貯湯タンク(1)の上部に出湯路(13)を、また下部に水道水供給路をそれぞれ接続し、出湯路(13)を介して浴槽(2)及び浴槽(2)以外の台所等に水道水供給路からの水圧で給湯する給湯運転を行うことが可能な給湯装置であって、貯湯タンク(1)の上部の高温湯を、貯湯タンク(1)の下部に返流させる循環路(14)を設けると共に、この循環路(14)に上流側から順に循環ポンプ(18)と外部熱交換器(20)とを介設し、循環ポンプ(18)の駆動により外部熱交換器(20)において、高温水と浴槽(2)内の湯との熱交換を行う追い焚き運転を可能にし、また、上記循環路(14)における循環ポンプ(18)と外部熱交換器(20)との間の位置と上記出湯路(13)とを切換手段(S)を介して連結し、上記切換手段(S)の一方への切換時に、台所等への給湯の際に上記循環ポンプ(18)の駆動による給湯加圧運転を行うことを可能とし、上記切換手段(S)の他方への切換時に、上記追い焚き運転と共に、水道水供給路からの水圧により台所等へ給湯する給湯運転を行うことを可能としたことを特徴とする給湯装置。 The hot water storage tank (1) is connected to the top of the hot water supply passage (13) and the lower portion thereof is connected to the tap water supply passage.
