Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a packing structure for packing a pouch with a spout having a spout provided at one end of a pouch body in a box, and particularly to a packing structure for a filling pouch with a spout filled with contents.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, as shown in FIG. 3, the conventional filling pouch with a spout of this type is stored in a carton 100 with a partition 101 and the filling pouch 102 is set vertically or horizontally in a few bags. It was stored.
[0003]
The spouts 103 attached to the filling pouch 102 are positioned on the upper part of the standing filling pouch 102 and are arranged in a staggered manner so that the spouts 103 of the adjacent filling pouches 102 do not interfere with each other.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional packing structure, although the partition 101 is provided, the filling pouch 102 is stored in an upright position, so that the stability is poor, and when the carton 100 falls, the filling pouches 102 move greatly and interfere with each other. There is a problem that a large hydraulic pressure is applied to the seal portion on the side edge, and the bag is broken from the seal portion or the vicinity of the seal portion. In particular, in a material configuration having an easy-open function, easy-open portions such as weak materials and weak lines are easily torn, and bag breakage is extremely increased.
Moreover, even if the bag is not broken, it is locally broken by the hydraulic pressure to cause wrinkles, resulting in a decrease in appearance quality.
[0005]
Furthermore, in such a filling pouch with a spout, the spout 103 is bulky, so that the storage efficiency is poor and the carton size is increased. For example, in the example of FIG. 3, three filling pouches 102 are stored in a partitioned storage space, but at least two spouts 103 and a space for the thickness of the filling pouch 102 sandwiched between the spouts 103 are required, There was also a problem that the loading efficiency of pallet loading also deteriorated.
As another conventional technique, for example, a structure as described in Patent Document 1 is known.

[0006]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems of the prior art, and the object of the present invention is to prevent spattering of the filling pouch and generation of wrinkles even when dropped and a spout with high storage efficiency. An object of the present invention is to provide a packing structure for a self-filling pouch.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, in the present invention, a packing structure for a filling pouch with a spout that houses a large number of flexible filling pouches provided with a spout at one end of a pouch body filled with contents in a box. In
A plurality of pouches to be packed are grouped together in a predetermined number of three or more to form a plurality of pouch sets, and the pouch sets are stacked vertically in a box.
In the pouch set, each filling pouch is horizontally placed and arranged endlessly in a polygonal shape, the spout side end of each filling pouch is directed to the same side in the arrangement direction, and the spout is overlaid on the adjacent filling pouch. Assembling, the movement of each filling pouch is regulated by the step generated in the overlapping part of the filling pouch constituting the pouch set, and the impact on the spout is mitigated by the flexibility of the filling pouch. Features.
[0008]
In addition, the pouch group is arranged in a polygonal shape with each filling pouch as one side.
Furthermore, the partition member which partitions off the storage space of each pouch group is provided between the pouch groups.
The partition member includes a partition plate on which the pouch set is placed, and an interval holding member that holds an interval between storage spaces partitioned by the partition plate.
The pouch set is preferably configured in a quadrangular shape by four filled pouches.
[0009]
It is preferable that the spout is in a position offset to the left and right of one end of the pouch body, and the spout of the filling pouch is positioned inside when assembled as a pouch set.
The length of one side of the box is preferably larger than the length of the pouch by a predetermined dimension.
Further, the present invention is effective when the contents are liquid.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention will be described below based on the illustrated embodiments.
FIG. 1 schematically shows a packing structure for a filling pouch with a spout according to an embodiment of the present invention.
That is, the filling pouch 10 in which the spout 12 is provided at one end of the pouch body 11 filled with the contents is stored in a carton 20 as a box, and a predetermined number of three or more filling pouches 10 are packed. In the embodiment, a plurality of pouch sets 10P are configured in groups of four, and the pouch sets 10P are stacked vertically in the carton 20.
[0011]
In the pouch set 10P, the filling pouches 10 are arranged horizontally and endlessly so as to form one side of a square, the spout side ends of the filling pouches 10 are directed to the same side in the arrangement direction, and the spouts 12 are filled adjacently. The pouch 10 is assembled so as to overlap the pouch 10.
[0012]
The filling pouch 10 is a bag body in which two rectangular films are stacked and the periphery is thermally welded with a predetermined width to form a bag, and the contents are filled in the pouch body 11, and the spout 12 has left and right edges at one end in the longitudinal direction. It is attached to one corner portion 13 at a position biased to one side, in this embodiment. The spout 20 is a molded product and is bonded to the corner portion 13 by heat sealing.
[0013]
The filling pouch 10 can be applied to, for example, a pouch for enteral nutrition that directly administers a liquid nutrient to the digestive tract of a human body through a tube, and a pouch filled with various other contents. In the case of an enteral nutrient pouch, the anti-spout side end is suspended from a drip stand (not shown) and a tube is attached to the spout 12 via an adapter cap (not shown). An easy opening portion (not shown) such as a weak line for breaking the film is provided at the end on the side opposite to the spout, and water or the like can be supplied from the easy opening portion. The contents are not limited to liquids such as enteral nutrients, but include various substances such as fluidized ones, powders, and granular materials.
[0014]
The spout 12 is arranged so that the spout 12 of the filling pouch 10 is positioned inside the pouch set 10P when assembled as the pouch set 10P. In this way, the position where the spout 12 overlaps is closer to the center by a predetermined dimension from the end edge of each filling pouch 10, and the contact portion of the spout 12 swells with the contents, so that the spout 12 is reliably protected.
However, as shown in FIG. 2, the position of the spout 12 may be arranged so as to be positioned outside when assembled as a pouch set 10P. Moreover, it is good also as an arrangement | sequence with which the inward filling pouch and the outward filling pouch were mixed.
[0015]
The carton 20 is a box-shaped box with a square bottom wall 21 and four side walls 22 having a square cross section extending upward from four sides of the bottom wall. As the material of the carton, various materials such as paper and plastic can be applied.
[0016]
Between each pouch set 10P, the partition member 30 which partitions off each storage space 23 of each pouch set 10P is provided. The partition member 30 includes a square partition plate 31 on which the pouch set 10 </ b> P is placed, and an interval holding member 32 that maintains an interval between the storage spaces 23 partitioned by the partition plate 31. The shape of the partition plate 31 is substantially the same as the cross-sectional shape of the inner wall of the carton 20, and the spacing member 32 is fitted to the inner peripheral surface of the carton. Various materials such as paper and plastic can be applied to the partition member 30 as well.
[0017]
In this embodiment, the interval holding member 32 is configured to extend downward from the four sides of the partition plate 31 and the lower end contacts the side edge of the partition plate 31 of the lower partition member 30, but extends upward. The upper end may be in contact with the side edge of the partition plate 31 of the upper partition member 30. Further, the partition plate 31 and the spacing member 32 may be configured separately.
[0018]
The length of one side of the inner peripheral rectangle of the carton 20 is slightly larger than the length of the filling pouch 10 so that the filling pouch 10 can be smoothly stored.
Further, the short side of the filling pouch 10 is slightly smaller than half of the long side, and the dimensions are set so that a gap g is slightly formed in the center of the stored pouch set. However, the short side of the filling pouch 10 may be slightly larger than half of the long side.
[0019]
In the packing of the filling pouches 10, the four filling pouches 10 are alternately assembled in a cross-beam shape to form a pouch set 10 </ b> P, which is stored in the carton 20 and placed on the bottom surface of the carton 20. Next, the partition member 30 is put into the carton 20 and pushed in until the lower end of the spacing member 32 of the partition member 30 comes into contact with the bottom surface of the carton 20, and the next-stage pouch set 10P is placed thereon. The storing operation of the pouch set 10P is repeated and stacked in a predetermined stage, and then the lid is not shown to complete the packaging.
[0020]
Thus, since the four filling pouches 10 are alternately assembled in a cross-beam shape so that each filling pouch becomes one side of a quadrangle, a punch set 10P is formed, so that the filling pouch 10 constituting the spout set 10P even if the carton 20 falls. Regulate movement with each other and do not shift.
For example, in the left and right filling pouches 10 in FIG. 1A, the upper half of the right filling pouch 10 is above the upper filling pouch 10 and the upper half of the left filling pouch 10 is the upper filling pouch. 10, the lower half of the right filling pouch 10 is below the lower filling pouch 10 and the lower half of the left filling pouch 10 is above the lower filling pouch 10. The side edges that hit each other collide with each other at the central gap g, and movement to the left and right is restricted.
[0021]
In particular, since the filling pouch 10 is flexible and has a step in the overlapping portion, the movement of each filling pouch 10 is also restricted by this step. For example, the lower half of the left filling pouch 10 is restricted from moving to the right by the upper surface step portion 14a of the lower filling pouch that rides on the right filling pouch 10, and conversely the lower half of the right filling pouch 10. The movement of the portion to the left side is restricted by the lower surface step portion 14 b generated on the back side of the upper surface step portion 14 a of the lower filling pouch 10.
Since the upper and lower filling pouches 10 and 10 in the figure also have the same positional relationship as the left and right filling pouches 10 and 10 when rotated 90 degrees, they move by the same action as the left and right filling pouches 10 and 10 in the figure. Is regulated.
[0022]
Therefore, even when the carton 20 falls, the filling pouches 10 do not significantly interfere with each other, the pressure increase of the contents can be suppressed as much as possible, and the occurrence of broken bags and wrinkles can be prevented.
[0023]
Further, since the spout 12 is stacked on the adjacent filling pouch 10, the impact on the spout 12 is mitigated by the flexibility of the filling pouch 10, and the spout 12 can be prevented from being damaged. Further, the upper and lower storage spaces 23 of the pouch set 10P need only add the thickness of one filling pouch 10 and one spout 12 at most, and can increase the storage efficiency.
[0024]
[Other embodiments]
In the above-described embodiment, the pouch group has a cross beam shape in which four filling pouches 10 are assembled in a quadrilateral shape, but a configuration in which three filling pouches 10 are assembled in a triangular shape may be used, and five or more filling pouches 10 may be used. May be assembled into a corresponding number of polygonal shapes. Further, a configuration may be adopted in which two or more pouches are arranged in series on one side of the polygonal array.
Further, the filling pouch 10 has a flat pouch configuration as an example, but it can also be applied to a standing pouch configuration capable of self-supporting.
[0025]
【Example】
A laminate film was prepared by dry lamination of a 12 μm silica-deposited biaxially stretched polyester film, a 15 μm biaxially stretched nylon film, and a 70 μm polypropylene film using a polyurethane adhesive.
Next, the laminate films were overlapped with each other, and the peripheral edge was heat-sealed except for the corner portion to which the spout was attached, to prepare a three-side sealed flat pouch having a width of 150 mm and a length of 275 mm. Furthermore, a spout with an outer diameter of 29 mm was heat-sealed at the corner to create a pouch with a spout, and after filling 400 ml of liquid food, the opening was heat-sealed to create a filled pouch.
[0026]
The filling pouch filled with the above contents is placed horizontally as shown in FIG. 1, and a pouch set 10P is formed by alternately overlapping the other filling pouches 10 in a cross-beam pattern. The partition member 30 was provided for every stage by stacking, and a carton containing 3 stages and 12 bags was prepared.
[0027]
After the carton 30 containing 12 bags was stored in a refrigerator at 5 ° C. for 1 day, it dropped 10 times continuously from the bottom onto a concrete floor from a height of 1 m, and the presence and appearance of broken bags were confirmed.
As a result, as shown in Table 1, the packaging structure of the present invention had no bag breakage from the seal part and the spout part, and the change in appearance was very small. In addition, it was confirmed that the area of pallet stacking is small because the pouch storage efficiency is good.
[0028]
As shown in FIG. 3, the filling pouch with a spout produced in the comparative example was stood vertically with the spout facing sideways, and the spouts were alternately stacked on the left and right sides and stored horizontally, and partitioned every three bags. To make a carton with 12 bags. As a result of performing a drop test on this 12-bag carton under the same conditions as in the examples of the present invention, as shown in Table 1, the pouch was broken by the first and second drops, and the contents leaked.
In addition, the appearance of the bag was also locally traced from the wrinkles in the seal portion.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, a plurality of pouches to be packed are grouped together by a predetermined number of three or more to form a plurality of pouch sets, and the pouch sets are stacked in a box vertically. In the pouch set, each filling pouch is placed horizontally, each filling pouch is arranged in an endless shape in a polygonal shape, the spout side end of each filling pouch is directed to the same side in the arrangement direction, and the spouts are adjacent to each other. Therefore, even if the box falls, the impact on the spout is relieved by the flexibility of the filling pouch, and damage to the spout can be prevented.
In addition, since the bulky spout is stacked on the adjacent filling pouch, even if there are three or more filling pouches, the upper and lower storage spaces of the pouch set need only add up to the thickness of one filling pouch and one spout. , Storage efficiency can be increased.
[0031]
According to the invention described in claim 2, since the pouch group is arranged and assembled in a polygonal shape with each filling pouch as one side, the filling pouches constituting the pouch group support each other even if the box falls. There is no deviation. Therefore, there is no interference between the filling pouches as in the case of storing upright in the conventional manner, the pressure rise of the contents due to the interference between the filling pouches can be suppressed as much as possible, and the occurrence of bag breakage and wrinkles is generated Can be prevented.
[0032]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, since the partition member that partitions the storage space of each pouch set is provided between the pouch sets, the load of the upper pouch set is not applied to the lower pouch set, and the pouch set Can be stacked in any number of stages.
[0033]
According to invention of Claim 4, since the partition member is provided with the partition plate in which a pouch group is mounted, and the space | interval holding member which hold | maintains the space | interval between partition plates, the load of each pouch group is It can hold | maintain with a space | interval holding member.
[0034]
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, the pouch set is formed in a quadrangular shape by four filling pouches, so that the filling pouches can be assembled in a well-balanced manner.
[0035]
According to the invention described in claim 6, the spout is in a position offset to the left and right of one end of the pouch body, and when assembled as a pouch set, the spout of the filling pouch is positioned inside the pouch set. Is overlapped with the part swollen by the contents near the center from the edge of the filling pouch on the half spout side, so that the protection of the spout is ensured.
[0036]
According to the seventh aspect of the present invention, since the length of one side of the box is larger than the length of the filling pouch by a predetermined dimension, the filling pouch moves slightly and can absorb an impact when dropped.
The present invention is particularly effective when the contents are liquid as described in claim 8.
