Description

【0001】

The head portion 31 is inserted into the large-diameter hole portion 21a until it hits the bottom surface. In addition, the head portion 31 is prevented from coming off upward by a stopper pin 24 provided on the base portion 21. As a result, the support shaft 3 is fixed to the base 21. The shaft portion 32 passes through the small diameter hole portion 21b and extends downward of the rail R.
[0011]
The housing 4 is detachably attached to the door plate P via the attachment member 5. Therefore, first, the fixing structure for the mounting member 5 and the door plate P will be described. An accommodation recess P3 is formed at the upper left corner of the door plate P, that is, at the intersection of the upper surface P1 and the left side surface P2. The housing recess P3 has a substantially rectangular cross section as shown in FIG. The width | variety in the front-back direction of the accommodation recessed part P3 is narrower than the width | variety of the doorplate P, and the accommodation recessed part P3 is arrange | positioned in the center part in the front-back direction of the doorplate P. Accordingly, both side portions in the front-rear direction of the housing recess P3 are closed by the substantial portion of the door plate P located on both sides thereof. On the other hand, the upper part and the left side part of the accommodation recessed part P3 are open | released outside from the upper surface P1 and the left side surface P2 of the doorplate P, respectively.
[0012]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 9 , the attachment member 5 is substantially “L” -shaped by a vertical portion 51 extending vertically and a horizontal portion 52 extending horizontally from the lower end portion of the vertical portion 51 to the left. Is formed. The attachment member 5 is fixed by screws B in a state where the back surface of the vertical portion 51 and the lower surface of the horizontal portion 52 are brought into contact with the side surface on the back side extending vertically and the lower surface extending horizontally, respectively. . A stopper piece 53 is formed at the upper end portion of the surface facing the left side of the vertical portion 51. On the other hand, the horizontal portion 52 is formed with a guide groove 54 extending from the tip of the horizontal portion 52 to the vertical portion 51. Support protrusions 55 extending horizontally along the guide groove 54 are formed at the upper ends of both side surfaces of the guide groove 54, respectively.
[0013]
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, the housing 4 has a hollow box shape and has an outer shape that is substantially the same as a space defined by the housing recess P <b> 3 and the mounting member 5. Therefore, the housing 4 can be inserted into the receiving recess P3 from either the left open portion or the upper open portion. In this embodiment, the housing 4 is horizontally inserted into the receiving recess P3 from the left open portion. It is supposed to be inserted.
[0014]
The housing 4 is constructed by fixing together two halves 4A arranged to face each other, and 4B in fixing means such as adhesion. The two halves 4A and 4B have a shape in which the housing 4 is divided into two at the center in the front-rear direction, except for the left side. On the left side of the half body 4A, a shielding wall portion 41 that protrudes toward the half body 4B is formed. The outer surface facing the left side of the shielding wall portion 41 constitutes the entire left side surface 4a of the housing 4, and the shape of the shielding wall portion 41 when the shielding wall portion 41 is viewed from the left side to the right side is an accommodation recess. It has the same shape as P3 and housing 4. Moreover, the outer surface facing the left side of the shielding wall portion 41, that is, the left side surface 4a of the housing 4 is the left side surface of the door plate P3 when the housing 4 is inserted to the predetermined mounting position of the housing recess P3 and attached to the mounting member 5. It is located on the same plane as P1. Therefore, when the housing 4 is attached to the attachment member 5, the shielding wall portion 41 shields the left end open portion of the housing recess P3. As a result, the inside of the accommodation recess P3 and the housing 4 is adapted to be蔽shielding by the shielding wall portion 41. On the other hand, on the upper part of the left end portion of the half body 4B, two locking plate portions 42, 42 adjacent in the vertical direction are formed. As shown in FIGS. 1, 4, and 5, the two locking plate portions 42, 42 are formed on the shielding wall portion 41 toward the proximal end side (from the end surface on the half body 4 </ b> B side). The housing groove 41a is inserted from the open end.
[0015]
As shown in FIG. 8, a narrow portion 43 is formed in the lower right portion of the housing 4. The narrow portion 43 is inserted into the guide groove 54. Support grooves 44 extending horizontally from the right end surface of the housing 4 to the left are formed on the upper portions of both side surfaces of the narrow portion 43. A support protrusion 55 is inserted into the support groove 44. As a result, the housing 4 is connected to the mounting member 5 so as not to be movable in the vertical direction, and is thus connected to the door plate P so as not to be movable in the vertical direction. In this state, the upper surface 4b of the housing 4 is located on the same plane as the upper surface P1 of the door plate P. As shown in FIGS. 1, 3, and 8 , an engagement recess 45 is formed at the intersection of the upper surface 4 b and the right side surface 4 c of the housing 4. A stopper piece 53 of the mounting member 5 is inserted into the engagement recess 45, and the tip end surface of the stopper piece 53 abuts against the left end surface of the engagement recess 45. Thereby, the positioning in the left-right direction with respect to the housing recess P3 of the housing 4 is made, and the position of the housing 4 at this time is the mounting position. When the housing 4 is located at the mounting position, the left side surface 4a of the housing 4 is located on the same plane as the left side surface P2 of the door plate P as described above.
[0016]
A locking mechanism 6 is provided between the housing 4 and the attachment member 5 in order to lock the housing 4 in the receiving recess P3 so as to be detachable. The locking mechanism 6 has an engaging member 61 provided at the lower left end portion inside the housing 4 and an engaging portion 62 provided on the top surface of the distal end portion of the horizontal portion 52 of the mounting member 5.
[0017]
As shown in FIGS. 1, 7, and 10 , the engaging member 61 has a main body 61 a that extends in the left-right direction. A shaft 61b extending horizontally in the front-rear direction is provided at the lower left end of the main body 61a. Since both end portions of the shaft portion 61b are rotatably supported by the half bodies 4 and 4B, the main body portion 61a can be rotated in the vertical direction around the left end portion. A leaf spring portion 61c extending obliquely upward to the right is provided at the upper left end of the main body portion 61a. The leaf spring portion 61c is pivotally biased so that the right end portion of the main body portion 61a is pivotally displaced downward by abutting the distal end portion of the leaf spring portion 61c with a wall portion provided in the housing 4 in an elastically deformed state. is doing. The engaging member 61 is abutted against the wall portion of the housing by this rotational biasing force, and is normally positioned at the initial position where the main body portion 61a is substantially horizontal. An engagement protrusion 61d having a triangular cross section is provided on the lower surface of the right end portion of the main body 61a.
[0018]
The engaging portion 62 extends horizontally in the front-rear direction and is formed on a cross-sectional triangle. The engaging portion 62 has an inclined surface 62a that forms an upward gradient from the left to the right, and a vertical surface 62b that extends downward from the right end (upper end) of the inclined surface 62a. The inclined surface 62a is arranged so that the engagement protrusion 61d of the engagement member 61 abuts when the housing 5 is moved horizontally to the right so that the support protrusion 55 of the attachment member 5 enters the support groove 44. ing. When the housing 4 is further moved to the right while the engaging protrusion 61d is in contact with the inclined surface 62a, the main body 61a is rotated upward from the initial position against the urging force of the leaf spring 61c. When the housing 4 is moved to the right until the tip of the stopper piece 53 comes into contact with the left end surface of the engaging recess 45, that is, when the housing 4 is moved to the mounting position with respect to the housing recess P3, the engaging protrusion 61d is engaged. Get over the inclined surface 62a of the joint 52. Then, the main body portion 61a is rotated downward to the initial position by the urging force of the leaf spring portion 61c, and the engagement protrusion 61d faces and contacts the vertical surface 62b of the engagement portion 62 (see FIG. 1). Thereby, the housing 4 is connected to the attachment member 5 so as not to move leftward from the attachment position, and is attached to the predetermined attachment position of the housing recess P3. The engaging projection 61d has a symmetrical shape that is upside down with respect to the engaging portion 62, and the surface of the engaging projection 61b that contacts the vertical surface 62b extends in the vertical direction. Therefore, even if a leftward force is applied to the housing 2, the engagement protrusion 61d and the engagement portion 62 are not disengaged.
[0019]
As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 7, the shielding wall 41 is formed with an operation window hole 41b penetrating therethrough. The operation window hole 41 b is disposed at a location facing the left end surface of the main body 61 a of the engaging member 61. On the other hand, an operation recess 61e is formed on the left end surface of the main body 61a facing the operation window hole 41b, as shown in FIGS. The operation recess 61e can be inserted into the distal end portion of the operation tool T such as a driver inserted from the operation window hole 41b. When at least the distal end portion of the operation tool T is moved upward in the inserted state, the engagement member 61 is provided. Is rotated upward about the shaft portion 61b, and the engaging protrusion 61d is separated upward from the vertical surface 62b of the engaging portion 62. As a result, the housing 4 can move to the left with respect to the mounting member 5. And the housing 4 can be removed from the accommodation recessed part P3 by moving the housing 4 to the left.
[0020]
As shown in FIG. 1, between the housing 4 and the support shaft 3, a front / rear position adjusting mechanism 7 for adjusting the position of the door plate P in the front / rear direction with respect to the rail R, and a vertical direction of the door plate P with respect to the rail R are provided. A vertical position adjusting mechanism 8 for adjusting the position is provided. The two position adjustment mechanisms 7 and 8 are respectively configured in the same manner as the front and rear and vertical position adjustment mechanisms in a known runner device. Therefore, those configurations will be briefly described.
[0021]
First, the front / rear position adjusting mechanism 7 will be described. As shown in FIGS. 1, 4 and 6, an adjustment screw 71 penetrating in the left-right direction is provided at the upper end portion of the shielding wall 41 so as to be rotatable. It has been. The adjustment screw 71 is prevented from moving in the left-right direction by the locking plate portion 42. A movable member 72 provided in the housing 4 so as to be movable in the left-right direction is screwed to the adjustment screw 71. Therefore, when the adjustment screw 71 is rotated in the forward / reverse direction, the movable member 72 moves in the left / right direction. Further, in the housing 4, a rear end portion of the swing member 73 is provided so as to be rotatable in the horizontal direction around a shaft 74 that faces in the vertical direction. A shaft portion 32 of the support shaft 3 inserted into the inside from the upper surface 4b of the housing 4 is inserted into the front end portion of the swing member 73 so as not to move in the front-rear direction and to be slightly movable in the left-right direction. One side of the swing member 73 is engaged with the movable member 72. Therefore, when the movable member 72 is moved in the left-right direction by the adjusting screw 71, the swinging member 73 is rotated, and the tip portion thereof is displaced in the front-rear direction. As a result, the housing 4 moves in the front-rear direction with respect to the support shaft 3, and the position of the housing 4 in the front-rear direction with respect to the door plate P is adjusted according to the amount of rotation of the adjustment screw 71.
[0022]
Next, the vertical position adjusting mechanism 8 will be described. As shown in FIGS. 1, 5 and 6, an adjustment screw 81 passing through the shielding member 41 in the vertical direction is rotatable at the central portion in the vertical direction. Is provided. The adjustment screw 81 is prevented from moving in the left-right direction by the locking plate portion 42. The adjustment screw 81 is screwed with a cam member 82 provided in the housing 4 so as to be movable in the left-right direction and not movable in the vertical direction. Therefore, when the adjustment screw 81 is rotated in the forward / reverse direction, the cam member 82 moves in the left / right direction. The cam member 82 is formed with cam holes 82a and 82a having a long hole shape inclined with respect to the front-rear direction. Both ends of the shaft 83 are inserted into the cam holes 82a and 82a so as to be movable in the longitudinal direction of the cam hole 82a. The central portion of the shaft 83 passes through the shaft portion 32 of the support shaft 3 so as not to move in the vertical direction. As a result, the housing 4 is supported by the support shaft 3 via the shaft 83 and the cam member 82, and the door plate P is supported by the rail R via the runner device 1 so as to be movable in the longitudinal direction. In addition, when the cam member 82 is moved in the left-right direction by the adjusting screw 81, the cam member 82 moves in the up-down direction with respect to the support shaft 3, and the housing 4 moves in the up-down direction. Thereby, the height of the door plate P with respect to the rail R is adjusted according to the rotation amount of the adjustment screw 81.
[0023]
When the door plate P is movably supported on the rail R using the runner device 1 having the above configuration, the support shaft 3 is attached to the traveling portion 2 and the housing 4 is attached to the support shaft 3. When the housing 4 is attached to the support shaft 3, the support shaft 3, the front / rear position adjustment mechanism 7, the vertical position adjustment mechanism 8, and the engagement member 61 are installed at predetermined locations on one half 4 </ b> A. After that, while inserting the locking plate portion 42 of the other half body 4B into the receiving groove 41a of the shielding wall portion 41, the half bodies 4A and 4B are brought into contact with each other and fixed by bonding or the like. As a result, the housing 4 is attached to the support shaft 3. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 8, the traveling portion 2 is disposed on the rail R, and the attachment member 5 is attached to the accommodation recess P <b> 3 of the door plate P. Next, the housing 4 is moved in the horizontal direction and inserted into the housing recess P3. When the housing 4 is inserted to the predetermined mounting position of the housing recess P3, the tip end portion of the stopper piece 53 abuts against the left end surface of the engagement recess 45, and the support protrusion 55 is fitted into the support groove 44, and further the engagement member The engaging protrusion 61 d of 61 engages with the engaging portion 62. Thereby, the housing 4 is attached to the door plate P via the attachment member 5.
[0024]
When removing the housing 4 from the housing recess P3 of the door plate P, the operating tool T is inserted into the housing 4 from the operating window hole 41b of the shielding wall 41, and the distal end of the operating tool T is operated to the operating recess of the engaging member 61. Insert into 61e. Then, the engaging member 61 is rotated upward against the urging force of the leaf spring portion 61c by the operating tool T, and the shape state of the engaging member 61 and the engaging portion 62 is released. In this case, the engaging member 61 can be easily moved by rotating the operating tool T counterclockwise in FIG. 1 with the intermediate portion of the operating tool T abutted against the lower part of the inner peripheral surface of the operating window hole 41b. It can be rotated. Then, the housing 4 can be removed from the accommodation recessed part P3 by moving the housing 4 to the left.
[0025]
In the runner device 1 configured as described above, the engaging member 61 is shielded from the outside by the shielding wall portion 41 except for the portion facing the operation window hole 41b. In addition, the engagement member 61 is spaced inward from the opening on the outside of the operation window hole 41 b by the thickness of the shielding wall portion 41. Therefore, it is possible to almost certainly prevent a situation in which the engagement member 61 is moved by an accident and the engagement between the engagement member 61 and the engagement portion 62 is released.
[0026]
In addition, this invention is not limited to said embodiment, It can change suitably.
For example, in the above embodiment, the engaging member 61 is provided in the housing 4 and the engaging portion 62 is provided in the mounting member 5. However, the engaging member is provided in the mounting member 5 and the engaging portion is provided in the housing 4. May be provided.
In addition, the leaf spring portion 61c is provided integrally with the engaging member 61. However, instead of the leaf spring portion 61c, other biasing means such as a leaf spring separate from the engaging member 61 may be provided. Alternatively, the main body portion 61a of the engagement member 61 may be elastically deformable, and the engagement protrusion 61d of the main body portion 61a may be engaged with the engagement portion 62 by its elasticity.
[0027]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to almost certainly prevent a situation in which the engagement between the engagement member and the engagement portion is released due to an unexpected accident.
