Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an electrical component fixing structure, and more particularly to a structure for fixing an electrical component case containing an electronic circuit such as a computer, a relay, or a sensor to a desired portion.
[0002]
[Prior art]
An example of a conventional fixing structure for electrical components is disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 6-1186. That is, in the conventional electrical component fixing structure, a pair of rails and hooks are formed in the electrical component case, and after the bracket fixed to the vehicle is inserted into the rail, the hook is inserted into the hole formed in the bracket. As a result, the electrical components are fixed to the vehicle. In this fixing structure, when the bracket is inserted from one side of the rail, the logic inevitably is located on the other side of the rail.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in this fixing structure, when the bracket is inserted from one side of the rail, since the hook is located on the other side of the rail, the bracket can be inserted only from one direction. This causes problems in various aspects. In other words, even with the same electrical components, the position and extension direction of the bracket fixed to the vehicle body, depending on the type of vehicle (light vehicle to large vehicle, left-hand drive or right-hand drive vehicle, vehicle manufacturer model, seat shape, etc.) Therefore, when the above-mentioned fixing structure is adopted, the formation position of the pair of rails and hooks must be determined so as to match the bracket mode (that is, various types of electrical components with the same rating) Must be manufactured), can not be bothered.
[0004]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide an electrical component fixing structure in which a bracket can be inserted from any direction of a rail.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Means taken in the present invention to solve the above problems are as follows:
"In a fixing structure of an electrical component including a case having a pair of rails that incorporates electrical components and extends parallel to each other and a bracket having an insertion portion that is inserted and fixed between the pair of rails, the case includes: A single hook located between the rails in a substantially central part in the extending direction of the rails and a pair of stoppers located in a substantially central part in the extending direction of the rails between the rails are disposed. An electrical component fixing structure characterized in that the insertion portion is provided with a hole that engages with the hook by being inserted between the pair of rails, and a step portion that comes into contact with the stopper. It is configured.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the embodiment of the present invention will be specifically described.
[0007]
As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 3, the bracket 10 fixed to a predetermined portion (not shown) of the vehicle includes a main body 12 that is T-shaped in plan view. The three end portions of the main body 12 are bent in the same direction by about 90 degrees to form three insertion portions 14. As clearly shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, both sides in the extending direction of the insertion portion 14 have a stepped shape in which a step portion 16 is formed, and a hole 18 is formed in the center of the insertion portion 14. It has been drilled. Moreover, the surface of the front-end | tip part of the insertion part 14 is formed as the bulging part 20, On the other hand, the taper surface 22 is formed in the back side.
[0008]
As shown in FIGS. 4, 5, and 6, a pair of rails 32 and 32 are provided in the thickness direction on the surfaces of the long side portion and the two short side portions of the resin case 31 of the electrical component 30, respectively. It is formed to extend. A hook 34 is formed on the surface of the case 31 in such a manner that it is exposed from between the pair of rails 32 and 32 so as to be located at a substantially central portion in the thickness direction. Further, stoppers 38 and 38 are formed in the rail surface of each rail 32 and are located at substantially the center in the thickness direction. The stoppers 38 and 38 protrude in the direction of the hook 34, and the distance between the stoppers 38 and 38 is set slightly larger than the lateral width of the distal end portion of the insertion portion 14.
[0009]
A method of fixing the case 31 to the vehicle-side bracket 10 described above will be described as follows. First, when the insertion portion 14 of the bracket 10 is inserted into one side of the pair of rails 32 and 32 and this insertion is continued, the step portion 16 engages with the stopper 38 and the insertion is restricted. As the insertion portion 14 is inserted, the tapered surface 22 gets over the hook, and the step portion 16 contacts the stopper 38, and at the same time, the hook 34 is fitted into the hole 18 of the insertion portion 14. Thus, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the case 31 is firmly fixed to the bracket 10. Therefore, since the insertion part 14 of the bracket 10 can be inserted into the other of the pair of rails 32 and 32, the case 31 can be fixed according to the specific mode of the bracket 10.
[0010]
In addition, by forming the recess 50 on the surface of the case 31 facing the bulging tip of the rail 32, it is possible to prevent an extremely thinned portion from being caused in the case molding die. Further, the hook of the insertion portion 14 is prevented from coming off in the axial direction by the elastic force of the bulging tip portion of the rail 32.
[0011]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the bracket can be inserted into the rail of the case with one touch from any direction, so that the case that is unified in various mounting environments can be shared, and the mass production effect is increased, which is attractive at low cost. A simple method can be provided.
