本発明は、タイヤストッパーを車両に収納する装置に関し、更に詳しくは、タイヤストッパーの出し入れを容易にし、かつ耐久性を向上するようにしたタイヤストッパー収納装置に関する。

消防車やトラック等の車両は、停車時における不慮の移動を防止するためにタイヤストッパーを搭載し、これらタイヤストッパーを車体の外部等に収納している。

上記目的を達成する本発明のタイヤストッパー収納装置は、車体に対して上下方向に設けた壁面に門形の枠体を取り付け、該門形の枠体にタイヤストッパーのタイヤ当接面を有する前部側を差し込むようにしたタイヤストッパー収納装置において、前記壁面の前記タイヤストッパー後部位置の上方側、前記壁面から斜め下方に起伏自在に突出する保持板をスプリング蝶番を介して取り付けると共に、該スプリング蝶番の弾性回復力により突出側に付勢するようにしたことを特徴とするものである。

このように壁面のタイヤストッパー後部位置に枠体に向けて起伏自在な保持板を設けたので、該保持板の倒伏状態でタイヤストッパーの出し入れを簡単に行うことができ、起立状態でタイヤストッパーを確実に保持することができる。また、保持板は金属等の劣化しにくい材料から構成することが可能であるので、長期間にわたる反復的な使用に対して耐久性を十分に確保することができる。

図1〜図3は本発明の実施形態からなるタイヤストッパー収納装置を示すものである。図1及び図2に示すように、本実施形態のタイヤストッパー収納装置は、車体Bに取り付けた支持台1を介して設置されている。支持台1は上下方向に延長する壁面2を有し、この壁面2にタイヤストッパー10を挿入するための帯状の枠体3が設けられている。
