Description

The present invention relates to a laundry detergent composition. More specifically, the present invention relates to a laundry detergent composition that can suppress malodor when drying laundry clothes.

In recent years, in response to changes in lifestyle and residential environment, laundry clothes are often dried indoors. However, when laundry clothes are dried indoors, it takes time to dry, and the time for the clothes to be squeezed becomes longer, and there is a case where a freshly-smelling odor called “room-drying odor” occurs from the clothes. Yes, you may feel uncomfortable when wearing or using it. The components of this “room-dried odor” are “smell-like odors” such as medium-chain aldehydes, medium-chain alcohols and ketones, “sour odors” such as short-chain fatty acids and medium-chain fatty acids, and “raw smells” such as nitrogen compounds. It is a complex odor composed of sulfur compounds, and medium-chain fatty acids (7 to 9 carbon atoms) are reported to be the key components of a unique sour sweaty odor (Non-Patent Documents) 1).

The above-mentioned “room-dried odor” is considered to generate bad odors when microorganisms grow due to a minute amount of sebum or protein that cannot be removed by washing when laundry clothes are dried in a room. In order to suppress the generation of such bad odors, several proposals have been made regarding the incorporation of surfactants, antibacterial agents, and the like. For example, a detergent composition containing a surfactant, an ultraviolet absorber and an antibacterial agent (see Patent Document 1), a nonionic surfactant, an oil-absorbing carrier, a clay mineral and an antibacterial agent (patent) A cleaning composition containing a nonionic surfactant and a quaternary nitrogen-containing polymer (see Patent Document 3), a quaternary nitrogen-containing polymer, a cationic antibacterial compound and a surfactant Liquid detergent composition (see Patent Document 4), liquid detergent composition containing two specific cationic compounds and a nonionic surfactant (see Patent Document 5), surfactant and lytic activity A detergent composition containing an enzyme having a value of 80% or more and a casein decomposition specific activity of 90% or more (see Patent Document 6), a surfactant and an enzyme having fungal activity inhibitory action and soil degrading action Detergent group Such things (see Patent Document 7) it has been proposed.

フレグランスジャーナル,Vol.30,No.7, P.79−83,2002年Fragrance Journal, Vol. 30, no. 7, p. 79-83, 2002 特開平7−118696号公報Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 7-118696 特開平9−194899号公報JP-A-9-194899 特開2002−60787号公報Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2002-60787 特開2002−60788号公報Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2002-60788 特開2002−348593号公報JP 2002-348593 A 特開2003−119663号公報JP 2003-119663 A 特開2003−129088号公報JP 2003-129088 A

The conventionally proposed methods for suppressing the generation of bad odor after washing using the above-mentioned surfactants and antibacterial agents, etc., have some effects, but such as sebum and proteins that are nutrient sources for microorganisms The stain could not be completely removed, and the antibacterial effect was weakened with time .

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a laundry detergent composition that can effectively suppress bad odor generated when the laundry clothes are dried in the room, and is friendly to the global environment.

The present inventors have conducted intensive research to solve the above problems. First of all, one of the causes of the “drying odor” of laundry is caused by bacteria belonging to the genus Corynebacterium that adheres to the laundry and proliferates. It was thought that the occurrence of “dried room odor” could be suppressed by suppressing the growth of rice. Then, found a bio preservation over coacervation method of suppressing the proliferation of bacteria causing it i.e. odor-causing using a force of organisms. That is, by incorporating lactic acid bacteria wash濯用detergent inhibiting the growth of bacteria causing "room dry smell" occurs, thereby completing the present invention found that it is possible to effectively suppress generation of malodor .

Thus, the present invention is characterized in that it is produced by bacteria belonging to the genus Corynebacterium when laundry clothes are air-dried, characterized in that it contains live lactic acid bacteria in powder or capsule form as an active ingredient. As a result of the identification test, it was identified as a microorganism belonging to the genus Corynebacterium. This strain was designated as Corynebacterium HY-8.

Then, generation | occurrence | production of the room-drying odor was tried using Corynebacterium HY-8 stock | strain which belongs to the genus Corynebacterium, and type culture (Corynebacterium equi IFO3730, Corynebacterium glutamicum IAM12435). That is, 4 L of tap water and laundry detergent were added to 3 used towels, and they were washed by hand for 5 minutes and then drained. Further, it was rinsed 4 times with 4 L of tap water. This was manually squeezed to remove moisture, wrapped in a towel made of tubular filter paper, and placed in a 950 mL mayonnaise bottle. The lid was lightly covered with aluminum foil, sterilized by autoclave (120 ° C., 15 minutes), and allowed to stand overnight at room temperature. Three of these were prepared. To this was added 1 mL of a suspension of Corynebacterium HY-8 strain, Corynebacterium equi IFO3730, Corynebacterium glutamicum IAM12435, each normal agar slant culture monoplatinous ear in 10 mL of physiological saline, and 450 × 300 × 450. It was spread and dried in an acrylic sealed container of (W × D × H), and left still in a thermostatic bath at 30 ° C. for 3 days to keep it freshly dried. After standing for 3 days, a sensory evaluation was performed to confirm whether or not a “dry room odor” had occurred. As a result of sensory evaluation, it was found that all the strains generated room-dried odor, and room-drying odor was also generated in the genus Corynebacterium other than the room-drying odor-producing isolate, Corynebacterium HY-8. . Hereinafter, this Corynebacterium equi IFO3730 and Corynebacterium glutamicum IAM12435 were used as room-drying odor-producing bacteria.
