Claims (3)
- 断面多角形の筒部とその両端の端部とを有し、筒部の各面にメッシュ部材を露出させるための開口部を有するバレルを回転自在に備えたバレルメッキ装置において、
バレルの筒部は矩形状の6つの面を周方向に有する断面6角形状を成し、6つの面のうち周方向の1番目と3番目と5番目の面にはn数(nは2以上の整数)の第1の開口部が仕切部を介して軸方向に設けられ、周方向の2番目と4番目と6番目の面にはn−1数の第2の開口部が仕切部を介して軸方向に設けられると共に第2の開口部よりも軸方向長さが短い第3の開口部がn−1数の第2の開口部の軸方向両側に1つ宛設けられており、周方向の1番目と3番目と5番目の面における仕切部の位置と周方向の2番目と4番目と6番目の面における仕切部の位置とが軸方向にずれている、
ことを特徴とするバレルメッキ装置。 - 各第1の開口部は互いに等しい大きさを有し、各第2の開口部は第1の開口部と等しい大きさを有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバレルメッキ装置。 - バレル内には複数本の電極棒を有する櫛形電極が設けられていて、各電極棒の先端が筒部の各面に存する仕切部と向き合わないように配置されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のバレルメッキ装置。
