Claims (6)
- 互いに非平行な第1の光路と第2の光路と、
所定の経路に沿って移動可能な光反射面と、
前記光反射面を移動させる駆動装置と、
を備え、
前記光反射面は、前記第1の光路から光を受け取るとその光を前記第2の光路へ反射する第1の平面部と、前記第1平面部に接続された第2の平面部とを有しており、
前記駆動装置は、前記第1平面部と前記第2平面部とでエッジを形成する接続部が、前記第1の光路の光軸を横切って移動するよう前記光反射面を移動させ、
前記第2平面部は、前記第1平面部から時計回りまたは反時計回りに175°≦θ1<180°を満たす角度θ1を前記第1平面部との間に成している、
光部品。 - 前記第2平面部によって反射された光を受光する光導波路を更に備える請求項1に記載の光部品。
- 前記第1の光路に光学的に結合された光導波路および前記第2の光路に光学的に結合された光導波路の少なくとも一方をさらに備える請求項1に記載の光部品。
- 各々が互いに非平行な第1の光路と第2の光路からなる第1〜第n(nは2以上の整数)の光路対と、
所定の経路に沿って移動する第1〜第nの光反射面と、
第1〜第nの光反射面を移動させる第1〜第nの駆動装置と、
異なる特性を有する第1〜第nの成分光を含む多重光を前記第1〜第nの成分光に分解する光分解器と、
分解された前記第1〜第nの成分光を合成して多重光を再生する光合成器と、を備え、
分解された前記第k(kは1以上n以下の整数)の成分光は、前記第kの光路対の第1の光路を進行し、
前記第kの光反射面は、前記第kの光路対の第1の光路から前記第kの成分光を受け取るとその第kの成分光を前記第kの光路対の第2の光路へ反射する第1の平面部と、前記第1平面部に接続された第2の平面部とを有しており、
前記第kの駆動装置は、前記第kの光反射面の前記第1平面部と前記第2平面部とでエッジを形成する接続部が、前記第kの光路対の第1の光路の光軸を横切って移動するよう前記第kの光反射面を移動させ、
前記第2平面部は、前記第1平面部から時計回りまたは反時計回りに175°≦θ1<180°を満たす角度θ1を前記第1平面部との間に成しており、
前記光合成器は、前記第1〜第nの光路対の第2の光路をそれぞれ進行する前記第1〜第nの成分光を合成する、
光部品。 - 前記第1〜第nの成分光は、互いに異なる波長を有しており、
前記多重光は、前記第1〜第nの成分光を含む波長多重光であり、
前記光分解器は、前記波長多重光を前記第1〜第nの成分光に分波する光分波器であり、
前記光合成器は、前記第1〜第nの成分光を合波して波長多重光を生成する光合波器である、請求項4に記載の光部品。 - 前記第1の光路に光学的に結合された第1の光導波路と、
前記第2の光路に光学的に結合された第2の光導波路と、
前記第2の光導波路を出射し前記第2の平面部によって反射されて前記第1の光路及び第2の光路とは別の光路を進行した光を受光する第3の光導波路と、
を更に備える請求項1に記載の光部品。
