Description

The present invention mainly relates to an agricultural product placing table on which the agricultural product is placed at the time of selecting the agricultural product.

Conventionally, when selecting produce according to its quality, etc., the produce is placed on a placing table such as a bread or a tray, and the placing table is placed on a conveying device to A method of conveying from the supplied upstream side to the downstream side and selecting in the middle is generally known. Thus, when transporting the mounting table on which agricultural products are mounted by the transfer device, the mounting tables collide with each other due to variations in the moving speed of the mounting table, and a collision sound is generated, or the mounting table is There is a risk that an impact may be applied in the traveling direction and the agricultural products placed on the mounting table may be damaged.

In order to protect the conveyed object from the impact caused by the collision between the mounting tables as described above, generally, for example, as disclosed in Patent Document 1, by providing a soft material in the traveling direction of the mounting table, There is known one that can mitigate an impact that occurs when the mounting tables collide in the traveling direction.
JP 11-342944 A

However, at the time of selection of agricultural products, by applying force from the side to the mounting table moving on the transport device, the agricultural products are sorted into different lanes on the transport device according to the quality, shape, etc. In addition, as described above, not only the impact in the traveling direction of the mounting table but also the impact in other directions may be applied to the mounting table on which the agricultural products are placed.

For this reason, in the case of an agricultural product mounting table, it is necessary to reduce the impact noise and prevent the agricultural product from being damaged by reducing the impact applied from the side as well as the conveying direction.

The present invention has been made in view of such a point, and the object of the present invention is to devise the arrangement structure of the cushioning material in the mounting table on which the agricultural products are mounted, and to the mounting table on the side. It is to be able to alleviate the impact applied from all directions of 360 degrees as well.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, in the agricultural product mounting table according to the present invention, an annular buffer member surrounding the entire periphery of the side portion is provided, and the impact in all directions applied to the mounting table from the side is similarly applied. I was able to relax.

Specifically, the invention of claim 1 is based on an agricultural product placing table on which agricultural products are placed and conveyed on a conveying device. And it is equipped with the mounting part in which the said agricultural product is mounted, and the support stand which supports the said mounting part from the downward direction, A buffer member is provided with respect to this support stand so that the side of the said support stand may be enclosed. It is assumed that it is elastically supported by the elastic member.

With this configuration, since the buffer member elastically supported by the elastic member with respect to the support base is disposed so as to surround the side of the support base constituting the mounting base for mounting the agricultural products, the mounting base When an impact caused by a collision between each other or an impact from the transfer device is applied to the side of the mounting table, the impact can be absorbed by the elastic deformation of the buffer member and the elastic member, and a collision occurs at the time of the collision. While reducing a sound, the agricultural products mounted on the mounting table can be protected.

That is, it is possible to realize an agricultural product mounting table that can reduce impact sound and prevent damage to agricultural products due to the impact from the side, regardless of the direction of the impact applied to the mounting table from the side.

Further, the support base, the two upper and lower members, during which, as the upper and lower two spaces communicating through a hole provided in the partitioned and the intermediate wall by an intermediate wall extending in the transverse direction is formed it in combination with the cushioning member, wherein the junction of the upper and lower members of the support base side they are disposed so as to cover the entire circumference, two of said elastic member is vertically the junction It is assumed that they are respectively arranged over the entire side surface of the support base.

As a result, the upper and lower two members are combined to form the upper and lower two spaces inside the support base, so that the support base can be reduced in weight and the upper and lower members on the side surface of the support base can be reduced. Since the joint portion is covered with the buffer member and the elastic member that elastically supports the buffer member, and is blocked from the outside, for example, a cleaning liquid or the like when cleaning the mounting table is inserted into the space of the support base through the joint portion. It is possible to prevent intrusion into the part. This makes it possible to reduce the weight of the support table and prevent the propagation of germs caused by the entry of moisture or the like into the space , thereby keeping the table on which agricultural products are placed more clean.

By the way, in general, when a mounting table is placed on a transport device and transported, the mounting table comes into contact with another mounting table or a guide provided in a transport path of the transport device, and frictional force at the contact portion. As a result, the movement of the mounting table is hindered and the mounting table may not be smoothly conveyed.

On the other hand, by setting the coefficient of friction of the outer peripheral surface of the buffer member provided on the side of the support table that constitutes the mounting table to a predetermined value or less (the invention of claim 2 ), the buffer member can be replaced with another mounting table. Even when it comes into contact with the guide or the like of the transport device, it is possible to prevent the movement of the mounting table from being hindered by the frictional force generated at that time. Therefore, the mounting table can be smoothly moved on the transfer device, and the transfer efficiency of the mounting table can be improved.

Here, the friction coefficient of the outer peripheral surface of the buffer member is less than a predetermined value is at least smaller than the friction coefficient of the surface of an elastic material such as rubber, and even when the buffer member comes into contact with another mounting table or the like It means a coefficient of friction that prevents the movement of the mounting table by force.

According to the invention of claim 1, since the buffer member is provided so as to surround the side of the produce mounting table, it is possible to absorb the impact in all directions applied to the mounting table from the side. In addition, the damage of agricultural products due to impact can be surely prevented.

In addition , since the buffer member and the elastic member are disposed so as to block the joint portion between the upper and lower members constituting the support base having the upper and lower space portions from the outside, the weight of the support base is reduced and the cavity is reduced. It is possible to prevent moisture from entering the part, and to keep the mounting table more clean.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the outer peripheral surface of the buffer member is made low in friction, it becomes possible to smoothly transport the mounting table even when the buffer member comes into contact with another mounting table or the like. The efficiency of fruit work can be improved.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. Note that the following description of the embodiment is merely illustrative in nature, and does not mean that the present invention, its application, or its use is limited.

FIG. 1 shows a schematic configuration of an agricultural product placing table 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention, and this agricultural product placing table 1 has an agricultural product, in particular, small and light agricultural products such as strawberries and cherry tomatoes. For example, when selecting produce according to quality or size, the produce is used when the produce is moved on a transport device (not shown). In general, the transport device is provided with guides for smoothly moving the mounting table on both sides of the transport path, so that the quality of agricultural products on the mounting table transported by the transport device can be improved. Accordingly, the agricultural products are selected by applying a force to the side of the mounting table and moving the mounting table to a predetermined lane.

As shown in FIG.1 and FIG.2, the said agricultural produce mounting base 1 is comprised by the mounting part 11 in which the agricultural product 15 is mounted, and the support stand 12 which supports this mounting part 11 from the downward direction, Through holes 11a and 12a penetrating the substantially central portion in the vertical direction in a plan view are formed, and a bowl shape that is depressed toward the central portion. The agricultural product 15 is placed on the upper surface of the depressed portion. It has come to be. Further, the bottom surface of the mounting table 1 is formed in a substantially flat surface so as to be placed on the transport device. The mounting table 1 is formed according to the type and size of the agricultural product 15 to be mounted.

The mounting portion 11 is formed in a substantially circular shape in plan view, and a through hole 11a communicating with a through hole 12a of a support base 12 described later is provided in the center portion thereof. It is formed in a bowl shape recessed toward the through-hole 11a, and its inclined surface is a mounting surface 11b on which the agricultural product 15 is mounted. As a result, even small and light agricultural products (for example, strawberries and cherry tomatoes) and complex agricultural products (for example, strawberries) can be stably mounted on the mounting surface 11b. And the outer edge part 11c is formed in the outer peripheral part of the said mounting part 11, and the inner edge part 11d is formed in the periphery of the said through-hole 11a, respectively, and this outer edge part 11c and Insertion portions 11g and 11h formed in the inner edge portion 11d are engaged with engagement grooves 13d and 14e formed in the support base 12, respectively.

Moreover, the said mounting part 11 consists of resin (for example, silicone) etc. as an elastic member, and when the agricultural product 15 is mounted on it, it elastically deforms below according to the weight. . In particular, when silicone is used as the material for the mounting portion 11, the secular change is small, so that it can be used for a long period of time, has excellent heat resistance and moisture resistance, and has excellent advantages such as flexibility and water repellency. .

The placement surface 11b is made of a soft resin (for example, low-hardness soft silicone) or the like, and a plurality of protrusions 11e concentrically in a plan view (stepped in a cross-sectional view) on the placement surface 11b. , 11e,... Are formed. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the mounting surface 11b includes four grooves 11f, 11f,... That extend radially from the inner edge portion 11d of the mounting portion 11 toward the outer edge portion 11c. It is formed so as to have a substantially ten-letter shape as viewed. Note that the number of the grooves 11f may be three so as to be substantially Y-shaped in plan view.

As described above, by providing the plurality of grooves 11f on the placement surface 11b, when the agricultural product placement table 1 is washed, water droplets and the like on the placement surface 11b pass through the plurality of grooves 11f. It can be dropped from the hole 11a, and water droplets remaining on the mounting surface 11b can be prevented. By doing so, dirt such as mud adhering to the placement surface 11b on which the agricultural products are placed can be easily removed by washing, and water drops etc. on the placement surface 11b after washing are also released to the outside. It can be easily discharged and the mounting surface 11b can be kept clean.

Further, the placement surface 11b is subjected to antibacterial processing with an antibacterial agent, and the antibacterial action of the antibacterial agent allows the placement surface 11b to be maintained in a sterile state.

The outer edge portion 11c is made of a resin that is harder than the mounting surface 11b (for example, medium-hard hard silicone) or the like, and is formed to be thicker than the portion of the mounting surface 11, The outer diameter of the outer edge portion 11c, that is, the outer diameter of the mounting portion 11 is formed to be slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the upper case 13 of the support base 12 described later. The outer edge portion 11c is provided with an insertion portion 11g that protrudes downward over the entire circumference, and the insertion portion 11g is inserted into an engagement groove 13d of the upper case 13 described later. It has become.

The inner edge portion 11d is made of the same material as the outer edge portion 11c, and, like the outer edge portion 11c, has a higher hardness than the placement surface 11b, and is more than the portion of the placement surface 11b. It is formed to increase the wall thickness. An inner diameter of the inner edge portion 11d, that is, a diameter of the through hole 11a is formed smaller than a diameter of a through hole 12a of the support base 12 described later. Further, the inner edge portion 11d is provided with an insertion portion 11h extending downward over the entire circumference, and the insertion portion 11h is inserted into an engagement groove 14e of the lower case 14 described later. It is like that.

Here, as described above, the outer edge portion 11c and the inner edge portion 11d are made of a resin harder than the mounting surface 11b (for example, hard silicone having a medium hardness), etc. Once the insertion portions 11g and 11h formed integrally with 11c and the inner edge portion 11d are engaged with the engagement grooves 13d and 14e, they cannot be easily removed from the engagement grooves 13d and 14e. Yes.

When the agricultural product 15 is placed on the placement portion 11 formed as described above, the placement surface 11b is deformed so as to sink downward depending on the weight of the agricultural product 15. In the agricultural product mounting table 1 of the present embodiment, when a small and light agricultural product or a agricultural product having a complicated shape is mounted, the vibration applied to the agricultural product 15 during transportation is absorbed by elastic deformation downward of the mounting surface 11b. Thus, it is possible to prevent misalignment of the agricultural product 15 with respect to the mounting table 1 and to stably place the agricultural product 15. In addition, the impact in the vertical direction applied to the agricultural product 15 during transportation can be reduced, and damage to the agricultural product 15 can be prevented.

Moreover, the agricultural products 15 can be stopped without slipping by the projections 11e formed on the mounting surface 11b, and can be stably mounted on the mounting portion 11 during transportation. Moreover, since the protrusion 11e is pressed and deformed by the agricultural product 15, the contact area with the agricultural product 15 is increased, and the pressure applied to the placement surface 11b is reduced. That is, the force received by the mounting surface 11b can be dispersed, and even when a small and light agricultural product or a complex agricultural product is placed, the vibration applied to the agricultural product 15 during transportation is more effectively absorbed, Misalignment and the like can be prevented, and the agricultural product 15 can be placed more stably.

The support base 12 is formed by combining an upper case 13 and a lower case 14 that are respectively arranged on the upper and lower sides, and supports the mounting portion 11 from below. The through-hole 12a is provided substantially at the center in plan view. Is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape. The through hole 12a communicates with the through hole 11a of the mounting portion 11 located above, and the upper portion of the through hole 12a has a substantially truncated cone shape in which the upper part becomes smaller. In addition, as the material of the support base 12, it is preferable to use polypropylene having excellent heat resistance, moisture resistance, workability, and impact resistance, such as a light-impermeable hard resin (for example, polypropylene).

Further, a cylindrical member 18 (buffer member) elastically supported by O-rings 19 and 19 (elastic members) is disposed on the side surface of the support base 12, which will be described in detail later. The impact when colliding with a mounting table or a transfer device can be reduced.

The lower case 14 includes a bottom surface 14b that serves as a bottom surface of the support base 12, an outer peripheral wall 14c that is bent upward from an outer peripheral end of the bottom surface 14b and forms a part of the outer peripheral wall of the support base 12, and the bottom surface The inner peripheral wall 14d is bent upward from the inner peripheral end of 14b and constitutes the through hole 12a. And the engaging groove 14e with which the insertion part 11h of the said mounting part 11 engages is provided in the upper end part of the said inner peripheral wall 14d over the perimeter of this inner peripheral wall 14d.

At the upper end of the outer peripheral wall 14c, a convex portion 14f that fits into a concave portion 13e of the upper case 13 described later is provided so as to protrude inward over the entire inner periphery of the outer peripheral wall 14c. On the other hand, a protrusion 14g is formed at the lower end so as to protrude outward over the entire outer periphery of the outer peripheral wall 14c.

The upper case 13 is disposed between the mounting portion 11 and the lower case 14 and is configured to connect both. Specifically, the upper case 13 includes an outer peripheral wall 13b that forms a part of the outer peripheral wall of the support base 12 by engaging the mounting portion 11 in the upper portion and the lower case 14 in the lower portion. And an intermediate wall 13c that protrudes inward from the outer peripheral wall 13b and abuts against the lower case 14 and the mounting portion 11 at a peripheral edge portion of a through hole formed in the center portion.

At the upper end of the outer peripheral wall 13b, an engaging groove 13d that opens upward is formed over the entire circumference of the outer peripheral wall 13b, and the insertion portion 11g of the mounting portion 11 is engaged. ing. The width of the engaging groove 13d is formed to be slightly smaller than the thickness of the insertion portion 11g in a state where it is not engaged with the engaging groove 13d. Thus, when the insertion portion 11g is engaged with the engagement groove 13d by making the width of the engagement groove 13d slightly smaller than the thickness of the insertion portion 11g of the mounting portion 11, the insertion groove The portion 11g is elastically deformed in the thickness direction and is held in the engagement groove 13d.

Further, the lower end portion of the outer peripheral wall 13b is provided with an extending portion 13f extending downward, and the outer periphery of the extending portion 13f is fitted with the convex portion 14f of the lower case 14. A recess 13e is formed over the entire circumference. In addition, the outer diameter of the extending portion 13f is equal to the inner diameter of the outer peripheral wall 14c of the lower case 14 where the convex portion 14f is formed. Thereby, the extending portion 13f of the outer peripheral wall 13b can be fitted inside the upper end portion of the outer peripheral wall 14c of the lower case 14, and the upper case 13 and the lower case 14 can be integrated. it can.

Further, a flange-like protruding portion 13g that protrudes outward is formed on the outer periphery of the lower end portion of the outer peripheral wall 13b, and the protruding height thereof corresponds to the lower case 14 and the upper case 13 In such a state, the height of the lower case 14 protrudes outward from the outer peripheral surface of the outer peripheral wall 14c. As will be described in detail later, in a state where the upper case 13 and the lower case 14 are combined, a cylindrical member 18 is disposed between the protruding portions 13g and 14g formed on the outer peripheral walls 13b and 14c, respectively. It is installed.

The intermediate wall 13c is formed in a bowl shape that is recessed toward a through-hole formed in the central portion thereof, and the lower surface of the inner peripheral portion is in contact with the upper end surface of the inner peripheral wall 14d of the lower case 14 Yes. The distance between the inner peripheral edge of the intermediate wall 13c and the upper end of the inner peripheral wall 14d of the lower case 14 described above is the thickness of the insertion portion 11h of the placement portion 11 in a state where it is not inserted into the engagement groove 14e. Is smaller than That is, as shown in FIG. 1, when the engaging groove 14e is partially narrowed and the insertion portion 11h is inserted into the engagement groove 14e, the insertion portion 11h is moved in the thickness direction. The insertion portion 11h is held in the engagement groove 14e by being elastically deformed.

By configuring the intermediate wall 13c as described above, the space formed by the mounting portion 11, the upper case 13, and the lower case 14 is partitioned in the vertical direction, and the space portions 16, 17 are formed. Then, gel material (for example, urethane resin, silicone) is injected into the space 16 from a plurality of injection ports 13h, 13h,... Provided at equal intervals in the circumferential direction on the inner peripheral side of the intermediate wall 13c. Thereafter, the gel material is thermally cured. As described above, by placing the gel material in the space portion 16, when the agricultural product is placed on the placement surface 11b, the placement surface 11b and the gel material are deformed according to the weight of the farm product. In addition, even when vibration during transportation is applied to the agricultural product, the gel material or the like is deformed according to the vertical movement or the movement in the front / rear / left / right direction, so that the vibration during transportation can be effectively absorbed. The agricultural product 15 can be stably placed on the agricultural product placing table 1.

In addition, you may make it use the foamed resin with a high attenuation | damping effect instead of a gel material, or precool the agricultural product mounting base 1 using a cooling gel, and by the livestock cooling effect | action of a gel material, produce 15 A cooling effect may be obtained during transportation.

Moreover, as shown in FIG. 3, it is good also as a cavity, without inject | pouring a gel material into the said space part 16. As shown in FIG. In this case, the spaces 16 and 17 communicate with each other through a plurality of apertures 13i, 13i,... Provided at equal intervals in the circumferential direction on the inner peripheral side of the intermediate wall 13c. Outflow and inflow of air is possible only through the restriction 13i.

With this configuration, when the agricultural product 15 is placed on the placement surface 11b, the placement surface 11b is depressed downward according to the weight of the produce 15, and due to the elastic deformation of the placement surface 11b. The volume of the space portion 16 decreases, and the air in the space portion 16 flows out to the space portion 17 through the throttle 13i. Then, when upward vibration is applied to the agricultural product 15 due to vibration during transportation or the like, air flows from the space portion 17 into the space portion 16, while when downward vibration is applied, Air flows out from the space 16 to the space 17. At this time, since the amount of air moving between the space portions 16 and 17 is limited by the throttle 13i, in particular, it can effectively absorb low-frequency and large-amplitude vibration during transportation, and produce 15 can be stably placed on the produce placing table 1. Note that high-frequency and small-amplitude vibrations can be effectively absorbed by the elastic deformation of the mounting surface 11b made of a soft resin.

Therefore, when the space portion 16 is hollow, the so-called air damper effect of the space portions 16 and 17 can stably prevent damage to small and light agricultural products or agricultural products having complicated shapes due to vibration during transportation. Can be placed.

Further, as described above, by providing the space portions 16 and 17 in the support base 12, the weight of the support base 12 can be reduced.

Next, the cylindrical member 18 and the O-rings 19 and 19 disposed on the side surface of the support base 12, which are characteristic portions of the present invention, will be described.

As shown in FIG. 1, the cylindrical member 18 has a height dimension of protrusions 13 g formed on the outer peripheral walls 13 b and 14 c of the upper case 13 and the lower case 14, respectively. , 14g, or slightly smaller. The cylindrical member 18 is disposed between the projecting portions 13g and 14g, and the outer peripheral surface 18a of the cylindrical member 18 is positioned outward from the projecting portions 13g and 14g. The O-rings 19 and 19 are elastically supported with respect to the support base 12.

In this way, when impact is applied to the produce mounting table 1 from the side by colliding with another mounting table or a guide of the transfer device, or by applying a force from the side when selecting the produce. Due to the elastic deformation of the cylindrical member 18 in the radial direction and the elastic deformation of the O-rings 19, 19, the impact in all directions applied to the agricultural product mounting table 1 from the side can be reduced.

Further, the friction coefficient of the outer peripheral surface 18a of the cylindrical member 18 is at least smaller than the friction coefficient of the surface of an elastic material such as rubber, and the cylindrical member 18 is a part of another mounting table or a conveying device. Even if it touches etc., the frictional force which arises in that case does not become the hindrance of the movement of the agricultural product mounting base 1. FIG. The cylindrical member 18 may be made of resin or metal as long as the coefficient of friction of the outer peripheral surface 18a is relatively small.

The O-rings 19, 19 are disposed so as to elastically support the upper end and the lower end of the cylindrical member 18 with respect to the support base 12, respectively, and the outer walls 13 b of the upper case 13 and the lower case 14, It is located above and below the joint 12b of 14c. That is, a space that is liquid-tightly sealed by the O-rings 19 and 19 and the cylindrical member 18 is formed on the outer peripheral side of the support base 12, and the joint portion 12b is positioned so as to face this space. Yes. By this structure, the said joining part 12b can be interrupted | blocked from the outside with the said cylindrical member 18 and O-rings 19 and 19, for example, when the agricultural product mounting base 1 is washed, moisture etc. pass through this joining part 12b. Intrusion into the space portion 17 (hollow portion) in the support base 12 can be prevented. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the weight by providing the space portion 17 in the support base 12, and to prevent the propagation of germs caused by the ingress of moisture into the space portion 17, thereby keeping the agricultural product placing table 1 more clean. it can.

Further, as described above, the cylindrical member 18 is elastically supported with respect to the support base 12 at two points, that is, an upper end portion and a lower end portion, and a space is provided between the cylindrical member 18 and the support base 12. Thereby, the elastic deformation of the cylindrical member 18 in the radial direction can be facilitated, and the impact caused by the collision can be more effectively mitigated.

The upper and lower end portions of the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical member 18 are respectively formed with grooves to be engaged with the O-rings 19 and 19, and also on the side surface of the support base 12. It is preferable to form a groove in the portion where the O-rings 19 and 19 are located to improve the sealing performance by the O-rings 19 and 19.

Therefore, according to the present embodiment, when an impact is applied to the agricultural product mounting table 1 from the side, the tubular member 18 disposed on the entire circumference of the side of the supporting table 12 of the agricultural product mounting table 1 and Due to the elastic deformation of the O-rings 19, 19, the impact in all directions applied to the agricultural product mounting table 1 from the side can be reduced, and the impact sound generated at the time of collision is reduced, and the agricultural product mounting table 1 is mounted. It can protect the agricultural products placed from the impact.

And since the friction coefficient of the outer peripheral surface of the said cylindrical member 18 is small, even when it contacts another mounting base etc., the movement of the said agricultural produce mounting base 1 is not prevented by the frictional force which arises at that time, and is smooth The carrying table 1 can be transported to improve the efficiency of the agricultural product selection operation.

(Other embodiments)
The configuration of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, but includes various other configurations. That is, in the above-described embodiment, the cylindrical member 18 disposed on the side surface of the support base 12 is elastically supported by the two O-rings 19 and 19. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the number of O-rings is changed. Alternatively, the cylindrical member 18 may be supported by an elastic member other than the ring shape .

Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the agricultural product mounting base 1 is made into the substantially circular shape by planar view, you may make it not only this but a square.

As described above, the agricultural product mounting table of the present invention can alleviate the impact applied in all directions on the side and can prevent damage to the agricultural product due to the impact. This is especially useful when
