Claims (3)
- それぞれ車輪を駆動する複数のモータに接続されるとともに、直流電源に対して並列に接続された複数のインバータと、
複数のインバータのそれぞれでの電流検出値に基づいて、複数のインバータの一部のインバータで過電流が発生したか否かを判定する判定手段と、
一部のインバータに過電流が発生した場合に、駆動するインバータとして、過電流の発生がなかったインバータを選択する選択手段と、
インバータを制御するインバータ駆動制御手段と、を備え、
インバータ駆動制御手段は、一部のインバータに過電流が発生し、その過電流の発生前に過電流の発生したことが所定回数未満である場合に、すべてのインバータの駆動を停止させるとともに、すべてのモータに関する、モータの発生可能な最大トルクに対するモータの許可最大トルク指令値の割合である、モータ負荷率を低下させた後、すべてのインバータの駆動を再開させ、一部のインバータに過電流が発生し、その過電流の発生前に過電流の発生したことが所定回数以上である場合に、すべてのインバータの駆動を停止させた後、複数のインバータのうち、選択されたインバータのみの駆動を再開させ、選択されたインバータに対応するモータの駆動を再開させることにより、車輪が駆動されるようにすることを特徴とする電動車両。 - 請求項1に記載の電動車両において、
インバータ駆動制御手段は、一部のインバータに過電流が発生した場合に、すべてのモータに関するモータ負荷率を低下させるものであり、かつ、一部のインバータに過電流が発生し、その過電流発生前のモータ負荷率の制限済み回数が所定制限済み回数未満である場合に、その過電流の発生前の過電流発生回数が所定回数未満である場合として、すべてのインバータの駆動を停止させるとともに、すべてのモータに関するモータ負荷率を低下させた後、すべてのインバータの駆動を再開させ、一部のインバータに過電流が発生し、その過電流発生前のモータ負荷率の制限済み回数が所定制限済み回数以上である場合に、その過電流の発生前の過電流発生回数が所定回数以上である場合として、すべてのインバータの駆動を停止させた後、複数のインバータのうち、選択されたインバータのみの駆動を再開させ、選択されたインバータに対応するモータの駆動を再開させることにより、車輪が駆動されるようにすることを特徴とする電動車両。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の電動車両において、

サンギヤとリングギヤとの間にピニオンギヤを噛合させた遊星歯車機構部と、
エンジンと、
車輪側に動力を出力する出力軸と、を備え、
サンギヤに第1モータジェネレータが連結され、
ピニオンギヤを支持する部材にエンジンの回転軸が連結され、
リングギヤに、第2モータジェネレータにより補助動力が付与される出力軸が連結され、
選択手段は、第1モータジェネレータ用インバータおよび第2モータジェネレータ用インバータの一方のインバータに過電流が発生した場合で、その過電流の発生前に過電流の発生したことが所定回数以上である場合に駆動を再開するインバータとして、第1モータジェネレータ用インバータおよび第2モータジェネレータ用インバータの他方のインバータを選択することを特徴とする電動車両。
