move downward. Is supported so as not to move downward.
[0046]
Because of this, even if a person is placed on the cover material 8 above the groove 53, it does not dent.
Further, the upper surface of the cover material 8 is substantially flat, and both side edges of the cover material 8 are placed on the side edges of the waterproof material 5, and the flat waterproof material 5, the upper surface of the cover material 8, However, the unevenness corresponding to the thickness of the cover material 8 is very small, and the entire floor surface is almost flat and easy to walk. In particular, when the floor finishing material 9 is laid, this unevenness is hidden and it becomes easy to walk on the floor finishing material 9.
[0047]
In addition, the members used for the waterproof structure of the balcony floor 44 are few types such as the groove mounting material 6, the waterproof material 7, and the cover material 8, and the members to be used have a simple structure and are manufactured. Easy to do and convenient.
Further, since the sealing material 95 is provided between the flange 62 of the groove mounting material 6 and the side edge of the waterproof material 7 and between the side edge of the waterproof material 7 and the cover material 8, this groove mounting. The waterproof performance between the flange 62 of the material 6 and the side edge of the waterproof material 7 and between the side edge of the waterproof material 5 and the cover material 8 is further improved, and the waterproof material 7 does not move.
[0048]
Moreover, even if the sealing material 95 deteriorates and the sealing material 95 is cracked during many years of use, the rainwater that enters through the crack falls into the recess of the groove mounting material 6, so that the base material 5 does not leak, and there is little rainwater entering from this crack. Therefore, even in heavy rain, the rainwater in the recess of the groove mounting member 6 does not overflow.
In the first embodiment, one protrusion 811 is provided, but two or more protrusions may be provided.
[0049]
